My husband and I have stayed here many times but this time is the worst. We are here until friday but they won't clean your room unless you are staying 7 days, well we are but they still won't clean our room. The elevator is broken and I have to walk up 3 flights and I have asthma, we have to put our garbage and dirty towels in the hall and they will pick them up but we have to get our own clean towels and one day they didn't have any clean ones so we had to wait until the next day to get towels. People were complaining like crazy, its bad. The young male manager was a real arrogant jerk. This is the last time they will get our money.

Great receptionist, friendly, competent, Ammo very good here.

My first four nights I spent in room # 212 The first night, I noticed garbage disposal didn't work, but I thought it no prominent deal being I was getting such an extremely discounted rate just $9.90 per night. But as the days went on, I started noticing a smell that grew worse and worse, so I mentioned it to the front desk when I saw the dishwasher backed up. So they moved me to room on the last night. I was so happy that I extended till June 28th, then suddenly I get a call from the GM Dorthy asking me to leave unexpectedly. First, she accused me of damaging the previous room saying there was blood in the bathroom when I asked her to please show me what she was talking about she got desperate and accused my service animal of going to the toilet in the room and that's when I grew distraught. How is a GM going to make up lies about me to justify charging me $250 just because I got what is likely there lowest hotel rate ever? I've never been so insulted and hurt how can someone like this work in the hospitality industry with all the challenges they face today with the pandemic the last thing anyone needs is a selfish, vindictive General Manager lying and wrongfully charging people.

This is the place to stay… very nice rooms.

Annie & Melissa and the gentlemen … whom I didn’t get his name were beyond helpful!
We had sick babies and they were so helpful with extra linens etc.
Room was clean and the food/ beverages were good!

I would rate the stay a 5 but I will give it a 4 since the toilet flooded. Me and my family enjoyed every bit of our stay. Breakfast was great… thanks to the cook! Also front desk ladies from last night and in the morning was excellent! The ladies were all smiles and made the stay so welcoming! My husband left early for work but called to say he really enjoyed the breakfast. Even though toilet flooded the housekeeper came within a couple mins to dry floor and came back within mins to check up on us. Hotel not the most updated but who cares with customer service like this it makes the stay feel very comfortable! My Kids really enjoyed the pool after breakfast. We will be back again!

Great location and a wonderful staff. In the process of renovation of their rooms. New look is modern and comfortable. Great change from a one room hotel at great price. Highly recommended.

I stayed there for an extended period of time while they were in the middle of renovating. They were very forthcoming about the situation. The staff is nice and easy to work with. At one point my a/c unit went out (external temps were 115 — 120 for 3 straight days). They provided us an additional room to stay cool while it was being fixed. The breakfasts are decent. Monday — Thursday they also have social events that provide dinner as well, also decent.

My daughter and stayed for two weeks and was treated like VIP'S. Everyone at this hotel was extremely nice to us. Very personable and pleasant. The room was great with comfortable beds and very peaceful at nice. We stayed in room 317. Not much of a view but the room was nice and clean. We were able to shop for groceries with the full refrigerator in our room and the kitchen with microwave was very convenient. They even offer free breakfast every morning and dinner on the evening with a different theme each day. I would definitely stay there again and would also highly recommend this hotel.

Overall the place is good if you like hotel breakfasts. If you are a very picky eater you will have to skip this perk. I did notice free beer at night which is preety awesome… (no not all you can drink)

Very outdated appearance to the hotel. Breakfast was horrible and the placement of the door to the kitchen was horrible as well. I got hit in the back twice one morning by the staff going in and out while I was trying to get my breaksfast. Hot tub was not hot enough and jets were barely working. Friendly staff was the only plus to my stay there.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. The room had two double beds and I really wish they were full sized. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is old and run down. They also do not honor the Hilton satisfaction guarantee. You only receive a form email saying that they will be remodeling soon. You'll be better off finding another place to stay.

Nice rooms and free food. Nice restrooms as well. Employees are splendid.

Nice comfy place to take as a second home while you are away, cliente Pool and really nice kitchen inside the room.

Shameful. I was supposed to stay at this hotel for two days on January 31st through February 2, 2018. When I checked into the room the room had a very foul odor and did not look as if it had been cleaned from the previous guest. When I peeled back the bedding there was hair from the previous guest on the sheets. I immediately called down to the front desk and the gentleman at the front desk stated that the hotel was full and that he did not have another room to put me in for the night. He also offered a humidifier to eliminate the foul smell of the room but stated that it would be very noisy. The front desk representative stated that their was no housekeeper on after 4:00pm and that he would come up and change the sheets. He came up to the room and apologized that the room had not been cleaned and that he was going to notify the General Manager about this issue. I asked him was this the way they treated their Gold members and he stated that the condition of the room was unacceptable. I also informed him that I would be cancelling my additional day stay and he stated that he understood. When I woke up in the morning the toilet would not flush and I called the front desk and asked to speak with the manager and also asked for the business card of the General Manager.

The staff here is great and very helpful. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our long term stay.

Nice room grate service can't wait to come back.

Nice hotel. They offer complimentary breakfast, and had a nicely kept up pool/hot tub. It was close to the freeway yet it wasnt loud. Walls were a little thin. I would stay here again.

Service was great. The walls were kind of thin so we could hear other guests but other than that it was a nice stay.

It was an ok room. Nothing to rant or rave about. The couch was dirty with stains. Not worth the price of the room.

I love this place. It is so classy the employees are wonderful and I love the social hour.

Came here on business. They had quite the good breakfast and even have a night time social with free wine and beer. Definitely recommend if you plan on cooking your own meals.

Great place, love having the kitchen, close to freeway, no noise. Evening meal 4 nights a week, pool is mostly shades :) staff friendly and efficient. Hall carpet show wear.

Nice, well-maintained Homewood Suites that's beginning to show its age. Staff works hard to keep it nice, receptions (w/food and drink) are well-planned, well-thought-through. Reasonably quiet, since it's located several blocks off of the main thoroughfare. A/C underpowered, which can be a shame in AZ heat.

The walls were a lot thicker than I have experienced in hotels in the past. And the staff were extremely nice to us.

Hotel was fine, just dated. Carpet is old and thus dirty, and the hotel smells musty and like your grandma's house. Aside from that the breakfast is nice and the hotel staff is wonderful!

Well worth it… I loved the breakfast the service the room everything was excellent service pricing top notch.

Convenient location within chandler. Very close to the highways to get to Phoenix and tucson. The couch in to ro could have been better.

Stayed 1 week. Sheets did not fit bed. Came off every nite. Stained carpet in room. Did not get dinner or hot breakfast for a day due to oven issues. Garbage truck came early at 3am to business next door. Upper Management did not seem concerned when this was reported to them. Would Not stay here again and I'm a Hilton member!

Carpet is very dirty, furniture old and worn. Food was bad and cold at times. Pool area was dirty. Staff was very nice.

I've stayed here several times over the last couple of years and noticed that the overall service quality at this location has gone way done over that time period. This was especially obvious for the breakfast … gone are the days of waffles and other full breakfast assortments, replaced by micro McMuffin things and other atrocities, hardly any of it edible.

The staff at the front desk are all so nice & helpful! The breakfast was good but I especially love the Evening Social which is a good dinner and Tressi is extremely helpful & nice. Very unexpected! The suite is clean & comfortable — a nice home away from home.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, especially Tressi. The hotel is in a great location, short drive to many places including the international airport. The rooms are always clean and having a separate living room / kitchen area makes it feel less like a hotel and more like home. Highly recommend!

Nice and clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast buffet is great. Enjoyed my stay here.

The property felt pretty dated. I also had a hard time finding it because you have to take a back street to get towards it. The room rate was attractive and I do like the larger suite room. I am giving it 3 stars because of the look and feel, generic location, and also because there wasn't much of a fitness room. If you care about the fitness room, be aware that there was one treadmill and one elliptical. There is also an exercise ball and 1 mat.

I just recently spent 2 weeks at this hometel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Fresh linens daily and clean sheets as needed or every 3rd day. Breakfast was tastey. I think the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. I didn't eat dinner at the hotel but it was available (Monday through Thursday) and smelled good. I highly recommend this place and hope to start there again soon. Give it a try and write your own review.

Parents staying from out of town over there a lot great service and making them feel at home.

Worst hotel EVER! We had someone else's towels underneath our bed and a baby rattle next to our nightstand when we walked in. Then my boys call me in the other bedroom because someone food trash was next to the bed… definitely NOT Hilton standards.

I've stayed there 4 times this year. This past weekend I stayed there and got charged $75 dollars for smoking in the room. One problem, I don't smoke, never have! I thought the room smelled a little smokie when I got it. I said something, they asked if I wanted to move, it was late didn't care. Well now I will never stay at any Hampton Inn again EVER! They just laugh at you if you question them. Asked for a manager, They said he'd call me, he didn't of course. They wanted to know who checked me in. Are you kidding me? Never ever ever! Me or anyone I know!
