This place was so modern and had an upscale feel to it. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I have never been to such a nice La Quinta hotel! The room was impeccable and very comfy. The continental breakfast did not disappoint. I really enjoyed my stay here and it did not break the bank.

Staff is wonderful and very helpful, new blue decor very modern and clean, super comfy mattresses, housekeeping was wonderful, friendly and room was very clean. Swimming pool and jacuzzi we're very relaxing. Didn't use the workout room but saw several people using it when going to the pool. It looked very nice, very open with large glass windows on 3 sides for a nice view. Great selection of breakfast items including scrambled eggs and sausage, fresh made oatmeal, assrt toaster breads, fruits, waffles, juices and 24hr coffee with flavored creamers! Super safe area with a Cracker Barrel restaurant right next door. You wouldn't know it allowed pets because it smelled very fresh and clean. Our stay was 2 nights on the 1st floor and it was wonderful. Definitely staying again when going back for Diamondbacks baseball games this season. We had a king bed with sofa sleeper and was very roomy for the 2 of us.

This is a great hotel. Fresh from a major renovation, they did a beautiful renovation. It's tasteful, modern, clean design makes you feel at ease welcome. We will stay hete again.

Lovely new rooms, very spacious with fridge, Micro, and coffee maker. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to shopping, eating, and a great dog park (Pecos)! Right off interstate.

Nearby places to eat outlet stores good choice.

I would have absolutely gone with 5 had it not been for one issue which I will address. To start, this hotel is awesome for the price tag. They've recently renovated, so the place feels updated and clean. For $85 per night, you can't go wrong with that. The breakfast was also pretty good as well! Staff was super friendly. Area felt super safe, and close to the highway which was really convenient. Here was the only downside for me: I was originally scheduled to stay for 4 days. I had a king room. I had to extend my trip to a week, and they said that was fine but that I'd have to switch rooms to a double, which I was totally fine with and didn't mind moving all my stuff. However, when I got back home, I noticed they did not honor my rate… it went from $85/night the first 3 nights, to around $125 for the rest. This really upset me because I was giving them more business from a trip I was already taking. I feel like they should have honored my rate. But other than that, I would absolutely recommend to anyone and I would also definitely stay here again when I'm in the area (I would just try to get then to honor the rate next time if I have to extend again).

I don't understand where the negative reviews on the rooms come from. It's not the Hilton, folks. As far as MotR hotels go, this is one of the best. It's a fresh remodel and the room I was in, (single king, microwave and mini fridge), was clean and odor free. I think some people just like to complain. Cass, Jeremy deserves a raise. I've seldom seen a front desk go to such lengths to ensure a customer's satisfaction. The only disagreeable part of my room was the weird bathroom door setup.

They accommodated us last minute after our travel plans to page were changed. The attendant Cassandra was very helpful and the room was great for the price. The only problem we had was the shower wasn’t hot. There is a cracked barrel in walking distance and easy access to the highways. Also there is a mountain very close if you are interested in hiking.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, which is the most important thing. The front desk staff, at least the ones we were in contact with, we're not very bright, it took him 20 minutes to check us in, and all we wanted to do was add our elite card # to our reservation. Breakfast was the same everyday, typical continental fair and then greasy sausage and dried out scrambled eggs, you could make your own waffle if you wanted. House keeping was great however, made our room up everyday and very friendly. We were here for 6 days on business. We would stay again as the important stuff was really good.

This location was recently remodeled and was in great shape. Staff was extremely friendly and cooperative and the check-in was smooth. The room was clean and as previously stated recently remodeled. The breakfast at La Quinta is always welcomed and appreciated. Be aware of the location. You can see it but it is kind of strange getting into it. As with most businesses with Pet areas the ignorant people of today do not respect what is available and appear to refuse to clean up after their pets. La Quinta even provides the poop bags. People, show some respect! Overall my wife and I liked the location.

Currently staying here. Professional and supportive staff. Rooms: clean and bright. Bathroom:clean. Several connections for charging media including tablets and phones. Breakfast: excellent. Any issues resolved satisfactorily. Stay here when visiting family frequently. Quiet places. Will continue to stay here. Rating 4.5 in total.

The location of the hotel was in a comfortable area. Check in was quick and efficient. Staff was pleasant, and not overly "chatty". Our room was fine for our 1 night stay, beds comfortable, room clean. We had a few issues with the quality if the Wi-Fi, but is was not bad. Overall we were happy with the stay.

WOW! Great price and doing all new renovations. Looks Stunning. Update: 1st week of December Stayed here again and the renovation is complete. The rooms are stunning. For the price you will not find a better room!

Thank God for Cracker Barrel nearby, both for food and parking. The bed was uncomfortable, old, loud a. C. Unit, really gross carpet. The check in process was ridiculous due to the renovations. I know they don't want to lose money but they should just close the place down fix it and then reopen because asking guests to deal with what we dealt with is really not fair especially when you don't know at booking. I've stayed at a couple other places near here that were far superior for a bit more money. Totally worth it.

Motel under construction. Dust n dirt everywhere. Stepped on a nail in the swimming pool. Would not let me pay cash. Said it has to go on credit card. Plenty of other motels in the area, I would suggest trying one of them!

Check in while renovation on going. Pretty messy on the lobby but the room is clean, comfortable. Breakfast is a little bit disappointed with limited option, that bring 4 star to 3.

The lobby and multiple floors of the hotel were torn apart and under construction, making for a less than ideal stay. This was not listed on their website and we were charged full price despite all the work being done. When my girlfriend politely asked for a rate adjustment due to all the construction, detours, paint fumes, etc. The manager initially tried jamming her up. The redesigned room was nice but I wouldn't pay full price to stay there until the renovations are completed.

The room is clean and is available at cheap price. It may become better after renovation.

This place may never be a 4 star hotel, but, our room was quite nice for being as inexpensive as it was. They are also updating all rooms, as of mid-August, 2017. Continental breakfast is below average. Their is a Cracker Barrel restaurant within a couple minutes walk. This place is not perfect, but they try hard & it excepts pets (as you can see in my photos), without an enormous, nonrefundable fee. We have stayed at this chain before. The other one was nicer. You can be a member of this hotel chain. It has a nice outside pool. We booked our room in quite an impromptu fashion because our AC went out at our home. The staff is nice and works quickly. For an inexpensive getaway use this hotel. It's no Ritz Carlton, but it's good in a pinch. I actually did see and stayed in a renovated room. I switched rooms because the A/C unit in out room stopped working. The Manager, 'Chuck', did not seem to think this was a big deal. He was actually kind of a jerk about me saying it was a inconvenience, our having to switch rooms. He also was in need of some oral hygiene and some breath mints.

Rooms are clean as far as I could tell, they provide shampoo, lotion, and body wash or conditioner in case you need it. Free breakfast in the morning and a blow dryer, iron and a/c is available.

Very accommodating hotel at a decent rate in a great area. The rooms are nice and clean and the only thing I could complain about would be the carpet, but they are actively renovating, and even knowing that it hasn't disrupted our stay at all. They are a great pet friendly option and I will gladly stay here again anytime.

Nice rooms at a very reasonable price. Wonderful location. Quiet and comfortable. The staff is stellar. Frank is exceptional. Everyone day or night is happy to help with a smile. Very refreshing. Nice home away from home.

Katherine, this is an awesome hotel! I stayed here a whole week without issue! Rates fluctuate based on events coming to town. Nice, comfy and clean! Katherines yous a little too hard to please!

This is your basic no frills hotel. Everything was clean and working in the room. The price was fair for the accommodations. Would stay here again if I am in this area.

I have stayed there a couple of times with my two small dogs. They are very nice about it. The rooms are old but fairly clean. It was quiet every time I stayed there. Never made it to the breakfast. They ran a homeless man out that was cold. He was nice but they want good security for the guests.

Very good value. Staying in a 2 room suite with 2 large dogs. Doesn't feel too cramped with our dogs and family. The complimentary breakfast is pretty standard. Nothing to shout out over. Overall pretty decent stay so far.

Loves this hotel, very nice for the price. Great room, pool, breakfast, and gym. Even let me check in at 10am.

Rudest customer service I've ever experienced. I called at 1:20 asking what the daily rate was — they mentioned it was $70.00 plus tax. I told the service desk attendant that I was right across the street and I would pay for the room in person. I got there at 1:30 PM and there was a man at the counter that quoted me a price of $100.00. I told them I had JUST talked to someone and it was impossible for it to go up and he RUDELY and ARROGANTLY told me "Uh actually it can" and continued to quote me a price. I have never been disrespected like that by an incompetent employee. I literally turned out of that place and booked a room next store for less than half the price in a nicer hotel with nicer customer service. I will NEVER go back to such a place. Just because your hotel is below average quality, does not mean you need to hire below average people to attend your front desk. I called to talk to a manager and the same man I talked to in person was trying to be overly nice on the phone AND hung up while putting me on hold. I'm astonished at this guy's behavior, total let down. Get your attitude together.

Good hotel, reasonably prices, and dog friendly. No issues during our stay.

The continental breakfast was good. Staff seemed friendly and they were attentive. The hotel's room were not very clean though. The bathroom door's door knob was broken and it did not have an air extractor.

Needs a serious update and breakfast consists of 10 people huddled around the waffle maker. And last of all my 6 year old found pills on the counter. Thank God my one year old didn't find them first.

Fantastic. Spent Dec 24th and 25th at this property. Had a 2 room suite. Room was clean and fresh smelling. 100% non-smoking property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was "adequate". Cereals, toast, bagels, muffins, waffles but no eggs, other than hard boiled, or meats. We totally enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay… and as always, PET FRIENDLY! We love LaQuinta's.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds through La Quinta's website a month before I needed the room. Everything went fine while I booked my room and entered my payment info to secure my room. When I went to check in on the weekend I reserved it for they gave me a room with a single king bed and told me that's all they had and they changed my reservation details online. I took a screenshot with my phone of the original details just in case when I booked… why couldn't someone call to tell me the room I booked wasn't available? The only reason I gave two stars is because the man at the front desk was patient with me when I wasn't but who would be right? He offered a roll away bed and I agreed and he personally took it to my room. I left the hotel right after this to visit my family and he found a couple that wanted to trade my room for the 2 queen bed room that they had that I wanted. He called my room but unfortunately for me I wasn't in. Very nice of him and he needs a raise ;). I don't remember his name but this was on 11-20-15 The room was nice and the king bed was comfortable but the room and bathroom showed a paint job was needed and some simple maintenance as well. My last night at the hotel wasn't any better. When I came back to the hotel from my family's house ready to go to sleep I found the room the same way I left it. House keeping didn't make it to my room.

Not bad but not great. Bathroom has weird double folding doors and the fixtures need updating. There was no channel guide saying what the TV channels were. The front desk clerk was a little bit rude while checking in.

Great location just off the Hwy… reasonable price for the area… slight smell in the room though, and I wish the AC worked better.

I really liked this Inn. The staff made us feel welcomed and at home. All the staff were smiling and ready to help with whatever we needed. We enjoyed the breakfast they offered in the lobby every morning. The pool and jacuzzi was excellent. Wish we could of stayed longer. We definitely will be staying here next time were in town. Since dogs were allowed I did fear we'd have a problem with smell, fleas and hair in our room, but much to my surprise none was a problem at all. Only thing I would change is better cleaning and vacuuming. I found some nylons and papers along the bottom of the base of the bed and around door handles were dirty. Overall great experience.

We paid for a 1 night stay not knowing they allowed dogs (with fleas) with no fridge or microwave like any other motel with name other than la Quinta, got our money back and went next door to a holiday inn express $10 less than la Quinta price. I'll never check in to another la Quinta in my travels! Yuk yuk I hate fleas.

Really nice big and cleen rooms, with coffee maker in room. Nice service at front desk at check-in. Ok pool, a bit defective here and there, but not a problem. A bit noisy from the other rooms, but nothing bad. Would like to stay here again.

This is an awesome place to stay at. Highly recomand. Staff was wonderful. Front desk was totally helpful. Made me feel like I was home. Need some meat in that breakfast. Bacon.

No host on duty for breakfast. The front desk clerk was very busy and had limited time to assist with the breakfast area. Poor planning for a hotel that was completely booked.
