Stayed for 5 nights. Hotel was clean and rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Pool, hot tub & exercise area were nice sized and I saw them testing the water and cleaning it regularly. Breakfast had good options every morning. Checking in & out was a breeze. Lots of available parking. Location is nice that it's just a walk to Angels games. Only issue — in the evening after Angels home games there were a lot of people wanting to use the elevators so the wait was long. We had to ask directions to the stairwell as it isn't clearly marked. You have to go down a hall, outside the building and back inside another door to the stair well. For most of our stay, we didn't have to wait long for an elevator even though there are only two, except for on nights after home games.

Time and time again, Embassy never fails to impress me. The hotel was immaculately clean. The free breakfast was amazing. Let's not forget the open bar they have for a couple of hours everyday. Highly recommend. I will only stay in Embassy or Hilton if I can.

Really enjoyed the larger room. The evening snack was simple, but it was a nice change from the room. In the morning they have a really great breakfast, especially for being included in the cost. Though they charge for parking I liked that I didn't have to badge through a gate to get in and out and always was able to find a parking spot. I will definitely come here again.

Horrible hotel. As a diamond member and from all the Hotels I have stayed at, this one is among one of the worst hotels. The internet connection drops all the time, even with the Premium password. The shower is so small that you get all the water on your face; decor is old and needs to be remodel. The floors get mopped with some product that makes it sticky to your shoes… absolutely disgusting and these applies to all the floors throughout the hotel! I didn’t even get new tissues in my bathroom when the container was empty this morning. I don’t think this hotel deserves an Embassy Suites level.

I had an upgraded room which was nice with free snacks and soda. I've never had that before so it was pretty cool. Overall the stay was great.

It's one of the "nicer" Embassy suites hotels in the chain. Great breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms. Not much in the way of restaurants nearby though. Visit during baseball season, and walk to Angels stadium. Friendly staff and great bartenders.

Very disappointed to say the least. My girlfriend and I called 7 times on our 22 hour drive from Texas to ask for early check in, and not one time did they pick up the phone. When we arrived to check in at 1:45 the lady told us to come back in two hours, we didn’t find out until later that check in is always at 3. So we wasted an extra 45 min waiting for nothing (after a 22 hour drive that’s a lot of time wasting). Room was okay, shower door did not close so they moved us to another room. The outside pool was closed for maintenance (would’ve been nice to know) and the TV started saying “temporarily unavailable” on the last 2 nights. Pros are the breakfast is very good, and the location to the Angels stadium is very close. I’m sure you can find a better hotel for cheaper that offers better services. C’mon Hilton, up your game!

First time visit. Perfect location it you are heading to Angel Stadium, it's walking distance! We love the Managers special every evening and the free breakfast every morning!

The staff is super friendly and even upgraded our room since they could not put us on a higher floor. Breakfast and the evening reception are normal for an embassy suites. We were surprised to learn that the outdoor pool and hot tub would be closed, which was not on the website at the time that we booked. The indoor pool is still nice, but often out of towels in the evening. The shuttle to disneyland is right on time and super easy to use. A ten minute ride and 3 minute walk to the gates. I do wish I had known ahead that they do not run the shuttle early on magic mornings (1 hour early admittance), but it is just a $6 Lyft ride there. Also, the shuttle does not start returning to the hotel until 3:20. Overall, this is a very nice option when visiting the parks.

The hotel is great for the price. Staff were very professional and helpful. I wanted to go to a nice beach and one of the ladies at reception, I think her name is Zavier, was amazing, helpful and very nice to chat with. Her recommendations were great as she carried a huge smile on her face talking to me and my daughter. Breakfast was really good and the shuttle to Disney was fantastic, we were able to go down to Disney, come back to rest and change then head back for the evening show with no hassles. Really good place to stay at and I would recommend it. We will certainly stay there again.

We'll run hotel. They have a nice happy hour every night. There are a lot of families due to the proximity to Disney. There are some good restaurants near by. The rooms are starting to show age, they were remodel a couple years ago but this is so high volume a property it takes a toll.

Great to take your family. Indoor swimming pool and great service. Need a great view? Request a higher floor. Free breakfast.

The downstairs bathroom, by the conference rooms, kept getting overflowing. Smelt like sewage. Otherwise, the entire business stay we had here was very pleasant. Close to a lot of good restaurants.

Staff was professional and courteous. However, there were issues with the electronic lock on our door. They did sort it out eventually. Overall, location was very clean. Everything else was wonderful. Just some issues with the door.

This is a second time Embassy Suites had elevator problem. I stayed at the Houston location about 7 months ago and the elevator broke so we had to walk the stairs with luggage. Now we stay at this California Disney location and again the elevator broke. This time 1 elevator still works but too many people are using it. It took us 30 minutes just to go down to checkout. Almost miss our flight because of this. We probably won't take this risk again eventhough we are Hilton Honor members. Just beware when you stay here. Pad yourself 30 minutes more when leaving.

One of two elevators didn't work so we spent a lot of time waiting to leave our floor. Stairs led outside into muddy grass and we had to enter the lobby through a back door. Our shower drain was clogged. No tissue for the nose. Only two towels per day for more than two people. Dirty dishes in the hallway, my trash cans in my room not emptied. Trash in the stair way. Our heat and AC didn't work in our room. Noisy from highway and the balcony door didn't seal shut so we heard traffic through the door. So many things that an Embassy Suites should NOT be. I usually like Embassy Suites but no one who worked there seemed to care about anything that was wrong.

The stay was nice my family and I enjoyed ourselves. But they close breakfast early. I got downstairs a few minutes passed nine and everything was closed. I talked to the catering staff about getting any leftovers as I had seen that there was still food in the serving area and the employees were still making plates but was informed that there was no more food left. In addition, when you get to the pick up drop off area of Disneyland there is a row of stops labeled B1, B2 & B3 all in a row. They tell you when they drop you off be at one of these stops and it will come pick you up. The first night stayed we went to Disneyland park and after we went to the pick up area and sat at b2. The shuttle came to b1 first picked everyone up there, then stopped at b2 picked up a few people there and finally stopped at b3 to pick up remaining passengers waiting to go back to the hotel. Well the second night we went to California adventure and again we went and sat at b2 but this time the shuttle did not stop and just completely passed b2 and b3 even though there were passengers waiting to get a ride back to the hotel. So I called the hotel and explained the situation that me and my family had been waiting there for almost an hour and the shuttle just left us there. But to no avail he informed me that I had to wait for the next shuttle which was fourty minutes away.

The hotel property was clean and decorated/ designed nicely. Access to and finding the hotel was easy. From the valet to the front desk and everyone on staff in between, the customer service was excellent.

Very good room rates for the people that we had there. I like that it has good proximity to the highway as well as Disneyland. The Atrium setting is very nice except if there is a Convention of Rowdy women there. But other than that it's a great Hotel.

Terrible Wi-Fi, be warned. They were renovating the Restaurant during our stay. No mention of this when I booked our reservation. They informed us by sliding a written notice under our door while we were out for the day! Very professional. The Staff, however, is great. Too many other good hotels in the area. Come on Hilton, need to up your game!

I got in late no vale at that time oh well. A bit much for self parking. To my surprise the staff offered me a late checkout. Cool I didn't have to ask. Nice large suites everything was clean & normal. Had lots of room to stretch out and relax. Lol.

We recently went to Disneyland the first week of December and stayed here at the Embassy suites. We loved it. The staff was friendly, a shuttle runs every hour to and from Disneyland, the rooms were clean and the breakfast is Heaven! Real food, freshly cooked, you can even have a made to order breakfast by the chefs. My kids loved finding their stuffed animals guarding different things each night we came back from Disneyland, it was a game each night. We will absolutely stay here again.

Location is great. Next to a lot of shopping and close enough to amusement parks. Parking lot was big enough to find parking. Service was fast and friendly, front desk agents were very accurate, housekeeping attentive. Breakfast is complimentary but there were not enough plates or utensils and the food was only ok. Great stay!

The room was pretty nice, but the shower door was broken and the water pressure in the shower was very low. The front desk staff was very nice. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Disneyland which was late an hour in the morning and was also late an hour in the evening. I was on this trip with family that included 5 kids between the ages of 2-8. So not only were the kids late to Disney in the morning, they had to wait an hour at midnight to get back to the hotel. I also had to pay $18 to park which I'd understand in a bigger city but not for a hotel with a giant parking lot.

Wonderful hotel! Outstanding breakfast with lots of options, spacious suites, and two pools (indoor pool is heated! ) with a jacuzzi. Our room (816) could see Disneyland fireworks every night. My only complaint is that the pillows are much softer and flatter than I am used to.

I would stay at this hotel again, but do not feel it deserves a 5 star review. We loved the room and the breakfast. We did not love the 5 minute waits to use the one working elevator. We were on the 9th floor with kids, so waiting was the only option. It also took 30 minutes to check in, which was long.

I visited this place to attend a detective mystery dinner. We were placed in a medium sized banquet room which was set up nicely, clean and comfortable. The food was excellent.

Good breakfast. Great pool. Adequate gym. Good location. Reasonably close to Disneyland. Very close to Angels Stadium. Shopping at the Block close by.

The hotel is pretty nice. There is a nice central lobby to look over as you walk to your room, staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast and afternoon drinks were free with the stay and had a decent selection. Wi-Fi was simple and quick enough. Only minor gripe is that the location is pretty meh, but most hotels are. Would stay here again.

Overall experience was great. Great size room and bathroom. The pools were nice also, only wish that they stayed open later than closing at 10pm. But other than that I highly recommend it.

Went for drinks with co-workers. The menu at the bar was very nice and there was a food area for the guests. I didn't stay in the rooms but the entry was nice and open. Everyone seems to be having a good time with games in the common area. Maybe next time I'll stay a night.

Wonderful evening reception. Free drinks from 5:30 — 7:30 (most mixed drinks and a few beer choices). Served in plastic cups so you can enjoy by the pool. Free snacks included delicious salsa and chips, cubed cheese and mixed pretzel/cracker snacks. Room is clean, and had a beautiful bathroom with shower and separate tub. Mini fridge only has a small freezer so don't buy ice cream like we did.

Stayed with the family for a 3 night Disneyland trip. Check in was quick and we had our room in less than 5 minutes. Rooms themselves had a great layout for my family of 5 — we very much appreciated the additional bathroom entry door from the living area for those using the sleeper sofa. We had a less than ideal room location, directly across from the elevators and facing the freeway, but other than some additional noise from the freeway on one weekend night and the constant drone of the elevators (which served as white noise at night), the room was perfect — always clean when we returned for a mid-day break from the parks. Breakfast was plentiful, though coffee was very weak for my taste. Complimentary drinks in the evening were a nice touch, and the parking was very convenient and close to the front entrance. Only a 5-8 minute drive to the Toy Story lot, which was a much better option for our young kids than walking 15 minutes to the gate from the closest "decent" hotels near Disneyland. There was also a shuttle option but the schedule wasn't as convenient for us (see attached picture). Lots of options in the area, but wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent family friendly hotel located near Disneyland, the Honda Center, and within walking distance to the Angel Stadium of Anaheim! Once you walk into the hotel lobby, you are immediately taken away by their beautiful modern decor and helpful staff. Their rooms are extremely spacious, since they are all suites with living rooms, and are always extremely clean. They have an indoor and outdoor pool, so you can choose as to whether you want to enjoy some sun or stay in the shade. Their bartender during their manager's reception is extremely nice, helpful, and even remembers your order so that he is ready to help you the next time you ask for a drink. Their eating/manager's reception area is very spacious and modern, that some of their tables have outlets on them so that you can do some work while you eat/drink. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Only stayed for one night and we enjoyed a free upgraded room. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was really good and they had tons of variety. Everyone was nice as far as the staff. Great place to stay if you are staying in the area or planning on going to Disneyland. Will stay here again if in the area.

Wonderful place to stay. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable! Great night sleep on a comfortable bed and great pillows! The evening reception was very nice and the breakfast was outstanding! A very large variety of breakfast foods. We would definitely stay here again!

The Embassy Suites offered a hot, cooked to order breakfast, and free drinks each evening. Each suite is capable of sleeping 2 to 3 couples, if needed. It's located near Disneyland, and other prime Anaheim attractions. The hotel has an indoor, heated pool, as well as an outdoor pool and a jacuzzi. The staff was very welcoming, and I would be happy to stay there again.

They use old lenins. All the pillow cases are so dirty. You ask for clean one and they bring in new dirty ones. They must be using these lenins for the last 5 years and/or absolutely over stuff the washers so it will not be as clean. Plumbing problems was an issue and AC was not working. We've been told 20 min for maintenance was on the way, but it was more than an hour. I had to take kids down to lobby for that time until fixed. The maintenance guy said the valve was turned off inside the panel where he has the only access. We use to stay all the time at this location, but no more. The place uses dirty pillow cases.

We arrived rather late at night and we're accommodated because of our large size. All the staff could probably work at Disneyland, they are so nice. The beds are comfortable so far and the breakfast is probably the best I've had at a hotel. Overall thus travel experience has been amazing.

The lobby and elevators were clean and nice. The hallways had used room service items next to almost every door. I got my delivery done as soon as possible and left without issue.

As soon as I walked to the front door I was grayed with a great smile and a helpful hand. The front desk was super pleasant. The lobby and the events room were as much as got to see but they were beautiful.

Spacious suites with separate living room. Free made to order breakfast, free drinks at happy hour. What's not to love. Amazing facility.

Excellent service, value and location to a great Orange County vacation. Disney Parks are close enough but not right on top of you. Breakfast was always well prepared and the housekeeping staff was excellent.
