Friendly staff and good breakfast!

My name is Ratana Hamilton. I checked in at the Fairfield Inn and suites located on Clovis Ave, California. I chose this hotel for several reasons.
1. The proximity to Clovis Community Hospital
2. I am a rewards member
3. I like the fact that you support the military by offering a mil discount
4. I rely on the customer service that I am used to staying at a Marriott
I recently underwent major surgery on the morning of April 3rd. One of the reasons my doctor discharged me was because if a problem were to arise I could easily transport to the ER.
Last night the satellite TV was not working. It constantly froze and said if a problem still existed to contact the front desk. I assumed the problem would fix itself but, when I arrived to my room around 1300, the TV was still not working. I went to the front desk. The agent (Sabi) was very helpful. She could see I was in excruciating pain. She first asked the head of housekeeping to see if he could fix it. He reset the box and within 10 minutes it wasn’t working again. I went back to the front desk. This time she contacted a maintenance person from the sister hotel. He came and did his best to fix the problem but with no success. Sabi’s professionalism and excellent customer service is literally the only reason I put two stars in my review.
So, my choices were to do without a TV while recovering or to pack up all my belongings and move rooms. My husband and I decided to move rooms.

Good place to stay, staf friendly, parking lot for free, close the Fresno Yosemite airport.

Friendly staff who are very helpful. Breakfast is a drab.

On July 29th we had our sons 5th birthday party we rented the meeting room and it was just prefect. Also the room so very cleaned and staff are very nice.

Awesome everything was just great. Very clean my favorite thing was breakfast it's full breakfast. A little expensive to be in clovis but it was worth what we paid.

Amazing customer service, The cook was super friendly, during breakfast she made sure we all came back that night for her dinner on tuesday and wednesday nights. Rooms are super clean, everyone at front desk was extremely friendly. I stayed a week for training and they made us all feel like family.

Very nice, everything excellent, just miss that there where a little bar or at least the store had some beers, check in wonderful the room was more than enough and great breakfast.
