Excellent customer service! Breakfast has great variety and very courteous staff. I highly recommend this facility for everyone needed to stay overnight.

Nice hotel. Location is not the best but good hotel and spacious rooms. We used this place as a stop before Yosemite it was about 2 hours drive away.

The room was clean and there was no excessive noise from outside or neighboring rooms. It is conveniently close to the highway. Not many choices of places to eat within walking distance.

Hotel service and appearance were both very nice. I got upgraded to a Jacuzzi room, so I am a bit biased — but the rooms were really nice, spacious, and well cleaned!

Clean and quiet hotel. Great breakfast. Hotel near by a nut packing house. Lots of undevelope land surrounding the hotel. There is a gas station close by the hotel. Bad thing, you will need to drive ten minutes to Cleveland Ave in Madera to find limited places to eat.

This particular Hampton did have the expected hearty complementary breakfast, convenient location and comfortable bed. The reason for the one star review was that the pool was closed for the season (in October). The Fresno area is well known for being hot; I've experienced it by stopping for gas while driving through and past co-workers native to the area call it the armpit of California. A Hampton at the normal Hampton rate in the hot Fresno area without an operational pool? NO EXCUSES.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, nice big rooms, great employees with fresh hot cookies if you are early enough to get them at 430pm. Enough plug sockets to charge phones, computers and headsets.

Was there for a work meeting. The staff at the front desk were so nice and guided me right to our conference room. They provided us with drinks and snacks. Everything was very clean including the bathrooms.

Everything you would expect. Rooms are bigger than most and the breakfast is higher quality than other Hampton locations. Quiet location, and not much around, but only a few minutes' drive from decent places to eat.

Room is clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Could use more electrical outlets near the bed.

The room was fine. I didn't care for the smell of paint in the room. There were no near by places to eat.

Standard Hampton Inn as far as look and feel (built in last 10 years). Fairly quiet & clean. The workout area is small however.

The room is clean, comfortable and large. It has a microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast has a variety of food with fresh fruit, eggs, and waffles. Located right off 99 and just north of Madera. Facility has an outdoor pool and small exercise room, but does have a hot tub. Staff seemed friendly.

Decent rooms but very limited breakfast options. Check in and check out was very smooth, thanks to the friendly staffs. Good option if you want to stay over night on the way to Yosemite.

It was nice, very clean. Arrived really late, but had checked in online and was given the keys to my room quickly. It was really nice. The breakfast was not what I am used to at Hampton Inns, there was not breakfast meat, the eggs looked as though they have been sitting out for a long time. There was no waffle batter left, and we got there in the middle of breakfast time. The milk for the cereal was warm. The hotel was nice, but the breakfast was really lacking, especially for a Hampton inn.

This is a fantastic hotel adjacent to the Old Mill District and Les Schwab Amphitheater. It's right on the Deschutes river in one of the best parts of Bend. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We stayed overnight just passing through the area, but the hotel was nice. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the free breakfast on the morning was good.

BEST HOTEL EVER! I work at the racetrack and stayed 2 nights here. Best staff… room was amazing! Rose was the nicest and very informative. I would recommend them to ANYBODY!

They treated us very well, very safe, comfortable rooms and excellent location.

The room was booked wrong, the manager fixed the problem. Room was clean and there is always plenty of parking. Would go back.

From personal experiences, I have favored the Hampton Inn franchise for its quality, presentation and ambiance, and I thought you couldn't go wrong with this franchise. I never had a bad experience, until I made a brief 1hr stay at the Hampton Inn on 3254 Airport Dr. Madera, CA. Here's the issue. The gentleman working behind the counter was nice, and the room was beautiful with a nice Jacuzzi; however, that soon changed when I noticed a bug in the Jacuzzi. Looked like a small roach, but didn't think much of it at the time until I found some more on the couch, table, floor and walls. I gathered up the ones I could find in a cup for the hotel staff to see. I contacted the front desk. I asked him if there were any other rooms that they could put my wife and 2 kids into; however, this was the last room. I also asked if there was another Hampton Inn they could put us in; however, after he spoke to his manager, he stated that they could only discount our room $20 and could not provide another room as they were booked. He stated that they couldn't send me to another Hampton Inn either, as they normally did not do that. I then asked for a refund, as I did not want to bring these bugs home with us. Sitting in the parking lot, my wife and I decided to either find a hotel in the area close to midnight or go home which was 2.5 hrs. Away. We decided to find a another room in the area. We found another hotel an exit away.

Great place to stay after a long day driving — we never heard the airport or road noise from the 99. The staff was excellent. They met our every need. The room was very comfortable and modern in decor. On the downside, my kids complained that the pool was cool and breezy. I'd definitely stay there again. In fact, we utilized the front desk to make our reservation for a Hampton Inn in Bakersfield the following night.

We stayed here right after they opened — the place was sparkling, the staff very welcoming. There's a pool and an exercise room and a nice lobby as well. I gave it one less star because the breakfast could have been better. That's not the fault of this particular location — it's all food decided by hilton hotels, inc. So they can't chose what goes out on the table. Hilton should just do a better job with the foodservice. Best to skip breakfast, and go to one of the panaderia's in town for a warm bun! don't be put off by the airport location: this is a tiny airport, more industrial park than anything else, and it's easy to get to anywhere in town from this location. We will definitely stay there again when visiting.
