We usually stay at Staybridges on all of our vacations and while this one had the smallest rooms it had the best food at the most helpful staff. Wish it had another elevator to make the waiting around shorter. Brandon at the front desk was amazing and went above and beyond to make our first day great.

All the staff were very friendly and efficient. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Social nights Mon-Wed with complimentary dinner and drinks was a great unexpected addition. Only con was, its a bit of a walk to/from Disneyland after a long day.

Nice room can’t complain didn’t like the 18$ dollar a night parking that was never mentioned.

Huge room. Huge bathroom. Huge closet. Comfy beds. Great customer service. Mayra is awesome. She put an anniversary banner in our suite. She also helped our kids make Forky.

The help was Awesome from the staff.

Great location for Disney! Short walk to the magical happiest place on earth! The suites are great size and the beds are comfy. The bfast was good enough to hold you till lunch. Definitely staying here again.

The walk to the Disneyland shuttles from Mickey and friends parking is about a 15 minute walk. The hotel has very friendly and accommodating staff, free breakfast in the morning, clean rooms and comfortable beds. It's ideal for families wanting to go to Disneyland for multiple days.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and even though I knew what to expect, ghe experience was somehow matched or even better! Even though the prices are up slightly over last year I don't feel you will find anything close to something like this, for what you pay, the beds are so comfortable the rooms are extremely clean, the front desk was helpful and gave options to each question that was asked just to make our experience better! The rooms are fully furnished with silverware plates glasses, microwave and full size fridge, it's quite roomy the breakfast is amazing! There are sooo many choices it's a little overwhelming. I hope to visit more often in the coming year!

Great service, clean rooms and spacious suites.

Loved this hotel. Our room was a home away from home, had a kitchen with a stove top to cook on, a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots and pans, sink, dishwasher, a full size fridge with freezer and tons of cubboard space. We saved money by being able to cook and make our own food instead of eating out. We also got free breakfast every morning! But you have to be down early, fills up quickly. Our room had a nice big closet, a big dresser, and a nice desk. The staff was super friendly and nice and always made sure we had towels. They have an on site laundry room where you can do your laundry for free, they even supply you with your own laundry basket. This hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from Disneyland, and you can also see the fireworks from the hotel every night. They have an art bus stop that's less than a block away if you prefer to take a bus around town, the hotel itself sells bus passes for the buses. If we are ever in the area, would definitely go back to this hotel, very nice place and very nice staff.

It was amazing. Clean and comfortable beds. The 4 employees we talked to while there were very nice. The hotel is walking distance from Disneyland. My husband and I loved our stay and will be headed back in a couple months.

What a find! It's close enough to downtown Disney about a 10-15 minute walk. They do a social time Mon to Wed evening with a complimentary buffet which was great for us as we'd flown halfway round the world. Breakfast buffet is hearty and is suitable for everyone. It does finish promptly so arrive with plenty of time. Our suite is spacious and the beds are heavenly! Definitely would recommend staying here if planning a trip to Disneyland.

This hotel is amazing. The suits have a kitchen and is in a great location. If you like walking is about 25 minutes walk to the park since you have to follow a specific path. 3 minutes drive to the Disney parking garage.

Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the dining area in the lobby was wonderful for our large family to hangout together, hot breakfast every morning, and super friendly staff. I will be staying here again!

Stayed at Staybridge Suites Anaheim At The Park (1050 W. Ball Road, Anaheim, CA
for 7 nights. Don’t recommend. Other hotels closer for same price. They said they gave me a discount on my parking (they wrote it on my check in paper that your supposed to leave in the car) and on the final bill they charged me full price. When discussed with front desk the girl said there was nothing she could do. My account was closed. Spoke with manager and got it taken care of. Walk was about 20 mins if you walk through downtown Disney. We stayed 7 nights and they said more than 6 nights you got a good cleaning (normal cleaning, vacuum, new linens, etc… basically what the room should look like when you check in) —well that didn’t happen. They only would take the towels and make bed. They left a chemical spray in the shower but you could tell shower was never cleaned. While my 18 month walked in the shower and went to grab the spray and rag (luckily I pay attention to her at all times). I put the rag and spray on the counter and it was still there 4 days later when we were leaving. 1 day they never came to clean the room. Poor customer service other than the manager who did a great job listening to my families concerns after the fact, just wish it didn’t have to come to that. Breakfast was removed 15-20 before breakfast was over. You had to ask them to get things out of the back and they didn’t like that very much.

This hotel was a great budget stay next to Disney. We we're very pleased to walk into the our room and find a small kitchen accomendation and new mattress on our bed. The amenities in our room we're very sufficient including a great assortment of toiletries. We we're surprised by their small social dinner actually was pork slider with a salad which was very filling and ment that we did not have to buy dinner in the park. Overall a great stay with clean rooms and very serviceable staff. This Staybridge location does have access to ART transportation to Disney and, is within about 20 minutes walking distance to Disneyland. You will however just have to enter through downtown Disney not the main entrance for the shorter walk.

A really nice place to stay. Nice clean rooms and helpful staff. They have a "pantry" area with snacks and drinks and sell all day bus passes to get to and from Disneyland for $5. We enjoyed it a lot.

At first glance it looked like an okay room, but then we spotted COCKROACHS in our kitchen. I have never been more disgusted by a hotel room in my life. We got a room change that didn’t seem to have any bugs in it, and breakfast could've been better. They’re just trying to make a quick buck instead of trying to make it a good hotel with happy customers. I don’t recommend this specific location to anyone, it’s overcrowded and infested with bugs.

This place is a hidden gem if you are visiting Disneyland. The value is great. Breakfast and dinner. Walking distance to the park. Watched the fireworks up close from my room. Clean and well kept.

I will start with the positives. I love Staybridge Suites in general and have stayed at these hotels many times. The hotels are clean, the rooms are very nice, the breakfast buffet and the evening "snacks" are good and convenient when on a trip. After staying at numerous Staybridge Suites, including the older one in Anaheim, we decided to try this one since it is within "walking distance" of Disneyland. If you consider a 40 minute walk within walking distance, then it absolutely is within walking distance. In reality, after walking all over the parks and Downtown Disney, walking back to the hotel was brutal. The option to go back and rest in the afternoon before going back to the park in the evening was out the door with this hotel. To make matters worse, we booked 5 months in advance. We booked a 2-bedroom suite (which is what we always book with these hotels, they are amazing and well worth the cost). What we do is have the kids in one room and my husband and I stay in the other room. It's nice because there is a little living-room and kitchen that we can congregate in when someone is napping or getting ready. We get to the hotel, after a 6.5 hour drive, to hear they "over booked" and we were put in 2 rooms. Obviously that doesn't work, we aren't going to put our under 5 year old kids in a room across the hall. So my husband and I had to stay in 2 separate rooms, each of us with a kid, and walk between rooms to share the toiletries we packed together.

The place is so dirty. You pay $18 to park your car at night. The breakfast everyone talks about is so crowded you are lucky to get a drink and sneak an apple. Even when they know how many people are in your room you constantly have to beg for enough towels. There was a social calendar on the Fridge for social events for the month prior to the month we stayed. Thinking they would fix it in the 10 days we were here. Nope never. They never replace the coffee in the room so bring your own or fight the crazy crowds at breakfast. Also plan on leaving 30 minutes early when you leave because the elevator will take that long to get you to your car. Extremely poor attention to detail, very poorly managed, extremely dirty. The hallways maybe get vacuumed 2 times a week so we kept looking at the same popcorn and chewed pieces of gum. Never again there are a ton of hotels around Disney. I have an annual pass and come often trust me when I tell you to keep looking.

Pet friendly. Convenient and affordable WRT Disney. Quiet. Comfortable. Excellent breakfast and courteous staff. Will stay again!

Overall a good experience, the room was modern and well appointed. The room was clean and showed little signs of wear. The price we paid was fair, I think we got the reservation from Hotwire. Breakfast was good with a variety good. Staff was courteous and helpful when we needed help.

Very close the park. Clean, welcoming, with a friendly staff! Every question we asked was answered promptly and the extras provided by the hotel were nice (fire pit, social with free beer/wine). The other guests were considerate and there was never any excessive noise. Will definitely revisit in the future and recommend it as a place to stay within budget for others!

I loved this hotel. The staff was so friendly, fin check in, to breakfast, to housekeeping. They have a great breakfast selection, and then Monday through Wednesday they give you dinner as well! The rooms are beautiful. The hotel is beautiful. Amazing amazing experience!

Clean rooms at first… asked to clean while gone. They did not refresh towels or remove dirty dishes. Nor wipe any counter tops down, including the BR. When we 1st arrived there were dirty ladles to cook with. When they "cleaned"floors nor the bathtub weren't touched. Now all that being said the people at the front desk are super nice and accommodating! And breakfast is great if you can get doen there before the mad rush.

All well breakfast location and close to Disneyland and something that surprised me in the rooms a small kitchen very well integrated!

Staybridge suites is located near Disneyland. The room was very nice and had a kitchen too. The service was great and the hot breakfast was yummy. A must stay when visiting Disneyland.

Good value, consistency in staff behaviour, clean rooms, great bed We have travelled the world and found this establishment to be a great place to work from in Anaheim. The small self contained kitchen of a high standard. The breakfast and social nights add so much value I would stay here again.

Have to admit our first impression of this place wasn"t very good due to the interaction with the person who checked up in. She wasn't very friendly and didn't appear to care one way or another if we stayed at the property. However, we loved the hotel itself and the other staff members we interacted with. The kitchenette is gorgeous and has everything you need (except an oven). Dishes and utensils are included. The set up of the room is very nice — we had two queen beds, a desk, sofa and of course television console. There is a good size closet as well. The bathroom is quite nice but if you want a tub you will be disappointed. Parking is generally good, it is an extra $18 per day. Great thing is walking distance — about 10 minutes — from Disney. Breakfast is available everyday and dinner is offered Monday through Wednesday. There is a fireplace inside and a fire pit outside by the pool. The pool area is nice, as is the gym and business office. There is a separate lounge area as well. Overall, highly recommend this property.

Great hotel with fair prices. They have good parking and a full kitchen in the room. Best place while visiting Disneyland. Absolutely love it. Oh and the breakfast in the morning is amazing.

Wow read some of these reviews and wondering what hotel they stayed at? Somebody complaining about decaf coffee seriously? We just stayed at this hotel Tuesday and Wednesday at it was amazing. Hotel is new and everything is fresh nd clean. A lot of the Disney area hotels are run down and needs refurbishing. Ray at the front desk always met us for the smile and made us feel like family. Our room was 450 square feet very large with a full kitchen refrigerator microwave dishwas…her coffee maker and stove. Two queen beds extra comfortable, nice little pool for kids, a small fire pit for relaxing and talking. Best part of this hotel was their full breakfast in the morning and Social Hour in the evening which included free beer sodas the first time was quesadillas and salad second night were full hamburgers! Disneyland shuttle stops right at the hotel or city bus for $3 all day ticket takes you right to Disneyland. Kevan is the assistant manager and his staff are very professional and courteous definitely will stay at this hotel again!

When our regular spot was booked for this most recent trip, we decided to book at Staybridge based on their photos and marketing statements concerning park shuttles and convenience. While the room was lovely and the breakfast was good, everything else fell completely short. The hotel is new and appears to be going through major adjustments. My list of complaints are as follows; … 1. Only decaf coffee in the room. When I inquired, I was told they've been out for awhile. Seems like this is an inexcusable shortage for the industry 2. Despite being told shuttle service was available to the parks, learning that we had to walk a block away to be picked up was not shared. 3. Our first morning we were told they were sold out of shuttle tickets but we could buy them from the driver. Out of tickets? Told they would be available the next morning. The bus driver said this was unacceptable and the hotel was under contract to maintain adequate inventory for their customers. We were not given clear information about shuttle location and ended up taking a city bus. That night we waited over an hour at the drop off location and called the hotel three times to confirm we were in the right place for pick up. We were not. The front desk swore up and down that pick up was on the street and when we asked if they meant Harbor, they said yes. Still no bus number was given. The actual location was in the main Disney shuttle area and the bus was route 11.

Great little hotel and good location for Disneyland visit (but take advantage of ART. ). Having a full kitchenette is a wonderful luxury while on vacation even if only for the use of a full-size fridge. Staff was polite and helpful although we really didn't have any special requests. We did need an ironing board — since ours was MIA when we arrived — which the housekeeping staff immediately got for us and my traveling companion was bummed that only decaf coffee was offered as complimentary in the room but these were little things and would not stop me me immediately booking this hotel again should I get the chance to revisit Disney!

Very nice hotel. We checked in later in the evening because we were at Disneyland all day. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and they kept it full. The only thing I'd critique is that it would be nice to have some baby proofing on the cupboards in the kitchen. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

The only issues are parking mostly only on the weekends and occasionally sometimes if not familiar with the elevator system you might get frustrated. The staff is great although some cleaning ladies may be a bit too in trenched into the system if you know what I mean. Cleaning must be requested in full and doesn't have to be requested the day before but it will help. The kitchen is great for extended stayers, and re-bookers, not to mention for families as, although you may not want to, you can maintain a healthy meal regimen, as being so close to the park, which is awesome by the way, everything is way overpriced or not to healthy as in fast food options. The room is spacious and the hotel has many options as to a basic hotel room with your choice of bed to a multi bed, and one room, to a suite selection of sorts with separate sleeping areas. This hotel is a great value for the customer. The management behind the scenes is doing a great job.

There was adequate parking in the private garage. The help desk wasn't bad either. The workers seem to not speak English as a first language but they do speak clearly through their accents so it shouldn't be a problem. The rooms were huge. With a full kitchen and a stand up shower. Breakfast was great too it seemed like real high quality not just filler food. They also had a small pool workout room and general store.

Great little location right next to Disneyland. Rooms are vey nice and they are a good size, love that they have kitchens! Breakfast is great! We also enjoyed the light dinner provided. The pool is very small and there is not much seating out there. My son was disappointed that there was not a Jacuzzi. Overall a nice place to stay at though.

Was nervous at first because the people in the pool were so rowdy but you couldn't hear them from the room so that was a relief. Great view of the park fireworks from our room. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Not too expensive, and felt it was worth the price. Would definitely stay again.

Great property. The regular beds were very comfortable. Pool was clean and small. The breakfast provided was pretty good. Other families traveling with us stayed in a suite with couches that pulled out into beds. Those mattresses were just about 2" thick and awful. Customer service at the front desk was mostly nonexistent. The location is very convenient to the freeway and the Disney properties.

This place is great! I feel at home here. There is a kitchenette with all of the utensils that I would ever need. Additionally, the place is clean and appears to be newly renovated. I sure do appreciate the complimentary breakfast, and the service is delivered with a smile. Even the parking garage offers wide parking spaces. What can I say? This is my version of an ideal close-to-Disneyland hotel. I look forward to coming back soon!

Beautiful rooms, full kitchen with All utensils and cook ware. Great breakfast, FREE LAUNDRY use your own soap. Staff was first rate. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Well it's fairly new so it's hard to say at this point but as far as I saw and experienced breakfast was pretty good, beds are comfortable, water pressure in shower sucked… There was none. I couldn't even get rinse to the shampoo or of my hair. They say it's pretty friendly but no we here on to hear web site does it say to here is a deposit of $150 and it's not refundable. We had a total of 5 so I called to make sure there would be enough sleep space and I was told they would accommodate us by the nurse need of guests in our party but when we got to our room there was only 2 beds so I had to tell one of my kids the had to sleep on the floor. It was ridiculous. But anyways it's over now.

This hotel has been for about 2weeks and I stayed here worst experience ever I had a water leak in my room was pouring from the kitchen ceiling light and I called front desk to advise them they said ok we will send maintenance to take care of it no one showed up I left withing like 10mins of waiting I came back later on the night water was allover the floor and my room was never cleaned very unprofessional ill never stay here again and to top it off I was over charged on my credit card.

Nice hotel. New, clean, modern. Good breakfast options, no fish though. Water pressure could be a bit higher. And the room AC only goes down to 66. I prefer 26. I am a polar bear.

Brand new hotel, friendly staff, very nicely appointed suites, some kinks to work out, can hear next door guests in conversation, a few maintenance issues, Wi-Fi a little buggy, otherwise, I dread more people finding out about this place because it really is a good fit for us and I want it to be available next time I'm in town, very near the parks, some rooms will have fireworks view as they go off right next to hotel, if you're an early and light sleeper, if the fireworks don't wake you, the symphony of car alarms will wake you, for a firework lover — like me — it's a magical perk… so far, so good, would definitely return here but hoping it stays a well kept secret.
