Just checked into the hotel and found bugs in the beds of both rooms. Hotel manager is calling me a liar even though her employee saw them and sent her pictures. She insists the room just needs to be cleaned. Hotel is at capacity and manager has refused to relocate us to another hotel. Im 350 miles from home with nowhere to stay.

I feel this place was like the "Disney Experience! " Where else can you lean on a wall right in your motel next to Disneyland and enjoy the fireworks every night? The staff is beyond what you would expect! A joy with smiles everywhere. I loved the bathrooms here, very large! I almost wanted to sleep there if I was cornered by my girlfriend!, lol. Rooms are clean and roomy for such a good price! Oh did I mention it is very close to a 7/11 store? It worked for me. I hope to be back soon!

This place is insane for what it is. If you just want something basic for Disney or just visiting, than it fits the bill. It’s very well appointed with little extras like soap dispensors in the shower. Rather than little bottles they call “free” but really its just nickel and diming you. The rooms are very clean and the staff is extra ordinary. It’s family owned and the location is great. The people that say otherwise are so nit-picky I would hate living their lives. Free fireworks show from the parking lot to boot. Great place amd I kick off a star only because it’s not some grand resort. Fun fact the lights between the rooms are upside down. Wonderful place.

Stayed 5 nights in August 2018. Great location to Disney. We were able to walk there with no issues. Rooms are very clean and the pool is nice. Ice machine did not work the last evening we were there. It was promptly fixed and while the machine was making new ice, the owners ran out to the store and bought ice bags and brought some directly to our room. This was after midnight. Very lovely family that runs it.

Great value for money hotel, newly renovated, nice clean rooms with a large bathroom. I really liked the power sockets on the bedside tables and on the cabinets and the blockout blinds. The hotel is 2 storeys high with a set of steps on each side of the complex to access the second level. I couldn't find any vending machines for water so it's a short walk to the gas station or Starbucks that is about a 1 block walk. Overall I was very happy with the service and the cleanliness and size of the room.

The rooms are very nice and clean! They have a shuttle in front that will take you to Disney. But they don’t tell you that you need a bus pass. Although it’s a short walk to Disney, we took an Uber for only $6. (After walking through Disney all day, you won’t be able to walk back to the hotel! ) The road is really loud at night and the morning. Also, we got woke up at 6:00am due to construction being done in the parking lot. It would have been nice to be informed that they would be tearing up the whole parking lot so early in the morning. Also, they don’t have very good office hours. They are closed at random times. I had to go to the hotel next door to get pamphlets and information about getting to Disneyland. I’m on the border about this hotel, and may or may not stay again.

Extremely clean room and fantastic customer service. So convenient to Disneyland. First class treatment. Will return soon!

Stayed there for 2 nights and it was great. It's right next to Disneyland. Friendly staff and a great price. Only thing was there was no clock in the room.

If you’re a budget conscious traveler, who uses the hotel strictly to sleep, but still wants a clean, comfortable place to do so, then this is it. It’s within reasonable walk to Disneyland, fridge & microwave in the room, fairly quiet location.

Clean and pleasant for what it is — a motel within a mile or so of Disneyland. Friendly staff. It's an easy walk without any big traffic crossings and a cheap Lyft ride. The beds were super soft so — 1 star for that. Stay here and save the money for all of the churros and souvenirs.

Horrible horrible horrible! This place is over priced, noisy, and beds are awful and even though it looks pretty it is horrible quality! There's no counter space for anything and the need is loud! You move even slightly and the bed cries. It's awful.

Great deal on room very nice. Very close to Disney land walking distance to many different fast food joints. Staff was awesome.

About 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland and way cheaper than the closer hotels. Clean. Great staff.

The "hotel" is within walking distance of the Disney parks, approximately 20 min. The building and room was quite clean and the staff are very friendly and I found them to be accommodating. For the price I was happy with the value. I would recommend this to others. I definitely felt like the staff take care of the property more than a chain place. Would stay again if I come back.

Rooms were clean, and well put together. Me and my wife really enjoyed the renovations. Customer service was awesome. Only 15 min walk to Disney. ART pick up right in front. Free parking. Any really affordable rates, a must when going to Disney. Only negative was the road noise but hotel does not have any control of that. We will be staying here again in the future. Thank you!

Wonderful comfortable clean room and bed and clean crisp bedding. Nice big fridge with freezer compartment. Microwave and coffee maker. Lovely clean large bathroom with shower. No tub but not a problem. About $6 to Uber to/from Disneyland. Also walkable but you have to walk over the overpass. Parking lot is small and only one way in/out is the only downfall. Otherwise great comfortable hotel near Disneyland. Highly recommend. Lovely staff as well. Very friendly and helpful.

Love it here my favorite place to stay when going to the disneyland resort!

Employees are awesome! Was a little upset they made me walk to Starbucks after my long flight to use bathroom, because my room wasn't ready. Pretty clean for a motel though.

Not a good experience at all. My flight was a late one so I had checked in late that evening we arrived. Omg the rooms is so small andthere are absolutely no amenities at all. After being in the room for about an hour we noticed our things were soaking wet. At first they wanted us to stay in the room. But I said this was unacceptable. That since they were full we would need to move to another hotel and they should credit me back for this night for which she agreed. Then we discoveredi that there were other rooms and she offered a room with two beds instead of the one. Which I considered to be good customer service from that standpoint. I didn't realize at the time she was going to retract her offer to creditback for the huge inconvience from the. Night before. I'm. It sure if all hotels are like this in the area but for the 250 per night I paid was way to much for this place. Rooms just seems odd. Frig didn't work had to finagle coffee pot to give me a cup of coffee. I'll book best western or something similar next time for less.

Stayed at hotel 414 recently for 3 nights while visiting Disneyland. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Close enough to Disneyland that we walked to and from the park. Very basic hotel, but well kept and clean with a microwave, fridge, and cable TV in the rooms!

Room is clean and pleasant. Recently remodeled and great shower. Fridge and microwave in the room at no additional charge. Would recommend!

I found the people to be very rude. The perfume smell in the room was very overbearing took my breath away and gave me a headache. Says they gave me my triple a discount so not true. Came out and started looking my car over not sure what the heck they where doing. The beds are as hard as a rock. My husbands needs his medicine and was not allowed to smoke it or he would be charged $ 150.00. So he stuffed all night in pain. Will never ever ever comeback to this place. Steer clear.

Hotel is away from all the main hotels, so its quiet. Beds are great, lots of water pressure from shower. Very nice hotel, hardwood floors, nice shower, very friendly staff.

Fantastic on-site management. A and A are the best. We stay here whenever we come to Anaheim.

I stayed here for a few days and had an excellent experience. The staff was kind enough to let me check in two hours early! The room was very nice and it had a refrigerator and a large bathroom. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to Downtown Disney from the hotel and there is a Starbucks directly around the corner. The drive to Disneyland is maybe 5 minutes. The hotel is on a nice little strip that has plenty of fast food joints and convenience stores to refuel at.

Excellent value. Clean! Not run down at all. Good TV channel selection. Low frills but wasn't expecting any. Good bed. Shower, refrigerator, AC. Pool. Need anything else?

We stayed at this location about 5 years ago and it was a decent a hotel. When I was searching through hotels for our stay for Disneyland I happened upon it and I'm so happy I did. We got a really great deal on 4 nights. We had planned to get the shuttle pass but instead we just walked to the park each day. We have 2 kids under 3 and it really wasn't that bad. Starbucks is right down the street and so is Taco Bell. It was so convenient in the mornings to grab coffee and at nap time we'd grab food from Taco Bell. The rooms look just as nice in person with plenty of space for our family of 4. We had room for my daughters pack n play and our huge double bob stroller. My only disappointment was not having a tub to bathe the kids, but it wasn't a deal breaker at all. I loved that they offer free parking and they also hard a fridge and microwave in the room. The hardwood floors were also a nice plus! Made our stay a lot simpler. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Stayed here with my wife and daughter, and the room was very clean and nice! We were very close to Disney. Showers were great, and the management and staff were very nice and knowledgeable! Not typical of the location, we were woken up during the middle of the night because the couple downstairs decided to attempt to see which could yell louder and hurt each other more. The management apologized profusely, and all in all handled the situation very well! Loved the stay, would stay here again!

No one has to poop the SERVICE, the reception is mediocre and the staff at the counter is of no use! Room not made and they dare say that we probably put the message do not disturb, or even better we probably forget something on the bed these are the reasons why they do not do the housework! As far as the laundry ensure vs that vs have some quarters because they do not have to counter! In short in my opinion one is falling at the wrong time or on the bad team Che not how it works here but since all my stay in the states, after being in different hotels and motels this is by far the most mediocre I have been able to do! Not at all advise as far as I'm concerned.

I would really recommend this small but classy hotel. Very clean, modern rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Disneyland shuttle picks up right in front. The Disneyland fireworks show was very loud from 9:30-9:45pm but I would bet that's how it is anywhere near the park. Overall, very happy with our stay here and would stay again!

STAY HERE! My friend and I originally had reservations at another nearby hotel that was one of the nastiest places we had ever seen. We could not stay there. Since it was so late at night, we had only a few options to move to, Knights Inn being one of them. WOW! Is all I have to say. For a couple bucks more per night we stayed in a beautifully updated room that exceeded all our expectations. It was CLEAN, and decorated beautifully. The bathroom was gorgeous; something I'd like in my home! The AC was amazing (we're big on white noise/cold while sleeping and it was perfect). There were even plantation shutters on the windows! We were literally living in luxury. Not to mention you're seconds from the parks. I will stay here again and again and again!

Modern, updated interior, looks pretty slick.

Do not book this hotel. MUST READ! Went to the hotel in the morning before allowed check in time. Was able to park car there and take bus to Disney, went back to check in around 6 pm. We checked into our room and moved the blankets down in the bed and there was hair in there. Checked the other bed and also hair plus questionable stains on sheets. The bathroom had hair in the shower along the sides. Also bugs. We called the front and a lady came and we showed her what was in the bed and shower. She moved us to the room directly next door. We checked the bed and there was no hair, but the shower had mold along all the edges and saw a huge bug crawling up the wall. We checked out of the hotel immediately. Andy (the manager) asked me to walk up to the front and sign for a release for my $50 deposit. And said I could contact hotels tonight (app I used to book hotel) and he would release a refund. Hotels tonight attempted to contact the hotel directly and they would not answer. I then called and spoke with them the following day about them trying to contact the hotel and not getting a response. I told them I would be calling Anaheim police department and all of a sudden minutes later he is there (after he was unavailable all night) And still did not want to release the funds back to me. So I paid 119 for a hotel I didn't stay in because of their cleanliness. The hotel is "remodeled" but that doesn't cover up the fact you have poor house keeping staff and a infestation of bugs.

It seems newly renovated and modern, but economical. If you don't mind a short walk, it's a bargain for a place near Disneyland.

Rooms are really clean and tidy. Location is pretty close to the park and they have a shuttle. For what you pay I think it is a good deal compared to some of the other prices for hotels. Only thing I didn't really like their parking is really small and it is crammed. But I had a good stay and I would stay with them again next trip.

The hotel was very awesome and the services of hotel were really good. And the room was nice for me, clean and quite lovely so yes I must go there again in future and recommend it to everyone.

Very bad service. My father got locked in the bathroom. Yes, u read it right. The lock was malfunctioning and lock my dad in there. Someone came and fixed it. Not to mention that there was no apology, he yelled at my dad for shaking the handle too hard. Terrible service.

Small motel. We arrived without a reservation and attended us enough at night. The room is extremely big for the furniture that has. Free parking outside. Conforms to the price that is paid (I think that us cost 50$). King size bed, bath complete. Room luxuries and antigua. Very close to Disney park. Free Wi-Fi. The reception is small and give breakfast but coffee and industrial pastry type. A bit "shabby" but for the price and close to the Park is OK.
