Very close walk to disneyland! The breakfast in the morning made it worth it! Super yummy food every morning (it ends a little early). The only negative is that some of the staff are less than helpful (front desk). We had a few issues checking in and then accidentally charging our card more than once (it was resolved so in the end it was a non issue). Housekeeping was the best part! The lady that cleaned our room was the same gal every day and she was the most kind person! She made our bed and then rebuild the fort my kids made in between the 2 queens ♥️ They definitely went above and beyond! You can not see Disneyland fireworks from your hotel. Kinda a bummer but still close enough of a walk that you could just be in the park for that part.

There's a breakfast buffet included with room cost, the staff and concierge are welcoming and cheerful and the rooms are very clean. The pool was clean and shallow so great for kids. There is an additional charge for parking which was unexpected and not included in the cost of the room but considering the location it's understandable. It's very close to Disney and if the walk seems far there are shuttles very close by you can hop on instead.

Called us multiple times to make sure they had everything set before arriving at the hotel since we were road tripping. They have 2 EV charging stations and 2 Tesla charging stations. Some Ford Explorer was parked in the Tesla one and the front desk called the owner to have them move it (since we needed to charge) also charging EV is free! Great service at the front by Matt. Kitchen style suites are homie as well and I slept on the sofa bed which felt better than expected. I would recommend this place! If you can book it ;)

We really liked our stay — the rooms were clean and nice, and they even let us check-in early because one of the rooms was already ready. You have to pay for parking, but the parking lot was covered and reasonably priced. One bunk bed room fit our family of 6 (4 kids, 2 adults). The continental breakfast was awesome, and they had enough options for the whole family to feel satisfied before heading to Disneyland park. It was about a 15-20 min. Walk with our stroller, and with 4 kids and me being pregnant it was still easily doable. My kids loved their beds, and would easily fall asleep in them upon return from the park. We had a good night sleep two nights in a row. I would definitely go back.

The rooms were clean and nice. The mattress wasn't too hard or too soft. The air conditioning worked great in the middle of summer. The water was soft. The staff was friendly — they greeted us with a cheerful, "Welcome back! " each night we returned exhausted from a day at Disneyland. The breakfast was decent and varied day to day. My only complaint was a bright light shining over the top of the blinds and directly onto the bed at night in our first floor bedroom. I doubt other floors would have that problem. You have to pay separately for parking but it's cheaper than Disneyland parking and the park is within walking distance.

We arrived late because we spent the day at Disneyland. My wife likes a glass of milk before bed. I don't think they had any, but the front desk lady got her a glass from their kitchen AND even made me a chocolate milk without asking! To top it off I got a warm peanut butter cookie as well. THAT IS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! We're already planning a trip back soon to visit this property!

The bathroom could have been better. The counter was too deep and you couldn't get close to the mirror. The towels were not very soft. The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and so was the jacuzzi. The breakfast was acceptable. It was relatively close to the parking lot that had access to the Disneyland shuttles. The staff was friendly and very helpful. All in all it was a good place to stay.

Good location if you're visiting Disneyland. The rooms were decent nothing that stands out, don't expect a nice view from any room, the surrounding landscape is far from scenic. The beds were comfy and the windows noise insulation was good. The hotel offers a decent breakfast again nothing more than the minimum so if your idea of breakfast is different than scrambled eggs, bacon and coffee than you may wanna skip it or not. On the other hand, the staff was excellent and made the stay at the Hyatt Place pleasant. The staff was always available, listening and did more than what was expected. I enjoyed my time there.

Two short blocks from Toy Story free tram to Disney main entrance. Three disabled people in our party: cheaper to rent scooters outside of park — they deliver to hotel. All DISNEY trams will load scooters. Hotel charges them at night. Awesome helpful staff. Clean nice suite. Amenties are great and as advertised. Hotel food is GOOD and dinners priced $11-12. Great beer and wine selection.

The hotel is really nice and clean and comfortable. The rooms are quite spacious, views are really nice, it's easy to park. My only complaint is that the housekeeping service did not vacuum and that only mattered because my young child had eaten chips and so there was crumbs on the floor. That made it noticeable that she had not vacuumed. Otherwise, when we requested extra towels or coffee it was delivered to our door within minutes. Everyone was cheerful and happy and really just accommodating.

Very nice hotel with all suite type rooms — mini to 2-bdrm. Clean and comfortable. Attentive staff. Good breakfasts-included with room-temperature served each morning. Changing menu each day. V good 24/7 restaurant with food for most preferences. Hot whirlpool and pool that is cool.

The room seemed clean and had a good setup. We forgot toothpaste, and they were kind enough to bring us a little one. The people at the front desk were very welcoming and gave us advice about places to eat, parking, and getting to and from the hotel to Disneyland (which is walking distance away). The gym was decent, and the hotel's hot tub was heaven for our feet after a day at Disney. I wish they had robes because it would have been more comfortable getting to the pool and back, but there was a cabinet of towels down by the pool so it worked out. Our biggest gripe was the breakfast. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was the complimentary breakfast. While I've had much nicer complimentary breakfasts with other hotels, it was adequate. They had eggos you could run through a toaster seven or eight times to get brown, scrambled (powdered) eggs, fruit, English muffins you could also eventually toast, cereal, and some other odds and ends. It was enough to get us fueled, but wasn't anything great. All in all, we would definitely come back.

Excellent Hotel and delicious breakfast.

The staff was very accommodating Debbie at the front desk was a life saver and more then helped our family out in a pinch. She was favorite part about the hotel. The hotel is within reasonable walking distance from Disneyland. The rooms are nice and big and easily suitable for a family of 4 or 5. They do have Starbucks and an eatery downstairs and offer a very nice free breakfast. It would have been nice to have had a microwave in the room (they do have one downstairs for use) and an upgraded coffee maker, maybe room service.

I love this hotel. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa pull out was nice. The water is softened water so that was amazing. Staff was great. The free breakfast buffet can't be beat. The 24 hour café was wonderful after a day at Disneyland. Free computer access helped us get my daughters school work in on time. I can't say enough good things. The only thing I might change if possible is slightly thicker blankets for the bed. I was a tad chilly, but I'm sure they would have given us another blanket if I'd have asked.

Not recommended to live in this noise-isolating device. The kid next door can hear the noise. Parking Fegui per night if you want to travel here.

My family loved our stay here. It's so close to Disneyland that we were able to use the Disney shuttle across the street to get to and from the park. Our room was great and clean. My kids loved that they had their own room with a bunk bed. It was nice to be able to save money and eat breakfast in the hotel before hitting the long days at the park. The staff was so great! The other hotels we stayed at on our trip we had a hard time getting a sharps container for my mother-in-laws insulin needles, but we asked here and they had housekeeping bring it straight to our room. We will definitely stay here again on our next Disneyland adventure.

Exceeded all expectations and the breakfast was great! We have stayed at different hotels in this area each year for the last 8 years and we will be booking this place again even if it costs more. Their rooms are clean and well kept. Our family of five slept comfortably and the hotel was a very short walk to the ART bus stops. We will be back next year. The only concern is the price of parking, but three good room rates and breakfast easily counteract that.

Immaculate, practically brand new rooms. Fantastically clean and dust-free air conditioning filters — so the air is crisp and not allergy inducing — modern furniture, new HD TV mounted on wall, high quality shades (no curtains), lush greenery and landscaping, ample parking underground where it’s nice and cool. Truly amazing.

Room was clean and suited our needs. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, always greeting us when returning to the hotel. Continental breakfast is very hearty and there are a variety of options available daily.

Great location close to Disney, newer property, parking is underground and convenient. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Secure floors as you need a key to access elevators, Rooms are spacious and very clean. Bathrooms have nice amount of counter space and storage. In room fridge, flat screen with streaming hook ups, in room safe, couch with chaise lounge and table, desk to work. Hotel is quiet. Free breakfast that rivals Embassy Suites. Eating area is also very clean. 24 hour gallery service providing snacks etc. Free Wi-Fi-no password required. Excellent rate. A. Bargain for what you get! Will definitely return!

The staff was friendly, helpful and highly professional. They provide an excellent guest experience. The room is large and very comfortable. I love that there is a separate sitting area with a comfy sofa that converts for sleeping. Room style is minimal, almost Asian in nature — calm and soothing. Breakfast is amazing, as is the offerings in room service. But just know that you go down to pick up your order, it is not delivered. The location is great, close to the convention center and Disney. There are several amenities such as underground parking, a pool, and the ability to purchase discounted tickets to area attractions. Overall the experience has been amazing.

So much for the happiest place on earth, came in at 11 and understand that check in is at 3 but they ran my card for the 250.00 for security and said they would call as soon as there was a room available. Came back at 2 still nothing no call and was told once again by a trainee that it would be a little longer. Decided to go eat and came back it is 3:30 well past my check in time and their computers are "not working" please don't bother to stay here theree is a manager at the front with the name tag Cory just staring at the computer like the other two trying to figure out what to do. Don't think you'll get a lot done by just staring at something. I guess I have choice but to try and enjoy since we already paid.

Stayed for 3 nights with family because it's walking distance to disney land. Nice hotel. Had room with bunk beds which was nice. Breakfast was great. Hotel was clean. The decor in my room seemed a little dated but I had a room with bunk beds so other rooms might have been more modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free newspapers at front desk.

Been here before. The hotel is nice, but is not a Regency, or anything fancy like that. You can here people running around on the floors above, showers, etc. But the family rooms (regular room w/partition and bunk beds) are great! The breakfast is nothing special, but its included in the price, so might as well take advantage. Easy access to the Parks by walking across the street to the Toy Story Lot and riding the bus for free.

Only 4 because breakfast is not really great. But honestly the rooms are amazing and spacious. Comfortable beds and even has couches. Very good location and price. Cheaper than nearby places by far. Polite and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Good hotel, prices are competitive for the area being near the Disney parks and convention center. Rooms are spacious with pull out sofa in addition to the beds. Mini fridge, coffee makers, etc. Beds are comfortable, housekeeping can be inconsistent (i. E. Last night our room was cleaned up but all the washcloths weren't replaced). They have a good morning breakfast, though recently they have made changes from the traditional skillet items to "bowls" and the quality and selection has gone downhill. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking garage is nice and price is on par for the area. It's close to walk to the Disney parking lot shuttles, and you can walk to the park if your feet feel up to it. I have stayed here several times and will continue to stay in the future except for times when rates surge for events.

I am very disappointed in this hotel (more like a motel really) this place is on another level when it comes to price gouging. DO NOT fall for $ per night that they advertise, as you need to add CA tourism tax, "occupancy tax, " Anaheim tourism tax, $17/day parking, parking tax, and the list goes on! Basically, add $60 to any price you see listed. The front desk is ran by Peter, who hates most things in life, and will not be afraid to make your stay as unpleasant as he can muster. The breakfast is OK — — nothing to great about it and always the same. BEWARE of their Gallery market, they will offer things to your children (gave my daughter a bag of M&Ms and smiled) only to charge it to you later under the premise it was free… yeah right. The only good thing I liked was that the hot tub was actually hot, and the house keeping was on point. That's it. Stay at the the Hilton across the way, had friends there and were very happy.

We paid for a much cheaper place nearby that had unspecified plumbing issues, so we got upgraded to this hotel for free. No complaints other than the shower temperature was hard to regulate. There was room service and Starbucks in the lobby. The King suite was nice… Beds were comfortable, and the sitting area had plenty of seating.

This place is great. The room was really clean and uniquely set up. We got the king bed with the bunk bed. It felt like we had two rooms for the price of one. The staff was so friendly, too. We asked for a nightlight and they were all out, but the front desk attendant went out of her way to pick one up from the store. She was able to deliver it to our room within an hour. Plus the location was super close to Disneyland. We just walked across the street to the Toy Story parking lot and jumped on the bus. I will definitely come back here.

If you are debating between resorts and have been looking and reading reviews for hours like I did, stop researching and book with Hyatt Place at Anaheim resort/Convention center. This hotel was awesome and I think what made it so awesome was the staff that worked there. When I arrived I was greeted by Lisa and and she was friendly and was so helpful with going over things. The breakfast is complimentary every morning and it's not just muffins in a package, its pancakes, french toast, waffles etc. Very good and worth it. The house keeper who cleaned our room everyday (ROSA) was fantastic and made sure we had fresh everything everyday. So to Ms Rosa. Thank you so much. On this trip I turned 21 and my family was not able to be with me, My mom coordinated with Ms. Adiliene (SP) and on my 21st birthday I walked in from the parks to find my entire room decorated. I cant thank you enough for everything you did for me and my mom. To the entire staff at the Hyatt I wanted to thank you for from the bottom of my heart.

Very clean and modern hotel. The employees are always nice. Nice breakfast. Best hotel anywhere around there. I've stayed at some near by and they don't compare. I always stay at Hyatt's.

Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable, good service and you can buy there tickets to Disney world and the transport there and back, breakfast included and close to the park, very well.

Hyatt Place anaheim is consistent with other HP hotels. Rooms are spacious, clean and adequate for the price. Staff is friendly, breakfast is great and Internet was free but not high end fast. The location is great and walking to Disney is 15 min or bus stop at hotel next door. I didn't have any problems with the hotel, but had a few inconveniences. Much like anything for added security, that guests need to have their key handy in order to use the elevator. Kind of embarrassing when a group is waiting for you. Like any place where land is a premium, parking has a fee but is underground and is easy to get in and out. Gym rats won't see anything special at this gym, but it is pretty much the hyatt place standard. Don't plan to use in busy afternoons unless you like sharing.

This is an awesome hotel (almost better then the actual Hyatt) the rooms are beautiful the fitness center is amazing with so many different weights and free headphones and towels complementary breakfast whats not perfect about this hotel.

The Hyatt Place is a great place to stay when you go to Disneyland! Close to the parks, great breakfast, and so clean!

This is one of my favorite hotels in Anaheim. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. We don't mind the walk to Disneyland.

If I have the option I would give zerooooo stars "hyatt" with very unprofessional dishonest people working at this location. Dont belive in what they say get it in writing some how if you make the mistake and stay at this hotel. We will never stay at hyatt again!

The rooms were always so clean, beds made so we had a comfy place after a long day. Friendly staff and breakfast was a very pleasant surprise everyday! We will definitely stay here again!

Good quality, clean hotel with space for a small family in each room. Only real detractor was the noise levels between rooms. We had an adjoining room with one of those doors between the two rooms. We were unlucky enough to have some noisy teenagers and you could hear everything. Ended up complaining to the front desk but it didn't get through to the guests. Finally ended up speaking directly to our neighbors. Not ideal if you are counting on sleeping in.

Hyatt Place is a pretty good Hotel. In fact, in most respects, they were awesome. But they failed me in a couple key ways that really knocked them down. Specifically, I was there for a conference at the convention center and one of my vendors was supposed to send me an emergency package for before the conference. It apparently arrived, and the hotel staff never mentioned it to me, even though it was correctly addressed to me. Second, the breakfast buffet was pretty good, but I cannot drink alcohol. You may wonder what the two things have in common. Twice during my 8 day stay the tomato juice had apparently been left warm on the counter for several hours and had fermented. The first time I took a swig of it I was shocked to get a bubbly tomato beer. I was shocked and reported it. The next two days were fine, then the third day the fermentation was really bad — I'd say about 30 proof and even burned my lips a bit. This is just unforgivable. Once is a mistake, twice is a pattern. You just can't put out tomato beer in the buffet! On the positive side, the rooms and beds were comfortable, the gym adequate, the staff pleasant, and the jacuzzi spacious. About a 35 minute walk to the main gate at Disney.
