Have not stayed here yet, I have a reservation for next month. I called to clarify some issues with my CC. The front desk person seemed irritated with my concern. She was in a hurry to get me off the phone. I called back because I never recieved an email confirmation regarding my reservation. She seemed irritated that I called back asking if she can please send me an email confirmation. After I said thank you she just hung up the phone and didn't say anything. My family and I have been staying at BWs all over California for many years. We are platinum rewards members which shows that we are loyal customers. I was very disappointed at the lack of customer service that was displayed to me over the phone. I hope to have a more pleasant experience during my stay.

Rooms are clean and the air works great, breakfast was really good. They do small batches of the hot foods so items are always hot and fresh. Great staff.

Our stay was very comfortable, the room felt inviting and very clean. The beds were plush and we slept deeply with no noise, quiet and serene. I recommend this location to anyone staying in the area. The breakfast was just right, warm and with many selections.

I got the King room with jet tub tiled large ventilated bathroom. A little extra but the jet tub is worth it. Free toiletries (Dial). Enough clean decent towels. Room was updated & clean. Professional presentation. Several channels on cleaned remote. Air conditioning unit is new & quite enough. Not loud. Plenty of lights both soft or bright. Bed is perfect. Hotel is just far enough away from the silliness of Hemet but close enough to food & entertainment. I would recommend this hotel over the others in Hemet.

Honestly, it was the cleanest and quietest hotel I have ever stayed at bar none, and the staff and amenities were awesome. Our visit was my birthday present from/with my family. I have stayed and have worked at many hotels and B&Bs, but this hotel is one of the best. Totally top-notch! We will return many times and use this hotel chain in the future, because it rocks!

My visit here was during a bit of rainy season, which on a human-to-human scale was pleasant, as the staff were welcoming and hospitable from the moment of arrival thru a few days stay. They offer a variety of food for breakfast, their courtesy. There were two minor issues that may already have been improved: Showers were cold (stands out during the rains and cold evenings), and Wifi was poor. Aside from these two things, I would stay there again as the importance of good people/staff tips the favor scale, in my interest and concern.

Pros. Clean. Ample parking. cons. Uncomfortable. Got the king 3rd floor room. Very small. Bed is extra extra firm. Office chair is very basic and uncomfortable with a metal rod across the back. Also too dark with all lights on. Walls are paper thin. I hear regular volume conversations in both neighboring rooms. And the Wi-Fi is unusably slow and intermittent. Electric outlets are too loose and don't stay plugged in. overall. It's furnished like a budget hotel with a higher price tag. I'll be staying elsewhere on my next visit.

Great hotel for a reasonable price of $119 a night for two nights. Hotel was in great shape. Very nice and very clean. My king bed room was very nice and clean. Bathroom was also clean and in great shape. Free breakfast was very good. Eggs sausage and even biscuits and gravy. Would have been five stars but I had neighbors that made my stay less enjoyable. My room was non smoking but my neighbors were smoking so much I had to stuff towels under the joining doors to keep the smell out. And either the walls are thin or they were also very loud all night long. Would stay again.

Very nice area to stay in. The hotel was very nice. Free breakfast, recent movies offered on the TV. However, if you need cushion and do not want to sleep on firm bedding, there is no box spring on the bed.

Nice room everything worked. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great nights sleep.

I love it here! The rooms are always nice and clean. Breakfast is delicious and the dining area is tidy & clean. Guest services and staff are always kind, courteous & professional. This feels like a home away from home. Another lovely amenity are the beds… OH SO COMFY!

Wife and I spent 5 nights here and it was beyond our expectations. Friendly staff, great breakfast every morning, beautiful room, great pool and hot tub and super comfy beds. Thank you Best Western for your great service.

We stay here every two to three weeks. We love the hotel and the staff is extremely friendly. The beds are comfy and the breakfast is tasty. Close to every convenience.

Our stayed in best western was amazing the workers so friendly theirs continental breakfast delicious the rooms so clean they offered coffee ☕️ water or tea all day in the living room but also we have coffee ☕️ or tea in our rooms I loved my stayed in best western plus hotel in san Jacinto.

My mom works here and this place is fantastic… you should come here.

Great location, around stores and places to eat. Staff is very friendly. Bathroom area is small. Will be stayinf here again the next time I'm in town.

They have the best room in this city very clean very neat if you need a room for the night I think you should go with Best Western Plus.

Don't ever stay at this hotel unless you like rock hard beds nonworking appliances small rooms a staff that is loud and acts like it's a party in the hall way every day and a unsecure building. If your thinking about going to Tiajaina Mexico save your money and just go to this hotel.

Nice hotel. Staff will treat you well and the pool/gym is great plus.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Room was ok, not what I was hoping for from a BW Plus. Breakfast room is very cramped and dirty upholstery on furniture. As for the food you're better off to run to a drive thru, potatoes one day were dry & hardened tater tots. Pool should be heated.

Our suite is somewhat small for my liking (2 beds), the bathroom section of the room has an odd layout, not much else to say. Other than that, excellent.

Most comfortable stay. Beautiful clean rooms already cooled upon arrival. Great breakfast buffet included. Close to many eateries, & retail stores.

Love everything about this place. The staff are and have always been incredible. I stay at this specific location when I visit CA for my kids.

We were in SoCal for a funeral and took an extra day to drive to Hemet to see family there. This was a good place to spend the night — easy to find, quiet, good value.

The rooms were nice and clean. I really enjoyed the facilities offered especially the pool area. Most of all the staff was courteous and friendly. I would recommend this hotel any day of the week. Oh yea the free breakfast was more than continental it was great.

Very relaxing, except there children playing in the hall and turning the door nob. They were a bit noisy. Other than that, my stay was very good.

We always try to stay at BW, this one had a very good location for us. Staff was helpful, above what we are used to, It appears this hotel has recently been remodeled, so it was clean and up to date. Our room's bathroom was a bit small, that makes it hard for me to call it a BW "Plus", but the price was very reasonable for the the room offered. We would stay here again.

Hotel is so nicely updated! Everything is modern and clean. Very nice breakfast. Beds are firm but comfortable — and high! Ask for a stepstool if you're short like me!

Really great staff, place is full of nice guests. Comfortable, affordable, convenient. Great location! I once lived in Hemet, now I visit and this used to be a Super 8 in my day, however the BWP brand coupled with the remodel is remarkably attractive and classy; I'll be back!

The receptionist did not speak Spanish, but they are very nice people.

Positives first. Newly remodeled and fairly clean. Breakfast was good (Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Hash browns, Waffles, etc. ) 24 hour coffee and flavored water. Really friendly staff. Pool was small but good. Negatives. Our first room hadn't been cleaned. Switched rooms. Even though newly remodeled, some trash on the grounds and in halls (may be from tenants). Room was on the small side and cable went out in the morning.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. It was quick and easy to check in with the person at the counter. The room was clean and had everything we needed or wanted. The breakfast was tasty and had many options. Everyone was super nice, even the person cleaning up the breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Quick trip for softball, place appeared recently remodeled. Breakfast was pretty good, just a small area to eat. Room was clean. Just what we needed.

The hotel was so clean and nice. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was pretty good, I would avoid the eggs but the waffles were amazing. I would highly recommended it and stay they again.

Worst experience! When my husband, 4month old, sister, and I check in, they give us a room that's already occupied. You could imagine how embarrassing it was for us and the other customers in the room. Then we go all the way back down stares with our baby and all our luggage. Then they send us to a room with 1 bed when we had requested two. We called the front desk from the room in hopes she would come to us with a new key to a new room with two beds. Nope. We have to go back down. Again. With everything. Then we go back up. After all that, we are ready to hit the jacuzzi to relax. It's not even hot. The front desk doesn't know how to turn it on and had to call her boss to call maintance. So we give up and go back to our room. Next thing, I give the baby a shower. As I'm finishing up, I see large black public hairs on the wall of the shower : (. Mind you, this is our fist trip since before I got pregnant. Everything with our room and stay went wrong. I highly recommend you NOT to stay at this hotel. Drive down the street to the Hampton Inn Sweet! A million times better and the staff is actually helpful!

It's clean and we'll taken care of. The beds are nice and comfy and good decor. Lost a point due to the small size of the bathroom. I booked a king size suite and while I had no trouble with the room itself the bathroom could have been far better.

The best and most friendly hotel my son and I ever stayed at and we have been too a lot of hotels. The staff is incredible they really make you feel at home.

We have stayed, as snowbirds, at this motel for over 10 years. The longest was for one week but normally 2 or 3 days. This year we almost didn't come here, due to the deterioration over the years, but are so happy now that we did. The new owners have done a tremendous job on refurbishing the rooms and front reception. All we could say was WOW! This motel be will changing over to Best Western Plus, Diamond Valley in a week. The rooms all have a fresh look down to the white bed covers and baby blue scarf on the bed. Our beds are new and extremely comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful, even though they are still under minor renos. I'm told the 3rd floor has been converted to rooms that snowbirds could come and stay at. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay while in Hemet.

I have stayed 3 separate times in the past 2 months. These stays all occurred during a major remodel of the entire property. Even though there were all the usual pains from construction, I have never had a more comfortable, enjoyable or restful stay anywhere before or since. I must also commend the incredible level of customer care I received during all 3 visits. This is the ONLY hotel I will ever stay in when I visit Hemet.

I give it five starts for the type of hotel it is. Not the four seasons but it is clean, the air conditioning is great, the free breakfast is decent, and the staff is very friendly. Good place to stay while on a budget but still looking for a nice place to stay. They even let my dog stay on the ground floor with only a small pet charge. No complaints.

I've had two different stays in the Super 8 Motel in Hemet in the past 6 months, and will be there again later this week. Friendly staff, very clean rooms and lobby, comfortable beds, fairly quiet, good free internet. I was wonderfully surprised. Yes, it's a basic econo hotel, but it's that genre done right. So, for the price, it's an excellent value. Although the surrounding area is loaded with the same national-chain restaurants and stores you find everywhere, it seems perfectly safe to be out on the street. I prefer indie stores with local character, but what is there within walking distance and nearby on Hwy 74 offers plenty of convenience and familiarity.

Had to get a room for at least a week at the last minute — — staff was excellent, very receptive and understanding of our last minute need. Very accommodating — — room very clean. All staff very friendly. We will stay again and will book all visitors at this hotel.

This hotel had very bad customer service. The nighttime employee that was there during our stay was rude, short and very unwilling to help us with our evening request (a few pillows). The mamager in the morning with whom we spoke to to try and get any kind of compensation for the previuos night was a joke. Rude, UNPROFESSIONAL and very confrontational. No help, no return. Go somehwere else.

We spent two nights here and I have no complaints. We had lots of fun in the pool. Staff was really nice, I saw no lack of security they have cameras. They have free continental breakfast every morning. Motel is close to the lake (diamond valley) where we went fishing. Will stay there again next time we go fishing.
