Absolutely the worst hotel/motel I have ever been to! We couldn’t even stay the night. We arrived shortly before midnight, unloaded our stuff and went out for a bit. When we got back to go to sleep we discovered sheets that had large yellow spots on them and didn’t smell very clean. We called the front desk to have them changed, waited 20-30 mins and no help. Called the front desk again and waited 15 mins and still nothing. Called the front desk again several times and nobody seemed to be bringing up new sheets. Finally after an hour somebody arrives with sheets. They were just flat sheets though, not proper fitted bed sheets, they claimed they only use flat sheets. Finally we were ready to go to sleep and then we spot bed bugs under the pillows! After that we couldn’t spend the night here. We went to the Best Western Plus Diamond Valley Inn, which seems to be one of the only decent hotels in Hemet. They were taking people in from some of the town’s other bad hotels. I have been to many Day’s Inn’s in Nevada, California and Oregon and never had a very bad experience until now. But this Day’s Inn is a disgrace to the brand and should be shut down. I recommend avoiding this hotel, do not stay there!

The room was clean, although the beds were small (we booked a double room as our friend was traveling with us). There was a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, and a hair dryer in the room, making our stay much more pleasant. The highlight was the awesome shower! Clear glass doors opened up to a very nicely floor-to-ceiling Mosaic-tiled shower walls with a heavy duty shower head and an endless supply of hot water… YES! Only problem was we were only given one set of towels and they did not include a bath mat. The housekeeper who I spoke to the next morning when I saw her outside was very nice and gave us plenty of towels and coffee supplies. All in all, we had a good time at this motel and would visit again.

It's pretty good for the price on a three day holiday weekend. It's right across from a Walmart and Starbucks. Hemet as a town isn't the Glitz and glam from LA but it's more thanks able I'm a. Non smoking room.

Wouldnt let me have discounted room at 10 pm charged me 65.30 cash and Expedia charged my card room was falling apart. Cant ask top dollar and give bad acomadations.

The over all stay was alright, the older gentleman at check in and check out was excellent. The security guard was top rate, not once did I have any concerns about my or my car safety. Truth be told if it wasn't for the security guard we would of left that night, and here's why. In the room they only have 3 plug outlets and none of them is around the bed area where I needed them most, for my wife on dialysis, security found me some long enough extension cord and five plug cord so I could continue my wife care. There was a few more incidents that security had to handle to make the stay possible. They would of gotten more stars if it wasn't for these discrepancies.

It was the worst experience ever! We made reservations online because we where on our way to Yuma az. We got there at around 1:30 am tired ready for a shower and sleep. But when I went to check in, they said that they had made a mistake and double booked a room that I had already payed for with my ATM over the phone. They did offer us another room in palms springs Wich was probably 40 miles away. But the worst thing about this experience, was the older lady at the counter. She made me feel like I was asking for a hand out.

This place is a complete dump and should be bulldozed immediately. If I could give this sht hole a rating that was below zero stars, I would. Dirty, unsanitary, NO SMOKE ALARM in room, other guests appear to be drug dealers, pool filthy, hot tub was too hot and not chlorinated. When I locked my keycard in my room and went to the front desk to get a new one, the attendant didn't even ask me for I. D. She had never seen me before and didn't even ask my name. She gave me a new key, no problem. The Days Inn in Hemet is a one way ticket to, at the very least, a bacterial infection. And at the very most, it's a one way ticket to being robbed or worse. Stay away, far away. The YMCA would be a cheaper and more safe place to say.

If you are looking for a decent place to sleep, this is not the place for you. If you have any standard hygiene. You do not want to come here. This place needs to be bulldozed to the ground and rebuilt. Or a total remodel. The walls and the floor are worn down and filthy. The sheets had stains and the covers had cigarette burns for non smoking rooms. We purchased sandals to be able to get into the shower because we were afraid we would catch something. To be clear, if you are not a night owl, up to no good, then this is not the place to come to. Highly recommend you keep your children away from here, if my kids were with me I would be forced to sleep in our car rather than bringing them here. This place has interesting individuals yelling all hours of the night. I don't know if they are just passing through or reside there. My husband found drug paraphernalia in the bed of his truck in the morning. I could keep going but anyone that has some level of comprehension should get the picture by now.

I cannot give this motel a star of any kind, disgusting. First room was saturated with water on the floor, black mold on door jam to bathroom. They moved us to another room no rack for clothes, bathroom fixture broke, no nightstands, very bare. Checked out immediately after 10 minutes. Found out it used to be on the order of rent by the hour. Take your chances. Had to give star to post review.

This place is disgusting! No smoke detectors, just wires hanging from the ceiling. Holes in ceiling. Poop in the toilet! Didn't even want to a take shower here. Forget about the breakfast, if the room was this bad how's the kitchen?! DON'T STAY HERE!

This was the worst place I've ever stayed at. It was dirty. Walls smeared with God know what. Door to bathroom had punch holes. The towel rack was coming off the wall on one side. The carpet was dirty and stained. The bathroom floor and tub were filthy. The TV control had no batteries. The chair in the room was stained. The outside areas were dirty. Lots of cigarette butts and trash in general Sadly it was the only thing we found available. But never again!

The staff-made sign on the door gives appropriate warning… "NO REFUNDS". The non-smoking room smelled of smoke, the smoke detector had been torn off the ceiling (fire safety violation! ), there was an ironing board thrown in the corner but no iron, there were no towel racks, the base moulding had been torn out & not replaced, there were dents in the wall, dead bugs in the A/C unit — this was a GROTESQUE excuse for a hotel! I paid $85 for a homeless shelter. Stay away from this hotel. And remember, NO REFUNDS (once you've seen the unsanitary & unsafe conditions of the room).

This has been the worst place I have ever experienced staying at I would rate it negative 100 if possible. The room was pricey and for a room of non smoker it was really filthy. The guard was creepy/ horrible costumer service. They set the bargain to high for horrible service… disappointed…

This is the worst place and should be shut down. We didn't use the bed spread because it was so nasty, Baggies were tapped to ceiling, The worst chair you ever seen, Smelly… I could go on. The owner is a dirt bag that looks like a homeless man running the streets. He really needs a shower. DO NOT STAY HERE! Go to Travel Lodge down the street. Don't give this guy your money. So gross!

If I can put a negative I would the room had so many bed bugs I got bit like 10 times its trashy people looking Shady walking in the parking lot all night security guard look like a drunk crackhead he even looks Shady that place need to get knocked down and remodel. I'll never go there again they should just make that place of shelter for homeless people.

I never write reviews for places; however, I feel the need to inform anyone planing on staying at this hotel it smells, it dirty, the owner has no respect for his guest and don't expect to get any rest due to the noise. By default I had to give one star.

Horrible… Had trouble checking in. Room was smelly with pet odor. AC knobs were hard to distinguish how to operate. Beds were hard. Didn't bother to use the covers just covered with my own blankets. Bathroom seat about to fall off. Shower stall had disgusting tile had to buy flops. Parking lot very sketchy. One positive room was spacious. I wouldn't recommend. I had higher expectations since it was a Days Inn and Wyndham franchise.

The tub leaked, lots of activity throughout the night in the parking lot. Customer service was good, polite.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed. No hot water pretty carpet it took me an hour to check in because my reservation was so screwed up with Expedia I will never never never ever stay at a Days Inn again first time and last time I never ever will recommend this hotel or any Days Inn hotel ever waste of money you can get a much high-quality nicer hotel for the same price disgusting.

Room was decent. Kinda grungy. No cold water and the bathroom was a cramped toilet and shower. The door would almost hit the toilet when opening and closing it. Breakfast was packaged danishes and sunny D… is that even breakfast? During the evening plenty of customer's visited the many prostitutes staying there. Plus you had the free show… thats what we called the crazy dude busting out the windows of his wife's car. He did this because she was inside a room screwing another guy… ENJOY YOUR STAY!

Ghetto! Sketching people hanging around the parking lot and outside of their room doors. People in and out. Receptionist even looked scared to open the blinds so I could check in. Came into my room and the toilet was clogged. Called front desk and was told to go pick up a plunger and do it myself! Paid 100 dollars for one night. Do Not Come To This Hotel!

Relative to the dump that Hemet is, this place is extra dumpy. It seems like there may be section 8 housing here? Definitely some long term people. There are several tweaker tribes packed into some of these rooms, and that seems to be OK with the hotel staff. Aside from that, there is Wi-Fi that works pretty well, and lots of TV channels, although no premium channels. The rooms are big, but pretty dingy.

At 95 dollars a night you can get way better. Our room had a fist hole in bathroom door wall plates cracked and or hanging off the wall. Super sketchy people loitering about the parking lot. Paint and drywall are in horrible shape and tub/shower were filthy. If it wasn't for graduation then I definitely would have requested my money back and left. Very obvious to me that corporate does not care about hospitality at all. Just get as much money as they can. Wyndam should be ashamed that their name is attached to this place. Motel 6 is 10 times better.

I don't normally review places, but this experience was very bad and I hope I can help save another traveler from going through this. The only positives I can say is that the refrigerator was nice and the toilet flushed. The outside door looked like it had been kicked in, there was no secondary/security lock, the Non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, there was only a pedestal sink with no counter top, the tile floor was splattered with green paint, the wall by the sink was filthy, the shower was pink with soap scum and there was a large clump on hair on the drain. No hair dryer and no iron (there was an ironing board). When I went to get a different room, the person behind the desk looked shocked that I said the room smelled of cigarette smoke and was dirty. I was then shown another room which smelled about the same (the person said it wasn't cigarette smoke, it was only their cleaners) and equally as dirty as the first room. Since there was no way to get out of there without losing money, I went to the store and purchased bathroom cleaner and something to deodorize the room, not to mention something to spray down the bed, pillows and floor just in case there was something there too! I have no idea if there was a free breakfast, I wasn't told of one upon check-in, but even if there was, I wouldn't want it based on everything I had already seen and experienced. The staff — of the three that I encountered, only one was semi-helpful and pleasant.

Stayed 3 days; office staff was rude; had no television for the entire stay and refused to compensate me; air conditioner worked only occasionasly and electrical outlets mostly not at all. Outdated everything and toilet seat not even bolted on, not again for me.

Worst room I ever been in the carpet was horribly stained the curtains were falling off, the TV one had one channel, the buttons on the phone were missing, THE BLANKETS HAD HOLES! IT WAS RIDICULOUS PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND SOMETHING BETTER THEN THIS JUNK.

This place is garbage plz dont stay here unless you want bed bugs fleas and cockroaches my kids got very sick! from the bacteria staying at this motel and the white guys with blue eyes that works there offered me meth I will never go back.

The rooms are real nice and not that expensive.

Not enough pillows. We got a non smoking room that smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom was very outdated. Walls were blank. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

The room need some major updating and remodeling old appliances bed, pillows etc. P. S. My stay was paid for by my employer I would have went elsewhere if I had to pay.

The manager was rude. Online set up took my card number for payment. When I got there they charged me again so I was upset. The manager didn't take time to explain online doesn't actually change just got upset and threw me out. The place is rather run down inside the rooms as well. Don't be fooled by the outside.

In the desert and they wouldn't give me icewater that's ridiculous.

We have booked rooms at this hotel on 5 occasions and found it to be a good choice, with dogs and taxes it runs $71 a night with fridge, micro and a couch. A little more than motel6 down the street but well worth it. Where ever you book your room in Hemet STAY AWAY from Vagabond Hotel, my god the worst dump ever.
