Got married at a nearby golf club and stayed overnight at the Hilton Garden Inn. We reserved the large suite. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed the spaciousness of the room. The hotel overall was very clean and quiet and the staff was very accommodating. We would stay again if we needed a room in the area. A few things to note: There is no bell service so if you have a lot of luggage you will want to borrow one of their carts to take your things to your room. There isn't much else in the area within walking distance, but if you have a car it's just a short drive to restaurants or outlet shopping. Breakfast buffet is served until 10am for a very reasonable price and the food is good.

This is absolutely the best in every aspect! They have made a very sad day for me into an absolutely memory for myself (first anniversary our 46 yrs) without my husband, thank you with my whole heart!

Room was nice and clean. Everyone was pleasant and willing to help. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Will definitely stay again.

My family had the best hotel experience we ever had here. We have stayed at hotels costing 6 times more than this one and had far greater customer experience here. This is now our go to place. Thank you staff and management, don't change anything!

Right off the bat the hotel had a welcoming and contemporary feel to it as soon as I walked into the lobby. The staff was friendly and checked us in pretty quickly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable but were a bit dated compared to the lobby. They were, however, very well kept. This location even has a Robot named Archie that delivered food straight to our room. It was a good affordable hotel and I'll definitely consider staying here again if we ever come back this way.

Very nice clean hotel. The hotub and pool are great. The service is very friendly.

The front desk was friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There is Wi-Fi in the room and a TV but we didn't use it. The amenities are a bit sparse but that is expected for the price you are paying. Breakfast is not included, the continental breakfast is $12, but you can enjoy coffee and tea for free!

Next to Hwy 101. Next to a cafe and near downtown Gilroy. Room was clean and very comfortable bed. Guest service was awesome!

The decoration is modern, stylish and tasteful. The representative was very professional and friendly at the front desk. In the restaurant the host, and waitress were outstanding. My waitress, Isabella, even remember my favorite dish for breakfast, which is their omelet (I highly recommend it my style "with everything") … so she ordered right away. The other waitress at night was also awesome, and walk The extra mile to make us feel at home. The rooms where clean… some day the housekeeping staff make some nice forms with the towels. One day, I was surprised by their robot aid at my door giving me some stuff I asked to the front desk clerk.

Love! we had an amazing time! Great rooms and very friendly staff. Also, the restaurant is very good, we had dinner delivered to the room and it was very tasty.

Nicest hotel for the money in Gilroy. Pool, quiet rooms and attentive staff. Will be coming back.

The area was subtle, yet enjoyable. Being there was comfort from the rooms to the service and I plan to go there soon when it comes to later travels.

Worst experience I have had at a hotel. I checked in around 11. The power was partially out. Elevators were both working so I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. That was bearable. The next morning I take a shower and there is no hot water. Go to check out and told the front desk and they said "Yes, the boiler is broken. Sorry about that. " So yeah, two stars.

Got a decent room rate here and it was a pleasant stay. The only thing was we were suppose to have a king bed and got two queens hmmm. Didn't feel like composing and stuck it out. Breakfast was fresh and fabulous but a little pricey. Still would stay again. Better luck next time.

Great staff, dedicated team and managers. They take complaints very seriously and customer satisfaction is their main priority. I did a job for them through a temporary agency and they are very great to work for.

Clean comfortable. Just too much odor from nearby Garlic, and air fragrances conflict. Breakfast good fast and efficient.

Not exactly what I expected. Been to the Garden Inn in New Mexico and was very impressed. Gilroy seems to be a little behind when it comes to a modern hotel. Here on business and would be disappointed if I payed out of pocket for this hotel. Was expecting a little more. Hilton seems to enjoy charging extra for every little thing on top of the high price for the hotel.

The staff was very welcoming and attentive, and even though I was only there for a short time I felt like a cared for guest.

The Hilton garden inn Gilroy is a fantastic environment with a great hard working staff (George, Raena Anthony and Ricardo). The service in the evening is fantastic, as well the food, they always are attending to my needs in a timely accordingly manner. The waitress (raena) is a great server with a highly enthusiastic attitude and always assured my needs were taken care of! :) very great experience give two thumbs up!

Reasonably priced, clean and convenient place to stay in the Monterey Bay area. Easy to get to beaches, the Santa Cruz mountains, the aquarium, the garlic festival, and a lot of other things. A nice swimming pool, complementary cookies, and a well stocked bar top it off.

Very nice place. Clean and comfortable. It has both a fitness center and pool. A bar and restaurant in the lobby.

Room was lovely and staff was very friendly. Scent in the room was too strong. Bar was out of white wine and several liquors. Breakfast ordering and format was not well explained or clear.

The hotel staff was very professional and friendly I think it was Anita that helped up with reservations and check in, the rooms were very nice and the restaurant and bar in the hotel was a definite plus. We will definitely stay there again.

I have family in Gilroy so I frequently stay here when visiting (during Christmas and holidays and occasionally on random weekends). This is listed as a 3-star but the rooms are exceptionally well furnished, the property is modern and clean and the service is very nice, comparable to many 3.5/4-star hotels. Most rooms have newer flatscreen TVs and electronic thermostats (on one stay the room was still awaiting renovation, though they may be complete now). All rooms have comfortable pillowtop beds. While there is no in-room dining to speak of, the lobby restaurant downstairs is excellent (although not 24 hours) and there are numerous dining options nearby in Gilroy. Compared to other hotels in the area, Id say this one is by far the best. It's a Hilton Garden Inn that is surprisingly comparable to a normal flagship Hilton property and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an upscale, modern room while in the Gilroy area.

Front desk staff very pleasant, friendly & welcoming. Hotel was beautiful, bright, relaxing environment, floral & plant arrangements inside & out on the grounds were done beautifully. Nice upper class hotel, yet warm & inviting to (probably) anyone. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and most of the staff was polite. We had one problem with the room's refrigerator and when we called the front desk the attendant was not very helpful. Luckily I managed to get it working. Overall it was a good stay.

The staff was great. I reserved a block of rooms for my wedding. They had no problem getting us an early check in and a late check out.

Was in Gilroy for a wedding. Most people stayed here. Room was clean, decent sized with a fridge and nice view of the valley. They gave us a little welcome bag with some water and snacks which was nice. It was quick stay of less than 24 hours. I'd stay here again if in the area for some reason.

The hotel was great and food was delicious. I didn't see the rooms but I remember staying in the rooms getting ready for my wedding in 2009 and they were very nice. Only complaint and a small one at that because the coffee and water was already on the tables when I got there would be that they didn't check back in to refill the pitchers. I also didn't ask them to be refilled so I guess part of the fault was on me. Also they had plenty of room for parking and an added plus was I noticed they had space as an electric car was plugged in as I walked in the door which I haven't seen at other hotels. If I didn't live so close I would definitely come back to stay here.

Great hotel recommend to everyone. Great price for a last minute deal. Way better than other hotels. Happy with the service.

My fiancee and I went in to request info about blocking a few rooms for our wedding. The reciptionist at the front desk was very helpful and sales associate with any questions we had. Overall great experience.

I usually go there for breakfast every Saturday. Their customer service is quite OK! They can do better by adding varieties to their buffet.

Some of front desk are very nice Jane and Alex and christina, housekeeping is a trauma. I checked in three rooms they don't clean the bathrooms. Hair was on floor and urine on toilet. Yes this is suppose to be part of hilton. Not sure how the hotel passes hilton inspection. Eric the general manager is very ignored and unprofessional, he hides in the back, will never come out tells front desk to tell guests he is call or vacation. Lots of shower and bath tub problems.

Hilton garden inn gilroy is really not bad. There is coffee on the ground floor that is feee, which is always a plus. Though the rooms are not perfect, the beds are comfortable and everything is pretty much in good shape and everything is well made. The bathrooms are clean as well, but there isn't much view from the windows, at least from our room next to the parking lot. The Wi-Fi is also usable, especially with Hilton honors. Overall we only stayed for one day but since the service and location was good for a hotel I give it three out of five stars. Thanks for reading this review.

I was at the Hilton for a conference and they were incredibly accommodating and the staff was terrific!

Went here to use one of the meeting rooms for an HOA meeting. This place is much nicer than I expected, especially the lobby. The free coffee and bar in the corner is also a nice touch.

I have stayed here a few times Staff is very nice and accommodating. Pool water is warm. Always a quiet stay. Wish breakfast was free.

Stayed for 1 night. Typical mid end Hilton hotel. All very clean and modern. They served a small treats bag (few snacks and water) on checkin which served us well after time on the road. Free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby was a plus as well. Easy parking but no free breakfast.

I am not paying $139.99 a night for nobody. No truck parking. If parked in dirt lot, police will ticket you. Talk about being messed up.

This is a truck friendly hotel. Parking is across the street at the empty dirt lot. Do not pay attention to the no parking zone. You will not be bothered. Food was great, rooms very nice and quite, everthing was decently priced.

We were tired from a drive and we saw this hotel so we stayed the night and it was a pretty good hotel. Free Wi-Fi! Okay rates. I reccomend it if you need a place to stay.

A nice hotel with all of the amenities. A nice breakfast with omelets to order and fresh fruit. Breakfast is free if you are at least HHonors Gold. They serve supper from Mon-Thurs. In the breakfast room. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. A nice big desk for working and either Wi-Fi or wired internet access. All in all, a good buy.
