My girl friend check in I showed up she found a used condum under the Chester drawers there was water dripping out of a light socket we said we were leaving and wanted a refund the lady was so rude I wonder if she will be rude to the health department do not stay here the management is rude and the room was deplorable please avoid this place unless you don't care what people before you did there (really a used condum how sick) I hope the health dept shuts this low class place down.

Clean didt c any bugs. For the price ok…

I grew up in Orange and enjoy staying there when I visit relatives. This place is perfect for me: Quiet and comfortable and close to all the places I remember from my youth. The staff took very good care of me and I have booked once again.

I use to come here all the time an got a room there 2 a week an the jacuzzi room which is about 160 an everything is great there an I love the area but there a new guy working there an he's an older guy but if you have tattoos an bald apparently he judges on that weather they give you a room or not I went yesterday an they told me they had rooms but had to come back at 1 I went still he said come back at 2 went back an then he said 3 went back then told me he couldn't give me a room that they where filled I waited with my kids for hours in the car an he denied a room to me an I was trying to get weekly not just 1 day way to lose a good customer for his being b4 you get to meet an know someone yea I have tattoos an I'm bald but I'm a business owner I'm not looking for free rooms I am a paying customer an I feel disrespected he didint give me his boss real number cuz I called him over an over an he didint want to give me his real name he said his name was kk an people like this shouldn't have a job because they affect the business instead of helping it out I will make it my duty that this guy don't work there anymore because of the way he treated me.

Went here to visit a friend. Crazy indian lady comes out screaming attempts to steal my phone! She then tries to steal my keys, physically blocks my car door from closing! She grabs my arm and keeps screaming "WHO SENT YOU! " She then backs her car into the middle of the driveway blocking my exit! I had to call 911 to have the police let me out of this crazy place. You have been warned, do not ever stay here!

Not only is this the dirtiest place I have ever stayed at, but the staff is extremely rude to say the least. We came back from Disney at 11 pm to find our room key had been cancelled all because our friend met us there in the morning. We were told if we had another guest over we would be kicked out (even though they knew it was our last night). The "free" Wi-Fi doesn't work. We found a spider in our bathroom and a beetle came crawling out from under our bed. The rooms do NOT look like the pictures and building is extremely old. Overall rudest employees I have ever encountered and dirtiest place we have ever stayed at!

Rooms were pretty clean. Nice furniture and comfy beds. Staff was friendly and gave us a deal on an upgraded room.

An amazing place to stay. The rooms are very clean and the manager and his family are very friendly. Feels like home. Would definitely recommend everybody to stay. The ambiance is very pretty. Great place!

Nice and clean rooms. Bedding was soft and comfy. Staff was super friendly and nice to hold a room for us. Anything we needed they helped with! Would stay there again next year. As well as recommend. We loved it!

My wife and I were recently married at Hote — amazing! All of our guests raved about how good the food was and how beautiful everything looked. The staff worked with all of our requests and stayed within our budget. We had our ceremony on the 5th floor terrace and reception on the patio, it was the perfect setting for an urban — chic event. We couldn't have been happier.

Was a guest the issue I have is the ridiculous pricing… 100.00 for a night… its decent but not worth 100.00 pet night wouldn't stay there again for that price for 100.00 I could stay I. A nicer room in a nicer area in a prone location… Just isn't worth it.

A great stay here, large room was very clean. Nice to sleep with windows open and to wake up to birds singing! Noise level was low and was well-lite with retro neon all over, would be my first choice next time I'm in the area. Front desk even let me stay a little over checkout time and offered me a bottled water, nice touch!

This is a really good motel to stay during your trip to Los Angeles, the price is fair and the manager of the motel is really nice to the visitors, the room is clean and it a big one. I will live in this motel again when I visit La next time.

Terrible experience. The desk personnel were incredibly rude. Would not recommend under any condition.

I have stayed at the Sky Palm Motel in Orange several times. It has a good location on Tustin Ave. Overall, for the price, it’s a good deal. The rooms are clean and well kept. Although, in almost every room, one of three handles on the dresser is broken off. They could probably find replacements for it. Most rooms have Wi-Fi connectivity. I am currently at the motel. During non-primetime hours, the Wi-Fi is pretty quick. During primetime hours, it slows considerably. On my previous stay, with my laptop I worked on the ‘Net all night. If you need Wi-Fi, do not rent the rooms closest to the office area on either floor, 102 or 215. I rented 215 and the Wi-Fi did not reach the desk area. I was forced to move the desk to the window and return it in the morning. I did not have time to wait another day and change rooms. The nicest feature their rooms have are the wide-screen LCD TV screens. Most are 37” and a few are 48”. They have digital cable with HBO. The worst feature they have is their pool. Every time I come here, it’s dirty. The first time I could see the bottom and it had dirt on it. This time, it was so dirty I could not even see the bottom, it was green and kids were swimming in it. I doubt the filter was even working. I will probably not rent here again because I will want to enjoy some pool time.

Service from peter (LOL THE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK) is great. The rooms were very clean big screen tvs, refrigerators, microwave, granite countertops and tile bathrooms. I will be staying here again. Very close to orange Y Bmx track.

Stayed twice on business. Good bang for the buck. Had large screen plasma, wireless internet, refrigerator, microwave and daily maid service except once a week. Peter, who is the manager is friendly and accomadating. Good pool. Rooms are slowly being renovated. They try hard for this type of motel.
