We always enjoy our stays here. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The staff is always courteous, professional and friendly. Thank you always for a very pleasant stay.

This is the worst service I have ever received at a hotel. The staff is horrible. They try won’t let you pay in cash even with a card for incidentals and now they’re trying to charge me $250 for a smoking fee when I do not smoke cigarettes. They’re trying to say I stayed there way longer than I did when I have the receipt that shows what time I left. The management is rude. And won’t remove the charge because they have a picture from inside a toilet from who knows what room but it definitely wasn’t my room. I also work at a hotel and the way they are treating me and handling this situation is awful. I’m very upset. Do not recommend. They are also trying to charge me over 36 hours after I’ve left the property and I have no idea who’s been in the room after me but it was not me.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was courteous and prompt with room service. Breakfast service was well done. No complaints!

They charged $800 to my debit card but told me I’d have it back the next day. They have held all my funds hostage and it is now Wednesday and I still have nothing. I have told them that I can’t even eat because that was all my money but they still have done nothing. I was told that they would call the bank and tell them to release the pending charges… nothing. The only food I’ve had to eat was the breakfast they provide and the 6 protein bars I brought with me. I have received no kind of compensation, just an apology and hopes that I enjoy the rest of my stay. If you’re a business man or woman, I suggest another hotel for Denver. 8/24 Response to Hotel: You say that you’ve addressed it with the appropriate departments but you’ve done nothing to resolve matters with me. I spoke with one of your associates about no food and I didn’t receive as much as a bag of trail mix. You have no regard for your customers’ comfort. This is clear by the way you have handled this matter then and now. If you actually cared about your customers’ stay and comfort, you would try to resolve this with me.

The staff here are amazing. Helpful is not enough of a descriptor. They all go out of their way to help with checkin, cleaning, food, and making your stay a good one. We checked in with 4 adults and 4 kids. We had one 2 bedroom room — plenty of room for 2 kids, 2 teenagers and 1 adult. Our 2nd room was a one bedroom with a huge living, dining and kitchen area. The pool was clean, inviting, and fully stocked with towels. Breakfast was hot and there was plenty of it. Everyone was happy.

Overall the hotel is pretty new and modern with quite a bit to offer including a pool, workout room, basketball court, outdoor seating area and clean rooms. The breakfast had quite a bit to choose from and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Typical Residence Marriott. The structure is contemporary, it's clean and new. The suites are reasonable in size. Easy check in and check out. Wi-Fi is reliable. Free breakfast as usual. Has a small kitchen and fridge that should suffice for almost anyone. A typical Residence Marriott that will fit the bill for most travelers and small families.

This is the perfect hotel for business or personal trips! The rooms and suites are comfortable, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the amenities are top notch. With this being a very new property, everything is well maintained and feels like home. The location is awesome too, with easy access to I-70 and a variety of restaurants and stores within a few blocks. The parking lot is a little on the smaller side, but there are always at least a few spots open even late at night. Overall the area seems quite safe as well. One small issue I ran into was that I was double charged for my reservation, so double check your statements (common sense when travelling).

The staff is very friendly, courteous, customer service oriented and professional. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located near retail stores, a movie theater and restaurants. There is a beautiful view of the Colorado as you eat breakfast or dinner in the hotel. A nice little gem in the suburb of Denver. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

This is a nice, new hotel in the newer part of stapleton. Close to I70, loads of shopping and restaurants. Felt like a little apartment and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here, it has a pool and a little outdoor basketball court, as well as food trucks on Wednesdays. Cool spot for a work trip!

Beautiful rooms, very new hotel. My unit had stovetop burners and a fridge to make your own meals. Within walking distance to a theater and multiple dining areas.

Really nice rooms with a full sized fridge, a two burner stove, a dishwasher, plates, glasses, silverware, pots and pans. Everything you need for an extended stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful and breakfast is delicious. There are plenty of things within walking distance or a short ride of you don't feel like walking. The entrance is a little hard to find but worth it once you do.

Newly built hotel. Great location to downtown and airport. The staff, particularly manager who checked us in could work on being a bit more friendly. I asked her what's a good place to eat, that it's my first time here. She replied " I like pizza". Ok, then…

Awesome upgraded our room for free just because they could. Very awesome staff. They serve breakfast, dinner and 3 free drinks every day for free. Pool was awesome and the exercise room way top notch. Best and most importantly it was CLEAN. Stay here and you will agree you made the correct choice. Shopping and great places to eat extremely close.

The staff said the hotel was built new in June 2017 and it was very nice. We had a one bedroom suite that was awesome with a very spacious and modern design. The pool and hot tub was very nice too. They had a nice happy hour in the evening and a very nice free breakfast in the morning. I will definitely stay here again.

Brand new property! Very friendly staff. Hospitality hour food and drink were high quality compared to other R. I. Properties. Two local drafts and Barefoot wine selections. Will definitely choose this property again when in the area for work.

It was very hot in my room. Told the front desk multiple times but nothing was done! Made my stay almost unbearable!

This is a brand new Residence Inn and it shows! I love the new layout and format of Residence Inn. Utilization of space is optimum. There are power outlets everywhere, even right next to the bed — which is great for charging your electronics after a long day at office or sightseeing. I especially love the ability to connect in-room TVs to my own Netflix and YouTube accounts. It makes the entire in-room TV experience enjoyable. But most importantly, it's the staff that makes this location super. On our last day of stay at this Residence Inn, Denver had their first snowstorm of the season. We couldn't step out that day and had to request a late checkout. The hotel staff and manager was super accommodating of our needs. My loyalty towards Marriott brand has solidified due to wonderful experience that I had at this hotel. Hopefully Marriott will refurbish their existing Residence Inn's to this new format — which is refreshing, caters to the needs of business travelers and families alike.

— — As of Oct 2017, this is a new hotel and even still has the new carpet smell. It is located in a new and growing part of town, which makes it feel even more new and modern. I feel safe in this area. There are plenty of stores, restaurants & bars (mostly chains), and places to shop for just about anything, nearby. — — The room is cozy and has pretty much the same amenities you find at Residence Inns elsewhere. I haven't noticed anything that makes this one stand out above the others I've stayed at, other than its newness and its great location. The staff has been friendly and helpful — — On the down side, breakfast ends at 9am, and you'd better not be a second late if you're hungry. The kitchen staff clears out the food immediately, rather than leaving some out for stragglers, as some of the better hotels often do. Also, their M-W bits and bites with beer and wine leaves something to be desired. I guess because this is a franchised location? — — Parking can be an issue here at present. The lot is small, and currently there are no other businesses next door that you can overflow into, so don't stay out late if you want a place to park. We had to use handicapped parking the other night. :/ Sorry, but it's a small lot. — — ALMOST forgot… PETS are allowed here, so BE WARNED! If you don't want to be woke up by a barking dog at 3am, you'd better notify the front desk when you book that you don't want any pets nearby! I didn't do this, and guess what? woof woof.

I highly recommend this hotel! Especially if you or family members are going through medical issues and needing a place to stay close to University of Colorado Hospital. The do have medical room rates. They have a beautiful pool, hot tub. 24-hour gym. Laundry room. Patio with gas grill & fire pit. Hotel grounds is very nice. Fantastic hot/cold breakfast in the morning and a nightly reception on MTW nights. Mon. Is small bites, Tues. Is off the grill and Wed is dessert! They serve wine/beer with the goodies! Hotel is less than 5mins from stores such as Super Target, Old Navy, Macy's and tons of different restaurants. There is a Harkins 18 movie theater too! Short walk over to Runway 35 park. Staff is very accommodating with all of the guests needs. Also Pet Friendly with a non-refundable deposit. Definitely home away from home for me!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked a room for 2 nights and due to an emergency, needed to cancel one night a week in advance. They said since it was a "pre-book", I could cancel but they would not refund me money for the one night! I will never stay at this place again! A colleague decided to use this hotel so I booked too but in the future I will stick to my downtown location at a different chain that treats you right as I have never had an issue cancelling with them and we go to Denver quite frequently. One week in advance at over $200.00 per night and you cannot cancel (wait you can cancel but you will not receive a refund so they really would double dip and book it to someone else! ), that is just not right.

New hotel. Well appointed and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Nice courtyard with firepit. Activity area outside and also indoor pool. Very modern lobby sitting area. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Will stay here again.

In town for the weekend and had a phenomenal stay. If whoever reads these works for Marriott, Tica in housekeeping was the most customer-service oriented and helped make our time here so good!

A very new property with modern design. The location is close to plenty of dining, shopping and entertainment. The staff is good, the rooms are spacious but almost too minimalist. Our room feels a bit cold.

Horrible, horrible experience. I stay at Marriotts weekly for work, and have never had such a dismal experience. I had to wait in the lobby for over an hour for my room (I arrived around 7:30 pm at night, well after check in time). When I went up to my room, I discovered it was not cleaned. There was dirty water, hair, and soap scum all over the bathroom. The second room they gave me was similarly in disarray (luckily they had not cleaned out the refrigerator and there were beers left from the previous guest). The next morning, I made the unfortunate mistake of forgetting my watch in the room. Upon calling the staff, they let me know that they would send it to me that afternoon. It is two weeks later, and they have not yet sent the watch. I call every day and it is just sitting there at the front desk. I would advise against staying at this hotel until they can get their operations in order.

Finally a Residence Inn in this area. This hotel is brand new and was only open for 2 weeks when I stayed here. It's a standard layout similar to the one at Cherry Creek. This is a silly gripe but the elevator system is weird. You have to press buttons for both cars and the chime at each level is highly annoying. Overall good addition to the Denver metro area.

I can echo all previous comments. I stayed for a week working overnight and sleeping during the day. Rooms were nice, quiet, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast bar was great and the gentlemen staffing the breakfast bar were amazingly patient and friendly, even when it was crowded and they were trying to close they remained patient and friendly. If I need lodging again in the area they will be my first choice.

Best hotel I've stayed at. Why? The staff! Unbelievably friendly and accommodating. Our room was big and nice. They had a dessert waffle bar that kids loved. Couldn't be happier.

This place was a very neat and clean friendly staff all the way around. I stood here for one night on a business trip and I had great experience. I love the way the rooms are set up. The breakfast on point. I will be stayin here next time I come to denver.
