We arrived 3 hours before check in and the front desk recepcionist let us check in earlier. Housekeeping staff excellent. My room was very clean the three days I was there thoroughly. Great location! Breakfast was the best part of the whole stay! So much variety and very clean! I highly recommend this hotel!

This was a good budget hotel. The staff was very friendly. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. There's also a lot right across the road as far as food and stores, very walkable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

My boyfriend and I reserved a jacuzzi suite a few months before our trip, and I cannot tell you how much we were looking forward to this trip and having that hot tub in our room. This is something we had been looking forward to for MONTHS. When we arrived at the front desk, the gentleman told us we’d have to downgrade because the last guest broke the hot tub. Now, I do not know when the last guest checked out, but I work at a resort. If there’s an issue, especially in a unique suite and you know someone is going into that room, you FIX THE ISSUE before the guest arrives. If it won’t be done in time CALL THE GUEST AND INFORM THEM. I cannot describe to you the disappointment I felt and it’s like my entire trip was ruined. If I had at least gotten some notice, I could have searched for a nearby hotel that had a similar suite. DO NOT stay here. Staff was not apologetic at all and frankly looked super unprofessional with the thousand and one piercings in his face. I’m sure no one working there would even give this review a second glance but thanks for ruining our trip.

Very nice and clean rooms. Service was friendly and quick. It's in a convenient area for the highways and downtown Denver isn't too far. It's in a good location for restaurants as well. I'll go back and I'd recommend it too. It's a little pricey but it's nice.

Do not I repeat do not come to this place! if you have to pay a little more for anything else then do it, we been here since Wednesday and they have been “working” on the water heater we have showered in cold water, they can’t move us or give us another room couse they’re “full” oh another excuse was that they get cold water in some rooms when a lot of people in other rooms take a shower… wtf kind of shits that? Found the last occupant sock by the bed, floor wasn’t even vacuumed, screws on the towel rack about to fall, my son just literally killed a bug, totally not fucken worth it but whatever we leave tomorrow and never coming back thanks “Quality” Inn I really hope you get your shit together.

This was a busy weekend so the hotel increased the rates 100 percent. My issue is this is an out dated hotel and the rooms are small. This was a great hotel back in 1960. The issue is this is 2018 and if I am paying money, I want a modern room that is decent size and a comfortable bed. This hotel just did not deliver on expectations. A lot of these hotels in the Denver are old and I don't understand why they will not build new hotels in this area. Denver always has something going on so this place can increase rates 100 percent almost every day and people will pay it and they don't have go out of there way to meet expectations because people are conning to Denver everyday.

This staff was much better the second time around. 95% accurate with their information about my check-in Housekeeping was outstanding! Ida was very respectful of my room. She made sure I didn't run out of any supplies during my week stay. Great job!

We stayed in a jacuzzi suite at the Quality Inn Stapleton last week for a hospital appointment the next day. We were so excited about the room since we splurged for the suite. When we started filling up the tub, there was a hair and piece of red fingernail inside. Yuck. We got over that and went to bed. In the morning we were awakened to the sounds of a dentist nightmare at 8:15am when the staff began to install new curtains in the room next door. They had to drill into cement. The front desk attendant lied and told us it was a hotel guest making that noise. The manager finally told us it was staff and they should have waited until later. I plan to stay next door at The Renaissance in the future.

Booked via Expedia. When we arrived the building is very dated. We checked in and left our bags in the room to go eat. It was hot in the room but we turned on the tiny window unit and hoped foe the best. We returned 2 hours later to a room that was still 80 plus degrees. Went to front desk and they were aware of issues with the heat on 4th floor. We agreed to move to ground floor and take another room but when we opened the door it had two full size bed and we specifically asked for king size bed. We canceled the reservation and left. Never again.

We stayed 4 nights and it was the worst 4 nights I have ever experienced at a hotel. First of all, we got there to check in and we had to wait to check to for 2 extra hours. When we came in the doors I was ignored by the gentlemen at the front desk for over 10 minutes. It went downhill from there! We finally got to our room and it stunk so badly. We could smell that previous people had dogs in the room because our blankets reeked of dog. We had to put them outside of our room because it was so bad. All of our showers were freezing cold the entire time. The back door was broken and we had to walk around each time to get to our car. When we had thought we booked 4 nights instead of 3 we got back to the room and our keys were deactivated and we had him reinstate them they never told us we only played for 3 nights and then charged us again when left without ever saying anything. It isn't worth the price and all of the staff is rude besides the maintenance guy. I will never stay again.

I stayed here a couple of times; it's adequate. It is convenient to a lot of locations, and right across the street from Quebec Square, a huge outdoor Mall. The rooms are clean which is important to me, especially the bathroom: none of that pink growth that so many hotels seem to have a problem with these days. Friendly attentive staff too.

This Hotel has terrible rooms and service. We arrived 30 minutes before check-in so the front desk told us we had to wait at least 30 minutes before getting a room. That was fine but they checked us into room that was under repairs. We had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get checked into another room. We requested 1 King bed and we got 2 twins. Neither the central A/C nor the wall unit worked in that room. We requested 2 rooms near each other. The 2nd room was for my mom. My mom's room was a bit better, but the phone and clock didn't work. The bathroom door was broken as well. We told the front desk about the issues and nothing was done. We checked out and will not stay here again. We will be using the Renaissance next door to this hotel or we will stay elsewhere. In fact we might just use Air BnB in Colorado next time.

I love this place. All the staff from front desk to maintenance have always been very helpful. We stay here a lot. Rooms are clean but the only draw back is breakfast. Biscuits very hard, like a rock. And the breakfast staff looks at you like you have 2 heads or like they don't understand English when you ask any question.

3 minute walk from the Renaissance where the convention I was attending was held, cheaper, clean rooms, updated rooms, microwave and fridge and close to the shopping center, plus free breakfast! Quick easy checkin, nice staff, NO SMOKING, pretty quiet unless you're on street side.

UPDATE: I came back this year again for a convention next door. They placed me in a room next to the laundry room. It was so loud in the morning, I could hear everything being said outside my door, and was continuously woken up before 7 am. The rooms next to this area are 115-108. Other than this, I will totally stay here again, but request a different room. Location is great for walking to places near by. Parking is free, Wi-Fi is free, and you get a decent breakfast! The rooms are typical hotel rooms, but they do have a fridge and microwave. I will stay here again! First floor, 1 night.

It was not what I expected no hot water the room was not handicap accessible like they said it was so hot even with the air conditioning on. Never will I book here again and I will never recommend this place.

Nice place clean and has lots of eateries. Nice people and shuttle drivers are polite and helpful.

Phenomenal Breakfast! This hotel in my opinion, is excellent for the price. The room had a king size bed, nice linen, was comfortable and offered plenty of space. I like how there is convenience of shopping, restaurants and public transportation nearby. The A line train will of-course annoy you until you pass out and forget about it. The hotel customer service was pleasant however, only a few representatives give that exceptional attitude and service, Nae being one of them, thanks girl! Keep up the excellent work! This hotel offers the best breakfast I've had at a hotel and it was a pleasant surprise, thanks guys and gals!

I had to find a new hotel on Christmas Eve after my plans changed abruptly. The person working the front desk, Suzanne, had a very warm disposition, matching knowledge and what appeared as an eagerness to help; had me at ease within 15 minutes. The following morning extended my stay for two days and Luz, the frint desk person for the morning was able to have me set up with a new room within minutes.

Arrived and took 20 minutes to check us in. Had been told they could accommodate our request for adjoining rooms when we made reservations. The reservations also indicated a hot tub was available, but it was not. The doors were painted, so would stick on the jamb and made loud sounds when opened/closed. This made for a wonderful 6am wake up from several neighbors. Snack station offered large selection of snacks, but limited options for drinks. Carbonated drinks were limited to diet options and obscure flavors (cranberry Sprite). We did not stay out the rest of our trip with them.

I feel sorry for the people working there. They are trying hard with limited resources. The place should be torn down and rebuilt. Wallpaper coming off the walls, paint coming off the toilet seats, vinyl base molding coming off the walls. Do I need to continue… United airlines put us up there. I promise you they would not put their flight attendants there. But for their customers, they check the box.

Called in advance to ask if we could check in early. I was told yes it would be no problem to check in at 1 or 2 instead of 3. We drove 13 hours with 2 kids and a baby and were told that our room still was not ready due to short staff. When we arrived at 1:50. Some of the house keepers were outside smoking a cigarette as we sit and wait for our room to be finished.

My girlfriend and I spent a night here while on our way to the mountains. The common areas were clean and in good condition, our room was clean and spacious, and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful! The only negative was that our mattress was worn and fairly sunken in the middle. While the bed wasn't very comfortable, our overall experience here was. I would recommend.

Stayed here for a few nights last summer on last resort when our other hotel over booked our room. We were immediately turned off when they forced us to sit in the lobby for 2 hours after a 14 hour drive because they wouldn't allow early check in. The rooms appear decent but our TV was propped against the wall on the dresser and no channels came through. We called the front desk and they basically told us there was nothing they could do. When we called front desk the second night to see what was good to eat in the area, they rudely replied with "look it up on Google". The pool area was sort of run down and there were things floating around including a used bandaid. When we were checking out we asked if we could speak to a manager so we could explain our issues we had with our stay, the lady front desk looked at us blankly and said, "right now? ". We then waited there for 15 minutes. FIFTEEN minutes. No manager showed. We left. A week later we were charged $250 for smoking in the room. The one smoker in our room only smoked in the designated areas OUTSIDE of the hotel. This was my first visit to Colorado and it really sucked that we dreaded having to go back to the hotel every night.

I'm a hard sleeper but was woken before 5am by insanely loud water pipes in the wall, I've stayed at hundreds of hotels and have never experienced anything quite like it. Also, this part of town is growing more sketchy by the year. If you forgot anything, I do not recommend Walmart across the street unless you want to be harassed by 18 crackheads. The TV brought me back to 1990 it was so fuzzy. Phone in room didn't work, mold in bathrooms, and they try so hard to keep the smoke smell out, I feel as though I'm being gassed.

At check in the clerk seemed more interested in talking with an employee friend than checking us in. The hotel is very dated, dark, and tries to cover the musty scent with strong air freshener. The room was dirty, and the furniture was in need of replacement. We stayed three nights and only had maid service once, but it did not appear even then anything was cleaned. I had to finish making the bed even. The pillows had been thrown on a chair. The room is very dark. Our card keys stopped working and I had to track down a maid to let us in to the room. Parking is a nightmare! Literally the only parking is right in front of the motel. Would not recommend this hotel.

Great service and nice people, just needs some TLC to the place everywhere. For the trying to compete with the big chains it will do for simple over nite. But luxury it has a long way to go.

The place was clean with a very friendly front desk staff. While we were there we had to get the key card reset over and over, we had to request extra blankets theirs are like hospital thin blankets but the room was very clean. The beverage vending machine was sold out so remember to bring your own bottled water as 1 bottle from the onsite store cost $2.00. They do offer a free breakfast which is very nice with a great selection of choices including coffee and juice. When you make a reservation be sure you call before you get there to verify it is still available and by all means get the name of the person you spoke with.

For beginners the website didn't say the OUTDOOR POOL was closed til the summer of 2018! When you enter the hotel it looks modern but the rooms are out of date. I stayed in a double bed room one bed was lopsided. The soda machine in the lobby hadn't had soda since November of last year one of the employee told me. The hotel is located on a busy street. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Easy to uber or take city bus around area such as downtown. The breakfast was OK I really liked the chocolate chip waffles. The waffle station was set up in a bad location making it very crowded. My room was located on a lower level no view just a creepy ally.

End of the trip, return to France the next day and in the meantime we will spend our last night in this establishment before taking the road to the airport.
Hotel well located facing a shopping area (Walmart and various restaurants), large parking but that can be quickly full during the day.
Correct reception without more, obviously here is the factory!
Large Hall well kept, + 1 for welcome cookies and refreshments available.
Small food shop available, large outdoor swimming pool (forbidden to children not accompanied by an adult) and gym.
Correct breakfast room on the floor, few tables however…
Great room clean and quiet, good bedding. Clean bathroom and towels in sufficient number.
Good stage hotel for a start or end of travel but totally impersonal place reserved for a passing clientele… Like us! ;)

It's currently 90 degrees in my room… Called the front desk & got a non-answer: "have you tried turning on the air conditioner? It's by the window. Also, don't touch the thermostat on the wall, it's only heat. Goodnight. " Won't be back. Spend the extra 10-20$ for a better hotel in the area, there are plenty to choose from.

This place was a nice place to stay but they are far less than dog friendly. No grass anywhere! Just a parking lot with a poop bag station in it that is bordered by a small curb of not grass but rocks. They had a long very tricky list of stipulations on the pet waver. One of which states not to leave your dog in the hotel when you leave. Very disappointing. Otherwise it was a nice place.

Great hotel! Comfortable beds! Microwave and refrigerator were a plus. I'd stay there again.

The hotel was nice, right in walking distance of my event. Decent pricing, wonderful staff. Breakfast was okay, not the tastiest but good for a free thing. Only issue was the noise in the mornings. I was right next to the laundry or work area and the doors were slamming from 5 a. M. On.

I am out $ 174.88 due the actions of this Inn as a former BestWestern Hotel. It seems that a "Cancellation Confirmation Number" issued by Best Western Hotels is not worth anything. I have plenty of documentation but here's the basics: — My Travel agent made a reservation with Best Western for our stay in Denver then, due to our plans changing cancelled it and Best Western issued a "Cancellation Confirmation Number". The Denver hotel (then a BestWestern Plus, now Quality Inn & Suites Denver Stapleton) still charged us 1 night, $174.88 as a No-Show. The room was cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to our travel. — My travel agent did her best to reverse the charge by Best Western and the hotel but was continually denied. I got directly involved and ran into the same denial of responsibility by Best Western. — As so much time elapsed sending and receiving correspondence on the charge I have passed the limit for my Credit Card to take any action. They have a 100 day limit. So, Be Aware. I shall NOT be staying at a Best Western Hotel again after being a loyal / regular and BW Rewards customer since 1995.

This hotel is no longer a Best Western. The hotel is now a Quality Inn and a nice one at that. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is hot and free. The rooms are clean with microwave and frig in every room (according to the front desk). The area around the hotel is descent but parking fills up fast at night.

Easy check in and check out. Nice lobby. Friendly staff. Clean room. Awesome free breakfast. Computer center, laundry, and fitness room available. Great location for shopping and dining — trendy brewery right behind the parking lot. Nothing fancy. Cons — will not allow check in before 3PM, parking lot gets pretty full by 8PM — may need to park at restaurant next door or behind hotel, hard bed (my opinion). I would definitely stay again.

We were charged twice for the same room because of their computer issues which caused havoc with my banking. Got charged additional fees for over-drafting because of their screw up. We ended up getting charged the higher amount anyway, not the AAA discount as "there's nothing they could do. " So beware going through another website like expedia. You will get charged twice and have to deal with that disaster. Would not recommend.

Extremely dissatisfied with this hotel! I booked under one rate then a few weeks prior to my stay I received a call from the staff stating that I could not have the rooms at that rate that I would have to pay $100 more per night for the room. So apparently the rates are not guaranteed even though I had a confirmation with the rate on it. I also stayed here a year ago and it took over an hour to check in to the hotel. Poor service! Be cautious about staying here your rate might not be what you booked it at.

Jennifer is awesome. She is a happy go luck person and made the stay very pleasant. Hotel is a little dated but refurbished. Jennifer bumped it to 4 stars.

Very happy with my stay here, the room was spacious and clean. Staff took their jobs seriously and delivered great service. This was an overall fantastic deal.

Reasonable hotel. Rooms are rather tiny but well equipped. Personell is friendly and helpful. Free breakfast is definitely a plus. Main drawbacks are the rather outdated rooms and the not-so-great cleaning of the bathrooms.

I'm not sure you can trust some of the negative reviews. For one, there's a Super 8 hotel behind the Best Western not a homeless camp. I had a very pleasant 5 day stay. They serve a hot breakfast in the morning. Staff was very pleasant. Room was clean and updated. Comfortable bed and pillows. Fridge and microwave included. There's a huge shopping center across the street with lots of dining options. Less than a mile from I70. Some cons: heater not very effective. House keeping is rather loud. A couple times it sounded like the were having a meeting in the hall. Plus letting room doors slam against the door latch every time they go in and out. No floor towel. And I really dislike the soap, lotion and shampoo dispensers. I don't care about the affect of little bottles on the environment. It's gross but this seems to be common in Denver. I would definitely stay here again.
