Clean rooms, wonderful staff, good location. Got locked out of my van and the lady at the front desk used her AAA account to get my van opened such kindness to go way out of her way to help. Feel blessed.

Just checked in early. I work at a hospital nearby and I work night shift. So I got off this morning at 8:30 at call the night before to ask if it was possible if I can check in early being that I need to get up at 5 p. M. To go to work tonight. I will have to say that the customer service was Top Notch the front desk lady was very nice and the manager was there as well I was allowed to check-in I'm in bed by 8:30 and I'll be here for two nights due to construction on the Airbnb that I had rented I stayed at Extended Stay before I have never had an issue the rooms are clean I think it's worth the price thank you again for accommodating me.

I have been staying here for almost a month and other than it's expensive to stay here, but then again there's nothing cheap in Orange county California. Unlike motel 6 this property is pet friendly and I have a Cat in my room with me. Each room it's own refrigerator and a microwave and 2 electric burners. I guess the hotel provides pots and pans, dishes etc… I don't know if they charge extra for this.

Location is extremely convenient, within comfortable walking distance of the Honda Center and itself within a shopping center that has a movie theater, several restaurants and a Starbucks. Rooms are apart-hotel style with a full kitchen and dishes upon request. It's obviously not a Hilton but it's not a Motel 6 either — so if you're cool with a middle of the road hotel, this should suit you fine. If you want something more, then you probably should just get something more.

Booked a room last minute via the hotel's own website. A king room was selected when reservation was made online. We arrived to check in about an hour after booking online and were told they only had double bed rooms left. This was extremely disappointing since we had just booked the room. We were told that the website doesn't account for what inventory is actually available and lets guests book whatever bed type, even if it's not available. The front desk associate was polite and completed his job proficiently, but was not the friendliest person. The hotel hallways reeked of cigarette smoke and the hotel in general just seemed a little worn down. The location is decent, with restaurants, Starbucks, and a movie theater within walking distance.

Great location. Near very nice restaurants and the Honda center, the Angels, and the ducks. The rooms are clean. You can cook. You can wash your cloths. The area is safe. Not too far from Disney, but you will need a car to drive there. A large movie theater is across the parking lot. And, the parking lot is huge. The furniture, fixtures and building show some age, but for the price given the area and proximity to everything you can't beat it. If you need a place to sleep, cook and rest, this place is more than adequate. If you like high end, everything new and fancy, this place is not for you.

Staff was rude and incompetent. Room was dirty and the bed was so uncomfortable. Everywhere including the elevator things were broken and just had tape over it. Dishes and trash were left in the hallway for two days before being picked up. We will never be back.

This hotel is a good value if you use it to its strengths. It has a college-dorm, lower-mid-tier apt feel. But it does have everything. You can score a room here with kitchenette for under $75 out the door, all fees paid (look around for deals and coupons). This is ideal for extended stay, DIY and self-cater. Hardwood floors in kitchen and bathroom are nice. Breakfast was granola bars, muffins, and coffee. Yes there is a homeless encampment adjacent to east side parking lot. Just know what you're getting into and get a good price.

Horrible experience at this hotel! My father and I booked it for the 6 nights he will be staying as I move into university and the 4 nights I will be in it. We thankfully found an alternative hotel and they said they are refunding us (why I gave 2 stars because they were very apologetic). Will update review if no refund occurs as it hasn't to date. There was usually only 1 staff member on duty and it appears as though the rooms haven't been cleaned to satisfaction. We had two rooms and both were horrifying. Long, white hairs in my room and a mouse running across the bed and kitchen at midnight. Leaky bathtub faucets in both bathrooms. Long, black hairs in my dads room all over the white, lumpy, old pillows. Leftover trash from the previous guests in both rooms. A weird, mysterious fluid all over my fridge and leftover food in the microwave. Poop in my toilet! Nasty grimy sinks. People living in their cars in the parking lot and a homeless community nesting behind. Stained sheets in my dads room. All attached photos are ONLY from MY room! Overall very unclean.

Great location for Honda center and Angel's stadium. Large rooms and dog friendly. A bot outdated but a good option for the price.

Worst hotel ever seen. No room services provided being requested number of times. Dirty washroom, hair everywhere. Not recommended at all.

If your looking for a holiday inn or a candlewood suites keep moving, this place is nice clean but some tagging in the elevator as well as a homeless encampment in the river bed towards the rear of the hotel. They mind their own if you mind your own, they personally did not bother me. The price was amazing for the room we had. Will stay again, with or without the homeless neighbors. The breakfast is not great especially for a family, so be prepared for that. The location is great if your going to Disneyland or going to a Angels game or a duck game.

I don’t give out bad reviews to often but this place is a Horrible place to stay. Very dirty and no dishes as promised-when requested. When finally given the kitchen utensils they were filthy. I had to stay here for business but would never consider bringing my family here. If you do it should be for free. It’s not worth paying for. Also the internet is terrible. Plus the people here really don’t care about making the issues at hand any better. Try another hotel.

Do Not go here. The place is ran down. Has homeless people coming over to get the breakfast they server in the morning. A LOT of drugs in and out. When I was there someone got stabbed. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE and please dont go if you have a family with kids. I've been to alot of places and this one I will not go back! The staff is rude and unprofessional and if you have a problem forget about asking the Manager Maggie for help she dosn't care!

The hotel isn't too bad, functional, decently clean. You will have a window directly looking over the local homeless encampment. This is an issue with the city of Orange, not the hotel, but it is still a fact. Otherwise the Wi-Fi works, isn't extremely fast, breakfast is just coffee and a muffin. And parking is plentiful.

The room was dirty. Food on the floor under the bed, hair in the shower, room smelled musty. The hallways were dirty, not vacuumed, dirty dishes in hallway. We were told free breakfast only to find out it was a granola bar. Will never stay with hotel again!

Hotel is at a great spot but the room was terrible. The bed sheet had cigarette burns, the refrigerator was thilthy. House keeping was once a week and each floor had a trash room so the floors do not have a pleasant smell. After 15 min I booked another hotel.

Take pause before booking this location. Orange itself is not a bad area, but this particular location of ESA is! It is bordered by a large homeless encampment along the river and has seen a large share of crime in recent days. If you are wondering about the recent fire at this property, it was started by a group of drug dealers (this is the official word from the men and women from OPD) who were heating up marijuana with butane; it quickly got out of hand. The room where the fire started? It remains damaged and sealed-off to this day as the hotel suffered damage bringing the stability into question. Meanwhile, rooms are still sold despite this problem. Car break-ins and a recent stabbing have also occurred within the past week. Exercise caution if you must use this facility.

I just checked in this afternoon but the location is awesome. We have the king suite (I think that's what it was called? ) And the room is huge. It has a full kitchen so you can cook meals and a full so refrigerator and freezer. Jessica checked us in at arrival and was very helpful. We're here for a convention and the hotel is close to the convention center but not too close where you're stuck in the traffic madness when trying to leave. This was the best priced hotel in the area as well.

If you've ever stayed in an Extended Stay America, this is the standard setup. Apart-hotel style rooms great for long business trips. The location is absolutely fantastic, but (as usual) the Wi-Fi definitely leaves something to be desired. Keep in mind that you have to request dishes from the front desk if you want them, and that maid service is weekly, not daily, that way you don't feel under serviced.

Great location in relation to the Sports Arena, theater, some shopping; and eateries.

The staff was friendly but the room was just okay. There was tons of stuff left over inside the drawers from previous people. The room was clean though.

Bad hotel host and freaking dirty & smelly room, no Wi-Fi, sleazy, yuck! If I could, I would put zero stars.

I I stayed at the Extended Stay in Anaheim California next to the stadium current event I was attending. Overall appearance was clean and you looking. The staff was polite and courteous. Felt like home and beds were awesome shower was hot kitchen with awesome and the TV selection was endless. I would recommend this hotel to any and all people who have pets and more than a couple of days stay. I was offered maid service everyday if I chose and felt safe and secure. I definitely think that I could live there for months.

Was nice. Better if actual breakfast was offered.

Worst place, living in room 220, someone walks above me at 3.30 am for an hour non stop and it's actually a stomping sound, at 6pm and at 6am to 8am. It's been a week I haven't slept. Our company has booked this for another week. I'm stuck here with a family and two kids. The asset manager is sick and of no help to my complaints. No breakfast. It's some two types of muffins an orange and coffee, some crazy snack bars and instant oats sigh! The price to this suite is higher than others. I had to ask for utensils and other kitchen items and they gave it in installments. My neighbouring room woke me at 3 am with their talks. Cheap folks come to live here. And the price is high compared to the other suites in OC. Just cause they give that lame breakfast. Customer service socks at front desk. How can I forget they barged in twice, in the name of room service by mistake with the spare key. I was putting our toddler to nap and I got extremely terrified to look at people walk into my room by mistake. I thought some gunman broke in. Yes with all that news around that constant scare lingers. And the entire day I kept thinking of this incident. Seriously don't take this hotel. Esp room 220. Zombie walks above this room.

The location was nice. Rooms need major renovation for prices they charge. Paper thin walls. Neighboring room woke me up at 3:30 AM by talking. Just talking on bed. Complained to front desk and they acted as if this occurs all the time. My advice — avoid.

I have stayed here a few times merely because it is cheap and they only take an impression of your credit card — no money comes off your card unless there is damage to the room. It is perfectly positioned to the ducks and angels venues. It is to be what is expected, no security posit equals a different type of crowd. There is also a movie theater adjacent to the extended stay. They are afraid sort of breakfast every morning you troopers can't.

If this hotel can get 0 stars I'd pick that, DO NOT stay here if you are not a junkie meth head drug addict because those are the types of people that stay here. We got moved twice and both rooms, nonstop all night long knocking on doors, banging on walls, walls so thin you can hear conversations and drug deals going on. Then the chainsmoking junkies hanging outside eyeballing you all the way to your car so they can see all your stuff. We parked as close to our window as possible to keep an eye out on our car and did not sleep the whole time there. Staff was rude as f*$%K. Ya, they refunded me partial AFTER I complained to corporate but they still choose to be blind about the problem going on in their hotel. Do not stay here.

Nice place to stay for a weekend just to get away or during a living transition where a couple weeks may be what you need. Clean. Safe. Drama free. Great location and Great customer service.

Good locality. Service friendly. However the reservation I had was not available and I wanted to give another room, which was not what I wanted. I had no problem or objection to the Cancel. But was a great inconvenience.

Ultimately not we stayed there because the room we reserve it had available. In order accounts ended up canceling and decided to host us in the hotel Red Lion.

When I arrived it was ready to my bedroom. The offered towels. Have coffee, food and girl for breakfast. It was very clean. I was very satisfied with the service of this place.

Compared to other Extended Stay's it was bigger, but the quality of service was okay. No dishes were in the room, which u knew about but when I requested them I was told they would bring then up to me and leave in my room, I had to leave and about 3 hours later I come back with no dishes. Manager told me it was due to check ins but the girl was on break and it would be up in 20. Another thing the backside of the hotel has bums living on the other side of the fence in tents.

Location was nice, right next to a movie theater. The toilets were pretty bad though, and the bed wasn't made well and was uncomfortable compared to other hotels with pillow toppers.

This Motel, is a total nightmare. Nothing in the room worked; the air condition was broken, the fridge was broken, half of the lights were burned, and the bed was infected with bed bugs. I paid for 5 days, but left the hotel in the first 24 hours with a skin infection because of bed bug bites. A hotel of HORROR!

Not a good idea to stay there. This is one of the worst hotel I have ever stay in America. Only one receptionist person available during one shift, no other helping hand in the entire hotel in 2 days of my stay. (1) Check-in process was also slow. Took almost 30 min to checkin. (2) Booked room was not available at the time of checkin. We booked king bad room and that was also not available when we reached there and then we have been given different room and next day we have been shifted back to King bad room. (3) There was no kitchen vessels available in any of the room. You have to ask at front desk and go and get it from there. Each time we requested we got Un-cleaned kitchen vessels in hand. We have to keep everything on our hand and taken them to the hotel room. (4) All rooms were feels like not opened since long. Need to start fan immediately to get refresh air. Very poor condition of hotel inside.

Perfectly efficient accommodations. Location was prime on my choice, and I was happy with the local bars and restaurants. Can't go wrong with this location and local entities.

It was terrible. My family and I stayed there for a week and a half for a Disney trip. First, there is a hole in the ceiling in the lobby. Automatically turned off. Then they are supposed to have basic necessitys because people normally stay there for a while. Hence, extended stay. However, they didn't have deoderant, a razor, toothpaste… Pretty much they had nothing you use daily. And then each room comes with a kitchen, you request what you want in it prior to check in. We checked in and the kitchen was empty. In all three rooms. It's was not the greatest first day. Actually, it was the worst first day at a hotel by far. Thankfully my family and I enjoyed everything else. Disneyland was great and the ONE AND ONLY good thing about that hotel is that it is 10 minutes away from Disneyland. Thats it. If you're willing to sacrifice all the bad for that one good then you've found the right place. If I knew it would be like this, my family would of stayed somewhere else. This is a LAST RESORT hotel.

We went there to see disneyland. It was two days trip, and we stayed at the hotel for two days. We got there by 11:00pm. Everyone was so tired because we drove from the bay area. Unfortunately, while we are checking in at the front, someone stole my wife's purse which has our wedding rings. We asked the front desk to show the video, so we can trace the thief. The front desk person refused to show the video. He said only my manger has an authority to show the footage, and he will be here tomorrow morning at 7-7:30 am. We got back to room. My wife couldn't sleep because she was keep thinking about our rings. Next day, my wife woke up early to see the footage. Front desk person said my manager can't come today because he got sick. He will come tomorrow. We felt so sad because it felt like they don't want to show the video. Last day of our stay, we were expecting to see the video. Again, they refused to show the video. That day, the assistant manager was there. The assistant said hey we don't know the password, so need to contact our IT guys. We went back home without seeing the video. Still, it's a mystery for us who stole the purse. If you guys where on our situation, what are you gonna do? This was our experience at extended stay america on katella ave Orange Ca.

The room was very nice, clean, ac was great and staff was exceptional especially in the morning, the main reason I give it a 4 star. Unfortunately, no pool. Other then that nice hotel.

The whole time I was here I kept telling myself "You only need a place to sleep, that's all. " Because if I was staying longer than two nights, forget it. This was the cheapest between everyone else by $30-$40 but I would have gladly paid the difference after experiencing this place. When I first booked I called the hotel right away and the person at the front said I did not need to pay until I get there, then I was charged. Called up the place and ended up talking to the supervisor who clarified things for me. He stated he would be able to cancel but only for that time and I kindly decline, given the benefit of the doubt. I wanted early check in and they were able to do that as long as I called in to verify. Called the night before and front desk told me to call back in 5-10 minutes because they were doing surveys; this was around 10pm. I call back and they tell me again to call back. When I talked to someone else they kept repeating "Sorry for the inconvenience. Is there anything I can help you with? " I asked for a manager, nada. Supervisor, nada, Anyone?! Nada! My boyfriend was able to talk to someone at reservations to confirm and it took about 20 minutes to answer a 'Yes' or 'No' question. When asked when the next supervisor will be in they stated they won't be in until 10am the next day. The day of check in there was one person at the front desk and there was about 3-4 of us waiting for service.

So far everything is fine except the Wi-Fi. Pay $20.00 per device per month or be punished with awful internet. Spacious, clean ns king room with a nice work area. Hallways smell like smoke but the room doesn't. Full fridge/freezer 2 burner elect. Stove, coffee pot. Microwave, toaster, some pans and utensils. 32 in LCD t. V. Dresser, small closet.

Pretty standard hotel room. Quite clean and nice decor. The pillows aren't very comfy. We were there for a week and didn't get maid service once. This is their policy, but for that length of time they need to include a few. Overall, a very okay hotel.

I had a great experience here. The front desk person was very welcoming and friendly, the room was spacious and clean and had a kitchenette equipped with a standard-size fridge, microwave, stove, sink, and some pots, pans, and dinnerware. Also included was a large, flat screen television with cable! Good closet space and comfortable bed. Free Wi-Fi! All this for a little over $70, which I thought was a great deal. We just stayed here for one night since we watched a concert at the Honda Center, which is just a convenient 10-minute walk away. The hotel is located close to a movie theater and several restaurants (American, Mexican, Seafood/Steak, and fast food), so we were able to walk to a restaurant then head to the concert. The grab-and-go breakfast was simple with coffee, hot chocolate, oatmeal, muffins, granola bars, and fruit. Good enough to keep me full for the next few hours. What I didn't like about the hotel was that the non-smoking floor reeked of cigarette smoke. Also, only body soap is provided in the rooms-no shampoo/conditioner or lotion. At least give me some shampoo! Apparently, you have to go to the lobby and ask for some. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area and I would recommend it to concert, baseball, and convention-goers.

My sister discovered that the sheets on her bed was stained and dirty. When she asked that the linens be changed, they (eventually) brought up fresh sheets; but she had to put them on herself, as "there's no one in housekeeping right now". The next night, our other beds was invaded by ants — the bed was COVERED in them! When we asked to be transferred to another room, we were told that we couldn't be accommodated because the hotel was "booked up". The site we booked through hotwire fortunately, so they were able to get us into a different (and much better) hotel. Finally, on the way out we were sweeping the room to be sure we hadn't forgotten anything. When she looked under the beds, she found garbage — literally! The floor under the beds was covered in old wrappers, food scraps, and other debris.

The Room is good with kitchen, the hot water is moderate and not too hot. Would be disappointing for people expecting a good hot shower. I havent tried the coffee, muffins served in morning. But they serve. The Wifi sucks. Its very very slow I am pretty disappointed by the Lady at reception. I think ESA should teach them how to greet or talk to their guests. No Proper responses when we ask them for an information. I wanted to take a urgent printout for my travel and when asked she told the toner is empty and not sure when it will be refilled (does that mean they wont take printout for the bills? odd isnt it) she told me to travel 2.5 miles to take a printout. I am ok if there is no printer/toner available, but the way she responded at the front desk was upsetting me. I never had such experience before.
