THEY STOLE MY DIAMOND RING! We left the room for a bit and I had left my gold diamond ring in my purse on the night stand. Came back and it was missing! AFTER the maid cleaned! Manager said the maid has been working there for 10 years and never got a complaint. And they trust her. Well doesn’t matter cause you got a complaint now.

This hotel is situated exactly. 92 miles from the entrance gate to Disneyland or California Adventure. We found it to be rather run down over all and the pool was over-chlorinated, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Next time we go to Disneyland We will visit this motel again as it is well worth the cost. This way we don't need to bother with the expense and bother of parking and can just walk to and from Disneyland. Over the 3 days that we stayed there we saved over $350 from not staying at one of the Disneyland resorts. If you are just looking for a place to rest your head Abby's hotel is perfect for that.

For a last minute reservation this place is great! The costumer service is on point. When we had an issue they were one top of it! Yes free breakfast are small items but its FREE, and if you want to spend your money there is a Deneys right down the street. Or go to a luxury hotel next time. Were you might not get breakfast and you have to pay for parking! Long story short I will be coming back here for my future Disney trips!

I give this place a zero. I put a deposite and was told I would get it back at the end. The guy said I had smoked in the room when I don’t even smoke and clearly no smoke or smell, and was told I wasn’t getting my deposite back. Very unproffesional. Never coming back. DON’T RECOMMEND, just felt like I got robbed.

If I could give below zero stars I would. These people are nothing but rip off artists. They say pay later and free cancellation but that is false. I booked a room and canceled within 8 hours of booking. They withdrew $321.85 out of my account and when asked for a refund they said it was a non refundable room. When I went to this location and attempted to get my money back they still refused and answered the phone and told a lady they would not refund her either. Not sure of her situation but they are con artists and rip off artists. They need to be put out of business. And sad thing is if they where they would still live high off the hog from the money they have STOLEN from hard working AMERICANS!

Cold pool. Cold "hot" tub. No iron in room. Ice machine broken. Old analog 19" TV. Internet slower than dialup. No laundry detergent available. Room keys kept breaking. No refunds for cancellations. Horrible in every way. No travel site should offer the hotel.

It was dirty, there was no towels. The beds weren't clean nor were there pillow cases on the pillows. There was weird hair in the bed. Someone used the bathroom and didn't flush when the room had been given to us. It took the manager forever to help us with the A/C. It wasn't working. Staff was friendly, but it took forever for anyone to help us when we asked multiple times. The rooms were okay, but not really like the pictures. There was duct tape holding the carpet together. There was no smoke detectors anywhere. It also took 20 to 30 minutes just to get us checked in. Not worth the price and would not recommend it.

Close to the parks just 600 meters spectacular!

Ok hotel. Cheap and run down. My friend was staying there. Found weird stains on the sheets and the shower didn't work well. Breakfast is a minimum. Owners are nice though. I would not have stayed if I wasn't so tired to drive home.

Stayed here for two nights while going to Disneyland. I immediately went out to by Lysol and I just felt so disgusting being here. My sons feet were black from walking around. You can hear everything from upstairs and on the side of you. The clientele this motel brings is a bit scary I felt there was nothing but tweakers here. 5 am and the girl in the room next to us was blasting wrap. We took anything valuable with us to Disneyland because we didn’t know if it would be safe. For the price I was better off staying at the Hilton.

Relatively close to the park, you'll need to walk through an employee parking lot to get to the Disneyland Hotel and then walk through Downtown Disney to get to the front entrances of the parks. It's not too bad but I did feel awkward at first doing that walk because not many other people followed suit. The hotel itself is fine for what you pay for. The beds are fine, the shower was a bit below par but it is a money saving hotel which I prefer anyway since I'd rather spend money on food, drinks, and souvenirs. If you plan on spending a lot of time in your hotel room, go somewhere else. If you plan on spending full days in the park or out of the room, this place will keep you sheltered to sleep. Oh! Side note, the air conditioning didn't work in my room. Not sure about other rooms but it can be hot here in the summer so ac is mandatory for peaceful nights.

The motel was kept clean and the staff were very friendly. They offered a basic continental breakfast. The rooms were larger them expected with a small fridge and a microwave. They are slowly renovating the rooms and some now have laminate flooring and granite in the shower. 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney and the parks. I would definitely stay here again for the price and convenience.

Hello, My Family and I stayed here from 11/16/2017-11/19/2017. And to tell you truth you get what you pay for. What do you expect from a 50.00 a night stay. I had my doubts coming to this place after reading all of these self entitles picky comments. I decided to go because I first saved a bunch of money and 2nd my family and I were going to be at Disney all day. The pros are: -Convenient Location. Its located close to a Shuttle Stop that would take you to Disney for a low fee. Close to restaurants and shops and above all about 1/2 mile walking distance to Disney. — Great and friendly customer service. — Everyday our room was cleaned and organized by great room service. — Beds were comfortable and clean — Rooms were outdated but what do you expect for 50.00 a night. — Had a mini fridge, microwave and AC that were great. Cons: — Maybe Parking lot was a Little small, but it really didn't matter to me. — ICE machine was not working or was Broken. In Conclusion the motel was not to shabby. My Family and I had a great time staying at Abby's and visiting Disney. We would definitely recommend this place.

This hotel is barely adequate. The only thing that allowed me to stay was the beds were clean and soft. EVERYTHING else was NOT up to even sub par standards… We had an ironing board, but no iron. A hair dryer was mounted in the wall, but it DID NOT WORK, our key cards didn't work the first time. The smell, took a few mins to get used to… No clock in the room. They have the water set so it can only get mediorcally warm and then it just goes colder n colder… They clean our room BUT didn't refill the toilet paper! Or soap or shampoo, conditioner. We had to go down the office at 1 am (Disneyland closed at 12) to ask for toilet paper, soap and shampoo/conditioner. He handed us 5 soaps 1 roll of TP and then promised to bring the shampoo/conditioner. He never did. Only 1 of the 5 guys I interacted with were actually friendly or even polite. When you're this close to Disney, ya gotta up your customer service too. Avoid this place and find something closer!

Myself, as well as my son and 3.8-year-old grandson, stayed here 11/05/17 — 11/08/17 and enjoyed our time. We found the staff very pleasant and helpful. We occupied a room, (#6), with 2 double beds on the first floor and it was very comfortable. Plenty of outlets, a small frig, hot showers and comfy beds… all we needed considering we spent our hours RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET at Disneyland. Less than five minutes walking with a toddler and we were in Downtown Disney. During our visit, my grandson experienced a mini emergency that required a fast change of bedding. The staff was super responsive and pleasant. Pro's — Great staff, awesome location, very low rates, laundry on site, Wi-Fi, pool/hot tub, very light (free) breakfast bar and comfy but aged rooms. Con's — Parking can be tricky, the hot tub was being repaired, overall the hotel is very dated and in need of TLC.

The rooms were good value for money and the location to Disneyland was fantastic. One thing that stood out above the rest was the customer service. On more than one occasion the staff here went above and beyond.

WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE! HORRIBLE! Where do I begin? From the walls being paper thin and staff vacuuming rooms at MIDNIGHT, duct tape holding carpet down, no towels and a very ugly musty smell! When they did bring towels you don't get a wash cloth or a towel matt for the bathroom floor. Smoke detectors were also removed from the ceiling and in it's place a hole! Very unsettling! It does not matter how cheap it is to stay here, it is not worth it! It may be on Katella and it may be "across the street from Disneyland", but it is on the OTHER end of Katella and not a very safe walk back at the end of the day. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Do no stay here! Worst hotel I have ever been. Dirty, dishonest, noisy, shady you name it. Bait switch at its best. I took off within a few minutes. My room was super dirty, dusty and full it looked like at hotel from a horror movie. Avoid if you like yourself!

Horrible. No phone in our room, disgusting bath tub, broken knobs on a. C. Unit, stains on bedding, the t. V. Was literally as old as I am. They didn't bother to put more than one roll of toilet paper in our room. The two men working there are very nice, and the location is great for Disney, but the motel itself is trash. Next time I will be paying an extra $50 to stay somewhere I actually enjoy, $400 for 3 nights at this dump, not worth it in the least. Pay extra and stay somewhere else.

Its strong point; 10 minute walk to Disney Park.

Breakfast at 7 o'clock be on time at 7h02 ya nothing and not renewed.
Not enough towels (dirty by the way)
No pillowcases or a roll of toilet paper.
The sheets are more than dubious.
The Wi-Fi is cut every 5 seconds.

Great value and excellent service. We stayed here in May 2017 for a trip to Disneyland. This is a budget motel so our room was extremely basic with old furnishings, no frills, but the bathroom, bedding, appliances, dresser drawers, etc were VERY clean and the room had everything we needed including a working AC, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toiletries, and a really good-flowing shower. (Although it did lack a bedside lamp. ) The free Wi-Fi worked great. The manager and 3 other front desk staff we interacted with were extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. It's a motel so the main room door and window front the walkway, but the AC fan and room darkening blinds blocked out the noise and light effectively. Bonus; the lobby/desk was open until 3 am so we were able to get extra supplies and ask questions of the staff after walking back from Disneyland late.

The service I received at check in was excellent. The gentleman was friendly, quick, and thoughtful. The room was ok. A get what you pay for situation, I'd say. It was a bit loud from the traffic. Location was excellent. Really close to the park. Walkable for those not lazy like me. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7, but we left around 7:15 and it still wasn't available… That was a bit of a bummer.

We were not impressed with this hotel. We came with our two young children. When we first got to the room there were only two towels. No hand towels, no wash clothes and not even enough towels for all of us. We found pet poop in our room, the TV didn't work and the drain stunk. We ran out of toilet paper and there was not an extra roll in the room. The next day they came and took our towels while we were gone but did not replace them. When we came back and asked for towels they said they were out. We couldn't get any towels until the next morning. We were extremely disappointed. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Enjoyed coming to this hotel after an exhausting day at disneyland & I was able to sleep very comfortably. My room was clean and the price for 2 beds was affordable. Plus I didnt have to spend much eating out because the rooms had minifridges and microwave and free continental breakfast. Employees were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again and recommend to all!

This is a horroble place too stay, I fine alot of BED BUGS, the pilows is realy smell durty, I reserved 3 rooms for 3 nites and l don't stay because of the bed bugs, and they stil charme $645.15 they don't wan't too give my money bak.
And the supervisor is realy rude.

Small and cozy. Just what we needed for an affordable Disneyland trip. Sink is outside the bathroom, provides continental breakfast and decent Wi-Fi. Has a small pool and hot tub outdoors.

Abby's is a great overnight stay if you want proximity to Disneyland. It's cheap, close, and the staff is excellent. The front desk was extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel itself is a bit run-down, and it's definitely not an extended-stay location. Its perfect for quick Disney trips.

No remote control. No wash clothes. I had to call front desk for them. Room was ok. Great price though.

Was a very reasonably priced motel. The staff was very friendly. Motel rooms were fairly desent. Although our room was quick stinky of someone's body odor and was very hard to air that smell out. Also it would have been nice to have lighting right by the bed for reading. The light above was to light up the while room and if left on would have disturbed my fellow occupant while sleeping cause it was too bright. Other than those tiny suggestions our stay was pretty decent and I would probably come back to stay if the pricing was the same.

The place was awesome, great location, attractive public rooms, comfortable and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, attentive service, good breakfasts and probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Well done to all concerned. Will stay again.

Firstly to make you aware, it appears this is a fairly new owner and he is working to remodel all the rooms, but as it is now not all of them are refurbished. My room was obviously in the later, and while it wasn't "dirty" I wouldn't call it some place I would normally pay to stay at. There was paint chipping off the walls, doors, etc. The TV had to have been made when reagent or Bush Sr. Were president. However they had deluxe cable! They had over 500 channels, or something like that. The man I can only assume is the owner seemed very nice and he spoke to me or at least nodded a hello every day I saw him. If you go in expected a cheap motel, about one mile from Disneyland's entrance that may not be very nice inside, but is still clean, then you may be ok with it. My room had other amenities too like a refrigerator, microwave, ironing board (with no iron ironically) and that was about it. No lamps on the night stand, so you had to turn off the lights and walk through the dark to bed. Also the curtains were old or very cheap as I was worried people outside could possibly see me in the room when dressing. Again, if you go into the place, asking for a remodeled room, or expecting the other and are flexible, you will get a cheap stay.

Crappy Hotel! So DISHONEST! When you check in you only have 1 towel per room. LITERALLY ONE! No wash cloth, no extra towel, no floor towel, burnt hair dryer, non working iron. And when you have your room clean they will go thru your stuff and get whatever they can! So dishonest!
