I booked this hotel to spend one night in with my three best friends after a day at Disney. We checked in, and just ten minutes later we found a cockroach in our bed (that had been living in the blankets before we disturbed it). It was as big as a thumb on a hand. Disgusting. We got a refund for our room and drove all the way home, exhausted, because this hotel doesn’t have any sister hotels that they could send us to. With that being said, the staff was very understanding and gave us a refund with ease. (This is where the one star came from). It is also not in such a great neighborhood and as we were leaving there was a man walking past the hotel tripping on drugs and acting violent. Would not recommend staying here.

The room was nice and a reasonable price. The breakfast was ok not much to choose from but the ladies were awesome serving the breakfast. Also the parking was very limited we were lucky that we got a parking spot when we arrive there on Wednesday afternoon but I didn't dare move my truck because I knew I wouldn't be able to find a spot when I came back so I left it there for the whole 3 days that we were there. Also we ended up having to walk to and from Disneyland because there wasn't any room on the shuttle, they need to make trips more often and or purchase a bigger vehicle perhaps a bus like the other hotels have instead of a van or don't offer the shuttle for Disneyland because they can't accommodate all their guests.

Family-friendly, safe and secure. Breakfast was great. From their receptionist, breakfast chef and housekeepers: their staff treated us like family. My kids could see fireworks from our window and balcony area every night. We will be back annually.

My family and I arrived at this hotel Sunday May 13 afternoon through Thursday May 17th. It was a very close to both Disneyland parks, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. At their breakfast the lady that was attending guests Monday-Thursday was very rude. She was constantly checking what items of food the guests ate and got up to get. Wednesday morning my family and I went in for breakfast. My son got two waffles one for him and my husband, after this he wanted to eat another but the lady didn't want to give it to him saying he had already had two and she shook her head and rolled her eyes at me. What bothered me most was that she was counting our food, or supervising us and watching what we ate with a very bad attitude. This happened last year also but I did not say anything about it. The hotel is a very good place to stay at besides the breakfast lady's rudeness.

The room was clean and the two queen beds were nice and homey, the location was perfect not more than a 15 min walk to the entrance of Disneyland and customer service was on point. They even provided us with toothbrushes because we had a miscommunication and left ours at home. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 is the shower made a high pitched noise when using. But everything else was amazing.

I wish I could do half stars because I feel like it deserves an extra half but it wasn’t good enough to be a full three stars. Let me start by saying you get what you pay for. We were looking for somewhere cheap but close to Disney to crash for the night and that’s what we got! However, upon inspection, there were weird stains on the comforter, a funny smell, and the place needs touching up. The place was clean besides the comforter and there was free parking. My husband was very happy with it but I think it could’ve been better. Overall, I would’ve given it 2.5 stars because it wasn’t amazing but I think we got what we paid for.

An excellent place to stay and go to Disney.

"We enjoy staying at this hotel and we love that it has a shuttle for free. They can improve their continental breakfast by adding some eggs, sausages and bacon. The lady serving breakfast could also improve on her manners, no one likes to go to work, but I don't go around showing it" Good money saver. I recommend it.

Very well located and excellent price, only to sleep and to hang out, very close to disney american Breakfast included.

Room, service, parking, cleaning all 200% until you get to the breakfast (very small with only one employee doing one thing that there are waffles, if anything, with bread and cornflake.

Super recommended, very nice all this very close to the place and has transport free of charge the rooms are very acceptable in Fit all good only the breakfast could improve!

The reservation got dropped but they did find a room for me, although the process was a bit frustrating. The room is much nicer inside than your expect. Couch was a bit gross, bed was comfortable. Room seemed to have been removed but carpet not replaced. Staff was kind enough to make. An unscheduled shuttle to Disney for us. I'd most likely stay again.

We called in May for our July vacation, and when we arrived they did not have our reservation. Not only did they not have our reservation, they charged us for a no show night, because the person who we talked to had us down for May 10th. They would not refund us for their mistake and the manager wasnt available the day we got there and wouldn't talk to my husband over the phone. Instead he wanted us to come back to the hotel in the middle of our day at Disneyland to discuss everything. The room was a nice size, but the fridge never got very cold and the shuttle to the park only fit 15 passengers and only drove every hour. We will never stay there ever again. The headache was not worth the price.

Horrible service, gave no warning about parking (only one car per room) we had two and threaten to tow us even though we were staying another night at the hotel. Did not give us an alternative parking and gave no accommodation when again they did not inform us about parking before the stay. Talked to manager and shrugged when asked what to do. Stayed up still 1am on my birthday trying to find alternative parking.

Our experience was the worst we have ever had in a hotel stay. When we first arrived there at 6:30 AM after a long drive all night, we found out that the hotel staff had marked us as no shows for our rooms, and gave them away to another guest. Even though we specifically called the hotel before leaving here that we would be late checking in. Luckily we managed to get two rooms only a ways down the hall from each other. About 10 minutes later we noticed that the pool was closed for construction. This was not however, listed on their website, and the hotel staff did not mention it when we made the reservations. Monday went over without any incident and we enjoyed our time at Disneyland Resort, thinking our problems were over. Boy were we ever wrong. On Tuesday, our next to last day, we went off to he Disney Resort for the whole day. When we came back to the hotel at night we had an early drive home the next morning so we went straight to bed. When I woke up we started to pack, and that is when we noticed that there was something missing from our room. It was a hand-held game carrying case which had a Nintendo 3DS System, Stylus Pens, Charger and almost $800 worth of DS and 3DS games. Altogether the total lost value was about $1, 000. This pissed me off to no end. The only people to enter our room between Tuesday morning and Wednesday morning was my family, and the hotel maid who was assigned to clean our room. Easily I can tell that the maid staff took it.

Not bad, is a good option if you are looking for fun in disney and not fancy hotels, the cleaness is good, service is ok but the breakfast they offer is awful they shouldn't called "continental breakfast" is just juice, sliced bread, yougurt and disgusting instant eggs.

Very good food, the attention is good but it is a bit slow, I recommend any breakfast.

Although this hotel is a little further of a walk from the gates than other hotels, the cheaper price and friendly staff was worth it. I would absolutely stay there again when I get to go back, especially for their free parking. I didn't get to use their pool facilities, but they looked very clean as well.

It's all about and price when you stay here. Overall the place kinda run down and dirty, but it would appear they're in the middle of updating the rooms. It's a short 10 minute walk to Disneyland, the rooms are large, there's a fridge and microwave in the room, free breakfast and a pool and everyone working here is just as pleasant as can be. You don't stay here for the experience, rather the price and proximity to Disneyland.

Simply dirty and gross. The pictures are simply a lie, the property looks nothing like them. Breakfast isn't really a breakfast… It it toast and cereal. Wi-Fi is horrid. Constant disconnects. The walk to Disneyland, 20+ minutes, not 10. There is mildew and mold growing in the shower.

Very disapointed, it doesn't look nothing like the pictures. Carpet Very dirty Blankets are old and smell bad bathroom floor was dirty tub was clean at least. No a good place to stay specially if you have small children.

Rooms were decent but shower was horrible. Some of the towels weren't clean. Cheap and affordable but definitely deceiving when they say a 10 minutes walk to Disney. More like 20-25 and over a freeway. Not pleasant in the heat. Prices made it bearable.

Oh my God, don't stay here. While it's conveniently close to Disneyland, I would spend your money elsewhere. First off, when we checked in, the Front Desk clerk was rude and uncooperative. Second, the shuttle to/from Disneyland does not have working seat belts. I don't know how that isn't a lawsuit waiting to happen. Our room was spacious with 2 Queen beds, had hot water and a working air conditioner, but that's where the positives ended. The sheets on one of the beds were stained, the towels were stained, and the shower curtain was ripped in several places. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the hotel opened, and we found garbage under the bed that had stained sheets. The bathroom fixtures (shower head and tap) were loose, and the shower head looked like it was coming off of the wall. The tile floor had staining, and so did the bathroom countertops. The breakfast offered was a joke. One of the other people that we were staying with was near the hot tub, and stepped on the cover for the filter basket for the hot tub. This was not secured, and the lid and her foot went into the filter basket area. She did report this to the office, but no f***s were given. Stay far, far away!
