Very nice, excellent location. It is basically in the parking lot of the Arizona Mills Mall. Great breakfast and excellent front desk staff. The pool was down when I was there for maintenance. Clean rooms, comfortable beds.

We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Express Tempe. The location was very convenient for shopping at Arizona Mills and was close to the airport as well. The outdoor pool was very nice.

Stayed one night on the main floor. Construction going on in the hotel. Nice pool and hot tub. Continental breakfast could have been a bit better. Friendly service.

Negatives-The sink was clogged, the bath dripped and the floors were in very much in need of shampooing. Positives — Room was specious, the bed was extremely comfortable, the free breakfast was good with lots of variety of delish food, and the coffee was fresh and tasted amazing.

I booked a room for one week and received a length-of-stay discount. They need a good plumber to fix the drips from the bathtub faucet. If you are dissatisfied with your room, the front desk staff will do their best to move you to a different room. Housekeeping keeps the room very clean & the trash cans emptied as standard service daily. That’s why I gave housekeeping a tip during my stay. Who can resist a free varied breakfast on the lobby level every day? Coffee and hot water for tea drinkers is available throughout the day—not very many hotels can offer that boast or should I say, roast! Holiday Inn Express Suites is max a 10-minute walk to Arizona Mills Mall. This mall is one of the few in metro Phoenix with a Nike outlet store as well plus Sea World for kids and adults alike. I enjoyed my stay here and would rebook. This Holiday Inn Express is both kid — and adult-friendly!

Took us in at the last minute after the Ramada Inn canceled our room for no good reason and gave it away! This all happened at 3am and we had no where else to go. We got a good deal and the guy at the desk was very nice and helpful! So thankful that they had a room available. Everything was good and clean. Just a little road noise, but I was just happy to be sleeping in a bed!

The rooms are nice and spacious, but the bathroom is fairly small. The location was wonderful — right next to Arizona Mills and quite close to other parts of Tempe! The service was fantastic, and Bri remembered our names long after we had checked in.

This hotel was a great choice! Everyone was super nice. Easy access to restaurants and entertainment! The front desk staff were helpful. Housekeeping was great.

Overall a great stay… staff is very friendly. We reserved a king suite. The room was very cramped and when we switched to a double, like night and day! When they didn't make up our room one day they gave us extra points. Noise level very low. Close to mall with many good restaurants nearby too.

There is an, undocumented, calling Diana, surely it must be a false name too and have a supervisory role… and treat me very badly because I will not return to this otel… hopefully that ice read this comment to that yegue to investigate those… because not only… an violated our laws of the usa if not also… we treat you badly and insult us.

My husband and I stay two nights. We accidentally left two bed pillows that we brought with us. Expensive pillows. Called for three days before the housekeeping manager got back with me. Supposedly he checked with the housekeepers and no pillows were found. One was in a green case the other black case. Would has been impossible not to find them. We have stayed at this hotel several times and never had any problems but this is inexcusable. Might be time for a housekeeping staff review…

Rooms need to be updated. Carpet old and not stretched properly. Wall paper torn on one wall. Tv had problems starting up. Staff friendly, breakfast good. Lobby/breakfast area small and unattractive.

One of the good holiday inns I have stayed… Facility needs some upgrades specially in the bathrooms (Water was dripping all through the night in my room, which was annoying)

Came to see family that was staying at this hotel. The lobby was modern and clean, the room was a good size, pool was nicely shaded and plenty of seating around deck.

Friendly front desk staff check in was quick fresh complimentary cookies at front desk free usa today newspapers wr gad a really bad issue with ants in our bathroom is my only complaint also hotel sits right on az mills property a plus if you are an avid shopper akso has a 30 screen movie theater akso 4 screen imax.

Excellent way to spend the night. Located within the parking lot of the Arizona Mills Mall in Tempe. If you are in the hotel you can walk to the Mall, one of its inputs is to 30 mts of the hotel. With restaurants and gas station in front of the hotel. Located just off Baseline Rd. In Tempe Az.

Typical Holiday Inn Express located in Tempe making it very convenient to highways and the airport. Many options nearby for dining, shopping and gassing up your rental car for a quick trip to the airport. Staff in hotel were very pleasant at check-in. Parking lot can be a little tight and crowded.

I was visiting a friend staying at the hotel and her mother had just fractured her spine. The front desk staff was lovely and very accommodating and allowed us to use their wheelchair so we were able to take her to dinner. I did not stay overnight but the room was great. They also had a business center that allowed me to print my ticket for the Cubs spring training game. All in all, it is a great hotel.

Hotel was clean and spacious room welcomed us. Pool ended up being a little dirty from a recent storm. Jason the GM listened and did his due dilegence with us, but in the end, was able to compensate us for going to an outside pool and lowered our rate. Great service!

Renae gave us a deal when the InnSuites across the street didn't honor our reservations. Great room, comfy beds, clean, great and hot breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Excellent.

Average hotel but clean and ok. The gym is old and has lots of weights missing. The free breakfast is basic and no room service.

Located right off the highway (although if you don't turn early it's beyond two inconvenient no uturn lights) this holiday inn is new and friendly. The rooms are great in size and have a pretty new TV in them. Service is courteous and professional as usual.
