Great hotel good service great rooms close to Disneyland.

Our first time staying at the ALO Hotel and I must say I truly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this hotel! 5 Star experience? Nah, I give ALO Hotel and the staff 10 Stars! Oh and although there was a Starbucks nearby I must say the ALO Coffee is the best! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and amazing place!

Very hospital staff, clean pool and hot tub.

The staff is friendly and helpful. We we're able to leave our bags & head out to Disneyland before check in which was very helpful. The breakfast is well stocked and delicious.

Good location, easy to find and good services.

Very Clean, Nice room, service is very nice and right by Angel's Stadium.

Although it was an older build the service at the hotel was second to none. The two young ladies at the desk was great. We had just left Huntington Bleach at a five star hotel. The Service at this hotel by the desk staff ran circle. Housekeeping staff quick and very friendly. Great location.

The A/C vents were not pointed the right way, it would go directly to the desk which would turn it off and on many times, if the vents were pointed correctly towards the room, it would keep the room cooler and use less energy. Breakfast was decent. The restaurant had Ants along the wall and a dead Roach on the floor. Rooms are small and the elevator is super small. Room Service and were very good and attentive.

Excellent staffs very courteous, polite, very helpful and always with a smile. Good pool with a spa staff offering towels. Abundant of breakfast and always have lots of cut out fresh fruits, orange and apple juices, coffee and etc. The tip jar for the breakfast is placed very discrete but encourage vacationers to give because they refill all the foods very fast despite many people eating there. Sad to see many people not give. Lobby is wonderful beside the nice staffs also have cold drink and coffees or teas all the time. Our family loves it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the ALO Hotel. The people at the front desk are always very friendly when checking you in. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. Everything is always clean. The grounds are always nicely kept. The breakfast is yummy and not just random continental weird breakfast items, but a really good breakfast. But most importantly to us is the customer service. Even the person cleaning the grounds will greet you with a warm smile. We asked for shampoo and the lovely lady who brought it to us actually seemed delighted to do so. Everyone there seems to thoroughly enjoy their jobs and it shows in the way they treat your guests. Anytime we go to Southern California we try to stay in an Ayres property because we know the experience will be great. Thanks so much.

Just checking out and we loved this hotel. Had a beautiful spacious room that was spotless. A great king size bed and we had a great view of the fireworks at Disney every night. The best thing about this lovely hotel are the staff always smiling and nothing was every to much for them. Thanks so much for making our honeymoon extra special at the Alo.

Really appreciated how the staff communicated with me prior to the stay. We told the staff we were celebrating my daughter's birthday and they filled the room with balloons and nice little treats — that was such a fun and thoughtful surprise. Also we requested a room that could see the fireworks and were so pleased to see that we were put in such a room. The breakfast was pretty good. Would be great if there was some sort of free transport to Disney.

Firsr time staying at your hotel. I was very impressed! Staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and enjoyed the temperature and dark curtains. Morning breakfast was hot, and staff continued to keep it stocked. Great stay!

I see ALO is in the process of refreshing the rooms and hotel. Which is always nice to have an updated room. All of your staff are professional and polite. They always want to go above and beyond to help a customer. Your hotel is perfectly located! I think I get a great value for my dollar when I stay here. Thank you.

Spent a weekend here at this hotel. I love that there is a free breakfast included. The front desk staff was awesome. The room area was spacious, however the bathroom was a whole different story. It just seemed a little too tight in the bathroom. But other than that, I know I would stay here again. It's nearby the Outlets at Orange, and down the freeway from Disneyland, so that's pretty cool! For a quick bite, you can walk to Wendy's which is right next door. I also liked that there was a parking structure for this place, given that it's on a small corner. I would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay in your hotel. It was always clean and the staff was always kind and helpful. The only thing I can say is about the breakfast that was the same during the entire week. But I definitely would recommend your hotel!

Staff was very nice, that’s about it. Bathroom was dirty. Found what looked like a blood stain on one of our towels. Bed was not comfortable at all, lumps and everything! Lucky we got there late at night and sleep a few hours. We had a two night stay but no way were we going to stay another one. Even only staying there basically a half night my wife left with some werid rashes all over body. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Two star hotel at best.

The first time I stayed at an ALO hotel, I knew I’d be back. Now, three stays on I know it’s THE place when I’m in Orange or Anaheim. We love the rooms, the staff is always courteous. The pools and hot tubs are always in good order. It’s our home away from home and our preferred hotel group.

The facilities and room were very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect choice for our guests and us to prepare for our wedding festivities. If I’m ever in need of place to stay in Orange, I would definitely book with ALO again.

Great customer service. Easy check in. The only thing they need to update is the comfort of the mattress and pillows. Overall it was nice and worth what I paid, but I did book it last minute and they had a great deal on southwest website, which allowed me to earn so points as well. I would book again.

I had a very bad experience. My best friend and I checked in last minute around 10:27 PM because we had an awful day at the ER with her sister who was just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Long story short, the air conditioner was broken and was super loud (shockingly loud) in room 317. It would turn on automatically then turn off. The room would get warm and then the ac would blast on super loud and wake us up. We had to call the front office at 3:30 AM. A hotel staff came up and we had to move our room. We were in our pajamas and had to get all our stuff packed up at 3:30 AM. We only slept till about 7:30 A. M. I didn't want to make a big deal of this in front of my best friend who was already dealing with her sister and cancer. Breakfast was fine and the girl up in the front was nice, but the manager didn't come in till 9:00 A. M. I woke up early to go talk to a manager. The girl said that the hotel could offer a 30% discount, and I said I would take it (again, didn't want to cause stress or any problems in front of my friend) But the more I think about it, I didn't sleep, she didn't sleep and we paid $110. I chose this hotel because it was in a safer area than close to St. Joseph's hospital. I book through Expedia all the time and chose it because of the rating. Unfortunately, my experience did not match up to the value and the lack of sleep that we got at this hotel. I wish the hotel would have been more accommodating. $29.00 refunded doesn't do much for missed sleep.

Overall a good hotel. Only stayed one night for a convention. Staff was friendly and check in/ check out was very smooth. The lobby was nice and there was free water and coffee. The only minor issue I had was that the floor I was staying had rooms that were being remodeled and the room I stayed in still faintly smelled like fresh paint. Again, very minor issues and it didn't bother me. The room itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would like to stay here again if I am ever in the area.

It was a very friendly, clean, quiet, beautiful, fun 3night stay. Me and my family loved staying at your hotel. By far one of the best experiences we have had staying at any hotels. Parking was a little bit limited close by due to construction, but other then that very great place stay. We will be making this our permanant vacation get away hotel. Thank you so much!

I've stayed here before for my Disney trip. It's about a 8-10 minute drive to Disneyland. It's a little further but it's everything I'm looking for free Wi-Fi, free parking, AND free hot buffet style breakfast. Don't take the ART that was not fun. Just drive over to the toy story parking lot, way easier. Very modern rooms, hallways, and entrance love it. Great stay. 1 small concern during my stay there were no sausages or bacon for breakfast as I've had before here. I was pretty sad about that no meat it was on a Thursday morning too. Maybe meats are available on the weekend only?

Great place to stay in the Anaheim area. It's relatively cheap, very clean, has a really good breakfast, good parking, and is on the ART bus line to get to the Disney Resort, which saves a lot of money versus parking at Disneyland. I would definitely stay at the ALO again the next time we go to southern California.

I loved my stay at ALO hotel very much! It is very cozy and clean, the staff is very friendly. Loved that we were able to book a pet room for those who is traveling with pets. That was awesome! We will definitely stay there next time when visiting LA.

Overall the hotel was very nice, and the staff was exceptional. I would rate this hotel a 5, but we were woken-up at 6am on Monday morning by men talking and moving furniture outside (right below) our window. It continued on all morning and it was hard to sleep once woken. It would seem to me that something like that would be scheduled at least after 8am so that the guests in the hotel are disturbed at such and early hour. And to clarify, the workmen were doing a job directly associated with ALO Hotel. Everything else was great, we were very happy with our stay otherwise.

This place was a great find in a great area! A great value! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large, bed very comfortable, clean and welcoming. The bathroom was very clean. Our room was across from the ice machine, but noise was never an issue. Parking was easy and felt very safe. The breakfast was very good. My only complaint is that the air conditioner seemed to take a long time to cool the room. We will definitely look to stay in more of this chain's locations.

We always like to stay here when we visit Disneyland — must be at least 5 or 6 times now. Love ALO! Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Breakfast is a nice treat in the morning to fuel up before hitting the parks! It’s also very close (walking distance) to an outside mall with a lot of great restaurants. Look forward to our next stay.

Enjoyed the hotel, and the convience of the shuttle to Disney. Clean rooms, good hot breakfast, and EXCELLENT customer service. After getting home I had an issue with my card returning my deposit funds, they are allowed to keep it for 35 days unless the hotel sends an authorization allow the release of the funds. Having just been on vacation, and it being right before Christmas I was very in need of this money back. ALO employees went above and beyond to try to get my funds released back to my card. The asst GM sent not one but 2 faxes, and the front desk agent, Jose (I hope that's right) handled 2 separate 3 way calls from my card company. It was an unnessary ordeal, and I appreciate them to no end for trying to get the issue resolved. Caring about the customer with extrodinary customer service is hard to find these days.

Stayed for 6 nights with the stay 2 nights 3rd night free. Great value. Food is warm and plentiful although it ends at 9 am and there is not a lot of variety it is still better than most continentals. Disney bus ART picks up at the door and parking is free. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because the internet is horrible! Like may as well not have it and the rooms have no microwaves. Hard to reheat food or bottles for infants. Otherwise rooms are clean, the wall cavities are super useful for longer stays and keeping clutter free. Beds are comfortable rooms get black out dark for sleep. All round great bang for your buck.

Great hotel. Clean rooms and lovely staff. They are always willing to accommodate. Free breakfast until 10am and free parking too. About 2 miles away from Disneyland so it is still pretty convenient instead of paying a ton for staying at Hotel Disney. This is a much better place to stay to save money. I'd rather use the extra money on food in the park.

Pretty good! Friendly service! Great price (in comparison). Good location off of the 5. And clean spacious rooms! Nothing really special. No convenience store inside for snacks. And if you aren’t going to have that you should have better vending machines. Restaurant was ok… the free breakfast buffet was reminiscent of a more business hotel that families don’t normally eat at. I’m not complaining it just wasn’t good. It felt cheap and unclean. We only ate it once and passed up the other free meal and went elsewhere. They did have really good complimentary cookies! But overall for a hotel… 4 stars. I’d stay there again.

The beds were comfortable, but, thicker or fluffier blankets would have made it better. The bathroom felt a bit cramped to us. I liked the closet organizer and the t. V. Had great reception. There was a glitch with my key cards not working right after I checked in and hauled everything to the room and down a couple of long hallways. That and the cramped bathroom get it a four.

ALO was such a wonderful hotel. My check in was done by this young man at the front desk. He was so sweet and kind. He explained about the wonderful breakfast that is provided each morning of our stay. He could answer all our questions and concerns. The whole staff is just wonderful. I especially enjoyed my talks with Jayne. She is a real asset to the ALO. Our room was spotless, smelled wonderful, and we even get delicious cookies in the evening. The only complaint I have was our trip ended so quickly. Looking forward to staying again at the wonderful ALO.

This hotel is conveniently located near UCI. They also offer special rates for patients staying at the hotel who have appointments at UCI. We very much appreciate that. The rooms are clean, comfortable with great amenities! The staff are courteous, professional & very accommodating, as well.

Overall a very nice stay and I would stay here again. Hotel staff was courteous and helpfu. L On the "needs improvement" side — The mattresses was a bit weak and seemed "tired". There was a bath towel in the room that had a bright pink stain on it. I was disappointed that the fitness room had restricted hours. The fitness room was only open from 7 am-10 pm. I would have liked to get some exercise in at 6 AM as I needed to depart by 8 AM.

The room we rented was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is really good. The staff has helped us with all of our needs. Great place to stay!

Nice hotel. Mexican food in hotel was good. Didn't serve chips and salsa though… It was a upscale version of traditional Mexican food. I would rate it 3.5

My business partner made this reservation, but I'd choose this place again! The rooms don't look very three star, more like 4 or above. Super clean, quite quiet, and great size. Staff were accommodating and friendly, free breakfast was way above average, and the location was perfect. Not toooo close to the parks, but close enough.

I always come to this hotel (4 total stays each averaging 5 days) when traveling to the Anaheim area. They are clean, professional, and convenient whenever vacationing as the ART bus stops here and takes you to local attractions (ie: Disneyland! ). Most importantly they are affordable and worth every last penny!

We stayed here for 2 nights. Didn't get to try the pool or spa out. The complimentary breakfast was okay. Pancakes, sausage, potatoes and eggs with assorted breads and juices. Rooms are dates. There was a ceiling fan and light places in the corner of the room next to the window. Typical room air conditioner, but did have an updated bathroom and linens. Also there was a mini frig in the room. Pretty close parking plus a parking structure close by. Some sirens can be here as you are across from a hospital. Also parking is free here.

Amazing little find in Orange County right near Disneyland. Beautiful family owned Hotel. Diamond Resorts left me to hang out and and dry on my vacation so I had to find something really quick. Couldn't have found a better Hotel on such a short notice. Hotel is beautiful, staff is amazing, and location is perfect. Thank you Alo Hotel for saving my vacation.

Nice deal on the room. Customer service and complimentary breakfast have been good if not great. Hotel is really clean and though I'm not going to Disneyland it is really close and they provide shuttle service. No complaints and fully satisfied. I hear children in other rooms and in the hallways at times hustling bustling through… Walls may be thin at times but it's all in passing. Besides, if your staying here for Disneyland than your not in the hotel a ton. They do have a small outdoor pool as well. No complaints.

Rooms are very nice. The service is great. The staff very friendly. I only gave 4 stars because the breakfast is really bad. Few choices and not appetizing or organized well. And, the window for the "free" breakfast is pretty small, 7am to 9am.

Very nice hotel. Prompt service, polite staff, clean rooms and an excellent breakfast. Conveniently located near all major shopping, eating and attractions. Having just stayed for a weekend getaway, I would greatly recommend this hotel for a similar stay or a more prolonged one.

My family had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff members were very congenial and welcoming. Our room provided enough space for us to relax. I wish there were Ayres locations on the east coast.

Loved your hotel! Lovely spacious room and bathroom, spotlessly clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've experienced! The housekeeping staff was really on top of things. When I explained that the tub drain was draining really slowly, it was fixed at the same time the room was cleaned in the afternoon. Fantastic service! I liked the fast Wi-Fi, too! The hot breakfast was fresh and delicious with a lot of good choices. The lobby was comfortable and welcoming to hang out in, the front desk personnel were friendly. Parking was really convenient whether I found a space out front or in the garage. Either way, I enjoyed that it was no extra charge! Very convenient location to downtown Orange. I would definitely stay here again!

From the front desk welcome to the great room, daily breakfast, my stay at Ayers was a wonderful experience. I shared the room as we were attending a convention and I loved the partition between the two queen beds. It was like having two separate rooms. Great room size, lights were a little treaky at first. I have already recommended Ayers to my daughter who loves to stay in the Orange/Disneyland area.

Our living space felt large and comfortable, the rooms were well maintained and clean. Plenty of places to stow our belongings and souvenirs. The happy hour with refreshments was very nice, and the staff was amazing!

Great beds, great breakfast, rooms don't match the modern lobby, but are still really nice! Our two queen room had a mini fridge, and desk area for me to setup my laptop. Super friendly staff, and we got then through hotwire. Great great great price for the quality. Would stay again.

Comfortable but a bit dated in terms of room decor. Hallways tend to be loud in the mornings. Beds are extremely comfortable and staff is courteous and accommodating.

The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We swam in the pool and say in the spa, both of which were clean and easy to access. The staff was friendly and very prompt when we had extra towels sent to our room. The AC worked great and there was even a ceiling fan, which I have never encountered in a hotel before. We will definitely stay there again the next time we go to Disneyland, which was only a short distance away.

Good room for the price. Only 2 real issues. They gave us no shampoo but did get 2 lotions, so showering in the am was a bit odd. The other was the lamp wouldnt work.

We stayed one night to attend a meeting. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The elevators were in need of renovation or repair and hadn't been inspected since 2014. The room was pretty nice but they had put us in a double bed instead of the king bed we were supposed to get. One thing I thought was really odd was the placement of the ceiling fan. It was tucked away in the corner instead of centrally located which made it useless. Of all that though I still enjoyed our stay.

Nice room, could use better air conditioning. I reserved a king bed but got two doubles, but the stay was still enjoyable. Very central location.

I attended an event here, and the roof deck has truly magnificent views of the Bay Bridge. Their catering, from which I enjoyed duck comfit, shrimp, chi wraps and champagne shooters, was also top-notch and served by very friendly staff. It's a great venue.

I went to the Alo Hotel for dinner. The food and drinks were very rich. Return, especially for those cocktails.
