Windows in your room’s are not very good isolated! Energy efficiency is a foreign word for you? Single glasses in your hotel is a standard from 1980! You should update your Hotel windows! You’ll save a lot of money for heating in winter and cooling during the summer! Think about it!

I tried to check in early and the lady was super unhelpful: $52 for parking, $50 for early check in, plus she was super abrasive when I asked her to explain where the parking ramp was at! The pool has been closed for over two years?!

The hotel was not top notch but after the experience at our first hotel choice I didn’t want to spend my time fighting or arguing for good customer service. Hotel was friendly upon check on, offered water and gave us some ideas of where to go for dinner. Once in our room, the mirror light in the bathroom was out, garbage from previous guests still there and the ac filter was rattling to the point of waking us up nightly. We never received fresh towels or house keeping for our 3 day 2 night stay. For $400 plus a night I expected a little mote. Valet was great, very helpful and fast service.

No! There no free parking and no housekeeping we stay 3nights and never got fresh towels and our garbage was never taken out … won’t stay here again.

Do not stay here. Nothing is included with your 4 star stay. They screwed up my deposits twice, and now im out almost double the price of the room. Their explanation is I can get it back when I leave. Parking is not included, early arrival is 50 bucks. And theres a bunch of other non disclosed charges. Stay elsewhere.

I am so glad we chose to stay at the Hilton City Center. The level of service received by the overnight supervisor, Vanity, was outstanding. She is super sweet and extremely accommodating. I have traveled quite a bit and never experienced the level of service she provided last night. All I can say is WOW! I definitely understand why she is a manager. She is super great with customers!
The security guard, Alex, was amazing as well. He went above and beyond to find us some wine when we arrived late night and all the restaurants were closed due to a snowstorm and Covid.
I highly recommend Hilton Denver City Center and will always make this my home away from home whenever I’m in Denver. THANK YOU VANITY & ALEX!

My job hosts our Annual Gala at the Hilton Hilton Denver City Center. From the facility to the staff, they have provided us with amazing service every year.

Nice place for a conference and excellent front desk/valet services.

Such a beautiful hotel and the customer service is amazing! There was a line at check-in but they had 5-6 people checking in guests so the wait was minimal (less than 5 minutes). Front desk girl was friendly and courteous, seemed genuinely interested in us having a pleasant stay not only at the hotel but in Denver in general. We were there for our anniversary and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of champagne and cheese/crackers. So thoughtful and well beyond our expectations. Lobby has beautiful fireplace and the attached restaurant was very nice. Overall the hotel was very clean, pleasant and beautiful. Highly recommend.

The check in process was extremely frustrating Rooms were not ready until 6:00 p. M. I arrived at the hotel in 1130 and was told it would be an hour and then 2 co workers arrived 2 hours later but got a room when I still did not have one. Very disorganized. Staff at bar were rude. Valet took over 15 mins to get car. Not a good experience at all wouldnt stay there agai.

A big thank you for making our wedding anniversary special last Friday, July 20. Upgrading our room and providing a complementary bottle of champagne was unexpected and helped to make our evening more memorable. We didn't book directly through Hilton because we were given a gift certificate. In the past, other hotels have made us feel less important if we didn't book directly through the hotel so our stay at the Hilton this time made us feel just as important as every other guest. Thank you!

My husband & I stayed here for a little weekend staycation getaway. We actually live in Centennial, CO about 25-30 south of here. The hotel is conveniently located downtown where you can walk to a lot of spots, take a shuttle, carriage ride, pedi-cab or Lyft/Uber. I stayed here once when this hotel was older. It’s been completely renovated & looks beautiful! It’s immaculate! A nice hotel with a Starbucks is a plus! They have a pool & gym as well. Our room was nice & more importantly very clean! The lighting in the bathroom mirror is great for doing my makeup & shall I say, it made me glow! The bed not incredibly comfortable or uncomfortable. I’d rate the bed a 6.5 outta 10. I, unfortunately, am not a fan of down pillows either (which seems to be in every hotel). We had a great view of the downtown skyscrapers & a garden type area below. The room was nice & quiet too. We ordered room service (just local ice cream pint from Sweet Action & albeit expensive, was worth it. ) The people complaining about the price of this hotel/room service/parking/whatever, you always have other choices to go somewhere else. You get what you pay for. All-in-all we had a great experience & definitely will be returning.

Good location in lower Manhattan but while they make it look like riverfront, it certainly is not. There is a $15 destination fee for every night in addition to normal rate, but you can use it to pay for your breakfast and it also makes fast internet free even though the registration screen tries to scare you it costs money.

This was not a good experience, unfortunately. I booked a room with two queen beds and when I arrived at 7:30 PM was told they had me in a room with one king bed, which wasn't going to work. So they said I would have to wait, but no more than 30 minutes. We ended up waiting over 45 minutes to get the right room. The next day I ordered room service for lunch, a Cobb salad that was described on the menu as having Turkey, bacon, tomato, avocado, egg, and blue cheese. It came to my room with no bacon, tomato, or avocado so I requested a new one. They came back a short time later with a sandwich! On the third try, I got the salad I ordered. Later, we ordered dinner at the restaurant to take back up to the room. I ordered the better burger that was supposed to come with green chili cream cheese, a chipotle honey sauce, and an onion ring with a side salad with blue cheese dressing, and wings with buffalo sauce and ranch. I got back to my room and realized I had wings with no sauces, a plain burger with just lettuce and tomato, and a salad with caesar dressing. Lol, I can't make this stuff up! I will not be returning.

Top shelf service is standard here. Top quality beds and rooms are standard here. Getting pampered and treated as a truly important guest is standard here. What isn't standard here? The prices of rooms and services are better than I would expected from any accommodations of simular quality!

Great service & view! Conveniently located in the center of downtown overlooking Elitch Gardens and the skyline of downtown. Very kid friendly & family welcoming with plenty of attractions, entertainment and good local food all right in walking distance of the hotel. 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive to Elitch Gardens amusement park or 10 minute drive right in to Denver's downtown & 16th street mall for great shopping as well. The price was really comparable to the other hotel prices in the area, good spot.

My favorite hotel in my favorite city of the USA! Nice hotel, great location! Car rental to get to the Rockies around the corner. As well as shopping opportunities, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Wallgreens… It's all there!

Really friendly staff all around! Complimentary driver within a 2 mile radius was sure a great perk! Close to everything li LODO area in Denver. Busy weekend with lots of hustle and bustle but room was nice and quiet. Our room was on 18 and elevator was so fast! Nothing worse than waiting and waiting on a hotel elevator. This Hilton has that problem figured out! Lively lower level bar. We had a busy weekend so did not have time to check out other amenities. They offer shuttle service from Union Station so if you land at Denver airport it’s a simple train ride to Union Station then walk to transit center IN FRONT of Union Station and call hotel for shuttle! Thanks Hilton for a great stay and friendly staff! I have pictured the part of Union Station that has transit center cause after a long day of travel it was somewhat tricky to find.

I stayed here for a convention through work. When I arrived I realized my work never paid for the room and I didn't have a way to cover it. Just out of school and this hotel was way out of my price range. I called my work and they gave me the card info to give them to authorize the room. The hotel said they recently implemented a new policy that they will no longer authorize rooms over the phone, apparently due to cases of fraud. The card holder has to physically be there in person. This presented a big problem since I was visiting from Chicago and it was a saturday so there was nobody in my work's travel agency to take care of it. Ended up having to have someone else put their card on the room then have my work fix the issue the following Monday. Ultimately the room was nice and I enjoyed my time there. And they gave me free breakfast which was nice. But I did not enjoy having to jump through so many hoops just to check in. This policy is horrible. Terrible customer service. No hotel I've ever stayed at has had this policy.

If you are on a business trip and looking for a good place for a business meeting the lobby is great here. There's a mezzanine level that is semi private. I can't speak to the quality of the rooms though this seems like a fairly standard Marriott.

Centrally located. Expansive rooms with a great renovation. However, the lobby was under construction and the club room was a raised platform in the middle of it. Tough spot to be in. Call ahead to understand what is going to be getting built while you are there.

This place is now a Hilton. It is centrally located in Downtown Denver and is within walking distance to many attractions. The lobby and staff are always welcoming and the rooms feel modern and up to date.

Thus place is beautiful, recently converted from a Hyatt. Nice rooms, very clean, great food, and in an excellent location. I may be biased because I came here for work and my building is attached to this one, but having it in this location makes it an excellent space to travel for work. Especially considering the prices are reasonable. It also doesn't hurt to have mountain and city views that can't be beat.

Breakfast buffet is in specialisations, nice and cozy. But also some drafty in winter.

The hotel itself looks amazing and our room had a wonderful view! (We we were on the 15th floor). The front desk assisted us a few times and they were very accommodating. The only thing that I wouldn't recommend was the bar. I should have known better, but I bought a bottle of wine and found it at my local store for 1/5th the cost. Didn't impact my experience, but just wanted to let others know!

Nice hotel and great staff. Bed and pillows were great. Only downside is the room was very warm. Cranked the ac in the middle of December and still roasted.

I've been here for three nights now and have one more. They have been wonderful in working with my unique situation, friendly and clean. The beds are firm support but soft top. The elevators have continued to work at a great speed and effeciency even though there is at least one large conference attending. The lobby is kept warm, which is a comfort to this southern bred person who isn't used to the cold.

This hotel is beautiful! I had an amazing view of the city and a partial view of a mountain. Staff was very friendly. Convenient location to so many restaurants and downtown Denver. You must grab a drink and try the pretzels at the restaurant in the hotel as well, you will not regret it. Highly recommend for your next stay!

I went here for a job Interview a while back. People here are friendly to there guests and The Marriott people definitely go extra mile for there employees and there guests. I really enjoyed the interview. I felt like know these great folks like family. Have a great yr and thank you.

I was very disappointed to find that there was no bath tub when I got to my room.
The follow morning I went downstairs to enjoy a buffet breakfast; this hotel no longer offers a buffet breakfast. I dined elsewhere.
Trying to rest before a long flight home and the chamber maids were doing their best to keep the whole hotel awake. All in all, not impressed.
Fortunately your front of house staff are amazing.

This Marriott is a little dated. It shows it's aged in many areas but it is still a great hotel. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. It's located several blocks from the convention center, depending on weather this can be a nice walk or require a ride.

Though this hotel is located at the end of the busy Transit, local, visitor, and all around travel Freenzy area of Denver's downtown area… It was the perfect spot to have as home base that weekend. There was so much to do on the two days staying of my stay… There was The Taste of Colorado and several other major events. As such, many of the streets were blocked off because of containing the events and having them blocked off as private paid experiences. The location of the Marriott City Center was very assessable at this time. The Light Rail station was across the street from the front of it and there was another directions Light Rail station across the street from the back of it. As well the roads leading to and from the hotel's parking were open and accessable and just at the end of the driveway exits. The hotel also had a conference center and a FedEx in house, Starbucks was across the street, and in the food was phenomenal in their restaurant. The conversation was inviting and intellectual at the bar. I really enjoyed my stay.

Gentleman checking us in almost took away my corporate discount because I did not have a badge. After complaining about how multiple of us could have corporate branded items and the same code, he caved. Once he did, his response was "Oh looks like I was able to find you a room. " I asked if I could speak to a manager and told us he was the manager on duty. I travel to Denver quite a bit and usually stay at different properties. You can be sure that this was the last time my team will stay here. I've never been asked for proof of employment before and my consulting firm does not have badges. One extra star because the bar tender was very helpful and friendly.

This is a really lovely hotel. Close public parking 1 block away if you dont want to pay valet storage rates. Beautiful park beside the building. Really clean, smelled new, let us check in an hour early, great view of downtown and friendly staff. Additionally, its the little things that improve the stay for me… HUGE bathroom!, HUGE shower with 2 shower heads (1 handheld), great bathroom lighting (really liked the "night light" option on the mirror), small flexible reading spot lights on each bed, ample outlets everywhere, super nice mattress and pillows, nice, unique decor that matched (loved the carpet! ), a small window (about 3 ft x 6 ") below the picture windows that actually opened to fresh air outside!, an organizer in the shower that actually holds your shower toiletries, mini fridge, and a smoking area outside that shows they still care about our comfort. It includes awnings, benches, nice plants, flowers and decorative recepticles (Photo shows smoking area with red awnings. ). A special Thank You to NATALIE from the cleaning staff. I bugged her at 3 different times and she refreshingly showed genuine eagerness to be of help, was fast fulfilling requests and had a really great attitude, that we appreciated. We stay at many hotels (and operate one ourselves) and this was definitely one of my favorites. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND and would love to stay again.

Incredibly friendly staff. The shuttle service is spectacular. Everyone is very helpful with suggestions to non locals. Rooms are clean and tidy. Bar is well stocked and delicious.

My stay here was the most stress free stay I have ever had. Marriott made my stay convenient and fun while I was here for business. The food was amazing and so was the service 5 stars no doubt.

The first night, my room smelt like marijuana and they were fully booked so I couldn't switch rooms. The second night was better when I switched rooms, but if you are a light sleeper you'll wake up early when they slip the receipt under the door. I thought someone was coming in my room early in the morning. Other than that the staff was friendly and the view was nice.

For the most part, this is a nice hotel. It smells great in here and it has a nice interior. The staff is professional and the rooms are decent. The location is also good (super close to 16th street). However, it's the little things that drove me to give this place 3 stars. When we got into our room we discovered that there was no remote for the TV. How does that even happen? There was also no bathtub, which was extremely disappointing to my wife as she loves a nice, hot bath. My biggest gripe is that the fitness center is terrible. The equipment is old and there is so much missing. If you are serious at all about strength training, don't stay here. In summation, it wasn't bad, but it also wasn't 5 stars amazing.

The moment I checked in with 3 kids for my daughters 14th birthday we were treated amazing. Ryan upgraded our room to the top floor so they could experience the city and when we returned to dinner she had a tray with a birthday card just for her! The tray was filled with popcorn, chocolates, and root beer. Stayed here before and each time had been good, this time just topped it all!

Nice and in good location. Stayed here for work conference and it was more than convenient location to any necessity. Drive from airport was about 30. Doesn't provide shuttle but it benefits of its location outweigh the cost.

I love this hotel. Honestly one of my favorite hotels in Denver. This time I was a little disappointed as it seemed my room was a. Bit smaller than my previous stays. And I am very unhappy that they do not offer free Wi-Fi.

The bar downstairs at the Denver Marriott City Center can be a good spot to be at after work. The bar has a great little happy hour all drafts are half off along with select wines. It is a much better happy hour spot then shelby's around the corner.

I attended a conference at this hotel. It's a very nice hotel, but they had trouble with the temperatures of the conference rooms. It was either freezing or sweltering. Also, valet and parking were expensive, so I'd recommend budgeting well or taking advantage of public transit.

I was speaking at this hotel for a conference so the event organizers put me up at this hotel. Struggled with either a 3 or 4 star rating as the staff within the hotel and at the conference was very helpful, prompt, and friendly. The rooms, common areas, and conference facilities are clean. Amenities and prices are what I expected for a full service hotel located in a downtown area. Minor negative for not having fridges and microwaves in each room. The biggest negative boiled down to sleep quality. Nothing to do with bed comfort or room temp controls but due to 2 things likely related to the age of the building (which looks like it was built in the 1970's). 1) Room to room noise — thin walls as I could hear curtains closing in the room next to me. 2) Door noise — biggest irritation is that the design of the room doors is such that every time that someone closes their door it is heard quite loudly throughout the whole floor. I tried and could not figure out a way to get the door to close quietly. There is also a large gap at the bottom of each room door which does not help. In the end, the lack of sleep quality made for a 3 star rating. Replacing the guest room doors with quieter mechanisms and hardware would be a huge improvement — I've seen the newer doors at various properties and they work great.

I stay at Marriott properties approximately 250 days per year, and have a pretty good idea about the quality of the Marriott properties and service. I just finished up my third (and last) stay at the Denver CIty Center. The rooms are small, cramped, outdated, poorly insulated and dirty. The constant ice cold, scalding hot swings while showering are not enjoyable. The quality of food and service in the restaurant is so bad, I have stopped at McDonalds to avoid eating there. Overall I would prefer staying anywhere else downtown other than this property, regardless of price.

Every honeymoon suite every room every meeting every seminar every staff member was great.

Room was very Tiny and I stay downtown a lot. This is the smallest ive seen. Shockinglly parking is not included. Valet is 35 a night and we were directed to park 2 blocks away and walk for 12 a night instead. Absolutely rediculous. This is also the first marriot I have been at where breakfast isnt included.
