Carpets smelled very bad. It's okay if you are on a budget, rooms smell and pretty old but sheets and hotel are clean. Breakfast and parking included which is a plus.

Amazing, very clean peaceful vintage like experience I went with my kids I felt safe we're from utah so it was worth the stay just staf in the morning seemed grumpy but night staff great job.

Our stay at the Santa Barbara quality in was nice. However, because you CSB had graduations that weekend They increased the price of the rooms. I'm it's not too please with this period But all the hotels did the same thing. It was ridiculous. The service was nice, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again if the cost of the room was reasonable. It cost nearly $400.

Well managed, clean and great location. Spacious room with confort bed and new sheets bed, complete and delicious breakfast.

Stayed in an upstairs room with two double beds while taking son to tour of UCSB. The room was not huge, but was adequate to our needs. Everything was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to spread out our Indian food leftovers in the common room for dinner the next night. A crib was available for the baby. Rates were very reasonable. The free Continental breakfast was on par with others, with a waffle maker, cereal, plenty of coffee, yogurt, scrambled eggs, and fresh fruit. There were plenty of power plugs and USB chargers in the room. The inn is in close proximity to stores and restaurants, and to Santa Barbara itself. While not a luxury establishment, it was better than expected and I would consider staying here again.

Clean decent room, comfortable bad, friendly front desk staff. Some rooms do face a sometimes noisy street.

This hotel was easy to find, the issue I had is that the windows need to be replaced, super loud, I had the pool under my window and I could hear every word. Sirens from passing police or fire trucks boomed into the open area and directly into the room… the tub had rust in it, bathroom was tiny… bed was comfortable though! TV was easy… part plugs were no where near the desk in the room, luckily I brought my power strip so I was able to gain 4' then plug in.

We stayed two nights and both my son and I got riddled with bedbug bites. The breakfasts were fine and the rooms seemed clean but bed bug bites are painful and though I only have about ten my son has about 40. Would not stay again because of this. We have stayed with them in the past with no issues but this was really bad.

As far as two star's go, not bad. Walls area bit thin so if you're a light sleeper like me hope for non noisy neighbors or ask for a room not near someone who is a loud Walker or a TV watcher.

Rooms were spacious and clean and everything in them was in top shape. The cusotomer service was friendly and the breakfast provided was quite nice.

Great service, I would stay here again. Santa Barbara CA. Rooms are small but managable. Nice mountain view.

Exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable for quick overnight stop. Front desk very friendly, room was great as described, good overall option on a budget, no complaints.

The overall experience was ok. The location was great for us. There were several good food choices around us. The biggest issue with the room was the AC unit and the bathroom. As for AC, whenever the AC would come on, the door would shake and the unit itself. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be for you. We had put the table next to the door, using it's weight minimize the shaking. As for the bathroom, it was way too small. I am 6'2, it wasn't easy :)

Clean rooms, nice staff. Nothing special, but also nothing wrong with it. Great place if you just want to spent one or two nights in santa barbara.

Very little Parking, tiny bathrooms. Pillows and bed are very comfy! Breakfast is always good! Location is near everything in Santa Barbara. Good place to rest when your enjoying Santa Barbara.

I went over labor day weekend so the price I paid was probably the highest one possible, but I think this place was slightly below average for hotels in a similar price range. The bed felt a little droopy but we slept ok. One thing that stood out was the size of the TV. I think maybe it was a 50 inch screen which is big for a hotel room. They also had a large potted plant in the room's bathroom which was kind of nice.

Simple and Sweet. When one needs a quick place to sleep at night in beautiful Santa Barbara, this is a choice to consider. Nothing fancy or elegant about this establishment, but it's a comfortable choice for two people in a single room. The bathroom was very small, but everything was fairly cozy and led to a decent night's sleep. The location is convenient to many options and areas to explore. Only complaint is the price (much more expensive than need be) — but, the location is evidently a reason for the slightly expensive flare. Would recommend to those who travel simply, but be sure to book in advance before prices raise too much more.

Lots of good dining options nearby. Trader Joe's just across the street. Room clean, staff pleasant, but the bathroom is incredibly small. Really really tiny. Also, pillows on the bed are tiny. Expected much more for $300 a night.

Spacious rooms and polite staff! A bit far from the convention center but an uber was around 6 bucks each way. Lots of delicious restaurants in the area and a Walgreens within walking distance.

The service and rooms were actually really great. The only issue we had was that the rooms are really small. Very reminince of a room you would find in Europe.

Didn't use facilities. Reception friendly and pointed out a few good restaurants in the area. Chose a little Indian place across the street. Flavour of India food

Room is decent. Small bathroom and small pillows, my room was missing the microwave but other than that the appliances in the room are up to date.

Very Nice good location, very nice staff. Good breakfast. I just wish the pool had longer hours 8:00pm is just to early. Better if 10:00pm or 11:00pm during the peek summer months

Santa Barbara isn't cheap, so finding an affordable place to sleep is not easy to do. This Quality Inn fit the bill and was located not far from where we wanted to be. The room appeared clean. Unless you indicate otherwise, they change the sheets every 3 days for "environmental" reasons. I was okay with that. Small bathroom. Our room had a small fridge, microwave and a coffee pot. They have coffee available in the manager's building and free breakfast available in the morning. The food was pretty good. The only reason it was a four star was that the bed wasn't friendly to my back, but I have back issues. My companions didn't seem to suffer the same problem. All in all, I'd stay there again, mainly for the economy of the room.

Clean, comfortable room and bed; adequate hot breakfast options; pool; quiet location. There were some small glitches, like weak internet access. Not perfect, but the important things were all in place. Definitely worth what we paid for it.

Not sure if they have change policy but the staff seems unsure what they can do amd what they cant do.
