Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, rooms were clean and we'll maintained. The only negative for me was that the mattress was very firm and kept me from getting a good night's sleep. If you like a firm mattress in a good hotel, this is the place for you!

Large clean comfortable hotel. Friendly staff with a can do attitude. A little noisy by others in this hotel that I have stayed in many times. Sounds travel large in the rooms. Walking above, showers are heard from other areas. Nice bar but restaurant needs a better menu.

Excellent hotel with excellent location. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel is located a short distance from anything you might need. Food, the airport, shopping, recreation. The beds are very comfortable and even adjust to your comfort level. I would highly recommend for anyone staying in the clovis or Fresno area.

Good location close to freeway, eating, and shopping areas. The hotel staff were friendly and very attentive. Rooms were clean with modern appointments, and very comfortable bedding.

Anastasia who was working at the front desk treated hotel's guest so bad. She was very rude. She even threatened to us. Her attitude was very rude to guest. When I made a reservation on line, it was free cancelation and breakfast included. And I confirmed the breakfast is included when I checked in. But the next morning Anastasia told me that breakfast is not included. I was very upset about her attitude and treated to her guest. I am going to send a mail to her manager about what she did to the guest and what happened. I know it's nothing but I want to do something at least. I will never ever staying at any Hilton hotels or inn or Hampton chains. Worst nightmare in my hotel experience s.

Absolutley FANTASTIC property! Rooms and hotel common areas are neat, clean and organized! Staff is super friendly and helpful. You can absolutely tell that the GM at the property is doing an amazing job, will stay again if in the area!

The hotel and the people that work there were really great. The room was big and clean, but the fact that there was no really view ruined the potential it had. The beds were rock hard and ended up making my back ache. I may have slept on the floor. It really ruined the hotel and stay.

It was a great stay. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful. The staff that serve breakfast wonderful.

Our one night stay here was a disaster. The room we reserved, with a whirlpool tub, had a faulty key card reader and we could not get into the room. The night shift desk guy couldn’t get in either. He said the battery must be going out and there was nothing he could do except put us in a different room. Key card readers don’t just stop working. I suspect the issue may have been reported by the previous occupants, and certainly should have been noticed and reported by housekeeping. We end up in an “upgraded” room which did NOT have a whirlpool tub. I realize that the place was booked solid, it was a Saturday night, but then again on a weekend where full occupancy is expected, the hotel really shouldn’t have ignored the key card reader issue. Room issues aside, it is a beautiful facility and the restaurant downstairs was above average for a hotel lobby.

Exceptionally nice staff, and pleasant, clean well designed accommodations. Very easy to find. Two weak points: connecting to Wi-Fi was a problem we couldn't resolve and my room was near some noisy system that ran continuously, and without earplugs, I would not have been able to sleep.

I got a good room (expensive) I found blood on sheets and pillow case. Once I spoke with front counter they downgraded me but were still charging me the higher price. After the first night I come back to my room to find my key dose not work after waiting on front desk to show up (16min later) I go back to my room to find all my things were gone from my room but no one knew where they went F*** me! I stayed there for 4 nights and every day they took me out of my room and on the 3rd night they booked my room to someone else and sold out. After some loud word they gave me a dirty room (they might have changed sheets) and all they had to say was SORRY. I came all the way from Yakima WA, for a getaway I got charged almost $700 for a room I didnt stay in. I should have gotten charged maybe $425 for the room that I stayed in F*** this place. Do not spend your $$ here I think there's a homeless shelter like a block away I would give a 5 star before I give this place a 2 star.

Really clean and a very good way to rest and have great services. Comfortable area and beds. They are very friendly and it is in a commercialized and convenient location. Highly recommend! Always try to book ahead of time.

My husband and I stayed here (last night) for a work trip and had an amazing time. The service, cleanliness and happy staff made this stay enjoyable. We met a staff member there named Albert Flores, who seemed to work all hours LOL, with his casual conversation and welcoming friendly personality, we felt right at home. You sir, made our trip! You demonstrated impeccable service and hope your management team knows what an amazing team member they have. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn for an amazing stay. Returning soon, The Carters.

Stayed here recently. I was pleased with the convenience to airport, service and staff. What I did not like was the bed. I like a firm bed, but this was like sleeping on concrete. I know the bed is adjustable, but it was on the lowest setting. The furry pad makes it impossible to move. Bed is just totally wrong.

Nice, clean hotel with a great staff who will do what they can to help out. Had some minor issues with the shower drain and inflatable mattress, but they took care it. Gino was great!

Stayed at the Hilton as it was within close proximity of the Save Mart Center where the UFC Fight Night was being hosted on 12/9. It was within walking distance so we did not have to deal with the large crowds exiting the arena. The hotel was pleasantly updated and the room was clean. The Wi-Fi worked well and the bed was comfortable. I'd probably go back if was in the area again.

This was a great place to stay. The breakfast was superb every morning and the waitress was amazing. She knew my order after the 1st day. And the value of the meal was incomparable to any restaurants around. The rooms were clean and we'll kept. Great stay would stay again.

If you're staying around Clovis, Sanger, or maybe Fresno, the Hilton Garden In Clovis is very convienent. The two-queen room was fairly spacious, though it's clear that it was more aimed at giving a comfortable stay than entertainment due to the lack of "living space. " Maybe that's something that only comes in the suites. Everyone staying with me liked the beds because they can change firmness. Service was extremely prompt and quick, answering all my questions quickly and expediting the process of checking in and out. I really appreciated the amenities shop near the front desk. I didn't need it for this stay, but that little shop saved me a huge hassle once or twice before, so I was glad to see it.

What a gem! Beautiful room with keirug machine, microwave, great restaurant… if ever in Clovis we will certainly stay again!

The hospitality is amazing! The rooms are modern. The hotel bar surpassed my expectations with tasty chicken wings and generous alcohol filled cocktails. After returning from the Dominican Republic I was surprised to find this gem in Fresno. I am definitely staying here the next time I am in town.

Overall, the hotel is nice. I have stayed at this location twice. The mattresses at the garden inn are the best mattressesi have ever used. The water faucet in the shower was broken and would not turn all the way hot, so my shower was kinda cold, and one of the light bulbs in the lamp was burned out. The pool was nice and the staff very friendly though. Also breakfast was very good.

Hotel is currently under some renovations. They are making some nice updates and doing a good job of keeping it nice for guests. The staff has been very responsive to any questions or requests I have made. Good location, close to a lot of restaurants and stores.

Very clean, spacious, heaps of amenities. Air con will definitely keep you awake at night though, it sounds like a tractor!

Rooms were clean. Slepy well but didnt understand how beds were adjusted to be firm or soft. But overall hotel clean and good size. I would sray atbthe Hilton Gardens again.

Friendly staff who are very accommodating. Omelettes and fruit in the morning pretty damn good. Three beers on tap, wish it was five. I'm glad they are interested in saving energy by providing a Master power switch in the room.

Easy to get on the Wi-Fi, easy to get coffee in the lobby or from the keurig. The beds have a feature to adjust the firmness on either side of the bed, which seems to come along with a weird separator down the middle of the bed. Overall happy with the quality for the price point.

The rooms were nice with modern decoration and comfortable bedding. There was a mini fridge and the shower had good water pressure. Service was friendly and quick. The location was easy to find and convenient to the main roads.

My hope is this review sticks even though the stay was cancelled. But I feel compelled to share the horrible experience with the front desk/mgmt. Of Hilton Garden Inn Clovis. The issue is that we traveled down for a very late check-in because of a previous engagement. Even though I'd indicated a late check-in online, we called the hotel directly to state how late we were going to be at 10:50pm. A rude Woman that answered the phone stated that they needed to charge a new credit card to reserve the room or it would be cancelled by 12am. I stated we just needed to pull over to get to a replacement card because the one they had was expired. She said fine as long as it was before midnight. We called 20 min. Later, well before midnight with the card, and a Man answered the phone who equally rudely and callously stated they had cancelled our reservation, gave away our room, and were sold out. This was obviously some sort of set-up because he knew we would be calling back, referring to us by name. I believe this was done to sell the room at a higher rate because the whole town was nearly sold out of rooms, and hotels had jacked up the rates accordingly. I write this review because common decency, respect, and good Business practice should mean something. And it obviously means nothing to this Hotel. I would avoid this Hilton Garden like the plague because this is usually representative of other deplorable practices beyond the principle.

Wierd hot water. With CA having water restrictions, you would think they would have a less wasteful faucet. You have to put it on cold… let it run… back to hot… let it run. Finally after 5 gallons have been wasted you can take a shower.

One of our best ever hotel expeieinces — all staff extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfsst staff were particularly good.

I have been here MANY times in the past, fresh sheets, clean bathrooms, soft beds, very nice. And I always document my stays, who I'm with and when we came, in my online diary. So I can refer them back to this place each time. Loved it.

Great Hilton Garden Inn as a stop over to get out of Fresno and en route to San Fran. Great staff there and a very clean place. Also had excellent food. Not a fan of the area, but in passing through, I would stay there any time.

Fabulous, loved the adjustable bed. Great food. Unfortunately, I was only able to stay one night. This place books full.

They try hard to please the guest. It's a high demand location. They sell out a lot.

The internet is UNBELIEVABLY slow. seriously — pay for some bandwidth.
