I realized this is a truck stop, but I could not understand why in a nearly empty hotel the staff would put me in what had to be there worst room. The damages and scratches on every item in the room we're tolerable. What I could not stand was the level of cleanliness. The room was appropriately tidy when I entered. What struck me was the seeming lack of clean surfaces. The floors, tables, curtains and even the top layer of my bedding we're visibly stained. It's possible that everything here was sanitized, but the lack of maintenance in general just made for an overall feeling that I was going to go home sick.

I'm giving this Inn a — 0, they have no managers on grounds for complaints. The refrigerators are unplugged to save money. Which is a problem because if you bring food the fridge has to get cold and that takes time. I will never stay at this Inn again in Madera Ca. The staff Michael needs to be trained and better customer service.

I have stayed here multiple times. Aneal, the manager, very friendly. The rooms however leave a bit to be desired. The hot tub is super hot, which is good, the pool was ok. Do not eat at the Denny's Accross the parking lot, their food is mediocre at best, and their service is not even that good. Make sure to not get their "slightly smoked in room" because there is no such thing.

Fantastic staff and owners! They were very helpful and accommodating most definitely I will be booking another stay for my next travel! Thanks mr. And mrs. Patel! I slept very comfortable and felt at home.

For something that looked lovely on the website, when we arrived we very quickly had a different opinion, had we not had to pay if we didn’t stay, then we would have changed hotels. The rooms were dingy and bed linen tatty, towels so thin they hardly dried you, where it said food facilities on site it meant a microwave in your room, coming from UK that normally means a restaurant! The continental breakfast consisted of cereal, bread and waffles all help yourself, no sign of any cold meats, cheese or tomatoes which is what I understood a continental breakfast was. Be aware this hotel is situated at a truck stop so if you want anything nice to eat you won’t get it near here, unless you like a Wendy’s or Denny’s.

Beautiful big clean room, great pool, hot tub was perfect. Air conditions was great, allowed my two large dogs, with a very small 10 fee, o and the coffee was even good. This was our second time staying here, will defiantly stay again.

We chose to stay at this hotel due to an issue at another. I feel the price was way too high for what we received the beds are so hard you might as will be sleeping on the floor. There’s ball and pool area closes way too early. The complementary breakfast that they provide was not even enough for every guest at the hotel to receive one item Disappointing paying $130 for a room with one bed and two people.

Rooms are ok if your just stopping for the night. All staff is very friendly. The rooms need a bit of attention. It is not a bad hotel if its for a quick stay. We had issues with the first room. Ac did not turn on when we arrived at 11pm. Ee had our daughters w us so it was a annoying that we started with issues but we were moved a diffrent room by a very friendly and courteous staff member. The second room had issues with bathroom door not closing and there was a water leak in the sink faucet but we managed. The rooms I would rate at a 6 for cleanliness. Shower heads need replacing The staff I would rate at a 10. Location is a bit noisy so I would rate it at 7 for location. Price was a bit hight but owners gave us a discount for issues with rooms. Overall I would rate our stay at a low 7.

Was in for funeral and needed a hotel in Madera that allowed pets. Continental breakfast is not my thing but Denny’s is right next door. Clean, affordable and staff was nice, area not too bad. Felt safe. Only problem our bedroom felt as if it was right underneath the staircase so we heard loud steps which made it difficult to fall asleep.

Great service and very accommodating. Not alot of choices for breakfast kinda disappointed but overall nice hotel.

Arrived to Hotel around 6:30pm last night. Waited in lobby for about 10 minutes while front staff was fixing something in a persons room. We got our room and turned on the air conditioner as it was very hot and musky. We waited a few minutes for it to turn on but the dial would not go above 8. The air conditioner would turn on for a few seconds and then turn off. The air that would come out was warm. We called the front desk and we were advised to unplug the air conditioner and then plug it back and see if it would work. It didn't so we called again, the front desk clerk came to our room to see if they could fix it. Since they could not they switched our room. When we were in the new room, the air conditioner wouldn't work either. We waiting 20 minutes to see if it would turn on, and it didn't so we decided to try our luck at another hotel. We went to the front desk and we were told that only a manager could give a refund and that they wouldn't be there till later. I called this morning and was told that the manager would not be in for a week and therefore no refund can be issued until then. I would never stay at this hotel again, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone either. $98 for a musky room with no air conditioner. We ended up at another hotel.

Great atmosphere great service great accommodations they even let me use there computer yeah.

Bed was to hard pillows flat, and the noise was loud… we could hear through the walls people were loud above us stomping inn the floor like elephants. We will not stay here again… paid $100. A night and not worth it…

If you need a room it's the only place to go. It's clean no stains on the sheets. Only reason for 4 stars is the price difference between the same same number of people still trying to figure that one out.

Nice and some new modern touches.

It was average, I didn't like how the bathroom door hit the toilet whenever you opened or closed it all the way but the shower worked nicely.

It's a nice and clean rest stop on the way home from Vegas. Save yourself if sleepy Pull over and stay for a few hours. Microwave & Fridge inside room.

This place is good in a pinch, but the beds are pretty uncomfortable and the bed cover is VERY cheap. I didn't like that there was a $10 charge for an extra person, but for $79/night total, the price isn't bad. It's about what you would expect for the price. One bonus is that they have a free breakfast. It's nothing fancy, but it will satisfy your hunger. The cable is really basic and our satellite shut down for no reason for about ten minutes while we were watching tv. Luckily, we weren't watching anything too special. Overall, I would recommend it for someone on a budget who was only staying a night or two.

Gentleman and lady at the front desk were extremely nice. I made a reservation for two rooms. My mother suffers from a knee problem so the gentleman at the desk offered the first room on the first floor to us. Extremely genuine care for their guest if you ask me. Thank you Americas Best value inn.

Gentlemen at the front desk was very nice. Our room was very clean. New towels. The mini fridge was broken and a gentleman came upstairs to our room immediately and replaced the fridge with a brand new fridge. The things I would criticize was the shower head, as it didn't spray properly, the Wi-Fi was constantly giving an error then disconnecting and THE ENTIRE PLACE SMELLS OF WEED AND INDIAN FOOD/SPICE. I had a difficult time sleeping because the odor kept creeping in the room. Someone there is smoking it all day or they are growing weed in the hotel.

Do your self a huge favor and don't get a room here this place is gross. Was in the room for 2 hours then decided to go to bed literally 3 min passed when beg bugs were climbing up my shoulders. Recorded the whole incident and showed it up front to get a refund on my room and he totally denied it bold face liar. Trust me when I tell you they provided the worst customer service ever.

Its a really clean hotel & their rooms are very new. Their indoor pool is awesome.

I am not one to complain, I am thankful for the littlest things in life. However, it is terrible to stay at any Hotel that has terrible linen with holes and rips. This Hotel offers no coffee in the room, no coffee or water outside in the lobby, and no one is at the front desk until they realize you're going to keep ringing that turtle bell on the counter. We are a country that gives you freedom of religion and thats awesome, but sometimes it can be a little overwhelming. This Hotel has such a strong scent of incense or whatever it is, that it is everywhere. My clothing absorbed the smell so much so that I could not wear it out. I checked out and I am still smelling whatever that smell is all throughout my clothing. The sauna, and heated pool are out of order, doors locked but there is water in the pool. There is a very thin blanket on the bed, horrible pillows, and curtains that do not stay closed, people can see in. When I asked about coffee, I was told they only have it in the morning and they don't have a license to offer continental breakfast. Not even in a package? No fruit? There are more hotels and motels just up the highway about 5 miles further, just pass this place up and move to the others. There are a lot of businesses around the other hotels/motels up the road. Good luck with your traveling, a few more miles up the highway will be your best choice. Before I forget, do not ask for more towels, they get upset and are not accommodating at all.

The entire building was stinky. When I checked into my room there were NO bath towels. I went downstairs to get towels from the front desk and the man was terribly rude and rolled his eyes when I told him there are no towels, then he gave me towels with holes in them. This is one of those places that when you walk in you know it's going to be a bad experience. Seriously lacking in hospitality, cleanliness, and ambiance.

We had a great experience. Price was great. The fan seemed to go out in the middle of the night, but after my husband switched it from heater to cool it started working again. We'll probably stay here again.

This place should win an award. Seriously. For the worst place to stay, while paying the low, low price of $75-85 per room. My family and I stopped here for the night. We secured two rooms. One of the rooms, had a piece of broken furniture (maybe a coffee table or something? ) that was sat up in a corner. The refrigerator didn't work. The bathtub drain plug didn't hold water, so no bath for the kiddos. Did work that one out by cramming a washcloth in the drain for a workaround. (I'm MacGyver like that. ) The other room, the A/C didn't work, and the owner tried to fix that by telling me the room is already cold. I told her that was based on my body thermometer, not hers. So, we moved rooms. Curtains in disrepair, Again, the bathtub is broken (That's three rooms, so far, with no bathtub drain that works. ) Wifi. Lmfao. You have to carry your laptop to the lobby to get a strong enough signal to log in, and then hopefully, you'll still be connected when you get back to the room. Why didn't I get my money back and move? Because I am TIRED. Do NOT stay here. I hope I make it out of this alive. I thought I better put this review out now, just in case.
