Decent place for the price. Really liked the 15% off at Old Town Waffles. One of the oddest bathroom layouts ever. Nice kitchenette, but no plates or anything.

Definitely recommend staying here very nice and peaceful. The whole family and myself felt very safe. Lovely large rooms and very clean. We definitely will be staying here more often when we visit family.

Not bad. There's only one extra bed left. And more Cosinas.

This place is great. Clean comfortable wide parking spaces and in a great location. Close to stores, theatre's and restaurants.

The place was nice and quiet for the most part. I got to work out in the morning in the fitness center which had the basics. I was here on work so it was a pleasant stay, nice staff.

Great excellent customer service. We usually stay at the Ramada in Fresno when we come into town. But we decided some where different which is best change we did. WE LOVED IT HERE! Very spacious rooms, unlimited channels, awesome room service and lovely personnel just like back home in LAS VEGAS. Nice, quiet and safe literally after all that's going in Fresno the shootings etc. Our family felt safe at night. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to visit family.

The room was clean it had 2 beds the sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only negative was the kitchenette sink didnt work and the bathtub faucet was loose. Also the furniture was a little beat up. Overall it was a decent room.

We stayed here the day after Christmas the room was nice and roomy I had broken my foot so it was easy with no stairs had a kitchen with everything you needed I would recommend staying here if you need a affordable room for the night.

Don't rent from this hotel chain. They suck. Higher cost than a better hotel. Management couldn't stop a dog from barking all night because the owner was not there, nor did they know that it wad not the person that rented the room. We had to tell the wife to call the persons cell phone because she didn't know what to do next. Next time I'll calling the police.

Horrible horrible horrible. This hotel should not be in business. It's more costly than 3 start hotels. Shower drain was clogged causing a puddle on ones feet, and the curtain would cause the water got all over the floor. The sink leaked dripping onto the counter. The beds were horrible and cheap, causing back pain. The neighbors were loud. One had barking dog from 3:30 a. M. Which the management asked what to do since the person was not in the room. Had to suggest the remedy, "Cell phone of course. " The guy finally came in at 5 a. M.

Great price for room very quiet and private feels like a Home away from home with kitchen and large bathroom. Also has coffee Maker in room.

Do you like bed bugs? Cause they have a whole family of them here! Stayed once before seemed reasonable, but on a return trip I woke up to find a family of bed bugs snacking on me.

Rooms were exceptional! Spacious and clean with all the anemities hoped for. Stove top was a huge bonus. Friendly staff and ideal location… safe and sound.

Love this place! I rarely go online to give reviews but had to give this place one due to the above and beyond service I got. I'm giving it 5 stars because, for the money, it is better than expected… super clean, cozy, and the service was fantastic! First of all, the owner, went above and beyond to help me fix an incorrect reservation that I had made online… When the online reservation agent had me on hold for well over 20 minutes (and ultimately never came on the line) Prasad figured out a solution. He was so sweet and patient. I had just spent 5 days in the Sierra mountains and was so dirty after sleeping out in a torrential storm I was looking for a clean, soft place to land in a town I knew nothing about. The suite was clean, roomy, had cozy sheets, pillows and towels with yummy smelling soaps and great water pressure which I desperately needed :). The bed was super comfortable. The flat screen TV was a nice luxury with ease of use and so many channels including all the movie channels! The town of Clovis can be pretty hot but the air conditioner worked perfectly and kept the room crisp and cool. The pool was crystal clean and refreshing for a quick dip. I'm a single woman traveling alone and since I don't know the area I wanted someplace safe… This was it! And there was a Starbucks a couple of blocks away… yum! I was really grateful to have found this place! Thank you!

The price was right. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was super dirty — 1 star off since it was 105 degrees and a clean pool would have been very nice. Front office gave us a bath mat and 2 hand towels when we asked for towels for the pool — another star off. If they can fix the problems with the pool, it'll be a great cheap place to stay on the way up to the national parks.

Convenient, clean, friendly. I'd stay here again. Frig and microwave in the room. But there's a kitchen area, sink and 2-burner stove. That amenity saves on the eating out expenses.

This place has really cleaned up well from the original Rodeo Lodge of my childhood! The rooms are very nice. The beds are large and comfortable with plenty of pillows. Their bathrooms are clean and well stocked with items you'll actually want to use! We always get their kitchenette rooms that have a stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, and large sink as well as lots of cupboards. They have a very nice pool with a handicap lift in it. The grounds are spacious and so is the parking. The people are very friendly and helpful. You do have to put a deposit down on every room but I've always gotten mine back when I checked out. I keep coming back too.
