My husband just called me and told me someone tried to break into his car, the car next to his was broken into stuff was thrown on the floor he went to the front desk they told him they were sorry to hear that they gave him the police department's number and he called was told they would call back to do a report over the phone nobody has called back it has been 2 hours. Mind you he has been standing outside front desk hasn't bother to call the person that got their car broken into to let them know, while he was out there there was a bum looking at the stuff on the floor nobody bother to come out. Yes they say whatever happens in their parking lot isnt their responsibility but common courtesy they should have let the person know.

It was one of the most horrible stays at a hotel experienced. Construction with nasty vapors through the hall says. Security doors never locked. At 5am o walked out of the elevator to be confronted by a hkmeless. Man with his bike and carriage in the hall way. Cats alm over the pl lace because tenants were feeding them. My key never worked and I was verbally assaulted by two guests in the parking lot over the cats and a parking place.

This is far the best when traveling for work. Clean all threw the hotel. Beds are comfortable.

Solid 2.5-3 star hotel. Secure parking lot. Rooms are clean and well kempt. It is a good option in the lower price range. I did lol when I saw the breakfast tho, other than that I would recommend the hotel.

It's amazing. I stayed at another hotel nearby and it will remain nameless and that was most horrifying. Great rates on priceline. Hotel is clean safe and pet friendly. The only complaint is the room lighting isn't great for doing paper work. I come on business and will stay here again.

The room was really clean and the staff is extremely friendly. I just wish that it wasn't really advertisers them providing breakfast in the morning. It was more like granola bars and muffins with coffee. Although I was surprised that this hotel provides kitchen appliances. And you don't have to stay for a certain period of time like most people think. I only stayed a weekend. And I wish they did advertise that they have a fridge and stove that way I could have made a cool dinner. But I'll definitely come back.

King Suite with sleeper sofa had no sofa. Staff confused. Was told didn't have rooms with any AND that the one they did have was out of service. No credit for different and smaller room. Full kitchenette was mini kitchen with no dishes or silverware or anything as advertised. Luxurious beds felt like a stone slab. Continental breakfast had coffee, 3 flavors of Quaker instant oatmeal, and some oats and honey granola bars. Definitely NOT what was advertised on their very own website. Wanted to charge for a rollaway bed to replace sofa room was supposed to, but didn't have. Not someplace would likely stay again.

Nice clean premises/rooms in a nice location. Plenty of fast food near, a short Uber ride to many bars and restaurants. Will definitely return.

Nice clean place with modern amenities and facilities. Close to central places. Nice staff.

The rooms are comfortable, the television is not very good to say the least.

Location is great. Right off the freeway. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Very reasonable price! Super comfortable bed and pillows. Will stay again next time I'm in the area.

Staff was extremely polite and friendly. Room clean and nice smelling. No real complaints, would definitely stay here again. Would give 4 1/2 stars is possible.

This place is safe which I appreciate, but the ammenities are fairly bare bones. Also if you book through a third party site, do not expect them to be accommodating if you need to make any modifications. However its cheap and a place to sleep without worry so that's nice.

The rooms are fairly modern and have all that you would need. Parking is a bit limited and they could do with another elevator but all in all I would recommend for business, not for leisure.

The room was Not clean, they had very poor house cleaning. I asked to get housecleaning twice and they said they only clean once a week for e attended guess. The room was dirty when I check in. The tub was nasty. I complained to corporate and the manager kicked me out because of that. She sarcastically told me " that the hotel was not clean enough for me so I must leave or she was going to call the police on me. She was very unprofessional and rude. People was braking into cars and she did not care. They lied About house keeping and it had bed bugs. The room they moved me to had mold in dishwasher and the refrigerator was also nasty…

Our air conditioner at home quit 5 days ago. It is currently 103 degrees outside. Today we came here to stay until our AC unit is replaced. This is a small, intimate hotel, centrally located and has virtually everything we need to be comfortable, while relaxing in our air conditioned room. Wifi, TV, nice bathroom and towels. Lobby coffee is terrific. Our room has a kitchen with large fridge, 2 burners, microwave, desk/table, large closet. Choose this place. It's all good.

Very clean and well kept. Staff is very respectful and nice. Great customer service. Location is not that great but it does have some good restaurants near by.

Upon my arrival I was greeted be helpful and friendly staff. My room is a little smaller than I thought but great accommodations in size for one to two people. After I get settled in, I received a call from the front desk making sure that I got settled in and to see if there was anything I could use or needed. They brought me my kitchenware and extra Linens. I've been here two nights and I've had no problems.

This hotel hospitality sucks, and checking inn is always a nightmare I stayed here 9 weeks the only plus is the fridge and stove other than that personal sucks. Who leaves front desk unattended for over 1 hour when people are trying to check inn…

Excellent rooms. Spacious, clean, very nice. The pet policy is a little underwhelming. Great for even single nights.

The customers service desk was very professional very helpful. Room was exceptionally clean, and the set up was very welcoming.

Great place to stay they have update all there rooms carpets and corridor showers, and most it very clean I have being stay there for the past 4 year I do a lots of business in kern country nice place to stay the only bad thing there is to many construction truck … But that's my 2nd home.

There was no hot water and the breakfast was basically just coffee. But, the rooms were clean and of a reasonable size.

The shower was not clean there was no coffee pot there were no amenities.

Chris and his crew treated us spectacularly. Always ready with a smile, we hated to leave, but had traveling to do. Everything was clean, the place is pet friendly, and within walking distance to almost any taste of food you could want. If every hotel were ran like Chris runs this one, there would be peace on earth.

Very scary! I was harassed by drug addicts, no one sat at the front desk watching who came in the door, the internet was terrible (almost as slow as dial up), cable selection sucked (NBC didn't work). I felt very unsafe here and didn't go out after dark.

Spent two months, very nice room, plenty of hot water, reliable elevator, pleasant staff on-site, quiet location with good access to interstate. All appliances updated and worked well, basic set of kitchen utensils. Room cleaned once a week unless otherwise requested (and paid for). One time fee for wireless internet. Well-maintained. Definitely my choice for future assignments in that area. Exercise room three pieces of aerobic only, laundry room only two washers, parking can fill up fast in the evening.

I travel frequently for business with my normal accommodations being around the Standard Marriott or Hyatt hotels. If I stay in a hotel for more than 2 nights, I like booking a suite with a kitchenette for convenience which is how I found this Extended Stay “Deluxe”. This hotel was far below any acceptable standard. My grievances are as follows: — The floors were in the hotel hallways were a sea of stains. A small section of carpet in my room was missing. — Small black hairs dotted the shower, long hairs were found in the sink and bathroom floor — Two hand towels reeked of BO that made me gag — Hotel staff did nothing when I reported smokers on a non-smoking floor — Discarded food containers remained by the exit door for 2 days — Chunks of dirt on the back steps and hallways were never vacuumed away — Elevator broke on the last day of my stay causing me to carry my suitcases down 3 flights of stairs by myself (no assistance was available) — An extra $51.97 charge was on my bill that was unidentified and finally taken off after refusing to leave until I received a suitable explanation for the charge (took 45 minutes to resolve). — Upon listing my grievances to the sole Desk Clerk/Manager/Housekeeping representative, her reply was, “yea, we hear complaints like that a lot” On the plus side — Room was a nice size — Bed was comfortable — Internet service was fast.

Checked in asking for two non smoking rooms close to each other. Rooms reeked of smoke and were dirty. Without touching anything in the rooms went back to lobby to get actually non smoking rooms and was told non existed. After much discussion with surely clerk was not able to get a refund for the rooms so we left to find another hotel. Tried via Citibank to get charges reversed but was not successful. Will now try via franchise HQ.

I booked this hotel on Hotwire. I was extremely dissappointed with this site because they had this place listed as a 3 star hotel. If I had known I was going to end up staying in this sub-par hotel I would have increased my star level or shopped somewhere else. The kitchenette was cute but unnecessary for an overnight stop for sleep. What I really needed was a decent bed with big soft blankets and pillows to sink into. This queen sized (ugh) bed was stiff and cardboard-like despite the brand company's website touting plush pillow top mattresses. There were only 2 cheap pillows on the bed and the sheets were thin and rough. What I hated most about the bed was the awful and cheap polyesther bedspread with a vellux blanket underneath. My husband and are going back to Priceline. I have booked 20+ rooms through them and have never been dissappointed in quality. (I wish I could get paid for saying this. Hint, hint priceline. ).
