Loaded in an accessible area with easy parking and great staff. The hotel is very clean and the rooms look great with the new upgrades. I especially liked the complementary full-breakfast (not continental breakfast).

Nice hotel with friendly and fast service. Quick access from freeway and close to coffee, gas and a restaurant. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. I have only one small frustration and it is a one off. The thermostat seams to be on a motion sensor and placed in a part of the room that is not visible to half of the room. I had to switch places to finish working on the bed in order to keep the air conditioner working:) All in all, it is a nice hotel.

Pleasently surprised, super clean, front desk person on duty was exceptional, I'm definitely coming back next time I'm in the central valley.

Our room is just fantastic! I believe they have been newly refurbished. Very tasteful, comfortable beds and tomorrow we shall see about the breakfast.

This is a great hotel! We were made to feel very welcome by Vanessa. She gave us extra towels for our room and the pool and was super friendly. Nice modern style to the lobby and room also! Thank you for a nice stay as always!

Would have been 5 stars if not for the show Wi-Fi! Also, some veggies for breakfast would have been great, but that's personal taste — the breakfast is in fact tasty and varied!

Loved loved loved it… The kids loved the breakfast and the pool which made it even more loveable! Clean rooms mixed with friendly staff makes for a much easier and comfortable stay! Alex was of the most help while booking the room over the phone while Stephanie was curtious and accommodating the entire time. Couldnt of been in a more convient location right off the freeway. Starbucks and subaway and gas station within walking distance. Newly remodeled. Highy recommend the stay if in the area. They even brought clean towels to the pool just for us. Great stay and very quiet. If possible I would give more stars to add to the rating!

We are definitely going to come back next time we have to come out here we love the Jacuzzi the rooms are very nice newly remodeled and when they’re done with the lobby I’m sure it’s gonna look awesome!

Well where my problem lies is they were doing construction and nobody let us know I had my almost 80 year old mother with me with the case and my aunt which also has a cane they could have actually let us know they said it was on their website my daughter and ivory check then we didn't see it anywhere kind of had attitude the first girl she started off a little rough around the edges but I'll give her props she made us feel really nice after a little while and she greeted us and everything and she went the extra mile but the girl when we checked out nasty attitude we had to walk around to get put of the hotel.

Typical Holiday Inn Express experience, the room was fine but it was a strange long narrowed shape and the air conditioner/heater was unplugged when we got there and it took a few minutes to figure out that it was controlled by the wall thermostat once it was plugged in.

Arrived late in the evening but they were very accommodating. They were in the middle of upgrading the place but still had all the amenities available.

Most business work in terms of quarterly profits. For some reason, this business focuses on daily profits. Avoid unless a bed is your only concern.

Good hotel. Service was amazing. The hotel is close to Wal-Mart by car. The room I got was small for a two queens. Overall my experience was good.

Beautiful building (even with renovations going on), extremely helpful and kind staff, just all around beautiful.

They have remodeled the rooms and it is awesome! It is so efficient; every space is usable I love it.

This Is a clean property. I was not welcome as an IHG member they did upgrade us They are very chincey on the foodThat they put out example 3 or 4 banana 4 to 5 muffins very little instant oatmeal. Also th ey do not have the hot food identified as all the other locations I have been. 2 coffees 1 regular 1 decafe. All the other locations give 3 coffees 2 regular 1 d ecafe.

Staff was very polite, room was clean. Reason for 2 stars is TV randomly shut off and then would say replace cable, air conditioning sounded like a plane landing, no water pressure in shower, couldn't call front desk because the phones didn't work and they gave us a whopping $10 discount! Whoopie! Won't be back here.

Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Offering all the basic necessities and also a free continental breakfast. Currently the hotel is experiencing major renovations and as such some rooms can't be used because of construction while other and the hallway smell like paint. The biggest issue lies with the parking; several shipping containers take up the already small lot. Hopefully most of this is temporary.

Room are good Ned are comfortable staff is great I see construction so not able to use pool and Jacuzzi and the kids were looking forward to that but my card was charged twice when I told them that at check out I wanted to be charged with another card now I'm negative on my account 500 lis dollars which I don't have.

Stayed there for 5 days for work, located in a easy to acess area, plenty of food and restaraunts in the area. The staff was kind and helpful. I will deffinetly return next time I am in this area.

It's a very busy area of Madera. We rented out the hall for a bridal shower and it was pretty nice.

Good sized rooms and everything was very clean. I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful in answering questions like where to pick up some flowers. My only complaint is that the showers didn't have high efficiency heads; while I really enjoy having a high flow of water for my showers, California is in too much of a drought to justify something like that. Still a solid 5 star rating!

Air conditioning was not functional and outdated. Not a safe place to stay as a family.

So my family and I rented a two bed room and it was very comforting. We misplaced a bag full of an enormous amount of money and thought we had forgotten it at the hotel. As I called them to check the room for anything, they also asked the cleaning ladies and checked the surveillance videos. They never found it and the man was a very promising human who prioritized loyalty. We ended up finding our bag in the truck but I truly appreciated the time and effort they put into helping me find it. Thank you!

Terrible. Room was so hot and wouldn't cool down. Kept waking up because it was 78 degrees. Shower was lukewarm. Sketchy surrounding neighborhood. Wish we had paid the price to stay at Yosemite.

Great place. Receptionist great hospitality. Aswome shower. But wish toilet seat was bigger.

The receptionist of hotel was very paranoid and kept on checking us repeatedly. I am an avid traveller and have never stayed at a hotel where they want to keep an eye on all you do. E. G. At breakfast the housekeeper was standing there all the time, staring at us continuously, so had to rush breakfast. The receptionist was pathetic, called at 10:30 am to ask when we were checking out (when the official checkout time is 11 am! ). I really disliked the old decor, worn out bedroom furniture. But again all was tolerable except for the receptionist at front desk, who was weirdest at best.

Fair price for very clean rooms with good furniture and nice beds. The breakfast is fine and you can use one of the two computers in lobby to check mail, etc.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. We (family of four) slept well and woke up relaxed (how many times have you been able to say that about a hotel room sleeping four? ). Breakfast was ample though very 7-Eleven. They could ramp up the quality and they'd have all the hotel business in town. I grew up in this town. This is a true find. Also note the beds are COMFORTABLE and the linens are nice. Hope they keep it all up.

This is a great hotel with an excellent location! Their rooms are very clean and their staff is delightful! We had to be in town for a few days on family business and it was awsome. The best bed I ever slept in and it was great having hot complimentary breakfast in the morning. We will most definatly stay there whenever we have to be in madera.
