Staff was excellent and very friendly. Location was convenient. Plenty of restaurants close by. A little on the older side. Overall no complaints.

Stayed in a sure for 3 nights while on a family vacation. Front desk staff was extremely helpful in helping us find stuff to do for the family after Yosemite was closed due to fires. They took an active interest in asking how the activities were each day. Facilities were clean and well maintained.

The room was very clean, the front desk was helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety. The hotel was quiet and a modern style. The pool was outdoors which was a blessing and a curse. It made for nice warm water but it was scorching outside and the patio hurt on bare feet. There was a bathroom outside though, which was nice. They provided a discount code for a nearby water park and the hotel was fairly centrally located to restaurants and activities.

The location is in a very convenient area with lots of shops around. Hotel was extremely clean and well kept. Staff was always friendly, courteous, and helpful. My first time in a Holiday Inn but definitely not my last!

Dirty, very Old, unconfortable, awful swimming pool, very expensive for the offer.
Never again.

Rooms are comfortable with nice beds and ample space to work. Breakfast is a little disappointing except for amazing cinnamon rolls! Can be difficult to map and use GPS because the address defaults to Fresno when hotel is in Clovis. Very friendly staff.

Nicely maintained rooms and it is relatively quiet. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Beds are comfortable and the hotel offers two types of pillows on your bed, firm and soft. It is conveniently located near the SaveMart arena, movie theaters and restaurants in both Clovis and Fresno.

They recently updated the lobby and eating area. Nice staff and they will welcome you back if you're a frequent guest.

Rooms were clean, hotel staff were very nice. Breakfast was great.

This place was under construction. It was very shabby. Furniture were old. Staff was rude. Breakfast should be carried to our room. No place to eat it. Worst experience ever. Bathrooms were not at clean. Please check with them for any ongoing construction work before booking with them.

I want my electric toothbrush that you're made stole! I have been calling for 2 and getting the runaround. You're made entered my room before my check out time and disrupted my checkout process and I walked out without my toiletries in the bathroom I called the next morning to explain the main walked in right after me and must have my stuff somewhere set aside. Constant denial and no return phone calls from the general manager. I'm contemplating calling the police now as this is straight-up theft in fact I left a brush, hair gel, toothpaste, my electric toothbrush and even a phone charger but all I wanted was the expensive toothbrush back multiple items and suddenly no one knows yet the maid walked in as I was walking out. Straight up theft with proof. No one checked in no one did anything the maid had to have clean the room she stole the stuff! I'm an IHG Spire ambassador and this is ridiculous!

Staff is friendly and the location should have been convenient for a show at Save Mart center with the free shuttle, however the shuttle was drop off only and they didn’t tell us that until we were on the way to the venue. Right now the facility is a train wreck. There is major renovation work in progress. There is no lobby. Front desk is in a closet. There is breakfast but no place to eat it and dust and dirt everywhere. Lots of noisy power tools and pounding. If you’re coming in the near future call first to see if the work is complete. Never mind about calling. While I was at the desk trying to change rooms I heard the clerk on the phone lying his ass off about the construction (twice). None of this was disclosed at the time the reservation was made and no accommodations were available to offset the hassle. On another note the mattress was a wreck and the sheets were worn out and all pilled up.

Nice hotel, the staff is friendly and it's in a good location. Currently under remodel however it still a nice place. Clean rooms too. Good place to stay.

Easily accessible from the freeway. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful and accommodating. Even though there was a renovation underway, the breakfast was top notch.

The room was inviting and spacious. Everything was clean, but there was mold in the corner and ceiling next to the shower. Besides that everything else was great for service and breakfast.

I was there Thursday july 13, 2017 and Friday July 14, 2017. The room was booked for me by a friend because I was doing a Celebration of Life for his family because there father passed away. The room was big and spashious it was also very clean. The breakfast was great and the staff was outstanding. The only problem I had was I requested wakeup calls and the system malfunctioned when I brought that to there attention they gave the family credit for the missed wakeup calls. The customer service is outstanding I will definitely use them again.

Very quiet and relaxing. Beautiful secluded pool. Average quality food. Pleasant staff. I didn't like that their restroom doesn't have a fad, so it gets super hot and stuffy after a shower. The shower-head needed to be replaced, and water shot all over the floor. But overall I had a great experience staying here.

Great hotel, clean rooms, and excellent customer service. If I am ever the in the Fresno area again, I will book first with them.

This is my "go to" spot in Fresno/Clovis when I travel there each month. Nice folks, quiet rooms, delicious breakfast, coffee all day. I travel a lot and my criteria is Clean, Quiet, Comfortable, Secure, with good Internet. This place hits all the marks.

Love this place it's our go to when we want to stay down in Fresno and hang out or go to Buffalo Wild Wings the staff is always friendly in fact I stayed there last night and forgot my pillow called today and they found it and they are awesome.

Stayed here during the WBA championship weekend. Sheets were dirty and stained with fresh blood! I discovered this in the middle of the night and was so tired to call front desk. Good thing I brought a blanket from home to sleep over it. Complained in the morning to the lady at the front desk she said oh maybe I'll ask my manager to give you points. If you plan to stay here, check sheets and look under the blanket. Learned my lesson and will avoid this hotel next year!

Old rooms. Poor, not quality breakfast. Catastrophic beds, I had springs in my mattresses… Only staff was nice. Not worth the price and Holliday inn Express brand. Do not recommend.

The material involved here is trivial, it's the experience impact to me, as a guest, and to the impression of the hotel staff and the hotel as a whole… Felt like I was robbed in the lobby. Last June 10, 2016, from Houston, late PM, while chking in, accidentally left in the lobby area a plastic bag containing 8 PCs of canned meat (spam with ethnic asian flavor, bought by a friend given to me as a present to try when back in Houston). From an asian store in LA) ound only in LA, to be brou.

We had a wedding in Clovis and had a number of guests staying at the hotel. The hotel staff were more than accommodating. They helped with a 16 yr old birthday party, pre wedding party, and handed out gift bags to those that checked in. Very friendly and clean nice rooms too.

Internet was terrible, got booked here bc the Hilton Garden Inn overbooked, bad experience all around.

A great location for a great place!

Mediocre breakfast, they had a good reception desk, rooms were clean but not ergonomically elegant.

The hotel is relatively new with nice rooms with very comfortable beds and a pleasant staff.

Location was good. Close to stores and food establishments. However there was a smell reminiscent of body odor/fluids in the hallways. Was hoping that the continental breakfast would had more variety of bread (only choice was rye) for toasting. The bacon was greasy and flaccid. I thought that the staff was courteous and helpful.

I have been staying here on business the last couple weeks and this hotel is rated way too high. Just to clarify, I rate places based on expectations. So if I book a motel6 that greatly exceeds expectations I'll gladly rate it five stars if it deserves it. I'm not comparing this place to a Fairmont or the Four Seasons because that isn't what I expect. That out of the way here is the good: polite front desk staff, decent and clean complimentary breakfast (nothing to get excited about but hey it's free). Rooms are not terribly outdated and equipped with standards — hair dryer, ironing board, and plenty of lamps/wall plugs as well as a desk to work and keep devices charged. That said I simply can't forgive the two most important factors of a hotel stay: Wi-Fi speed and beds. The former has been basically unusable for the five nights I've stayed, to the point I'd gladly pay to get a faster Wi-Fi connection. The beds aren't quite as bad but aren't what I'd call comfortable by any means. I am a very sound sleeper who usually sleeps like a log, but I've woken up continually the five nights I've stayed here. I have also been put in a room with two twin beds both stays even though I'm the only one in the room, so apparently they don't have any king beds. I had to laugh at the review of the Hilton next door that said save the trouble and go to the holiday inn express next door. I would gladly pay the extra $20 to trade :).

In town on business and had to extend stay longer than expected. No problem, have to change rooms — minor inconvenience. Arrive after a long work day to check into new room and reservation was cancelled by the staff for no reason.

It was clean, staff tried to be accommodating, just upset that when we arrived at 3:30 pm there was a line of folks waiting to get into their rooms. Most were in town for a football game and like us, had short period of time to check in, change clothes, and be somewhere else. Not sure if this was a one time situation, but my suggestion is to hire more housekeeping staff, especially when all rooms are sold out for a particular event (like CSUF football). I do think the staff did the best they could… but there was a steady stream of unhappy guests.

The only downside is the pool that is down the street.

Pretty standard as hotels go. The free breakfast was very nice and offered a lot of choices. I gave it 3 stars because 90% of the time we returned to our room, the key didn't work. Which means, back down the elevator, to the lobby, wait for the seemingly one and only clerk to get off the phone and re-do your key. Even when we went down for breakfast and returned to our room, no dice. Back to the lobby. So just a tip from me, ANYTIME you are returning to your room, just stop at the front desk and get a new one. You'll save yourself a lot of time.

This is a nice, clean hotel and the breakfast is decent. But the more we stay there, the more problems we notice. For our last stay, when the confirmation email arrived, it was incorrect, and we no longer had the accessible room we were originally told we had reserved. We had to make do with an accessible room with a different configuration. My husband had to sleep on a roll away bed (not the greatest). The roll-in shower floods the whole bathroom, up to the toilet with a pool of water. We went thru several towels just mopping it up ourselves. We notified the front desk, and they replied that they were aware of the flooding problem, yet they did not seem concerned. "Oh yeah, we know about that. " This is a "slip and fall" just waiting to happen. Also the entry/ exit door on the west side of the building does not close properly. There is no door knob, just a push bar, and if you do not actually pull it closed (awkward with a push bar), it does not close and lock. Anyone could then enter the building unnoticed.
