I have stayed in different Hilton Property Hotels since I been on vacation. & This property really treat you like family. It really feels like home away from home! I can remember the lady name from New Orleans but she was AMAZING AND HER FOOD WAS GREAT!

Stayed here for two weeks while home was being fixed. CONS: Everything in the room starts to fall apart, the staff at the front desk are very rude and wouldn’t let me renew my key. I had to wait in the hallway for an hour. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for my laptop and was in and out with my iPhone. Pool wasnt as clean as I would have liked either. PROS: The breakfast is good and I liked that they have a “snack” on Mons-Thurs during the evening. The suite is HUGE and cable is decent. Maids were very friendly. I would stay here again but at a different location due to the staff issue.

I had a nice stay in this hotel. They have friendly and accommodating staff. They serve good breakfast. The room has a kitchen which has been useful during my stay. The location is good also. There is a mall, restaurant and Target near the hotel.

I liked how easy it was to get to the airport with a 24 hour shuttle. The staff was friendly and helpful. The manager's reception was good too. I liked the room set up better than the embassy suites. The almost complete kitchen is perfect for short/long term stays.

I am an Hilton, Hampton, Homewood person. Love the majority of this chain and their accommodations. This location and the personnel went above and beyond to accommodate a reservation that I had for almost 2 months. Esther worked hard to get us roomed even though the room type was unavailable. I would recommend this hotel for it's great customer service, location (close to shopping, restaurants and downtown) and clean accommodations.

Here visiting my boyfriend for a business trip with Amazon training new hires at FAT1. Customer service is immaculate, the food and social gatherings every day are great amenity that makes it feel less like a hotel and more like a vacation so to speak. Rooms are well stocked, comfortable and clean. The room service is great (they don't cut corners in tidying up). They treated all of the Amazon guests with the utmost of care and professionalism and could not have been more blown away with the many personal notes and accommodations that made this stay as a night shift worker possible. All in all, a lovely stay and would love to come here on our own dime.

Loved this place. Friendly staff. Amazing amenities. Awesome breakfast. Nice size rooms. I was here on a business trip and hope that I get another Hilton on my next one. Housekeeping was amazing and I felt safe since I was alone. Highly recommend this hotel.

Unacceptable situation at the breakfast place this morning, Sunday before Memorial Day. We are dozens of people waiting for something to eat, every tray is empty and no one seems to be in a hurry to refill. I couldn't even find some hot water for a cup of tea. I had to leave for Yosemite, starving. My day was ruined.

The place is awesome. Clean rooms with little kitchenette. Apartment size refrigerator. However thin walls especially in the bedroom.

Only the olden Four Seasons, gets 5 stars. Not the new one. Buy American. This Homewood Suites was pretty great though, for Frezno. Voted worst city in The United States.

Awesome place to stay! Mall is really close by, many food options! Breakfast is always good and they have a dinner menu available too. Staff is the best! Especially the people that clean your room. They even folded the clothes we had! Definitely recommend!

This place is starting to show its age. There are stains all over the floor of the elevators. Walls are scuffed and scratched ALL OF THEM. The AC will not go lower than 67 degrees. The sign on the building is missing most of the lights. Windows are nasty dirty outside. They haven't dusted on top of anything in my room in a long time (left them a message on top of the fridge in the dust). Couch had stains on it. Lime build up in shower. Spots of mold in bathroom. This place needs a renovation or a good cleaning. Update. Third day they "cleaned" my room. Threw my personal pellow into the corner, which is now covered in dust and god knows what. Didnt make the bed. Didnt clean anything. Dumped the trash though. 1 more night left and I wont be back.

I travel weekly for work and only stay at Homewood Suites. This was my first stay at this location; the staff are wonderful, super friendly and seem really happy, which is rare at a majority of hotels I stay in (give these folks a raise ;) The food offered for breakfast and evening social is truly the best of all the hotels. Overall, very clean. Only suggestion would be improvement in the cleaning of the bathroom floor… I have a "hair issue, and if I find even 1 hair that's not mine, I put towels all over the floor and play like I'm jumping over hot lava! Nonetheless, great hotel and will be my 1st choice always. See you again next month!

Clean and comfortable room, good location with many restaurants a short drive away. But carpets and breakfast room chairs were grubby.

One of the BEST Hilton properties I've ever stayed at. The front desk staff was amazing, accomdating, and simply a "well oiled machine. " Breakfast was delicious and this will be my Fresno travel destination. If you're looking for an extended stay or just a weekend getaway. Homewood Suites Clovis (Fresno) will exceed all your expectations!

Nice place but the pool only holds 15 people it's kind of small. The rooms upstairs at fireplace multi-level very fancy.

Ok service. We had a room on the first floor where the wall was lined up with the elevator. The bed was against the wall too so all night long all you heard was this elevator going up and down while you're sleeping. How smart is that to build a elevator structured behind a bedroom wall? Smh.

Rooms were well appointed and appeared clean. A/C was chilly. Nice little kitchen and living area and a separate bedroom. Managers special in lobby every evening with food and free beer and wine. You could save $$ by not going out for dinner. Would return.

Staff is very nice they go out of their way to make you feel right at home, housekeeping is great, rooms are very clean, my room had a kitchen with pots, and pans, and dinnerware, refrigerator, was very clean, complementary breakfast served, which was good.

Here for two nights. The staff is friendly and helpful. I don't know the area that well so I'm still not sure if this is a good location or not, but it's never been more than a 10 minute drive to get food or necessities. I would stay here again.

God's Gurlz & Guyz have had our Inspirational Seminars at this location for the for the past 2 + years and the staff is absolutely amazing! They all go over and above with their accommodations. We are very pleased with their services and look forward to future business endeavors with HSI.

Comfy and big enough to accommodate 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Have it's own kitchen and living space. Wish we were here longer, but just here for the night visiting family. Awesome services.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and friendly service. They have a basketball hoop, mini putting area, and 2 nice Weber grills out back.

I met some friends who were staying there for breakfast. I found the staff friendly, rooms and lobby beautiful and in excellent condition, and the continental breakfast really well prepared.

The pull out bed was extremely painful, but the guest services is stupendous! Free breakfast and dinner was also wonderful.

The location of this Holton was great. There were nice restaurants and lots of shopping nearby. I got a two bedroom suite which fit our needs perfectly. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Full size refrigerator, microwave, stove dishwasher, coffee pot and toaster were a plus. The hotel customer service experience was great, very polite and quick to respond to any of your needs. I will definitely be using this Hilton again.

Best hotel in Fresno, period! I've stayed at a number of hotels and none beats the service and value. I've returned year after year. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful (in particular Steve), and the food is good. Best home away from home.

On the morning of checkout I was running late and in a hurry and forgot all my toiletries including a large bottle of expensive cologne. I realized my mistake within three hours and called the hotel. They said the would check into it, called back and said that my items were not in lost and found and the housekeeping staff did not have them. I asked to speak to a manager and they said one will call me back. A manager called the next day, I explained the situation and all I really cared about was the cologne, he said to purchase another bottle, send them the receipt and they will reimburse. I did just that, and sent a nice letter as well confirming the discussion with the manager and thanking them for such outstanding customer service. It is now 6 months later and no reimbursement. If they would have just said they were not going to reimburse from the initial phone call with the manager I wouldn't have been as upset, I left the stuff and I can own that. However this is the kind of business that you would think some valuables get left behind from time to time and this is the kind of place you that would think has a solid process to address it. This is one of the reasons why I prefer to stay at nicer hotels and not roadside motels even though I am a working joe like most folks.

I have stayed at several hotels in Fresno while on some local fires and the Homewood Suites are by far the best. The breakfasts are fantastic, the rooms are immaculate, and the staff are the most accommodating I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The crew I work with have employees constantly cycling in and out, as well as the need to cancel reservations at any time to move to another fire. Chris, Stephanie, and Naomi went out of their way to make sure that every member of the crew had a room available when needed for extended stays and were always extremely helpful, even when I made a mistake with my reservations requiring a last minute reservation. If you have the need for extended stays, have large group reservations, or just want to enjoy a stay in a great hotel that serves both breakfast and dinner, Chris, Stephanie, and Naomi at the Homewood Suites will go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best it can be.
