It is conveniently located off of highway 10. Thirteen to twenty minutes to the airport depending on traffic. It also is very close to Scottsdale and downtown phoenix for a smaller price. They have a decent breakfast for free. Rooms are comfortable. Worth the price.

The rooms are just decent. The location is convenient, but you have to look past the traffic getting in and outta here. Hey, the mall is across the street with plenty of eating option near by.

Great room at a very reasonable price. Robert at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The cleaning staff were also very nice and accommodating whenever I needed something. I had a very easy check in and check out. I gave this hotel 5 stars because of the professional manner of the entire hotel staff especially with the rude and demanding guests I came in contact with. I would recommend this hotel, and I will stay here in the future.

Checking in was kinda lame. Granted, I got there two hours before check in time, but I was perfectly okay with sitting in the lobby to wait until a room opened up. What wasn't cool was the front desk not coming over to tell me that there was a room open but letting other customers come in and giving them rooms. But it wasn't the end of the world so I got to my room which is nicely decorated and comfortable. The hotel is a bit dated and sits behind a huge strip club. The rooms are nice, the pool is small, the breakfast is okay. But for the price you pay — which for me was $42 a night — you can't beat it.

Have stayed here 4 years in a row. This could have been a 4 star but my room wasn't made up, twice. First time was ok, second unacceptable. Especially since I complained to the front desk and set an expectation that it be done and was assured it would be. This really is a good location. Across from a large small, good restaurants also nearby. The rooms are good, breakfast is large nd well prepared. Give it a try yourself.

Booked on orbitz. Under $50 for a room w/ king bed. Decent and good breakfast. Need cleaning around outside and parking lot, trash around. Room is ok, has laminate floors are *better than carpet. Pool area is small but works. I would book here again.

Rooms are great, very spacious and clean. Staff are nice and I did not have any problems during my stay.

Stayed at this place and spent hundreds of dollars for a week and thought they may be ok until they decided to double charge me and put hundred of hard earned and needed money for a place to stay on hold where I could not use it get a place and they said "oh well. " At first manager denied it, then made me call my bank who verified it and knowing what they did showed no consideration or resolve to make it right. The owner try's to sleep with your wife and drugs are all through the hotel. If you smart, I would not book there ever. Learn from my experience. Their Hospitality and service will put you in the negative and they will show no concern.

The rooms are up to date and clean. Friendly and professional staff. They do offer complimentary breakfast. The 3 rating is mainly due to the Christie cabaret AKA strip house literally in front of the hotel. In fact they share the same lot. The hotel is located behind the gentlemen club. It's also not the nicest location for Tempe standards. The outside is a little run down but the rooms are are great and spacious. We have kids, so we won't b e staying here only fue to gentlemen club location.

This is a good place, I would recommend it.

Pool & Hot tub had babies in w/diapers. Don't be late for breakfast & 9:02 — the gal wouldn't even get me a piece of bread to toast & day two asked galvnext to me to lift her food, while still eating so she could wipe it down w/filthy rag. Drawer face fell off in hand onto foot & phone to front desk — natta. Headache accessung, no easy getting in & out. Not comfortable to walk around after dark… bit seedy.

For the location. Price I was skeptic. However they were really clean super spacious and the front desk was welcoming.

Very deceiving from the photos! The door frame had a gap about 1/2 inch wide. You can see right into the room. Also the door card reader looked as if it was tampered with. The staff placed us in a different room on 2nd level which made a difference. Our second room window did not close all the way so unable to lock. Overall the hotel was falling apart and would not recommend for families. We were stuck as it was non refundable. Even using a 3rd party app to save a little would not recommend.

The Employee's Were All Super Nice & Helpful & The Morning Breakfast Was Pretty Good. & The Rooms Were Comfortable. All Around It Was A Pretty Good Hotel 4 What We Needed. I Would Go There Again If I Needed 2.

The hotel served its purpose, I needed a place to sleep during the day as I work nights. I didn't utilize all the amenities the hotel had to offer: hot tub, pool, washer, dryer, room service, etc. Therefore I cannot judge them upon those things. I used the TV, not a lot of channels but I didn't expect any so that's average to me. The room looked clean, smelt clean. The room had a iron and ironing board, which I did not expect, but was very grateful for as it was needed. Breakfast was alright, nothing fancy. I did not catch the guys name at the front desk unfortunately but he was very funny so top marks on that.

It was good. The breakfast was fantastic, however the pancake machine was not turned on. I would have liked to see it on because I love pancakes. Another thing was, the message light on my phone kept blinking even though there is no messages on my phone. Please fix this.

I love this hotel, the rooms are really nice and the ambience is great. The worst part about it is the location. It's located right off the I-10 and it's pretty noisy, and not the greatest area. However is also located right across from AZ Mills mall and it's great for shopping and other fun times. The free breakfast in the morning is pretty good, considering that there is a good amount of options compared to other places I've stayed. Overall I would definitely come back.

Wonderful staff & great place to stay. The room was clean & quiet. The staff was very friendly & helpful, especially Shawn who went out of his way for us. The breakfast was well stocked, freshly made, & the girls working were very friendly & welcoming. We had the King suite with a kitchenette and I wish I had known to bring my own papertowels, dishes & utensils, but we made due.

Disgusted by the front desk service. Was not helpful at all. Just rude! I booked two nights to stay there and ended up cancelling. They charged me 1 night even though I did not stay there. Which made no sense at all. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone! Better off going to a motel cause that's how it looks in real life. Pictures are a scam! I wish I had a better experience!

The place was nice. The staff was reliable and friendly. They were also very helpful. The pool was full so that's one downside to the hotel. It's a convenient place to stay if you are in the need for a room but not so great if you are on a vacation. Great for a one or two night stay but the beds are a bit stiff.

Breakfast ended at 9am not 10am. Beds had decorative looking pillows no pillows. Front desk brings me one and says the executive maid said there were pillows in there last night. Ya, these and I held up tiny pillows folded up in huge pillow cases. He said well all we got and handed me the pillow.

Very comfortable beds in our room. Nice front desk staff, everyone was hospitable. They been to replace the tub, but just worn. Great rates!

Stayed at this location with my husband and son. We got the king size, 2 rooms suite. It was super clean. Breakfast bar was big and enough for the three of us. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked this hotel because I had very nice room, a good breakfast, it is across the street from AZ Mills, and it has a pool. There is only one thing I did not like, but it was not the hotels fault. I booked online and when I drove up to hotel I noticed an adult club in front of it. I had three kids with me and worried about the people that may be around. I guess even without a club in front, you never know who your around. We had no problems with anything. No noise, nothing. We stayed two nights and went swimming. My family and I would stay again and most likely will.

Booked through Wyndham rewards to use points. Hotel was okay at best. Come to find out after I leave that I was charged a $5 service fee to have available parking and food which is included at all other Wyndham locations at no extra charge. It was not noted when I booked online or specifically noted while checking in as I used points so it had a zero due. Called to determine if they would remove this and apparently this is how this location works. I will be sure to never stay at this Ramada in again. Hotel Travelers beware.

Best room our entire trip. Over 3675 miles, 5 hotels & this one had the nicest staff, the best beds, the nicest ac & the greatest breakfast.

They will charge you $50 and not refund it beware SCAM artist the manager anthony is in on it they wont accept payal cards prepaid cards or debit cards from your bank only credit card like my cap one quicksilver. Rude frontdesk people who will make u feel like a deadbeat in front of your wife it is right next to a strip club so not family friendly and im a former peace officer and carry a gun but I would not walk outside after dark cause I would have to shoot someone and it aint worth the time in court and the lawsuit.

Best experience I've had in the last week of staying at 4 different hotels! This one was amazing! Great location, great staff, amazing room and all amenities included! Pool and spa were great! Only thing I didn't try out was the gym and breakfast.

The location is a bit odd, in the back parking lot of a "caberet". The carpet was dirty (bring slippers) and there's Wi-Fi (difficult to connect or to stay connected). Wall unit AC was loud. Overall a lower end hotel. Very motel 6 or Super 8 like… A step up from Econolodge but not too far up.

Overall was a good stay. Hot buffet breakfast was great. Room was just basic but comfortable. Hotel needs an update but the staff are extremely nice and helpful. We stopped overnight on our road trip to Disneyland. Too tired to drive any further. Happy with our choice. Most importantly NO bed bugs.

If I could give no stars I would… Starting with the basics… the carpet looked like something out of a trashed flop house from heroin addicts… stains LARGE GNARLY stains to the point even my 10yo just happy to be on vacation even said … Dad this is gross. The room had a weird smell and the whole room is out of date by about 10 years I would guess. The Wi-Fi… was non existent… when I asked the front desk about the issues… they stated I will re-boot the router should be no issues… it was crap they didn't offer anything on changing rooms or addressing the carpet or smell… nor did they seem interested… lucky for us it was only a 1 night stay on our journey around Arizona… oh yeah the other bad thing… shares a parking lot with some "gentleman's club" not really the kind of business you want to stay next to unless you are looking for that thing… my guess is that is there usual customer so who would ever care about Wi-Fi carpet stains or smells… Good lord don't ever stay there… this will teach me to do research before picking a hotel on Priceline again.

Don't stay here if you want Wi-Fi. It's sketchy at best. If you ask the front desk for help they give you the run around. Everything else was good, but no Wi-Fi sucks.

Good, quite hotel. Rooms are clean amd tidy. All necessities are available. Ample parking, gym, pool and even jacuzzi.

Just stayed there this weekend… 1/30/16. At check in staff asked… "Where did she go? " (Referring to a young person. ) "The cops are coming for her. " I thought to myself that I would have left but I was exhausted. I get into the room and just wanted/needed to zkne out… but the TV had no connection. So I call front desk and the person tells me how they are in the process of "updating" their tv's and it is u to the cable company. She never apologized, just kind of said it matter a factly. But I will say she should of/could have just let me knkw at check in. Or asked if I wanted to change rooms. But she didn't offer anything. Bathroom fixtures were falling apart. The hotel is literally behind a strip club. Cleanliness was artificial, looked behind broken TV to see if it was something simple I could tighten and all I saw was change and dust…

Nice place to stay, but the heater didn't work in my room. They're heater just blows out cold air. Also, heated pool and hot tub would be nice. Blu-ray players would be nice too. I don't understand how most places don't have these things. Welcome to the 21st century, make it modern! Much room for improvement, then again, most places have lots of room for improvement, mostly due to lack of entertainment technology and comfort issues (bad heater, etc)

Surprisingly good hotel! Warm pool, comfy beds, lots of free food and friendly staff. Kudos to James at front desk also, who printed work documents for me when I needed them. Really great people here.

Front desk attendant was very informative and polite. Room was clean and nice. Biggest complaint was the breakfast. The eggs were cold, even when they were brought from the kitchen.

For 60 a night I can't complain much. I normally wouldn't stay somewhere so cheap but room was clean (carpets could use a cleaning), friendly staff, was allowed to check in a few hours early, breakfast was great and quite easy access to hwy/mall. Wi-Fi is OK and pool is heavily chlorinated.

My husband and I was in town for 2 special occasions, our 1st grandchild baby shower and also my mom was being ordained a Pastor. The first night at the hotel we had a hard time trying to turn the water on in the shower, we finally was able to make the water come out. The next morning when we were getting ready to go to church the water in the shower would not come on. So we called the front desk to let them know, the guy that answered the phone talked to us like we were dumb and never used a shower before. We explained that we have tried to pull the handle out several times. He didn't believe us and came by the room to show us how it works. He couldn't get the shower to work either. We asked for a manager, he advised us that the manager will not be I until 9, we asked is there another room available, he said they were booked. So we have to be at church by 830 its already 6:45, the front desk said that they would send maintenance to our room when they get in. We were very upset, we paid our money to get a hotel that at least have running water. My husband waited for the maintenance man to come, I went to my mom's house to take a shower. The maintenance man left a mess in the shower and on the toilet, the cleaning staff did not come until 330 and did not clean the bathroom very well, there was still a dirty foot mark on top of the toilet.

Great room, great rates, friendly courtesy staff and the best hot tub ever! We'll definitely be staying here in the future!

Clean room and inexpensive but the Wi-Fi did not work in our room. This was a big inconvenience as we needed to contact family members and book flights for the next day. Don't advertise services that are not functioning.

You were our 1'st Stop on our cross country trip. & . We were very Happy with our stay! . The Late Night Pool Time was Much Needed and Appreciated! so THANK YOU and the Behaved Guests for that! & . Breakfast was very fulfilling.

Several prices state under $80 including tax + fees, employee when trying to book a room quotes $105, do not respect their own advertisement in Google.

I was so pleased with this hotel. When I drove up it didn't look like much. Staff were wonderful, friendly. Got my request for room which was clean, spacious, plenty of necessities. Loved the large TV. New fridge and A/C. Great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast gives a wide variety of items. Much better than say a Days Inn. Will stay here again next time in the Tempe area.

My car got broken into here. Then after that the police told us not to touch our things cause they needed to take finger prints and pictures, then 15 minutes later they went to do that and our stuff had been stolen, AGAIN! That's right I was robbed twice in one stay there, and of course the police wont do anything about it even though it was clearly their fault our stuff had been stolen. Horrible hotel location and very unintelligent police force that don't give two S# about any of their victims.

I was actually surprised by this Ramada. Great location, felt very safe. My room was extremely clean, friendly staff, clean pool. Etc. The Arizona Mills mall, kinda old, is across the street and lots of places to eat around the hotel. Would return.
