Nice hotel. Very friendly lady at the front desk. Some things look a little outdated and old but my bf and don't have many things to complain about. Great deal too.

Budget oriented, good for one night stays. Barebone amenities.

This is a great property. It's clean as can be, prices are really reasonable and owners are really pleasant. Located on State St Buses go up and down all day and night if you don't have transportation. A great spot.

Nice location, 10 minute drive to downtown State St, rooms were pretty clean and people were friendly as we only booked for one night, decided to stay a night longer and we were able to keep the same price even though it should be a bit more expensive. However the place is pretty outdated and could use some maintenance work.

Easy to make reservations at the last minute, very friendly receptionist, is a place with quiet atmosphere.

Wouldn't return my Cash deposit because the sheets were dirty, i. E. They had to wash them. Wouldn't stay here again.

It a small local inn. It is outdated but the lady at the front office was nice and the rooms are cheap and it was clean enough. I had good rest and it was more affordable than other places around.

The Help is nice and the location is close to most places you'd want to go to without being surrounded by traffic. The place does at first look a little dingy but is actually well maintained and plenty clean. It's as good as you'd get for the price.

The lady at the front desk was really friendly. The room was clean, but it is small. It did come qith some amenities a fridge, microwave, and Wi-Fi.

Definitely a no thrills motor inn style hotel. My room had a funky smell when I checked in. I was traveling alone so no big deal but would prob not choose for "date" weekend. The room next to mine looked nicer, so maybe it's a craps shoot to what you get. All in all, room, bed, shower, so it served it's basic purpose for a quick business trip.

I don't know how this place only has 3 stars. We showed up pretty late to check in, they were very nice about it and more than accomodating. They just like to know around what time to expect people so just give them a heads up if you're getting in late. The bathroom looks newly renovated. Small fridge and microwave in each room. Nice place for the price compared to other hotel/motels around. And the staff is very very nice! It's also not that far from downtown! It's a cute little place too! I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was ok! The room was clean and comfy, I really liked it. Thanks for that coffee, it was good and service was kind and we smoked outside and that was not a problem!

There was no hot water, the toilet ran and made noise all night and the key did not work. When I expressed my concern to the front desk they did nothing to compensate for this. They would not provide me the name of the manager or owner to file a complaint. While the price was relatively low the value was not there. Better to pay a little more for at least a decent stay.

Cheap, clean, quiet, good bed. Not the ritz but nice if you don't spend that much time in your room.

This place is an absolute dump! I had the unfortunate opportunity to stay here for a out of town job. Upon pulling in I would have rather stayed on the job site in my car if it were possible! Dirty, old & just down right nasty. We stayed in room 211 and there are trash cans right out the door with people putting out cigarettes non stop! You are only aloud one key and car per room at $150 per night I feel like it was $130 too much.

Stayed one night, wouldn't mind staying 3 or 4. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom with bath tub. It has microwave, empty mini bar to store your beverages, coffee maker. 3 pillows each bed, modern TV. Quiet small room, it was just perfect for an economical price compared with most hotels in the zone. And also located in State st. Which goes directly to the downtown. Mejor que varios hoteles que haya conocido en México con un precio similar. No entiendo los malos reviews xD.

Just ok. Quiet small rooms small bathroom but if you don't need fancy it's fine. As long as there is a comfortable bed clean bathroom hot shower frig n coffee maker I'm ok.

Do not stay here! stay in your car if needed! disgusting, old and dingy rooms, stale stand up shower. Smells of mildew. Maybe there is mold. SOME OF THE RUDEST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE YOU WILL EVER MEET! Husband and Wife with not an ounce of customer service in their body. Had someone book a room for me 3 hours ago. Checked the Google reviews and they were horrible. 1.5 rating now! I took a previous patrons advice and asked to see the room first and the room looked more like a… I would imagine if you checked deep enough you would find BED BUGS! I asked to cancel and get a refund since it was pre-paid and they would not citing I need 24 hours to cancel, how can I cancel withing 24 hours if it was booked 3 hours ago? Stayed at the MOTEL 6 down the road for $99.00 and that room was clean and modern. Complete opposite of this place, they should tear I down. I may even call the health department!

Booked and paid for a room in person in advance. When I went back 2 days later on the booked date the manager had rented out my room and no vacancies! Gave me a refund, didn't help me find a replacement room elsewhere — this is at 4.30pm on a busy saturday afternoon. Very unprofessional, unreliable and unhelpful. Find somewhere else. The owners of this property need to take a good look at their managers, they are letting them down…

The room was disgusting, blood stains on the blanket, God-knows-what stains on the walls, old dusty furniture in disrepair, horrible odor, paper thin walls. We ended up in Santa Barbara last minute and needed a place to stay and everything else was booked… Next time, we'll sleep in the car.
