I was here recently. In my room and my kids room their was a safe locked up. I told the office and they shrugged their shoulders. Then hackers got into our bank account because the internet was not secure. They took 500 dollars from our account. We were on vacation and this basically wrecked it. In my opinion there was something in the safes that was something in the safes that was helping hackers. I brought this up to the office and they shrugged their shoulders. They just did not care. Perhaps the staff is in on it?

Great place. Staff is very nice and professional. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Short walk to parks and plenty of parking. Microwaves and a fridge are definitely a plus. You won't find a better place to stay at their rates.

The rooms were very clean, comfy beds & well supplied. The staff was very nice. No fancy bells and whistles, just a good room. I wish Wi-Fi was a little faster.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights while going to Disneyland and the beach. The rooms were large, well decorated and very well cleaned. All the staff were so kind even moving cleaning carts so we could get by with the bellhop. The closeness to Disneyland was perfect could see the fireworks from the bridge balcony they have. My only down point is the breakfast all carbs with bagels, toast, cereal, and waffles. Didnt have a fruit selection at all. Other than that our stay was great. Didnt hear any of the noise outside and the construction didnt go late into the night. They also let me park my car the day of checkin before the allowed time so we could visit disneyland.

Good location. We're always able to take yhe short walk to Disneyland.

Absolutely nothing fancy, but you can't beat the distance between it and Disneyland. My husband and I were able to walk there from the hotel and walk back within 30 mins.

The complementary breakfast was great, close to disneyland and was able to see fireworks ever night. Only downside was the loud fireworks.

Breakfast a bit sparse with no protein and just carbs (cereal, bread/pastries, waffles), otherwise no complaints. Our room was clean, quiet, comfortable, with a decent pool/spa. FYI it's a 10-15 minute walk to the parking structure where the Disney tram is.

Great service, amazingly clean rooms! I loved how quickly we were able to check in, how spacious our room was, the bed was very comfortable and big. The bathrooms and showers were very nice and clean, totally worth the money and best of all, a quick walk away from disneyland!

We stayed here about two weeks ago for 2 nights. We loved it. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We only were there to sleep as we were at Disneyland for most of the day. When we checked in the front desk was wonderful, they were all smiles and very nice to work with. Later on that same day we had a couple questions about the spa rules and the guy working I don't know if he was a manager but he took care of the issue right away. The breakfast was perfect. The room was great. The only thing I would recommend is the rooms need more lighting in the Bathroom and over the sink. Being that I work at a hotel that is a big plus. The beds felt like I was sleeping in my own bed. We will be staying here from now on. So that means we will be there every 3 months for our Disneyland trips.

It is an excellent hotel but the Wi-Fi has faults.

They're trying to make the hotel nicer, which is good. It was clean, which is one of the most important things. Our bathroom door wouldn't lock. They didn't have a hand towel holder/hook. The walls are thin. We could hear the people walking above us and outside. It's pretty good for a 2 star hotel.

The location was awesome! Right next to downtown Disney! The rooms were really good for the price! Had the do not disturb sign so can't comment on service.

Checked in for 2 nights while my husband and I went to Disneyland. Positives: (not many) The one staff member I interacted with was nice Free guest parking Location is convenient to walk to the park Negatives: They had trouble finding our reservation when we checked in The room smelled very musty The fireworks from the park (at 9:30) were EXTREMELY loud — louder than they even are at the park We could not get the temperature in the shower to work properly. It was scalding hot. We tried for over 10 minutes in every direction and could not get it to work at a moderate temperature. Terribly frustrating after a long day. The breakfast left much to be desired Overall it fit our needs but I would not recommend and will not be staying here again.

Rooms were decently sized and worth the price. It's pretty clean and breakfast is decent. Breakfast options include waffles, cereal, danishes, toast, and bananas in a sweet syrup. Would definitely stay here again.

I have been staying here and another property on Harbor Rd and Best western on Harbor as well for seven years now. Front desk always friendly. Rooms clean. The only thing that sucks is their Wifi but who needs it right? When you’re close to the happiest place on earth.

Pretty nice. My room was by the main street. I didn't hear the traffic at night on the busy street. Room was big. The problem I had was the garbage truck scratched my vehicle twice and nothing wad done.

Good for the price. Nice calm place. Rooms smell muggy but after being there for a while you get used to it. The lighting is very dim. Couch bed was not at all comfortable. Mid-night my boys decided to sleep on the floor. Shower was clean but tiles not deep clean. I was not too comfortable walking without shoes. Overall stay was great. Price was awsome. Room needs a bit more work but it looks like they were remodeling during our visit.

This will be my third stay at this hotel. The location is great if you want to be as close to Disneyland as you can get, and for extra convenience there is a gas station with a small selection of groceries, health waves beauty supplies and snacks right next to it. The rooms are acceptable but a little run down. The carpet was starting to come up near the entrance and it just feels old in the room. Over all a fair deal for going to Disneyland, but it's not going to blow you away with quality or service.

I met my expectations, economic, clean, friendly staff. You can walk to Disney, you see the fireworks-hotel games but also you hear very strong.

Room was comfortable and clean. We thought it odd that there was a black light in between the two beds. But figured it out once the light was turned on. In the room's ceiling there was stars and galaxy that glowed after the black light was turned off. The other odd part was the shower/tub. It was all tiled but the edge of the tub was at least two feet high, and you had to climb over to get in.

Rooms and service are always well above average, with comfortable beds, and TVs with more channels than you could imagine; also included are a mini fridge, microwave, room safe, and an AC/heater unit (although you'd be hard-pressed to find a hotel without). Be aware, however, that if you pay with cash, you will be asked to pay a deposit in case of smoking/damage to the unit, but said deposit will be returned to you upon departure (assuming you didn't break anything or smoke in the room). A big (and new) issue, although this doesn't fall on Travelodge's lap of blame, is that the Mickey and Friends parking lot is no longer accessible via the employee parking shortcut, which is a huge damper on a previously convenient option (walk about five minutes from hotel to Mickey and Friends parking, take trams to Downtown Disney, rinse and repeat) ; now, you'll have to walk about double/triple the length, and a lot less convenience. There's also no shuttle from the hotel, which is a pain if you don't drive.

The room was clean, that's about the only positive thing I can say about this place. When we arrived they didn't have a room ready for us and made it very clear that they wouldn't let us into a room until 3pm. I parked my family, including 2 small children, in the lobby because we had no where else to go and that helped them change their mind. The continental breakfast is kinda a joke. Cereal, toast, bagels or pastries and make your own waffles. The bagels and pastries didn't show up every morning. Milk, juice and coffee that tastes like it's made with dirty water. Not a lot of room for eating either. The TV in the room is all via an antenna, which made it inconsistent as to what channels we'd get everyday. The AC in the room worked pretty well, but didn't remove any humidity from the room so all of the sheets and our clothes always felt damp and nothing would dry. Several nights we were woken up by others saying at the hotel and their children running up and down the halls or yelling. So while this was more inexpensive, I don't think I would stay here again.

I'm not sure how anyone is comfortable bringing your family to this hotel. The rooms are gross, the carpet is old, the ceiling has water stains all over it, the doors were dirty and wouldn't lock properly. The shower was either cold or burining hot and the breakfast is a joke. Mini muffins or a waffle is your choice. Even if it's close to Disneyland pick a different hotel. This is outdated and needs to be remodeled badly. Do NOT bring your family here. Stay elsewhere.

Clean place, something old, but to spend the night is fine. Reception staff are friendly and attentive.

My wife and I arrived for late check-in. Check-in was easy and the night employee was helpful and informative. Getting into the room you can tell that updates had been done to the hotel but the rooms still have a rustic vibe… Think 1970's with a fresh coat of paint. For the price you can't go wrong. Rooms are clean enough, there's a pool, towels, soap and ice machines readily available… Cost/value ratio is great considering the close proximity to Disneyland.

Good location within walking distance to Disneyland. Decent breakfast and ac available though non smoking room did smell like it was recently smoked in.

They gave us bedbugs. We told them the second night that we were covered in bites and asked them to look over our room. They took off the covers, looked at the mattress for five minutes, then told us it was probably mosquitos. We called them again to try to find out what it really was, and a week after we left, they confirmed it was bedbugs and offered us 20% off our next stay at this location, rather than comping us for our stay. Other Travelodge locations will do whatever they can to make up for giving the people who stay there the worst thing any motel could give their customers, but not this one.

No issues checking in, came in with large party (4 adults, 3 kids). Room has a black light on the wall which was really confusing at first but once night hit we noticed the milky way and stars painted in glow-in-the-dark paint on the ceiling, super cute. Sheets were clean and replaced nightly along with the towels, blankets were a little uncomfortable and itchy but the sheets were very comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy. Breakfast was disappointing, there are only two cereal options which are both ones that I think are gross personally: frosted flakes and rasin bran. Danishes and a waffle maker were available as well as decent apple juice and not so decent orange juice. I ended up just eating breakfast out every day or bringing my own cereal and using the milk they had available. We did not make use of most of the other hotel amenities such as the pool or TV but both are available and functional. Staff are all very friendly. The hotel is only a few blocks from the Disneyland tram and right next to a 76 corner store. Probably the best bang for your buck for a family going to Disneyland.

OOtimale location, the room should be renovated once again. The prices are fair.

One star because I can't give them less. Called and made a reservation at the other Travel lodge on Harbor Blvd, apparently made it here, the clerk supposedly made a reservation and gave us the address for the travel lodge we were meaning to stay at. Got to it, confirmation number didn't exist, reservation didn't exist, absolutely no records of our calls at all. Figured it just got lost, called the number back, they said it would be fine because we were still staying with their company. Paid in cash, checked out the next day with our deposit back and everything on Harbor (excellent service there btw), and drove home from our Honeymoon. Got on my card yesterday to discover that THIS travel lodge had charged me MORE than the price they quoted me, after not even making my reservation and taking my card, and then promising when we called back they wouldn't. Called them at least a dozen times between yesterday and today and they just keep saying theyre transferring us and hanging up, or one clerk promising to have his manager call me back repeatedly (which of course never happened). Finally got so fed up we just called the bank to cancel the card and fill out a fraudulent charge form. Worst. Motel. Ever. (Short version: One of their clerks made up a reservation, charged my card, and pocketed the cash)

We stayed here because of the location next to Disneyland and thought it would be a good time. The room horrible everything was out dated and seemed to be falling apart. The only thing that was nice was the front lobby when you check in after that this place is a disaster. Next time we come back I plan on just paying the extra money and staying somewhere.

Our stay here in two different rooms was problematic in an epic way. For starters, their key cards and locks would not work half the time. The floors were so filthy that our socks went from white to dark grey in a matter of minutes of just walking on around on the carpet. We came back from Disneyland twice to find cockroaches running in and out of our rooms under the doors that had a 3/4" gap under each of them. Breakfast was a nightmare, for the amount of guests they can accommodate, there is not enough room by a long shot and they were always running out of the meager breafast offerings they had and the staff was always (with one exception) very grumpy and reluctant to help. The rooms looked like they came straight out of the eighties and there was mold in each of the bathrooms. I travel alot for work and of all the places I have ever stayed (and that includes some pretty low end hotels in smaller towns) this one was the worst. I have never written an online review before, but this was so bad I feel the need to share our experience. We will not be staying here ever again. It is close to the park, but with that being said. It's very apparent that whomever owns it, is not interested in maintaining it to a very high standard and only interested in the revenue it brings in. I hope they seriously consider addressing these sanitation/health issues.

Its pretty nice here. We went to there for Disneyland. Not a far walk actually. Just not a 5 star hotel. Free breakfast though.

It was a nice quite very spacious room with two Queens and a pull out sofa bed. With a great view of the fireworks from Disneyland.

The free breakfast was pitiful. The rooms seemingly have not been renovated or redecorated in a long time. The location is very convenient for Disneyland and the convention center.

Great location, friendly customer service, but not a very good breakfast selection. The rooms were great, just wish the bathroom we a lot bigger. But overall, it's a good place to stay, and it's close to Disneyland!

We stayed there for 2 nights. And let me say its close to disneyland. Staff where nice, only thing that bothered me was that when we came back from disneyland we where tired and wanted to shower and get ready for bed we saw cockroaches on the sink, I freaked out a bit. The carpets look and feel dirty. It was ok. Much rather stay somewhere else tough.

Not a great experience. Close to Disney but not worth the money. Hotels in this area are double the price they'd usually be so spend $30-$50 more and enjoy your stay in awesomely instead of just making ends meet. I'd recommend Springhill suites. Stayed there on my second night and for a difference of $50 it's definitely worth it…

Pros: ice cold air condition, close by disneyland but if you have a small kids its not walkig distance. Bigger room compared to other hotel on same price, free breakfast. Cons: old appliances, dirty carpet, really needs to be remodeled, the price per room is kind off pricey for a old building. Took 1 star for old appliances.
