From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the service was wonderful. Joe at the front desk made us feel welcome and answered all our questions and was very kind and professional. I typically hate hotel beds and pillows, but these rooms had such comfortable beds and pillows, which it important after a busy day at Disneyland. Also the breakfast was delicious!
Thank you for such a wonderful experience! We highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing one in that area!

Horrible experience! housekeeping is super rude, I asked for some towels and since she only had 1 left she told me to get my own (where I didn't have access to), as I was packing to leave I looked under the bed and found a pair of eye glasses AND a dead cockroach! this means that housekeeping does not do a thorough cleaning. The room also had constant gnats and mosquitos.

Clean and walking distance to Disneyland. Price is great compared to other hotels in the area. Parking is tight, but they have people who park your vehicle in such a way that they fit everyone. I got lucky and always found a spot… wait about 5 minutes, and people are coming and going often. Breakfast was fine, beds comfortable, restroom clean. Two adults, three kids.

This hotel is awful. The staff is slower than a toddler getting into a car. The rooms are sweaty and a bit smelly. There is no parking and the valet double parks cars so that it makes non valet parked guest struggle to get out. The breakfest is mediocre along with services. If you are by the pool prepare yourself for unsupervised children slamming the gate after pool hours and when calling the front desk its almost impossible to get a response. Beds are small and hard. Ugh terrible night. Only plus is the valet workers are very nice… Despite where the hotel has them park cars.

This hotel was a really great location. Really close (walking distance) to Disneyland, which is exactly what we needed. Breakfast was pretty decent. They had biscuits and gravy, eggs, yogurt, muffins/pastries, waffles, cereal and juice. Their pool was nice but they do not have a jacuzzi. The room was small but that didn’t matter since we were just sleeping there and spending the day in the park. Some of the outlet plugs didn’t work. The hair drier didn’t work. But all in all it was a good stay and we couldn’t beat the cheap price. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends who don’t want to break the bank on a hotel stay just to go to Disneyland.

We booked through Disney, expected 2 queen beds and a couch, instead we got 2 double beds and no couch. Despite calling Disney and talking to the front desk, nothing changed. On to the room, the curtains let in a lot of light so sleeping in is difficult. The sheets are rough. The shower head is at chest height for a 6 ft tall person, so I have to do the limbo to take a shower. The pool is unheated and there is no hot tub. The hotel is right next to a busy street and there is a lot of noise. Parking is not free, it's an additional $15 a night. The hotel is walking distance to Disneyland, and the breakfast is decent so that's a plus. The economy choice for a Disneyland stay, but don't expect any luxuries.

This is a fantastic place to stay! Its great for families and people on a budget, the rooms are clean and have great air conditioning for those hot days! Its also a quick walk to Disneyland, (about 10 minutes), which means avoiding lots of parking fees! The free breakfast is also a huge plus. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating to our needs, for instance, letting us park our car when we were too early for our check in, and letting us check in when we got back from Disneyland. I have been staying here for two years and I won't go anywhere else.

The location of this hotel is great! The price point is perfect for those with a tighter budget and definitely makes up for it's shortcomings. The room we had, two double beds is pretty small and doesn't have much in the way of counter/table space. But the fridge is a great size, the microwave and coffee maker are nice to have, and this hotel offers a free breakfast. Would recommend to those who need a place to sleep and need something budget friendly.

Stayed 3 days in April. Clean room (Mom is OCD for cleaning and had no issues even comment on how clean the bathroom was). 10 minute walk to park with 79 yo Mom. Breakfast very limited but a few muffins and a piece of fruit and we were good to go. Fridge was very cold unlike most hotels. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic value — we booked for the third week in April and prices were nearly half of most of the other hotels in the area, which is a 10-15 minute walk from the park gates, depending on how tired you are. The rooms are nice and clean (our room passed the UV light check no problem), snug, but not cramped and having a fridge and microwave is a huge bonus, though the microwave is slightly smaller than standard size. The breakfast that is included with your stay is relatively sparse, but its more than enough if you're not picky. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and as accommodating as you could ask for. All in all, a wonderful hotel if you're on a budget. I highly recommend it!

We stayed for 6 nights for our Disneyland trip. The free breakfast was one of the nicer ones we've had. Easy walk to the park. There are microwaves&mini fridges in the rooms. The beds are a little hard and the room was a little small but we were not in it much. They didn't have any vending machines for after breakfast time, but we were told to go across the parking lot to the Holiday Inn and use their machines since they are owned by the same manager. We had an issue with our room key one night and they were great and fast at fixing it.

This hotel is about 6-10 minutes walking from the park. It is easy to get to at any time of the day. With very comparable prices I would recommend anybody stay here. The rooms were tidy and easy to access. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. If you get there early and want to get to Disneyland, they will hold your bags for you until you return later that night and want to check in. Breakfast is served here but it does get crowded during the busy season. It has waffles, eggs, toast, and a few different options for cereal.

It was very good, the pillows are rather small.

Excellent service they are very aware of it, kind attentive, the breakfasts excellent, there is everything for breakfast as it should be, in general the service is wonderful.

Room is small but decent, shower seems flimsy. Felt like it was going to fall in of I stepped on or near the drain. Not enough outlets. Door to the room sticks so you able to try to open it several times and put your shoulder in to it. Close to Disneyland. Came back to our room to find blood on the toilet paper and towels. Definitely will not be staying at this hotel again.

I actually really liked this place. Close to Disneyland, ate at Mimi's cafe (200 yards from my room) and I liked all the tropical plants. My daughter and I liked the pool. Only negative was the valet parking… absolute pain in the butt… don't valet.

It's a great hotel for what it is. Sure, the room was a little small, and it isn't luxurious, however, it's a great hotel to just spend the nights and not much else. It's location is prime, a 10 minute walk from Disneyland, which made it easy to get to the parks. All in all, is it nice? Not really. But is it good for pit stops and walking to the parks? Yes. Good place to rest, quiet, you could improve a few things in general is very nice, one of the good things that it has is the closeness to the disney parks.

Very close to the Disney parks, comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. Very simple, no luxury, but perfect for getting to sleep and rest for a good price.

We are staying at this hotel while going to Disneyland. It is in great location to the park! Only takes about ten minutes to walk. The service has been great, our rooms were a mess and they cleaned them up very nicely. Breakfast in the morning was a plus! We'd stay here again for the price.

The room is really close to Disneyland which is great. Walk is not bad at all. I got two rooms for my visit here. The bathroom is small but the water pressure was excellent. My problem the rooms were on the small side for the price of 200 a night and they have a mold smell in both rooms. I think they all have to be aired out. You are also close to the highway so you can hear cars at night.

We frequently stay at this Quality Inn because of it's affordable price and close proximity to the entrance of Disneyland. During our last stay we checked in with Joey, who was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite small, but clean and equipped with everything that we need. The rooms near the freeway are loud at night so if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest asking for a room away from the road. The wonderful complimentary breakfast and short (less than 10 min. ) walk to the park make this hotel worth the stay for us.

They charge a little high for their parking. Got to our room and it smelled like we were in a sewer. My wife sprayed some perfume into the room and we tried to make a good experience out of it. When it was time for bed, we found dirt and hairs underneath the sheets. Very gross experience. The only good thing was that we were able to get a full refund.

Location convenient. Right next to Disneyland. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfy. Spacious room. Very close to I-5.

The place smelled like mildew. We found cockroaches running in the bathroom. The place was dirty, we found chocolates from the old guests all around the place. We didn't have room service one day, they just skipped our room. Easy walking distance to Disneyland and convenient stores. The breakfast had several options. Analyzing the pros and cons, I will definitely not consider staying in here again.

I've been reading reviews and I can't say I agree with the negative. My stay had been great. I came here as I drive charter bus and it old place had stained floors and felt dirty from the time you enter the lobby. Here they reserved a place in their small lot for my 45 for bus and my room, while snug, is clean and welcoming. I hope we continue to use this as a location for our many trips to Anaheim.

Room was clean, and a good size. Bed was comfortable. Door made me nervous because you had to make sure it closed all the way. Close to Disneyland. I was 14 weeks pregnant and it was about a 10 minute walk. We used the Order Inn service which was really good as well.

The night Parking attendant was friendlier than the night attendant/receptionist. The first room smelled bad like water damage n moldy, we had to change rooms but it smelled but not as bad as the first room. Door did not want to close, maintenance had to help us to open the door too!

Economic place, with comfortable rooms. Includes basic services, private bathroom, Wi-Fi. Good site for the weekend.

A simple but a little noisy motel with highway next door. It's good for one night.

Absolutely wonderful find. The room was great and had every convenience. Staff at the front reception was very nice and was even able to get us an early check in (we were several hours early). They have a small shop where we were able to find items we couldn't bring on flight. They even had a decent breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We had an original rate that was raised when we got to the inn. There was also a daily parking fee that we knew nothing about. Overall though it was impressive that the insides of the rooms were so quiet despite being next to the highway. It was also really good walking distance to the Disneyland resort.

I chose this location due to being walking distance to Disneyland and Ive stayed at a Quality Inn before. This is not my main choice of hotel but my primary choices (Camelot and Tropicana which are much closer to Disneyland) were booked up for my time frame. My decision to book this hotel was met with issues left and right as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. Valet was not at the stand when I pulled in and later found out that he was at the Holiday Inn stand. There was no clearly marked parking spaces for checking in so I had to double park somewhere that was not in the way in the tiny lot. After checking in and getting to my room I found out the deadbolt did not align to the door frame and there were no other rooms available to security was an issue from the start. Bath tub appeared to have a textured surface but the colored patches were probably worn down and the tub was just dirty. Bath tub faucet was mislabeled so cold was hot water and hot was cold water. Mini fridge in the room was nice if it was not scraping against the room safe as you open the door and radiating heat adding to the heat from outside (might need to clean the coils of the fridges once in a while). Night staff seemed poorly trained or didnt care. Bed squeaked horrendously with every movement and the sides of the mattress almost caved like there was nothing there. The only plus side was that there was breakfast that was not too bad, just lacked any meat protein like sausage or bacon.

Overall good experience and value for a hotel so close to the entrance of Disneyland. Good location, breakfast value and quality, very helpful and friendly staff, nice and comfortable room that was easy to get rest in after walking the park all day. If I had to think of a complaint, I'd say that the carpet in room could be better cleaned, as it almost immediately starts to rub off dark dirt onto your bare feet or socks. Also, the mattress was pretty worn down in spots, but not unusable. Still worth it.

Much better experience than we had at the other location in June! Perfect for my 6 year old daughter and I. Friendly staff and very attentive when we needed something or had a concern. Will definitely be back again. Afforable and great location.

Cute hotel which is perfect for Disneyland which is a short walk. I got a good deal on Ticketsforwork. I appreciated the breakfast which had a slightly larger variety than a lot of free breakfasts and lobby coffee. The resort is a little outdated, but the room was nice. It could use more outlets. The staff was friendly. I'd say the hotel is good for a budget friendly traveler who wants to be close to Disneyland. I did wish the path between the resort and Harbor was a little more well lit. Our room was away from the highway and didn't have any noise issues. The room was a little confusing to find so make sure you listen to the detections.

Nice, close to the Angel Stadium and Disneyland parks.

It's quaint, comfortable and clean however, I called to inquire if there was shuttle service offered and the woman I spoke to said 'yes' but to buy the shuttle tickets through the ART app. So I did (28$) only to discover that there is no shuttle that goes to this location so that was disappointing. But it's only 6 bucks a way using Uber.

Nice room, better than expected, not too expensive with free Wi-Fi and free breakfast, the only thing is parking which is not free, I stayed for 9 nights so I paid over $120 for it. Water pressure in the shower is one of the best I've ever seen, it's nice and strong, but the water at the sink is a bit too weak. The room feel very moist especially if you didn't leave the a/c on. Breakfast was great, they got the best waffles ever, better than most of the restaurants out there. The first morning there were sausages, but after that I haven't seen them anymore, I ate breakfast 5 out of 9 mornings. They still have one of the best breakfast selections out of all of the chain hotels in the same level. The location was great, within walking distance from Disney Parks, you don't need to take bus at all.

Fantastic valet service! I came through just looking for assistance for parking as I work and frequent the area. Although this trip I was not aware a marathon was being run and most streets would be closed. The valet at this location allowed me to park temporarily while I was able to figure out the way to my ultimate destination, which was a huge help. I would definitely come back to this location just based on the service.

The hotel is in need of an overhaul. The decor, styling, and theme seem like it is from 30 years ago. It is also much more of a motel rather than a hotel. There is no restaurant or fitness center on site. It does have a gift shop, a pool, and vending. It is ok if you just need a place to sleep, but don't expect anything else.

Unique hotel. Well landscaped. They make The most of the small plot of land the hotel is on. Close enough for me to walk to Downtown Disney for dinner. My queen bed room was tiny but fairly well maintained for a Quality Inn.

I just recently stayed at this hotel and it was the worst experience. We had booked 6 rooms. The First thing you will see as soon as you come in to the parking lot is, that there actually no parking lot available. You have to pay for parking lot and used the valet parking. As soon as you walk in the room they smell horrible a fungus like smell super strong. Advice the front desk and nothing was done about it. The room its self was really small and out of date. The faucet water from the sink smell horrible. I used the valet and had my sun glasses disappear. Front desk was un-able to locate the person who work the shift. If I could give a negative review I will.

We stayed here while visiting Disneyland. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and it's just a short easy walk to Disneyland's main entrance. It is close to the interstate and a little noisy outside but once inside the room you can hardly hear the traffic at all. I though it might be a problem but not at all. I highly recommend this hotel.

I agree with comments above. In addition to the noise from the highway and the poorly insulated room. The air conditioning did not adequately cool the room, it was always humid, we were only ever given 3 clean towels a day for a family of 4, we ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for more, there wasn't enough room to put anything in the room. Not enough space to unpack or put our luggage anywhere and not enough counter around the sink. I called and asked for a room upgrade and the person at the desk said to come down the next day because they had a larger room available, then they gave the room to someone else. I'm so disappointed by our experience. This was our first trip to California and we hadn't been on vacation in a long time, so we were really looking forward to it. I just don't want anyone else to have the same experience. There are lots of other wonderful hotel options in the area, make sure to avoid this one.

So far, the place is nice, the gift shop, the breakfast part, but yesterday when I came in I saw a spider just chilling on my bed, I checked to make sure that there weren't any more near, so it might have accidentally got in while someone was cleaning. There's also not enough outlets, there was only one that was free. My friend and I had to put our phones on that one side and the other one couldn't sleep with their phone (using our phones at night get us tired somehow). The showers are nice too.

I've stayed here a few times and while it's a pretty basic place with no real bells and whistles, it's always really clean and it's so close to the park we were able to walk here for midday naps without taking up a big chunk of our day! The staff was always very friendly and helpful too. All in all, a great find for a Disney trip.

Great location we walked to Disneyland close enough to go back and rest good free breakfast. Waffles fruit just right for kids. Pool ok room clean nice staff parking it was a good stay will stay again.

Pillows are awful, beds are rock hard. Bath towels are barely larger than a normal dish towel. You have to pay to park. The entire room is about the size of my kitchen. Half the outlets in the room don't work, or are inconveniently placed, like halfway up the middle of the wall. The continental breakfast is a joke. Would not recommend this place for anyone trying to have a fun trip. Also, right by the freeway, so road noise is a huge issue. Luckily our room is at the far end away from the freeway, but the noise is still there.

Adorable room, very nice. Good heating and cooling. Hot and cold water quickly. Good service, a nice pool and breakfast everyday! Very close to Disneyland, 5 minute walking distance. Easy to find.

I just stayed from Wednesday-Saturday and have to say it was really nice! I stayed at another Quality Inn down the road last year but this one was the best. It is right across the street from Disneyland, the staff was friendly and helpful, my room was clean and comfortable and the grounds were nice. Seeing how close it was to the freeway I was concerned that it was going to be loud but even if I wasn't as tired as I was to fall asleep instantly, I don't think I would have noticed much. The free breakfast in the morning was also a great offer. This will definitely be my go to hotel for Disneyland, gets the job done on a budget!

The room accommodations were good. We had to pay $10 plus tax to be able to park in their lot. There is no other place to park. The "hot" breakfast had only one protein option, rubbery eggs. However, there were waffles, biscuits, and gravy. The only option for hot tea was caffeinated Lipton tea.

Stayed here a few years ago now. It was pretty good and close to Disneyland, which is why we chose it. There's a McDonald's around the corner from it so you can grab something to eat on the way to or from the park. It is right in front of a freeway, so you can hear that from the hotel. The rooms were nice even though they're dated. Free breakfast which was average, like most hotels in the area that offer free breakfasts, but it does the job in the mornings.

Before you think about staying at the quality inn. READ THIS! My 4 year old daughter and I came here for her first Disneyland trip! Being a single mother with no government assistance and a full time job. I saved up for over a year! We chose the quality inn because we've stayed at one before, it's close to Disneyland and it's affordable. We checked in at 8pm on a Saturday. After a 7 hour drive. We were exhausted and ready to lay down. Not only was the front desk lady (ksmith) unpleasant but she told us she overcharged us 50$, she asked the man she was working with and he was very rude and said if it says "pending" it will be fixed. The next day I realized my bank account was charged multiple times with random charges for the quality inn. Charged $482, $50, $50, and $396. Adding up to $978. When they told us the room is $482. $482 seemed reasonable for a very small room, and a breakfast which consist of packaged pastries and rubber eggs. I waited over the weekend to see if the charges would be dropped (knowing that banks are closed on weekends) By Tuesday they were not, I walked in at 9:20am. At this point I was pissed off. I had no money to buy my daughter what I planned on and it was our last day. Joe at the front desk (who said he's worked at over 30 hotels) seemed to not know how to fix the situation at all and blamed the bank. He then got the accountant, a woman by the name of Doreena.

There is a highway across the street with no sound barrier. The sound is very loud and made it difficult to sleep. They ambush you with a separate $10 a night parking fee when you arrive at the hotel. I didn't see any mention of this anywhere when I was booking this hotel. The walk is much longer than they make it sound to the Disney park. There is no shuttle. I wish I would have booked another hotel.

Really close walk to Disneyland. The room was a bit small, but was clean and decorated nicely. The cleaning crew laid out the kids pajamas folded up next to their stuffed animals and souvenirs from Disneyland. Helpful and friendly front desk too.

Really not impressed. The service was good, but the food was terrible and over priced and the water pressure was bad. I did enjoy our cute corner room and it was a comfy bed. Just wanted more as far as amenities and quality of food. Especially because everything closes for eating at 10pm so the hotel is an important late night option.

We stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites for a combination of great price and proximity to Disneyland. We wanted a hotel that included breakfast (again — to save some money) and with free Wi-Fi. We were not disappointed. This hotel isn't about the bells and whistles. It was practical and well priced. But the room was clean, bed was comfortable, AC worked well, shower was hot, breakfast was fair, and it was less than 15 minute walk from Disneyland entrance. We were on the side away from the I5 on the ground floor and didn't hear any noises. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and was strong enough to FaceTime with family back home with no concerns. I would definitly stymy here again.

Good place great location.

We had 3 rooms at this hotel and it overall just didn't meet our expectations. If you are looking for a bottom budget motel near Disneyland and there isn't another option in the price range this would work. Positives: — Breakfast had eggs, waffles, biscuits, gravy, juices, yogurt, breads, muffins, pastries, cereal, milk and fruit; most importantly it was always well stocked during open hours. — Price — Seemed to be a decent price, but for $20 a night more I would have stayed at their newly opened neighbor in a heartbeat. — Some rooms had updated AC some didn't. — 1/2 mile to the Disneyland security checkpoint, So walkable. Negatives: — Number 1 complaint was the freeway noise! IT IS LOUD and sounds like you are sleeping out in the open next to the freeway. You hear every car, truck, and semi going down the road. This is the number 1 reason I would look elsewhere. — Inconsistent maid service, one night 2 of our 3 rooms the maid took all of our hand towels and washclothes. — Very slow Wi-Fi — talking 1mb/s download and. 18 mb/s upload, just too slow for this day and age. — My father in law overheard the front desk clerk talking with a maid about her finding a roach in one of the beds. — Pool was too cold to use even though it was a pleasant temp while we were there and even up to 90 the last day. — One rooms AC unit was quite old, load, and difficult to set to a pleasant temperature.

Shower head about three feet off the ground. Room needs maintenance including replacing ripped wallpaper and regrout tub. Room is considerably smaller than others in hotel… Same price. Our ac is dead and the breakfast is pretty terrible…

Really bad Customer service. We were given a room right next to the freeway room 1201 to be exact. It is extremely loud. It's hard to sleep with all the ruckus. L called to see if we'd be able to get another room and were denied that request. So if you plan on booking here make sure you don't get this room.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 days last summer. The hotel was decent, rooms were small and somewhat dirty, access to Disneyland was hampered due to road construction. No one bothered to explain that the road was closed and that we would have to walk past homeless people at 1:00 AM, in the middle of a dark road, to get back to our hotel. I was a single mom with my children there, and it was scary. The hotel dryers fried a $100 luxury blanket that my son brought with him. We've owned these blankets for years and never had a problem with them in the dryer. The dryer also ruined about $150 worth of clothing. Brand new clothing from a children's boutique that we got just for the trip. I showed the attendant at the front desk how the clothing had melted together — and he assured me that someone would help. Now, 7 months later, we still haven't had help. Staff was rude every morning at breakfast if we were there as close as 30 minutes before breakfast service stopped. They locked guests out of the room when it was 5 minutes before breakfast should close. Miserable experience. Also be aware that when you arrive, there are resort fees and parking fees that brought our bill up almost $200 more than we anticipated. Huge loss financially staying at this hotel. Went for a weekend trip to the Disneyland Resort. The room was pretty basic and small. Though for the price, the hotel is extremely close to the front entrance to the Disneyland Resort. About a 5 minute walk. Breakfast was included, however I preferred the breakfast in the park, so I'm not sure on the quality. I would recommend this hotel if someone is looking for something cheap, close to the resort and planning to use the room for what they need (sleep, shower, and privacy).

Didn't realize I was logged in as Princezz… my family and I have been staying exclusively at this hotel for almost 10 years on our frequent trips to Disneyland. They have the very best staff — we've had staff stop on their way home in the wee hours of the morning to help us carry baggage to our room. After they were off the company clock! The breakfast is standard Quality Inn but fresh and includes eggs and usually bisquits and gravy, diy waffles, fruit, yogurt, pastries and cereal with juice, milk and coffee. The pool is well maintained, hotel is quiet despite ongoing construction. The staff always remember us — from our second stay onward. The rooms are no smaller than other Quality Inns. Some of the bathrooms could use a fresh coat of paint and I DO wish the maid staff would be a little more thorough cleaning the shower but we've never noticed anything left behind from previous tenants or soap scum etc. The windows and mirrors are always sparkling. The lobby staff are more than happy to tell you anything they know about local attractions to help you make decisions about where you'd like to go and if you've forgotten anything for your trip — razor, deodorant etc. — if they keep it at the desk it's yours and if it isn't on hand they will direct you to the fastest place to get what you need. It's a safe 10 minute walk to and from Disneyland, even at night and it's the best rate at that distance.

I loved the Tuscan look of scenery, was able to check in 1 hr early. The breakfast was great! Construction was being done at the time but heard NO noise to keep us from rest. Great Customer service!. Was within walking distance to park. The salt water pool was realy great for rejuvenating tired legs and sore feet. Would ABSOLUTELY stay there again.

This place sucks. I had a room reserved thru the choice app and when I arrived I was told that they dont have the room for me available and was up to me to figure it out with choice hotels about a refund. A waste of time. Will never use this property again.

Hotel is not 2-blocks from freeway its literally RIGHT NEXT to freeway. Rooms are tiny and outdated with a distinct smell of piss and cigarettes. After a long day at Disneyland come back to the room to find housekeeeping "forgot" your room. This is the only hotel that the Disneyland shuttle won't drive you to you get to walk back and relax in a filthy slimy pool with garbage floating in it. Spend your nights listening to I-5 traffic and wake up at 3am to police activity at the hotel — 4 police cars to be exact. Complimentary breakfast is disgusting. Stale moldy bread, no fresh fruit or healthy options whatsoever. The worst part of this motel is the staff. Lazy, rude, unhelpful. Cindy the manager needs to be fired for total incompetence. Do yourself a favor and book your Disneyland trip at ANY OTHER HOTEL.

The HDMI and other TV outputs are disabled. Don't go mental thinking your computer is broken. If you smoke, there is only 1 smoking room. Book it early if you want it.

I've stayed here about 5 times, in the last 5 years. PROS: The price is good, its very close that you can walk to Disneyland, at first my only complaint was the watered down OJ. Now the OJ is fixed and I think the beds are new and comfortable. CONS: The half size pillows are laughable. 2 of the 5 times I've seen cockroaches. I think this will be the last stay, pay the extra $20-30/night and stay somewhere cleaner. The rooms need a complete redo. There are stains on the walls. And the rooms smell. Also they do hit you with hidden fees: resort fee and parking.

This is the first Choice Hotel we stayed at recognized me for being an Elite Gold Member. Had a Great nights sleep, the only thing I didn't like was the room was kind of small for us and they forgot to tell me about the Resort Fee when I checked in. If it wasn't for those reason it would of given you 5 stars. Overall we had a good stay.

Shithole. Ripped me off badly. Not 2.5 stars. Maybe 2.5 stars 30 years ago but anyhow, they charge for parking and extra non-disclosed taxes with out prior warning and you cant back out of yhem due to no refunds.

Always a nice stay when we go to Disneyland! free breakfast and walking distance saves you time and money. My family has stayed at the quality inn the last 5 times we've traveled to Anaheim.

Absolutely terribly kept hotel. Run down and old. Like others have said it should be condemned. Furniture was absolutely filthy with liquid stains (I don't want to know what type). The paint was peeling from the walls, bathtub was worn through, doors paint chipped and peeling off. Our room's number was even half missing. If you want to feel like you are in the film the Devils Rejects, stay here. Stay far away from this disgusting place. Happily paid the cancellation fee to get myself not far away into a nicer clean hotel.

The staff was friendly, but the hotel was old, dirty, small, and needs to be condemned. The cracks in the ceiling in the bathroom looks like they had a major water leak and just tried to put some caulking on it and a little paint. Bathtub not only had pubes in it from the last tenant, it was also dirty and had dirt or something. Had to clean it before I could use it. Last but not least. ANTS! little tiny ants were crawling everywhere. We didn't notice until the last night, now we are finding them in all our stuff when we got home. Look past this place and find something better. Disney should really have a higher standard on the hotels they call good neighbor hotels.

This hotel is a little dated but extremely close to Disney, and for the price this place is a score! Then I add the fifth star for the friendly staff and breakfast. My thanks to the hotel staff for helping make our trip a great one. I will definately be staying here for future trips.

I was impressed which surprised me. I first pulled up and thought this might be a dump but they surprised me. The sheets were clean, well made beds, very clean bathroom, and over very clean room. The sheets were so clean I could still smell the washer and drier smell on them. Front Desk service was amazingly awesome. I like how the front desk personnel and manager treated not just me but other guests as well. The major problems I had with the site was the Wifi was a little slow and lacking for basic navigation. Housekeeping never said hello and the staff for the breakfast area seemed busy rather than happy. Would I stay here again absolutely! Especially when it is just a mere 6 minute walk from Disneyland. Keep up the awesome service.

Excellent value. Even though it was inexpensive, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and it really was a 10 minute walk to the Disneyland front gates (I thought they were exaggerating but they weren't). It was great doing Disney is the morning, coming back for lunch and hitting the pool for a bit then going back. The only downside is that our room was directly facing the 5 freeway. The rooms on the other side of the hotel had much less road noise. I'd definitely stay again but I'd ask for an interior room.

It was really nice for a quick trip to Disneyland! The beds were nice and everything was clean. The breakfast was pretty standard but got us through most of our day at Disneyland. Didn't go in the pool but it looked nice enough, kids were swimming. It was a little loud because construction going on in a business next door. Would stay again.

Excellent, very familiar and comfortable. Free parking is available. Because it is a few blocks from Disneyland gave us the possibility to move on foot, the days of visit to the Park.
Staff very willing in our case that we could get into trouble with the language.
He would come back.
