Good hotel and really affordable for Phoenix. Breakfast was fine. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. It was difficult to get into their Wi-Fi and the staff didn't seem to know how to help. There were a few people at breakfast having issues. We only knew how because my husband is a computer guy. Also the shower didn't drain well so you were standing in ankle deep water before long. Minimal issues though. Overall recommend.

While this hotel is a little dated, I find that charming. The staff was excellent, breakfast buffet was awesome (except fruit is sometimes skimpy or non nonexistent other times it was a beautiful fresh cut fruit display) I got a fantastic rate through Hilton Honors. It's in a convenient location. The bed in my room was like a cloud, I enjoyed a lot of restful sleep there. Will stay again when in Phoenix, this will be my "go-to" hotel.

The hotel staff were very nice, but the rooms are dated and not clean. The window curtains were filthy, the carpet in the hallways was loose, the bathroom tub has rust in it. We checked into the room left to get something to eat and came back only to find someone had came into our room and switched the remote to the TV. The remote they left did not have a back to it, but was covered with a piece of paper with tape. I called down to the front desk to notify them only to be told "oh okay, I'll bring up a new remote. " No concern for someone entering my room. The remote they replaced it with only turns the TV on, but will not change the channels or the volume. The only good thing is the beds were comfy (got an extra star just for this). Also, the pool had numerous bugs floating around it and was unkept.

All in all it was an ok stay. They key activator was not working so the desk attendants were having to escort us to our room every time we went in or out of our room with a master key. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. The French Toast was obviously cooked in the same pan after the eggs which made them disgusting. Put the brown sugar in your Waffle mix to make it taste decent. The eggs were not boiled all the way through. The room has no fridge. It was quiet for the night and clean so you really get what you pay for. The staff was really nice though.

I can't find a trip advisor page for them, so I will post here. I decided to take a small staycation because my air conditioner was not working! Christie, the front desk person helping me had a smile on her face the whole time, customer after customer. I appreciate that a lot. The room is very comfortable and they gave me water! Very nice stay! So excited to come back one day and reccomend this hotel to anyone coming to visit.

First off, hotel staff was excellent. They did everything in their power to make sure we had a nice stay and I watched them help others as well. The pool was sad and a bit outdated. The gate leading to the pool was poorly constructed. No fridge in room. Shower faucets were old and difficult to engage properly. I'd recommend a revamp of the hotel or build a new one and have it represent the quality I've known the Hampton Inn for.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. The location is easy to get to and the pool was great! The staff made our stay exceptional!

Pancho checked us in, really nice person. He chased us down to the parking lot to give us the extra key we asked for. Our room and the public areas are very clean. They served rice for breakfast and even had miso soup available. We were very happy with this place!

Had reserved a room 9 days in advance and advised desk clerks we would be driving 6 hrs and asked for early arrival status… we waited 7 hrs for a room to become "available" which was very inconvenient for me and my husband… As all we wanted was to rest… I understand a 2 hr wait wouldve been reasonable… BUT 7 hours! Really come on Hampton Customer service… really!

Clean rooms. Everything was in place and worked as you expect from a Hilton hotel. Very courteous staff and worked with us to ensure our stay when the company credit card had some issues. Free breakfast was a plus and was actually really good.

Doug, who I assume was the manager, did not treat us like humans. He would not listen to us at all. We were trying to voice our issues and he immediately got defensive and dismissed our problems. It was very unfair. It felt like our money was just thrown away. Very bad customer service. Will not be returning, and will not recommend this to my friends/family.

So I stay in a lot of hotels. This was not a great. Felt like the owners had given up and let third standards slip. My coworker and I joked about how that had given up over the next business day so that was nice. Also the nice lady at the front desk was awesome. She made the stay 100% worth it, even with the dirty conditions around the hotel. She was still there the next morning when we left 12 hours later, still being charming and generally awesome. Advise to management maybe take a close look around your property. And keep Chandra around and she proabably needs a raise.

Decent hotel, nothing special about it and nothing negative, either. If you have stayed at a Hampton Inn in the last couple years somewhere in the US, you may as well have stayed here. I will give them a shout out for the amazing/evil gummy bears available in the lobby. I may or may not have had four handfuls over a couple nights. Why can say?

Typical older Hampton Inn. Room could use some freshening up but very adequate. Elevators well used and made strange noises as doors closed. Breakfast food with reasonable selection of food including eggs, cereals, real oatmeal, yogurt, bacon, breads, juices and other items. Front Desk staff very welcoming on Saturday afternoon.

Some people are WAY over critical. This place was awesome especially for the price. Awesome tub, bed, and experience. The staff was amazing!

The first impression was… dirty.
Old trash was on the floor when we walked in.
After noticing the dirt and dust we found MANY maintenance issues that, when notified, were kinda brushed away. Needs a maintenance overhaul, bathroom fixtures, pluming, tile… not just outdated, broken.
Will NOT be staying here again!

No microwave or refrigerater I the rooms on the 4th floor not right at all… made me feel that this hampton was not up to hampton standards… I mean I stand at la quinta inn and they had microwave and fridge in the rooms really and the hamptons didn't … can you say do better…

The GM Rebecca is extremely nice and very helpful! she even went out of her way to call my husband on our room BEFORE we got there. That doesn't happen very often I can tell you that! she wanted to make sure we would be happy because this is not a suite hotel. WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE ROOM! alot of HH Diamond parking as well! THANK YOU for caring GM and for your kind staff as well.

The coffee is delicious. The rooms clean.

Never again. I was greeted in the parking lot by a pickup truck on blocks. Place had a musty odor that I attributed to the old carpeting. I got to my room and all was fine for the first few hours. Then the stench of someone smoking started. This is the first Hilton I have encountered in at least 10 years that allows smoking. The hotel has a closed ventilation system, so there really is no escape. I have sinus allergies and listed that on my reservation, but was still put on that floor. I complain, but told there are no rooms available, but possibly one would be available in 2 days. On the morning of the 2nd day, I almost tripped on a set of bedding in front of my door. I stepped over it and went to gently shut my door. It was then that I saw something reddish-brown on the wall where the bulk of the bedding was. Food? Blood? I will never know, but I reported it to the front desk on my way out. When I came back late that afternoon, I was told that the "guest" who did that had to forcibly be removed by the police… But they did have my new room ready. No one apparently had the guts to tell me my room was downgraded (non-jacuzzi) prior to me going into the new room and complaining. I unpacked because I could not find another Hilton between Gilbert and Chandler with any availability. After unpacking, I discovered the toilet handle was broken. It was just an adjustment to the backing nut and chain length, but how did this not get noticed by the cleaning staff?!

Nice place to stay. We highly recommend it. The only drawback is the local water. Smells like either mold or dirt coming out of the faucet or shower head.

Very nice hotel for what it is. A glorified quick stop type stay. Hot breakfast was nice though they could do with some larger trashcan. Whirlpool/hot tub in room was excellent! The place is very well kept though the front desk service leaves much to be desired.

After a very long journey I was exhausted and didn't much care what some reviews weren't so great. What I found was a staff that was very friendly. A very clean and comfortable room and bed! I went down for breakfast which was very good. Omelets and sausages and more.
I will stay again.

Well appointed rooms, clean, and quite. I really enjoyed my stay here. It's close to a ton of places to eat and not all of them were fast food either. The staff is well dressed and very attentive to your needs. If I come back to the Phoenix area again, I'd stay here no problem.

Very old hotel, I stay in a hotel at least once a week and this is by far the oldest hotel I have stayed in. You can't check in until 3pm they are very firm on that policy. The bed was uncomfortable because of how old it is. The pillows provided no head support because of how old they were. The room was sub par clean. They have very basic TV with only a few channels. For Phoenix the air conditioner did not preform well because of its age. The staff was not rude but was also not very helpful. In my opinion I would advise that you stay at the Fairfield by Marriott across the street, it's cheaper and a lot newer. If the owners are seeing this or anyone from Hilton, this hotel does not uphold to your hotel standards. This hotel compares to a motel 6 for $39 a night. But instead I end up paying $86 a night. Very disappointed!

I have stayed at this location several times and last night was the last time. I told them several times the air was not functioning correctly. The hotel was booked so there were no other rooms available. The hotel managers resolution was to offer me a bag of chips at check out. A bag of chips! Really it's over 100° in Arizona. I think Hampton Inn and the manager Chuk could of offered more than bag of chips!

Very nice room on 5th floor. Bed and bedding were excellent, very comfortable. Nice linen, big soft towels. Typical breakfast. Stayed 3 weeks ago and was given poor double handicap room on 2nd floor that cost more.

The room was nice. The people gave good service. The main problem was the breakfast. There wasn't a lot of variety. There wasn't enough fruit. Not enough protein options.

Very nice appearance, friendly staff and great breakfast. Only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars is because the A/C in the room was just not strong enough to cool it to where I would like and when I went to take a shower to try and cool down a little more there was zero cold water… I know its all preference and odd ones at that but over all a very good stay.

It was a great place with friendly staff and good breakfast. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because when I got there around 11:30 pm to check in, the door was locked, so I followed directions to pickup the phone and call. It rang for about 10 minutes before someone came to open the door. I don't won't to sound like a complainer, but after 6 1/2 hour drive, I was ready to check in and go to sleep (and so was my family). Overall, we love every Hampton Inn we've stayed in, including here.

The service was great. I am a local and our home AC went out in this horrible heat. The Hampton Inn was able to house us and give us an extra night at the same rate when their website listed higher rates. Breakfast wasnt bad, but was continuously stocked. Pool is nice, fitness center is nice. Rooms are very clean.

My grandparents came into town and the costumer service was awesome. They were able to get us a great room at a great price for about a week an a half. We were also happy at were the room was located. It was an overall good experiance!

Stayed in the king suite with the whirlpool tub in the room. It was pretty nice and was a bit cheaper than similar options around the valley as far as I could find. The hotel itself is a little basic, but was still kept up nicely.

Nice Hampton Inn… typical Hampton everything. The staff was nice. They put me in a handicap accessible room. Not my favorite. But all was good.

I cant believe some fake review gave this place 5 stars. It is definitely not a better price than better hotels are you serious? The only nice thing I found about this hotel was the free-weights in the gym. The rooms are so small especially for how much you pay for them. The smallest coffee maker youve ever seen is in the bathroom? There is no fridge. The ac kicks on & off all night so unless youre a very very deep sleeper, well deal with it is basically what theyll tell you. So I booked a 2 bed smoking room, months ahead, it was approved. I payed well over $200 for 2 nights. Then the day I check in they give me a ONE bed NON smoking room with a couch. Its tiny & we have 4 people staying in our room. I bring it up to the front desk and I even show her on my email that I was approved for the room and she can hardly speak english all she says is that those rooms are all taken… even though I booked it… and it was approved… months ahead. So after calmly stating my complaints to her for about 10 minutes she finally lowers the price to however much the room I got stuck with is. & she says I can have a rollaway. I say yeah sure i'll be back tonight and i'll want one. So I get back later that night and the manager is at the front desk and I swear I tried to explain to him what a rollaway bed is for 5 minutes he finally says ohhhh I see, we dont have those… at that point I visit my friends on the top floor because they had actually gotten one of the 2 bed smoking rooms that I wanted.

As-salaamu alaikum. I tell ya what. My wife and I slept like 7 tons of bricks. Woke up refreshed and in a pleasant mood. Complementary breakfast was great. Nice waffle maker. The only thing, there were signs of rust in the tub. Other than that, the room was awesome.

Loved the jacuzzi in my room for no more money than any other comparable hotel. In fact I've paid more for hotels that weren't as good! The bedding was luxurious, the soundproofing was perfect, the a/c was quiet and kept the room at exactly the temperature I set. The staff were extremely helpful and quick to respond, and the breakfast was well stocked and delicious. Oh and I'm a coffee snob, and the coffee was absolutely perfect! I can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else when I'm looking for a midprice city hotel!
