Awsome place to stay, Teresa checked us in on Sunday, she was the sweetest lady and told us all about the area, And she knew a lot about Pine. So we did a lot of sight seeing up there. Debbie was our breakfast lady in the mornings. Super friendly and just a nice way to start your day. The breakfast they lay out every morning at 6:00 a. M. Was fabulous! Our room was clean and comfortable and totally homey and we loved it. We highly recommended this wonderful place to stay.

Great location. Thoughtful amenities. A hot tub in the bedroom! Wow! Too bad I don't feel well enough to use it.

Awesome place. The place is kept up-to-date and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful with questions about the area. I have stayed at many places in the area which were old and noisy. For several years now have stayed at the Comfort Inn and always a pleasure.

I stayed at this hotel Sunday August 26th, and the hotel was overall pretty nice besides the pool. I went swimming and tried to climb up the steps on the deeper end and every single step was broken besides one. As I tried climbing out the step snapped off and cut open my toe and my leg. I will even attach pictures if I can. I picked up the pieces of the steps and brought them to the front desk where Linda helped me. She gave me some stuff to clean my leg and toe up and said she would put in a report to have someone go in and fix it. I’m just thankful I got hurt and not the two little ones I was with.

Scored a king suite with the jacuzzi for $99. Room was great and staff was amazing. Also cant beat the free breakfast!

The hotel room was nice. The price was affordable and the hot breakfast items were a definite plus. Perfect for an overnight stay!

The staff was very helpful, the facility was quite clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The only problem was the absence of a working elevator. The pricing was also reasonable.

I am at the comfort Inn in Payson Arizona. The staff here are very nice and my room is comfortable. My stay had to be extended to a week and they had problem accommodating me. Will be back!

Check-in was fast & friendly. Reserved the 2 queen jacuzzi suite (room 302) & extremely pleased with the room. The room is very large with 2 queen beds, 2 rooms w/2 TV’s & 2 AC’s. Living room has a couch & small dining table w/2 chairs, wet bar, micro, refer & kuerig. Bathroom is large w/jacuzzi tub, separate shower, large vanity with a separate toilet room. Room was very clean & comfortable. Hotel offered breakfast, but we didn’t go down to dining area. There was an indoor pool w/jacuzzi, laundry, vending machines & elevator. Would absolutely recommend & will most definitely be back!

We had a pleasant experience for the most part. Unfortunately, if you stay on the second floor, don't count on much sleep. I believe this to be the loudest footsteps I've ever heard out of any other hotel I've stayed in. The dinning are is very small and crowds easily. The staff all were very helpful and friendly. Nothing against them, just a remodel is in order.

Well been standing at the counter for about twenty min… Driving all day and no one at the hotel we already booked. Don't bother staying here if you want to check in. Absolutely the worst possible experience after a really long day.

We love this inn. … first of all is near everything. Restaurants, gas station and etc. … it's only 20-30mins away from tonto natural bridge. … The receptionists was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay few and small area but nice and cozy. … The best here is the coffee bar, fruit /lemon water and juice bar is open 24/7. … You'll never go thirsty. … The pool and spa was great. … The room was spacious and clean. … The small ref doesn't get cold as much and remote is. … but aside from that it was great. … The bed was wonderful. … awesome. … fantastic. … we love the comfort of it. … we all slept like a baby. … We had the best weekend. …

Ice machine broke. Almost fell out of shower very slick had to put small towel in shower for traction. Not enough shampoo or conditioner for 3 people. For 136 a night I wouldn't revisit.

Great hotel in every way Christy is a sweet heart and Days Inn was rude to me guess what comfort inn was cheaper and better.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good food, great location! The use of Anytime Fitness across the street is a big plus! Definetly recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. Definitely in need of a refurbishment. Also, the corridor and one of our rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, ugh.

Staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Rooms and common rooms were very clean. Most importantly to me the facility smelled good. Great location. I would definitely visit this hotel again.

Food is very close with plenty options. Breakfast is great and the service is pleasant. About to go use the hot spa.

It's location in Payson is quite good, and the rooms are more spacious than I expected. The shower was hot and high-pressure. Price was reasonable. The room was a bit dusty, but clean aside from that.

Fantastic customer service, clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds that came with 4 pillows each (2 firm and 2 soft), our room had a fridge and microwave, there's an indoor heated pool and hot tub & they gave us a discount after hearing we chose them after receiving terrible service across the way at Days Inn! :)

The room & hotel amenities were good. The hotel manager not so much. This hotel advertises itself as a pet free hotel, as in no pets allowed, except for service animals. This is good for people that are unfortunately allergic to pet dander & such. But the manager looks the other way when people bring their small dogs into the hotel. Apparently they are OK when the hotel has few booked rooms & they need to sell more rooms. When I asked the manager why there were dogs in the hotel, he replied that they were service dogs. The dogs were King Charles spaniels and were obviously pets of Snowbirds from Minnesota. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, he became angry & rude. Way to take care of your guests health concerns Comfort Inn Payson AZ. Beware of this hotel if you have allergies to pet dander.

After staying in payson for five days, we decided to check into a nicer hotel than days inn and motell 6. It was a decent price, I will never go to another hotel again in payson unless it is comfort inn. The staff at comfort in were very nice and gave us a discount after they learned of our harassment from the staff at days inn. We decided to stay an extra day because it was just an enjoyable stay. Comfort inn will always be my first choice in Payson after staying here a week and switching motels twice, this place takes first. Thank you for making my families stay worthwhile.

Checked in late at night and was greeted by a very friendly desk clerk. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the breakfast room lady was very nice. I will book this hotel again when passing through this area.

Pleasant staff, clean room and really well maintained continental breakfast. We were happy with our stay and they were able to accommodate us last minute on a holiday weekend! Wish they had more luggage carts. I think there is only one and we had to wait until the last family was done using it. Not a huge deal if you don't have much to lug up to your room.

I'm pretty sure this is the location. Last October we stayed over night at the Comfort Inn in Payson, AZ. The first thing we noticed was the elevator had an overwhelming unpleasant chemical type smell. The side door entrance door lock was busted. It had a tree next to it outside that was bare of leaves but was decorated with blue lights so if you were a thief and it was dark out, the tree will be your beacon to show you the way to the busted door… The room door keycard locks worked off and on. You would have to wiggle the card in and out before it turned green and unlocked… Long story short, the place was creepy and totally unsafe and unsecure… we got very little sleep and left the next morning as soon as possible… We found a better hotel in the next town that was cheaper and much much nicer…
