Not a good place to go if you want clean rooms found pills under the bed my daughter being a big sweet tooth and would lick your candy wrapper if she could was just about to pop it in her mouth til I snapped and said what do you think your about to eat you just brushed your teeth and I took it from her to find out it was a very strong pill. Plus are socks always turn black walking around with out shoes, just not a very clean enviroment and not a good crowd of guest that stay there also.

Weird people around in the evening. A prostitute who came up to our room to try on my partner. Internet are more often than not working. I went down for breakfast at 8:00.30 there was dirt everywhere (obviously left by customers) but a clean to the sticky jam tables and a sweep on the ground you have to give it to keep the room a decent minimum.
In all this the room looked clean.

Rooms are clean. Staff are friendly even if its fake. My only complaint is, while I realize its only $65.00 a night. You really should not advertise breakfast from 6am to 9am and then at 8am have nothing but old coffee, some cereal "but no milk" and some old looking bread for toast. I am sure that people as myself who can not afford to stay at nicer hotels who always give free breakfast, look forward to free breakfast because not many hotels in this price range offer breakfast actually I guess after this morning I realize you really don't either. The only difference is they don't advertise that they do. I am just saying thats all.

Nice quiet place. Next to a Starbucks. Had to leave a 40 dollars deposit and the only way to get them back2is by passing the morning inspection. I like it.

Nice clean rooms in a calm area by the university. Many places to eat near by and let friendly. We were happy with out weekend stay.

Not so good. Not so bad. Rooms ok. Strange people outside at night. Ok for one night on the road.

If I could give zero stars I would. Filthy, scary. Pubic hair in the shower, dirty floors. Needless to say no shower tonight. Definitely not recommended!

I wouldn't recommend this place. The food not good. Eggs were undercooked. The plac was dirty. The ice bucked was dirty and had a cotton swab in it. The loud noise from inside was awful. The check out young lady was great. I give it a no.

Great location A little noisy. We had to claim extra towels.

Although the front desk employee was pleasant, this place is drug infested and disgusting. If I could give it negative stars, I would. Unknown gunk on the walls, hair in the bed. The floor in the shower felt like we could fall through at any moment. The only thing that drowned out the constant druggie traffic was the sound of the A/C blaring.

It is a nice place but if there was a night that the noises from the upstairs rooms and on one side were very scandalous. I recommend checking your hot water system as bathing comes out very cold and very hot in a matter of seconds… otherwise is well its services.

This place is not really clean, the only reason why I give them a 3 star is the price but I seen better for that price.

First off I'm being harassed by the security guard because I'm letting my dogs eat with me second he harasses me several times taking pictures of incidences that there are no incidences even after they told him not ojto bother me anymore the0m9uif2a so-called security guard ships in the office with the the night crew Guinea Guy game receptionist it looks like some kindergarteners painted this place the abuse these buildings have been in a charging $80 a night it's got to be the worst place I've ever stayed in my life I've seen on Parkway before so. Pinky that's me levitate trying to take my deposit I didn't even sleep in the bed it was so disgusting.

Decent Rooms, Clean for the most part, Customer Service over the Phone, as well as In Person, were Very Helpful, Friendly, Informative, Honest & UnderStanding! She was willing to work with me & my Husband & get me into a room on short notice after my purse had been stolen= Nø ID! Although the Room itself I feel was a bit OverPriced, I Loved the Very Low Deposit amount when paying in cash & the fact that not only do they have BOTH a POOL & a JACUZZI/HotTub,! YaY! All in All, Yes — Not only would I stay here again, I would also this establishment to any Family/Friends recomend this.

This place isa filthy hole unsafe & full of Crime. Attempted Murders Suicides Gang related shootings & so much more. It doesn't deserve 1 STAR!

What can I say, my stay started out great was there almost two weeks until I wasn't going to receive my expense reimbursement check until around 3 or 4 so I could pay for another week there but check out was 11 they gave me to 1 but then it was get out, the maintenenace man who showed me his Happy Days Fonzi Hit the Side of the pay washer with bellowing laughter to get it to operate not even 14 hrs before was now the heavy in an almost physical removal of me and my belongings from the room, then proceeded to stand there and watch me try to carry all my belongings (longterm stay ice chest, Food, clothes, etc. PLUS Everything for my Dogs) down the stairs and out to the car 14 trips they stood and watched a guest who just recently had his knee replaced. I had requested a groundfloor room for my dogs and for my knee but the only room available when I checked in so I took it. ANYWAYS all that to then carry everything back in not even 2 hours later when my check droppedand I was able to pay for the room again. Needless to say that was the last night I stayed I was taken by ambulance to the emergency room that night becuase I over did it trying to heave all that stuff back up to the room and spent the next week in the hospital recovering from that super rude and bad guest relations fiasco they call policy.

Good prices, nice staff and spacious rooms. Quiet but well served area with supermarkets pubs and restaurants.

Excellent service, the receptionist speaks Spanish, good facilities with pool, the rooms at an affordable price. 5 stars if the Internet service was not a bit slow.

Can't beat the location. Right in front of Fresno State and Savemart Center is just a couple minutes away by foot. At around 70 bucks a night, you can't go wrong with this motel.

The service was okay… but the morning person was reply rude. They did not have any amenities, and had a policy where you loose the deposit if you get make up on their towels and bed sheets. Also our room had a serious bed bug problem, and the kitchen sink had cockroach shells. Definitely not worth a 100 bucks for that price I would rather stay at a holiday inn.

Clean, small room, smell good, I got the room that I believe was not ready to rent. Fridge was not working and when inform the front desk, lam guy said this is what it is. If it is not working then there is nothing I can do about it. Here is a plastic bag, fill it up with ice and use it as fridge. No clouset, no hangers to gang clothes. No towel rods to hang towels, no towel rods in shower to hang towel. No wall hangers in bathroom to hang clothes, no hand/face soap… Lot of things mssing that are standard in other motels/inns.

We came here over Christmas/New Year's break so I don't know if the area is more chaotic during a normal class schedule but we found the hotel plenty nice and the noise level surrounding it barely noticeable if at all. The room was large, bathroom was tall person friendly, the breakfast left a lot to be desired and the coffee was awful, but that's hardly a complaint, there is a Starbucks next door. The hot tub and pool area were well maintened and the water was just about perfect to soak for half an hour. Overall a great place to rest your head for the night, if not in opulence then at least in comfort and safety. We recommend it.

Staff was friendly. The room was clean, obvious repairs on walls (especially near door facing) and the Wi-Fi was terrible but free. The breakfast was an option of 2 cereals, oatmeal packs, bread/toast (butter, jelly packs), coffee, juice. Not thrilling but it's something. Price is fair which was $68.00 after tax, but cash will require a deposit of $40.00 and beware of having any stains on towels as you could encounter a charge. Location is good as Save Mart Center is directly across the street. Access to freeway as well.

They overbook the hotel and just tell you sorry we can't find your reservation. No service. Standing at their counter while being told they have no rooms but their website shows the same room I booked as still being available. Do not stay here buyer beware horrible customer service. Plus I can not cancel the reservation online so who knows if I will still be charged.

Located in safe area. Very noisy traffic situation. Cleanliness could be better.

Pretty decent hotel. Seems to have a lot of shady people walking around the hotel though. Other than that, it's pretty good.

Rooms were absolutely wonderful. Typical hotel expierence. The showers hot/cold were funky, it would switch between extremely cold or really hot every couple seconds, other than that it was clean and made nicely. Outside was ghetto, but that's a given. Overall a nice expierence. Wish there breakfast was better but I'm not complaining too much.

Cheapest price in the area. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Quiet atmosphere. I would stay here again.

Had to call maintenance to unclog toilet. As for unused clean towels. Fridge was filthy and unplugged. Water goes from hot to cold to hot and so on. We didn't take or damage anything and did not get refund on deposit. Housekeeping will make up lies about damages. This is not the first time. But was our last stay. Stay away from the craphole.

Perfect stop between Yosemite and Kings Canyon/Sequoia National Parks. Smart service. Clean room and bathroom. They should improve the breakfast.

"Breakfast" consists of toast and water/coffee. No actual "food". Just like prison of the old days. Wifi pretty much non-existent. Fridge was not plugged in so it wasn't cold until the next day. Had to buy an ice chest. Will not return.

I formed a positive opinion of this place, from the time that I booked the room. The person on the phone was friendly and helpful. At check-in, the experience was also positive, with no wait, a brief but thorough run-down of the amenities, and friendly service from Nora. I had a little trouble with the room key and she walked to the room to make sure the replacement key worked, despite the 111 degree temperature. The room is simple, clean, and comfortable. Located right next to a Starbucks and across the street from Fresno State, this place is a hidden gem. Thanks for a great stay.

The free breakfast was basic but appreciated as it saved our party of 5 a good chunk of change. The staff had set up the crib we requested in our reservation. That made our 2:30am arrival less painful. Thank you! They also allowed my cat to stay since I didn't want to leave it overnight in 100 degree heat during the heatwave, as we are moving and had him in tow. Thanks again!

Standard motel. Room was ok, and was clean-ish. Pool was ok. The area just felt really dodgy. Lots of shady characters hanging around, and didn't feel safe. They have about 10 different Wi-Fi networks, but none of them seemed to work. Also me and my girlfriend woke to find bug bites all over us.

Decent motel. Room smelled a little like bugspray. Staff was friendly. A few unsavory characters were leaking around. Great location.

Very noisy. Was awakened several times by people running on the balcony above my good as we as yelling and loud talking. Room was ok, not great. Grounds we also ok, nothing special. Price was good so I guess one gets what one pays for.

The man at the front desk is involving himself in an issue between a young man and the police and has my phone in room 238 I called and let him know my phone was in the room and he said I need to speak to the officers that took it, mind you the cops snatched my phone out of my hands and said he'll just say I left the phone inside room on accident. Smh very uncalled for and so unprofessional. I have a cricket idol brand new pink case with my i. D I want it back.

Did not have a good experience at all, my girlfriend and I both had bite marks on our bodies from staying here. We complained immediately to the front desk and the manager on duty and they had the "maintenance man" check it out. Told us there was nothing in our room and that we could have got bitten somewhere else. They never apologized or tried to make it right. They pretty much denied the whole situation and made it evident that nothing was going to be found and that we were not getting our money back which offended us greatly. Our room was not even ready when we got there. Never did they offer us another room nor did they change the bedding. We suspect fleas being the hotel does accept pets.

Beds are really hard. The "free breakfast" they have available is crap, it's barely anything but stale bread and old off-brand cereal. But overall it was okay.

I attended an event at the save mart center that was across the street. The location of the hotel is nice. However I booked my room more than a month in advance, maybe two months. I called the week of my event to check the status of my room because I never received the promised email. No reservation. Luckily there was a room available. The first time I called she didn't ask for a credit card or anything. I've worked in hotels before and this is something you ask for. The second guy took all the correct information but still no email. The girl at the desk, I think the one on the phone was nice. She gave me no receipt and I forgot to ask and she forgot to give me back my license and credit card. I ordered room service from someone not affiliated with them and this was even more disappointing. Even after all this I still tipped the housekeeper $5. None of this was her fault. Overall I give them a 2. Location is convenient but service needs work.
