Rooms are clean and comfortable. Floors, furniture, and bathroom fixtures look relatively new. Refrigerator in the room. Parking is included and we didn't have trouble finding a spot. Disneyland is a short walk away. There were some cosmetic problems and a very slight moldy smell. The doors to the rooms don't seal well, so there is a fair amount of noise from people walking by and kids screaming in the pool. Also, no breakfast. Not a luxury hotel, but a great value for the price we paid.

The rooms were very clean and nice. It was in very close proximity to our destination, which was nice. The only problem I had with the room was no coffee makers in the rooms. Everything else was top notch. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Last minute check in. They were accommodating and got me into a room for 3 nights. Price was reasonable with a 2 minute walk to Disneyland. Parking and amenities included along with 15% off at Denny's right next door. Only coffee available in lobby in the morning. Towels and toiletries well stocked in room. All items unplugged in room but clock, tv, and fridge worked when plugged in. Lots of channels to watch when winding down. Small pool and spa available.

I've read a lot of critical reviews of this hotel, and all I can think is either I got the perfect room, or they were wrong. Is the hotel sparkly and new? Nope. Was the room clean, bedding fresh, noise level low and shower pressure great? Yep. Yes, the beds are firm. I love firm beds. I sleep best on firm beds. I slept great. I kept the fan running all night (as I do in any hotel) and I heard no outside noise. My room faced Katella. I heard no noise from neighboring rooms, but did hear a few footsteps above me. That's pretty typical for most places. The floors were laminate, which also makes it understandable. The shower pressure was GREAT. Like, I wish I had shower pressure like that at home. There was a fridge and microwave, neither of which I used. There is no alarm clock, so make sure to set your phone alarm. I did not park or use the pool so I can't speak to that. The walk to Disneyland was thru Downtown Disney and was about a mile all told to the actual park entrance. I had no hassle with check in or check out. I would absolutely stay again.

Really cozy Inn within walking distance to Disneyland and Calif Adventure Park. Denny's and Coco's within walking distance. Nice clean rooms. Comfy bed. Good rates.

The walls are paper thin in these places & since they don't have carpeting, if you are under anyone else, you hear every single noise. We were underneath the Guests from hell. The literally stomped all over their room & had little children running, throwing & bouncing balls. They were up until 2:45 am. We called the office about 4 times & nothing ever changed. It was awful. It felt deliberate. We changed rooms. The next night we had people over us but it was nothing like the previous night. We could hear them walking, coughing, sneezing, you name it. But they were not deliberately noisy. The bathrooms offer shampoo, soap but NO hair conditioner. SO bring your own! The location to Disneyland is great, the rooms are very clean, just old. The people at front desk are nice. There are coffee shops very near by (within 2 blocks), along with a little market. I would try to get a room on the top floor if you are going to book with them.

For $82 a night, and less than a 10 minute walk to Disneyland (though the employee parking lot) it's a great deal! It's not a 5-star hotel by any means (obviously), but if you're spending all your time in Disney and only sleeping in the hotel then it's no biggie at all! King size bed was comfortable, had A/C and a pool and everything! I would definitely be back if going to Disney. Worked out to under $450 USD for 5-night stay in a king room!

Honestly when it's this close to Disneyland and this affordable how can you complain. If stayed here 3 times so far and I'm gong bank for my fourth visit in a few days. It's clean, the rooms are ok and free parking. It's a great deal. It may not be a five star hotel but it gets a five star review for what it is and what it offers. I doubt I'll stay anywhere else when I go to Disneyland. This place rocks!

Excellent hotel, its location is very close to the disney parks which you can walk or take the bus ART. The staff was always friendly and willing to guide and support. The hotel has a microwave oven and a fridge which helps a lot to keep your food, fruits, etc. Always refrigerated. Has a pool (never use it) and with laundry automatic as well as your display of good size. The bathroom has a tub which is quite nice for the kids to relax after a great day in the parks. The internet is also very good! The relation cost-service is excellent!

This would be negative stars, if I could. People drinking in the parking lot around just peoples cars. No parking. Pictures that property owner put up don't not represent the actual room. Our room had paint peeling. A mysterious timer sticking out of the wall in tge bathroom. Had maybe 1 foot of walking space between the end of the bed and wall unit. Checked in and didnt even stay an hour before checking out. Will never go back and I urge others to go elsewhere.

Super affordable and close to Disneyland. The staff was friendly and let us check our bags while waiting for a room which was nice because we were able to go to the parks right away. Room service is great and always does a good job with restocking and cleaning. My one gripe about cleanliness was the hot tub. There was so much dead skin built up in it. It was absolutely disgusting. The water needs to be changed for sure. There is no cleaning that. But ultimately, we didn't come for the hot tub, it would have just been a nice perk after walking in the parks all day. We would stay here again.

The check-in is not used to go to Disenylandia because it is very early.

Easy 20 minute walk to downtown Disney. Rooms were pretty nice, hardwood floors. Bathroom light fixture had a little rust, and the bathroom light timer didn't work as a timer anymore. I'd stay here again.

After reading all the reviews, I was a little apprehensive about booking this hotel. However, this hotel met all my expectations for a Disneyland trip on a budget. These requirements were: a bed reasonably comfortable enough to sleep in after a full day in the park, clean, affordable, within a 15 min walk to the park, and contains a microwave and fridge. It met all these requirements and I plan to use them in all future Disneyland visits.

Was a nice place to stay for the quick trip. Right across from Disney and next to Anaheim Convention Center, which is super convenient. The room looked recently rennovated with new paint and floors. The bed was pretty comfortable. If you are doing a trip to Disney or for the convention center, the location can't be beat.

Good hotel although the rooms are small.

Room was horrible. The doorframe looked like it had been reattached at least 7x. There were patches of missing paint on the walls. The wall outlets were so loose my phone charger wouldn't stay in, which explains why everything in the room was unplugged except the lamp and T. V. The towels were very ragged and thin. The shower head was also very small and was only chest high (I'm 6'4"). The heater also took a long time to warm up every time it turned back on. The only perks were free parking and being close to Downtown Disney.

Hotel has a good location for the park, it's very easy to get to downtown Disney and they usually let me leave my car for a bit after I check out. The room was a little lacking though as the window didn't close all the way leaving us able to hear every conversation outside as of they were in the room with us. Also the bathroom was weirdly HUGE. Like the size of our room, for one sink, a fairly small shower, and a toilet. Not so much an issue as it is worth pointing out for laughs.

Some rooms well other very common. First I got the 102, horrible and right in front of a maqui to vending, the light dieecto to the door.
Luckily the reception girl realized I was coming with my wife and 4 year old son and very friendly offered me a clean and normal room.

For a short stay okay, swimming pool is also available.

The front desk staff was very courteous during the check in and out process. The room was clean and everything worked. My only complaint would be that there wasn't a single available receptacle to plug any chargers into without unplugging lamps and moving furniture. It's 2017, I know it's not always feasible to run more electrical during light remodels (which they had done it would seem), bit at least include a power strip or something in the room for use. Overall for the price point, I'd stay again (this was my second visit).

Great spot! This hotel is very close to the parks, I recommend it highly. I also appreciate that each room has their own patio area to enjoy the nice Southern California weather.

Got a room on the 3rd floor for just one night while hotel hopping due to last minute scheduling. The room was clean and spacious. Good stay for the price with friendly staff. No fight for parking so that is always a plus.

Wide enough to fit a standard wheelchair through — but not for the wheelchair to turn making it problematic to get into the bathroom. No grab bars and toilet extremely low standing. Maids did a great job and desk help was nice.

Very nice good service and excellent location.

The beds and room are nice. The bathrooms a bit old. Unlike most places you pay for your entire stay up front. It's near the Downtown Disney entrance which means a shorter security line.

Alamo is a great place to stay within walking distance. The only complaint that I would have is that there are not enough wall outlets by the TV to where the TV and desk lamp can be used at the same time. Also, there was no drain plug for a bath which would have been relaxing after long days in the park.

This hotel is incredibly outdated and dirty. There was blood on a sheet, peeling paint, furniture (specifically chairs) was filthy and old. Shower was ridiculous. Towels were worn out and super thin. I would never recommend this place, even to an enemy. They need serious updating and lessons in cleaning.

I've stayed at worse, but this was pretty bad. If you have the "I just need a place to sleep that's cheap" mentality, it will probably do. But if you get grossed out easily & want a quiet, relaxing place to stay, this is probably not for you. So much to say, but here are the highlights: Bed was so creaky/ squeaky that if you moved it was super loud. Plus it was hard as a rock & the light blanket on it was very worn. The a/c unit was so loud & sounded like it was on its last leg. The showerhead was so low that I had to bend to get my hair wet & the faucet leaked alllllll night. It also sounded like pipes were banging and clanging all night. There were 3 towels & 1 washcloth for 4 people and they were so scratchy they actually hurt to rub on your face. They didn't even have an extra roll of toilet paper in the room (and only half a roll on the toilet paper holder when we checked in) I saw a pool but didn't partake in the swimming festivities so I can't speak to that part. It was about a 20 minute walk to Disneyland & the front doors locked, so again, if you just want a inexpensive place to sleep, it is just that. My friend planned the trip & chose this place but I wouldn't stay here again if given the choice.

Clean, handy location for Disneyland. Nothing fancy but good for the money. The jaccuzi had so much chlorine in it that it made your skin itch. Or maybe I should stay away from motel jacuzzi's :-)

Booked this motel by mistake, Turned out to be a great night. The suite was perfect, clean convenient, Small patio Microwave and Fridge as well as reasonable priced vending machines. The staff were wonderful. I will stay again for sure.

Great price, location and amenities. Me and my family of 5 stayed here this past weekend and we had the suite that accommodated us perfectly. Very close to shopping areas and You can see Disneyland directly across from the hotel. The rooms have updated wood floors and flat screens in both rooms. Loved the dark grey modern tile in the bathroom. We especially loved the entrance to the hotel. The staff was very nice as well.

Clean rooms friendly staff, allowed me to stay till noon instead of 11am check out also was able to purchase additional hour for cheap so I could have enough time to get ready so my checkout was 1pm. I love alamo and I will be back!

We spent three miserable nights there. The hotel is in dire need of updating, there were cockroaches in our room and we had no hot water in the morning! I complain to the manager and all she wanted to do was argue with me. I will never stay at Alamo again!

This is one of the cheaper places to stay near the Anaheim convention Centre. For the price and location this place was fine. Room is not big. Fridge did not have a temperature control so if froze everything. But if all you need is a place to sleep when doing a convention it is fine. It was quiet for sleeping.

Smallish rooms but it was cheap and affordable. For the price it was a very nice room. I would stay here again. The location was close to Downtown Disney so it was an easy walk but there's also buses that stop close to the hotel.

Great hotel quality and price. A 10-minute walk of the for úes Disney. It is Worth staying here because you save money and you have restaurants next to open 24 hours a day. In addition, it has a jacuzzi after all day walking, we would appreciate a bathroom warm. Nice, clean and very complete. There is No breakfast but has a coffee maker a 24-hour reception and drinks machines.

Very close to Disney, motel, basic but comfortable. Reasonable price, shops nearby.

Proximity to Disneyland and the service they offer is good and cheaper than usual.

The bed is uncomfortable, the weather strip on the door is messed up and you can see outside underneath the door, the lighting is very poor, the shower only has one spray type that is unpleasant to use, the TV makes a high pitched sound that is so annoying I don't want to turn it on again.

I had to cancel my trip last minute due to illness, and after attempting to get in touch with the hotel for a good week and being told twice that someone would call me back (who never did), I was finally promised a 20% refund which they said would post within 10 business days (2 days ago). This was guaranteed to me in writing via email. At this point, it still hasn't processed. I tried to call them this morning but was never able to get through (and if I had, I anticipate that based on my last attempts, it would take another week to actually connect) so had to get my bank involved. Loved the location to Disney but once this trip is rescheduled I will definitely be looking for other accommodations.

I recently stayed here because I was taking my kids to Disneyland. I really liked the room. I got a suite. It was closer to the park than I thought since we were able to walk there. The room was very clean and I would definitely stay here again next time I come to Disneyland.

The location is only a modest walk to the Disneyland parks. And we were able to watch the fireworks show right from our room, with the Paradise Pier hotel only slightly blocking it. But without the location going for it, this hotel would have died out long ago. It was awful. The walls are thin, so we heard road traffic, kids yelling, and tennets bumping uglies. The room had lots of spiders. The blankets, sheets, seats, walls and ceiling all had stains. Some of which I really don't want to know what they were. The bathroom was dingy, and I'm guessing had severe dry rot under it, as it had a soggy bounce and deformations under it. They didn't have basic information sheets and local restaurant information in the room, which every other hotel provides. In three trips to all the ice machines in the first three days, we were able to get a total of 4 ice cubes. The coke machine ate cash, and they offered no refunds. The hot tub was filthy and gave my fiance rashes on her legs and feet. They have laundry machines there, but offer no detergent. They don't offer any continental breakfast. The staff, while pretty obliging, were slow and seemed a bit lost and confused, and rarely picked up the front desk phone. I will never stay here again, and I will never recommend anyone should. I would much rather pay a higher rate and walk further than to stay in this dump.

Rooms were actually really nice. Appear as if they were recently renovated. No complaints there. My only complaint is parking. Every spot is compact and it's difficult to fit SUV's. Otherwise, great room for the price!

Great Value, Close to Disney, Friendly Late Night Checkin Staff, No hot water, Microwave didn't work, pretty old. Not for people who are looking for a great room, great for people who only need it for sleeping.

The location is fantastic, it's so close to Disneyland Resort! The prices are reasonable as well. I stay here every time I come to California.

Nice big room. Huge bonus is the laminate flooring, no dirty socks. The bathrooms could use some sprucing and the beds are a little worn out. Stairs to 3rd floor were kinda sketchy and run down. Front desk was nice and incredibly accommodating. Pool and hot tub area felt a little dirty. Ambiance of the parking lot is really cute. Will most likely stay again.

This hotel is disgusting, had to use it because of a mishap with reservations with another hotel. Room was old and outdated, the walls were completely filthy the sheets and bed spread are literally from the 70s and the most disgusting part of this whole thing my family kept finding someone else's hair in the towels every time, we're not talking a little piece but long strands of hair and pubic hairs. The absolute most disgusting place I've ever had the displeasure of staying at. This is supposed to be a Disney good neighbor hotel, they should disassociate themselves from this filthy place. It has no right to be called a good neighbor hotel.

Great location right across the street from California adventure easy access in and out. Rooms very clean and up to date.

This is fine for when your on a budget like me. I have stayed there several times it is ok, nothing special. However we just found out that this hotel is non ADA compliant. Please do not book here if you have a wheel chair bound person in your party. We were very disapointed on our last visit, we were told we were getting a roll in shower to find this hotel has none, nor do they have a handicapped bath none of them have the rails and the bath chair was broken. The commode was with nice rails, and large enough for a wheel chair to turn around in, but, the way was blocked by furnature so no wheel chair could get to the bathroom. Staff was very friendly and polite.

For the price it was great! The only downside is that there wasn't any updated appliances or fixtures. But like I said for the price it was great and it's right next to disneyland!

The alamo is a good cheap hotel in walking distance of both disneyland and the convention center. Nice that everyroom has a mini fridge at its price point. The Wi-Fi is pretty bad.

The staff was very friendly and kind. We showed up prior to the available check-in time but they were happy to let us leave our car their while we spent the day in Disneyland. The park was less than mile from our room and the perfect walking distance to save us the trouble of paying for gas and parking every day at the park. The room was fairly sized, but came with a fridge and microwave which was not expected. I loved my stay and would be more than happy to stay at the Alamo Inn & Suites on my next visit!
