Nice, clean and lives up to it's name. (Budget)

Not clean and uncomfortable. Way too much money. Motel 6 is cleaner, comfortable and less money. Will not be back.

Clean rooms at bargain prices with air con when needed. Nice managers and a perfect location for exploring Payson and the Rim Country.

Smelled like mold. Did not want to undress to sleep.

It's cheap. Just what I needed.

Clean, simple room with a TV, fridge, microwave, table & chairs, and a full bath. This was the least expensive option in Payson when I came through; and despite the claims of other reviews, I didn't find the guy at the front desk rude.

Interior is nicely decorated. Room is surprisingly spacious. The room smelled fresh and of flowers. Beds were perfect. The greater worked well since it was snowing. Congress with a big closet. A sink. A microwave. A mini refrigerator. Bathroom is nice. No signs of any bugs. Lots of towels were already in the bathroom so that's as plus. No shampoo or conditioner so make sure you bring your own. I give it a five star rating. I'd visit this place again in the future. The price was on 69.99 with tax. Good price compared to its neighborly motels.

Don't stay here. Rooms were disgusting and not cheap. Found another room across the street at Days Inn for same price. Guy running the place was rude. Pick another place.
