Nice hotel and good prices, good customer service.

The hige rooms. Comfotabke beds. High ceilings. The onlu grip I have is yall need to add some usb charging outlets.

Great customer service, clean rooms, and good coffee.

The suites are comfortable and beautiful plus they have a small fridge, microwave and other stuff for the guest; but above all, great customer service!

Convenient location close to the Madera Speedway. Always clean comfortable rooms.

The rooms are clean, quiet and well insulated from noise. Their beds are very comfortable. The staff, especially housekeeping. Are very kind and accommodating. The television has good channels. The bathroom is very clean. Room comes with ironing board, a proper hair dryer, lots of amenities, but the one thing missing is a bottle opener. Bring your own.

Easy location to get you, right next to the freeway. I stayed on the freeway side and it was super quiet the entire time. There's a black bear diner in the same parking lot you can walk to. Clean, fresh rooms. Plenty of space to stretch out and kill some time in the room.

Selections are few out here nap we went with a trusted name, Marriott and I'd didnt disappoint. The hotel was quite nice, I stayed for a night for a business meeting I had the next day. The facility was really nice, it had a small gym and swimming pool. Everything was clean and neat. The only reason I put a lower score, the staff didn't seem so friendly. I had a few interactions and it could be better.

Very nice location in a great spot in town. Loved the Black Bear Diner next door. Great service. Staff at the Spring Hill was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was really good and a nice variety. The rooms are well keep and clean. Only negative is the bed is too firm for my liking. It was ok but not the best for getting a full night's sleep. Great value for the price.

In my years of travel I have always depended upon the Marriott name regardless of the property. 99% of the time one can find a clean room and a good bed with friendly staff. Same goes for this location. Enjoyed our stay. Nice room, good breakfast and an enjoyable pool. In fact I'm quite proud of them for having the pool at a warm temperature. Many of the Southern pools I've been in at Marriott properties lately were cold. This one was most comfortable probably 84 to86 degrees. I would return if in the area again.

I’ve stayed here many many times, always a great experience. Staff are so friendly and professional. The Turlock property should take some lessons from the Madera property!

This room was cute. There was a couch and a desk that acted as a partition between the "living room" and the bedroom. I'm not sure if the couch was a pull out bed or not. The sink and mirror were separate from the toilet and shower, which I enjoy in a room. There's a restaurant outside the hotel which serves giant portions, as well.

Very clean. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was amazing each day. The pool was great and clean. Public bathrooms were immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We make several trips a year to the area and always stay at this location. Rooms have always been clean and functional. We have been staying here for years and never had an issue. Breakfast is ok, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, eggs, either bacon or sausage and potatoes and waffles along with plenty of juices and coffees… I dont know what people expect for free but this seems good enough. Overall will continue to stay here as we will for sure continue making at least 3 trips a year for pretty much ever.

We absolutely love this hotel. Great pool & fitness room. Hot and tasty breakfast. The rooms provide privacy, are well furnished and very functional. We had our AC unit go out last night and management was apologetic and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this super clean and friendly Marriott property. Kudos.

Room was ok, really noisy location. I had an early meeting and breakfast was running late. Got chastised by the attendant for trying to just grab a yogurt and get on the road.

The front desk was very helpful! Our printer broke and they were kind enough to let me use theirs. The location is well kept and staff friendly.

So very unhappy. We booked 1 day before over the phone. When arriving Was told a completely different price than originally given. The hotel did not want to work with us Nor Didn’t even want to have the patience to understand what we were talking about. The fact of the matter that we were so disappointed and unhappy with the overall experience of this company has been completely disappointing. We ended up making the decision to leave the hotel and go somewhere different.

Awesome hotel, clean, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast all for a reasonable rate. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Last but not least the pool and hot tub is open until 11 PM.

I was disappointed when I asked the customer associate for a bottle of water at check-in and the answer was NO for elite members.
Breakfast items were removed before 920am… That was second disappointment.
Highly recommend to grab food before 830am.
Note: the closest Panera is almost 45 minutes away.

Very nice place to stay at. I was returning from an out of state trip and stopped here to take a rest. Rooms were very clean and up to date. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent place to stay great service They really know how to take care of you will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone traveling by.

Check in was super easy & quick. The front desk workers were very nice. I can't think of anything negative to say but there's always room for improvement (that's why I gave 4 stars). My room was right by the elevator, so I heard everyone's conversation, but that was expected.

Surprisingly great hotel … Rooms were nice. Tvs were smart TVs… Decent gym. Staff was very accommodating.

The room was very clean and had plenty of little "extras" to make our stay comfortable. My husband and I stayed in one room with our 4 kids, and with two beds and a couch that pulls out we were all quite comfortable. The free breakfast was great, too!

I really like this hotel. They have great beds, quiet A/C units & a wonderful breakfast included. It's also conveniently located right off of the freeway and there is a Black Bear Diner next door!

The hot water is Hot! The cold water is Cold! Most comfortable bed. Room and hotel is extremely clean and quiet. Full complimentary breakfast.

Freshly renovated. Felt like a brand new hotel. Good Central location to both Sequoia/Kings Canyon Parks and Yosemite.

Conveniently located next to the freeway, but still quiet. The room was well kept up, but a lot of painting and construction filled the hallways with fumes. Service was good.

I had a good stay at the SpringHill Marriott. Rooms were well maintained. The staff was warm and inviting. A nice continental breakfast was served in the morning. Close to the center of Madera and next to a popular restaurant. I would recommend staying there to anyone.

Wonderful rooms. Omg the suites were amazing, enough for 2 couples. The rooms are so nice. Beds so comfy. I suggest this place for everyone. The breakfast was not so great… unless you want bagels and cold cereal…

We come here every year for the Central Valley FIRST Robotics Competition and they are always greatly accommodating for our team.

Location is in a rough neighborhood. Lady at the front desk forgot to ask me if I wanted bonus points or gift because of my status, until I reminded her. My preferences specifically say do not put me by the elevator and she put me in the room right next to the elevator. I had to go back downstairs and ask to be moved to a different room.

It was a pleasant stay. Room was comfortable and the employees were nice.

Good, clean hotel. Friendly staff. The suite style rooms are a plus. Highway noise may be a bother to some.

Update: unfortunately the staff as well as the rooms have went down hill recently. Which is really sad for us since we have to stay at a Marriott, so now we have to travel 30 more miles to fresno to get better service. We stay here everytime we visit the area.
