Clean rooms and good tv. Also right next to the Beeline.

From outside the hotel looks a little questionable… but rooms were great. They were clean and no bedbugs and customer service was AWESOME. They went out of their way to find me matches because I lost my lighter any other hotel ive been at would just of said no and made me go to the store. I actually think the guy went and got me matches from somewhere. That is going above and beyond what I was expecting. The smoking rooms did not smell like smoking rooms at all. I HIGHLY recommend them!

The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. The front desk staff was nice. I think the room was overcharged. Not worth $100 bucks to me. Bed was okay. Pillows were flat. Ladies if you need to shave your legs in the shower… Forget it! There isn't enough room to Hardly turn around.

Small room with a small parking lot but its clean enough and close enough to walk to rodeo grounds, Mazatzal and plenty of food places.

For being an over night stay it was fine. It said our bed was a queen but I think it was a full since I have a queen bed. Other then that it was good.

Very clean rooms nice outdoor and food and gas in walking distance.

Great room, great staff. Have been visiting Payson for 4years now on vacations. Same family has changed names but quality a+. Super friendly, clean rooms centrally located.

Rim country Inn in right next door to the beeline cafe. Great food more like a diner. Now back to Rim Country, Bina could not have been more helpful, they having smoking and non-smoking rooms. My room had a granite sink a nice tiled shower and most important plenty of HOT water. Also the Wi-Fi is excellent. The TV is a Vizio. Park right in front of your room. Blessings, John.

Clean, quiet, center of town and half the price of the chain hotels. Will definitely stay again.

Older motel but very clean and well maintained and hosts are so kind! Even went so far as coning off our parking spot when we went out so our space would be available upon return as we saw later they had also rented to road workers that had lots of extra vehicles. (Never heard one peep from those workers either). Weekday rates were very reasonable… $69/night 2 qn bds. Will book again.

The rooms aren't fancy but it's clean and the bed isn't to bad either.

The same rate as other hotels in town because it's a small town. Small business, not a chain, quaint, clean rooms, refrigerator, microwave. Free Wi-Fi. Comfortable big beds. Across the street from Chili's & Macky's Grill. Two Hometown restaurants same side of street and within a half block. Park in front of your room. I would definitely come back here again.

We spent five nights here as we were in town visiting friends. All of the "popular" places were booked due to a ball tournament, so we "settled" for this place. We were very pleasantly surprised! Our room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would have given it four stars if they had offered any kind of breakfast. We would readily recommend this facility.

If you're just looking for a place to sleep this isn't a bad place. The owner is pretty friendly the place is located in a very good place to get around town. Nothing super special about this motel but what really do you need but a good bed and a shower right?

Its a fine place. For the price, I might have expected a little more, but its clean enough. The proprietors seem nice enough but they dont really go out of their way to make a good experience. But if you're looking for a no fuss, decent place to stay, this will do just fine. 3.5 out of 5.

There is nothing in Rhis hotel I this well Chquito.

The owners were very friendly and the room was reasonable, but for the price we paid I would have expected more towels (only 2 for a room with two queen beds) and slightly better quality towels. Also the shower water wasn't very hot. I did like that they had a microwave and refrigerator. They certainly made good use of a small space. The sink was outside of the bathroom which has its pros and cons. Overall OK, but more of a motel than lower end hotel quality experience.

For the price it wasn't bad, nothing spectacular but we expected that. Would stay again.

Its a clean motel, the room we had was clean, it might not be a high dollar motel but its a nice place to stay for the weekend. I will stay here again the next time I come thrust town.

The room was clean and well lit. The bathroom was modern with a delightful shower. Bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful. The only fault was the carpet looked worn. We enjoyed our stay.

Great experience. Definitely get your money's worth. Love the large flat screen TV. Larger size mini fridge. Showers are nicely tiled. Only complaint is bed… Super uncomfortable feel like sleeping on bricks. Both me and my boyfriend woke in pain. Great place to stay while in Payson.

Great for the price. Modern room, friendly staff, clean room, all tile bathroom. A really nice place to stay. Only drawback is the bed, if you don't mind an extra firm bed then you will enjoy the room. Was a little stiff for me but made due. All in all a good place to kick up your feet and relax.

Clean, great price, no bed bugs. We had a smoking room since we made reservations so late. You could barely even tell it was a smoking room. VERY CLEAN! We would absolutely stay there again!

Clean, quiet, rooms have everything you need… owners are great. Have stayed here several times and it's always wonderful… highly recommend!

I had a great experience. The people are very nice. Would recommend to any weary traveler. Only thing missing was a continental breakfast.
