Awesome community with plenty to do everyone kind and friendly…3pool 3 spas very relaxing.

Beautiful park with great amenities. Staff is nice and friendly. People who live there were friendly and welcoming. We are definitely coming back to enjoy this beautiful park.

Everything. What a great Resort. The pools and area are clean, the activities are fun and the people are so friendly. Love that it is pet friendly Two things that I don’t like though is the pet cost per month and also the asphalt on the roads. Rubs off onto pets and our shoes which carries into your rv. Hope that gets fixed We come for 6 months a year and god willing will continue.

The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There's amenities galore and all kinds of activities. Sites can take a little navigating to get into but are very nice. Looking forward to our stay here for the winter.

Great place! Stayed here for two weeks. Big pools resort feel awesome access to the outdoors. Go check them out, they are changing the resort up and it’s looking really fun!

This place is really nice. I almost dont want to leave a good review. Let's keep this place a secret. I feel really safe in the park. Front counter is very helpful. The guy who checked us in showed us to our site even tho it was 100 degrees out. Place is not cheap but worth every penny.

5 Star Resort. Great amenities and customer service.

It's a wonderful resort. Staff are well accommodating. Security was most excellent and knowledgeable and activities happening the resort. Highway noise can only be heard when you outside but not objectionable. Will back again.

We love staying here! We have stayed for months each time we have been. We enjoy the facilities & the people!

Nice place yes, but we felt extremely unwelcome the whole time. Cannot jump in the pool is a ridiculous pool rule! I'm a lifeguard and I have never heard of such a sorry pool rule. The lady at the desk told us straight out "NOT KID FRIENDLY. " We will tell all of our RV families.

Staff is rude, they pick and choose who they want to let use the monthly special's more than once, even though they claim you can only use the same special once. Management does not call you back when they say they will and they make excuses for the staffs rude behavior, I won't spend my hard earned money going back to this place. BTW, I you have a problem and want to speak with their corporate office good luck trying to get a phone number. They adamantly refused to give me the number.

Great Park. The people are very friendly. The park is very well kept. When we can't travel anymore I think we would like to move here.

Not kid friendly. We stayed here for 3 nights with a few families. We were made very aware of the rules at check-in. The kids are not allowed anywhere except at your camp site and in the pool, and only with supervision. The kids cannot use any other amenities. The kids are only allowed to ride bikes if an adult (21yrs+) is with them… this includes at your campsite. Oh, and the pool. No jumping. I'm not talking about running and cannonball style. I'm talking about standing on the edge and jumping in. You must enter the pool via the steps. And the pools were very dirty. Since we had already paid and were committed to staying, we were on our kids about keeping the rules the best we could. Still, the old people to who live here complained about the kids. They even accused our kids of climbing a tiny orange tree! NO WAY IN HELL our kids were climbing an unkempt orange tree full of thorns and pencil thin branches. Since the kids aren't allowed to do anything, I would suggest a discounted rate. Absolutely ridiculous that you'd be paying full price and not allowed to do anything. We will never stay here again. Not recommended if you have children!

Park in general is nice on first glance, really noticed the difference in maintence of grounds and pools During the winter, months vs the summer. We stayed one week a few weeks ago for the special price of $169. Which was ok considering how icky the pools were, mold chucks floating around, green yuk on the sides of pools in which the water is bath warm. The cement around the pools are in dire need of a power wash. I really did not want to return after the the horrible experience I had with Etsy in front desk last winter but Because of price my husband convinced me to try again… I just went nowhere near front desk. The laundry is a nightmare still, be aware you may not get your laundry out if you can get it to work. ”my problem with miss Etsy “ as the broken machine door left by a frustrated customer is still hanging by tape. … sad that a once beautiful park is falling into disrepair and unhappy staff. Not going again!

I went to Golden Village to inquire about parking my Rv… I sent in pics of my RV as requested and they never responded back. I was really disappointed, but what can you say being of African American nationality and the response around Hemet ia basically all the same. I was happy with the appearance and the variety of things that Golden Village Palms had to offer. I was truly looking forward to becoming a resident.

Great place to stay, short time or snowbird
We were sceptical at first after reading other reviews but that all changed as soon as we entered the resort. Any negitive review is from so allmeone who had some kind of differences with the park.
This resort is well maintained and has newly implemented security. There is more positives than negatives. We enjoyed our 6 month stay here and met plenty of great people and made some new friends.
Lots of activities and events, close …to shopping

Here at the trailer show. It is way awesome. Way bigger than I thought. Some really cool people. We are having fun.

The co-manager Paola is very rude, she lies straight to your face. We stayed at the Golden Village Palms 4 times in the last 18 month for a total time of round about 7 month and this is really a nice place. After they heard that my wife is pregnant the front office told us that we cant stay there because of there pregnancy and after one week they kicked us out of the resort. Most of the employees works very hard but the Management is a bad joke. Many customers and employees complain against them.

I would recommend this place it's kid friendly. The property is surrounded by groceries and shopping all within walking distance. We can't wait to go back. The pools are very nice!

I don't know what could be done better here. Beautiful RV park. Easy walking distance to everything in town. No worries.

I love this place, and the events they hold there are really good. And it's clean all the time. Not to mention the front office staff is great.

I found this place online and saw all of the amenities they had to offer. My wife and I checked it out and we loved it. When we first arrived in June of 2016, they let us pick out our spot. We loved it although most of the activities they offered were not available in the summer months. No pool volleyball, no volleyball. As a matter of fact, they take the nets down until they cater to the snowbirds. No Zumba, no aerobics, no Friday night music or snacks by the pool, nothing. They even water the grass at the putting range and horse shoe pits so much to keep it green for the snowbirds that I once lost a sneaker in the mud so forget about putting balls or playing horse shoes because the pits are flooded out. Then when the snowbirds arrive around November, the whole atmosphere of the place changes. The volleyball nets go up and many activities daily to cater to the snowbirds (making sure they come back next year) they seem to not care about the people who are long term through the hot summer months and keep them afloat during the summer months. The staff is all very nice except for the assistant manager, Paula, who seems to forget that you are their customer and instead, treats you like you work for her. She talks to you like you are a little child. She actually told me that I disrespect the staff! When I asked who and I said I have never! As a matter of fact, I recently brought Jennifer in the office Thanksgiving dinner, Espy I have also brought lunch to.

Everything's great employees security guards the people staying here. Love the place everything is very neat and tidy and enjoyable. Lots of activities and people that enjoy meeting everyone. Shopping right out front of the main gate.

Stayed at this place on two consecutive weekends and left our MH there in between those visits. The park is very clean and well taken care of. It's also calm and quiet. I called in for the reservations and they were very nice and helpful. This is a gated and secure park. One of the best parts about this place is the fantastic security guard. I arrived late, around 9 pm and he couldn't have been nicer. He drove in front of me in his golf cart and helped me unhook and back into the space. All of that with a great attitude. It's an upscale park and I highly recommend d staying here if you are in the area.

Its a beautiful RV park with pools and spas and lots more. The staff are all very nice and residents make visitors feel welcome.

This will be our 15th winter at Golden Village Palms RV Park. Lots of fun, friendly people. Many activities, including pickle ball, sand and water volleyball, fitness classes, poker night, game night, dances, great concerts. Etc.

I loved it there. We stayed for 1yr and it was a great experience. We will be definitely be back.

Clean, organized and quiet place. Friendly staff, service is quick. A little pricey, but it may be worth it, depending on what you want, and this place has a lot.

The website listed lots of activities. When we checked in, we were told it was off season. After traveling so far, that w2ss a let down. Ugh. The putting green was a joke. The pools and hot tub were the saving grace. It would be nice if they had a restaurant.

This is a great park, we were looking for a place where the weather is nice and we found in Hemet, California. They have large enough sites so we lift prefect on. Love their three pools also, spend a good amount of time enjoying them. Also this is nice and close to what ever you like to do, LA north/west, Palm Springs north/east, and San Diego south of here. It is also only 40 mins to wine country, we love to go and enjoy the wine they make there.

Love this resort, very clean and friendly staff. The clubhouse and pool areas make you feel like you are at Disney Resort. They also have a beautiful gym and locker rooms. I have already recommend this place to several friends.

This is our 3rd time visiting the park and I must say this RV Park is maintain well and the owners and guest really take pride in this Rv Resort. The park is spacious and have multiple pools and Jacuzzis. The pool area is very nice spread out and they also have villas for rent reasonable price I must say they are really cute. Although, this Rv park is in Hemet off Florida ave it's really a campers paradise. Highly recommend to our friends and family.

We had a very nice 10 day stay. The landscaping is well done, and all showers, pool areas, and recreational rooms are kept clean. Very nice atmosphere. We have two young children in tow, and everyone is very good at letting us know how this resort is mainly for "retired folk". By Staff, by other resort guests. Definitely NOT kid friendly, not for families with kids.

My grandma has lived here for a few years and she loves it. I've been there and it's very pretty and the people are friendly.

People are nice. Grounds are nicely kept clean. Very quite.

Staff and facilities were top notch! Great access to lots of fun things to do and see in the San Jacinto Valley area.

This is a great park with awesome amenities.

An oasis in the desert! Golden Village Palms is an Adult RV Resort (not just 55+) and it has so much to do! This beautifully maintained property has sparkling pools, a gym, billiards, library, Pickle Ball courts, sand volleyball court, a ballroom, pool-party/bbq area, small putting green, fenced (safe) dog areas, even a laundromat, and it's secured with 24-hour guarded gate! The employees on the grounds and in the office are always friendly and helpful and if you don't have an RV, they have cottages! If that's not enough, they have special events throughout the year, like vintage shows, concerts, festivals etc. Note** If you're visiting during the "on season" (Sept — May) book early because they do sell out!

We just catered an event here. The room was huge. IMO you can easily fit 200 or more people in there. They had an outside bar or drinking bbq area by the pool. And inside the room there was a kitchen that you can use. The place even had a stage if you needed it. I would say it's a great place to hold an event if you needed to.

Lovely park, very nice staff. Very clean and comfortable. This was our second stay and we will definitely stay again.
