My parents came in from out of town, they usually stay at this hotel. They booked a down stairs room due to my father having a bad back and having multiple surgeries, the lady behind the counter informed then their room had been given away and proceeded to be extremely rude and short with them. My parents had driven 7 hours and were not informed of any changes with their room. There weren't any rolling carts available for use. I find this to be extremely unprofessional. They will no longer be staying at this location and we will let our other family members, who also stay there, to choose another hotel.

Staff is very friendly, nice and updated place, always clean, only hotel in Madera with bar and is pet friendly.

My family and I stayed the weekend. The front desk staff was AWESOME we felt special from the beginning to the end. Beautiful lobby with coffee, tea and cocoa for the kids! Lobby also had computers with printer — all free to use for guests — surely can make you feel like you are home. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG loved the pillows! :) ) ) bathroom was sparkling ✨ will definitely be staying again.

Lovveeeddd this place, my family and I stayed here for a total of 3 weeks straight and did not have one complaint. The rooms are stunning! Cleaned everyday, house keepers are fantastic, front desk is excellent and breakfast is for sure a 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will be returning every time we stay in or near Madera.

Super stylish and amazing customer service! Everyone is so happy and ready to help! Love it! I heard they are opening a bar soon. I will definitely be checking that out!

Don't come here! Extremely outdated, holes in carpeting and pigeons have taken up residency outside the rooms and remind you of their presence all night. Rooms and elevator smell like cigarettes and vomit! Nice people at front desk though…

Was cheap enough. Only because the website advertised a continental breakfast that was unavailable. Inn shutting down today for renovations. Desperately needed renovations. Very convenient location.

Location is sweet. Food is nice. Rooms are comfortable.

It was a decent room fairly clean and comfortable just train was loud a few times through the night since tracks are pretty close… Continental breakfast was ok. Just tight on schedule to be done. Lol.

We walked in to a pretty little lobby. Having gone up the stairs, we thought it was actually pretty nice. Then we entered the room. We cleaned up and decided to go to sleep until our teammates from across the hall knocked and told us they had a bed bug infestation. Then we examined the room more closely. There was brown rust on the walls, the carpet was SO DIRTY that we could not walk barefoot without our feet turning charcoal black. The room has a train that passes by and makes it impossible to rest. This was the hotel horror movie of my life. Its not worth the cheap price. Just dont.

This was the only hotel we could find quickly that would take our family cat when passing through this area on a long journey. It's a very old hotel and nothing was particularly clean. Several things in our room were broken. We never would have stayed here if we didn't need a place that would accept pets. On the upside, the rooms are super cheap.

Horrible! Smells like smoke and mold everywhere! Rooms are thread bare and disgusting! Train runs past and is noisy. Stay away!

We came here for the FRC Centrol Valley Regional and it was horrible! The bathroom was gross! There was dirt in the bathtub and the hotel smelled like old carpet and smoke. The pool was green like a swamp and it is completely dated and dirty. I would give this place zero stars if I could. It rained so then there were roaches everywhere! The Wi-Fi sucks. We had to move the microwave to plug it in. The elevator inspection isn't updated so you take the stairs but the door knob on the top floor is broken so someone has to open it from the other side! It didn't even have the channels the TV guide in the room said it did, and the breakfast was a joke. The lady at the front desk was no help in any of it. This hotel should be shut down! It is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. NEVER STAY HERE! It is worth it to spend more money and stay at the Springhill Suites.

Very clean and nice just that many loud trains pass in the night.

The location was great. The property is old but clean and comfortable. The room was large and the price was right. I was surprised to to find an updated flat screen TV.

The rooms are clean the staff very helpful especially mikey the lady who served breakfast she is a star.
