Modest Choice Of Real Estate… Except For The Pictureless Backyard. A One Pool Kinda Guy With No Spa Treatment. The Virgin Building Is Accompanied By A Few Modern Twist, A Humbled Gathering Area For Nourishment, Plus A Few Good Employees… This Can Be A Winner. I Appreciate The Shout Out Owner!

It was an inexpensive place to rest our weary heads. That said, there was a dog paw print on my sheets. If I hadn't been so exhausted from driving, I would have said something. As it was, I just put a towel over it. Kind if wonder if they change the sheets regularly here.

Great location. Hospitable staff. Good breakfast selection. Clean room. Quiet. Good amenities, freezer, fridge, tv, you cable, ac. Competitive price. Will definitely be back.

Reserved a room for one day due to not being able to call to cancel I was still charged the full amount for the room. I spoke with the Manager Sheri D who was very unhelpful and not sympathetic to my issue. Other establishments have at least provided a courtesy call on the check in time. No one reached out at all spoke with corporate customer service and they were no help I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Pet friendly rooms available, basically they are tiles instead, are also first floor and have sliding doors to quick outside access.

Was charged $15 to check in early and we still had to leave because our room wasn't ready. Return an hour later, our room still wasn't ready so they put us in another room. The room was overwhelming with cleaning fumes, hair on the floor in the bathroom and shower walls. TV remote missing and found behind the bed. Desk clerk was very helpful in getting us what we needed. Will not return.

Very attentive staff. Excellent. Near resturaunts. Free Wi-Fi. Flat screen and cable. Mini fridge and microwave. Large breakfast selection. Comfy beds. Plenty of clean towels. Refreshments throughout hotel. Small closet with hangers. Iron with board and hair dryer.

Decent hotel when your budget can't afford the other options in the area. Could use a facelift but pretty clean and good amenities-pool, washer and dryer, fitness room, mini fridge and microwave. You'll sleep well knowing you've saved a few bucks.

Decent place to stay. I had to get hand bar soap and face towels from the front desk because there was none in the room. You get microwave and mini fridge. The lighting in the room is weak. Need more light! No lamp on one side of room.

This is the worst Place you can ever stay in your life, it is very disgusting nasty dirty filthy motel in the world, do not ever stay in this place it is filled with roaches it smell like mildew — cigarette, please if you love your family don’t think.

We stayed in one of the king suites and for not having much in the way of expectations, I am happy to report we were impressed.

If I could, I would give this place a 2.5 rating. It's not the worst place I've stayed at, but there were some things that are not up to par, noticeable, and are eye sores. There are stains all over the carpet in the hallway and few in the rooms. There's enough lighting for only one half of the room, the other half is very dark. I found a hair in my bed when I pulled the sheets back. I had to print out my boarding pass to fly back to OKC and the printer did not work. There was only one computer that worked at all. There were no phones in the room, so if we needed to call the front desk for help, we couldn't! Fortunately, the front desk wasn't that far from our room. The coffee maker malfunctioned. The good things: the beds were pretty clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. The fridge and microwave worked well and was clean. Would I recommend you stay here? If only you're there for no longer than 2 nights and want something cheap. The location is pretty good. It's not too far from certain restaurtants like Rudy's BBQ.

This hotel was disappointing. To start off the pool is cold, it is nice to have a pool to relax in or at least a jaquzzi. Next the rooms were small and gross. The sheets had weird yellow stains on them and were not supporting. The towels were also gross with yellow and black stains on them. Then the breakfast was bad because they had signs saying " you can't bring food out of the breakfast room. " Which isn't good for people who have disabilities and can't really go there and is also inconvenient when you just wanna grab something when you are late. Overall very unimpressed with this hotel, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Clean room, ample parking and friendly staff. Lots of activity and a bit noisy. Standard super 8 breakfast but very clean. My room was switched from a king bed which I reserved to a double queen not that I mind but worth noting.

Nothing special. Fine for the cheap price though. Except it's weird that the rooms don't have carpet anymore.

I'll try again. I stayed here a number of months and found it a great place to stay. The staff was very helpful, friendly and pleasent The manager was professional and the place was clean and I recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed at location several times, but this last stay was about a week. The toilet had poop on the side and had not been cleaned properly on arrival. Dirty towels, stained sheets, thin walls, always heard the neighbors TV up loudly, everytime my husband called, they said they would go check it out but never did. This happened nightly. The last night there they refused to change our room. Found a bed bug on my pillow that I almost placed my face on. My husband had bites on his back, arm, and hand that were itchy and formed welts. I believe he got bit by bed bugs. Maid disturbed me one day and asked if I am checking out which I wasn't because the room was reserved. The hotel staff cannot speak English very well, however they understand but choose not to answer you. Only stayed there because I didn't have any other choice at the time.

Good location, quiet, and friendly staff. However, the room was very humid and the bed sheets were dirty upon arrival. I stayed for two nights and after my first night, room service took out the trash and replaced the towels when I was away but they did not change the bed sheets nor make the beds. You get what you pay for though, I would stay again.

Thethe manager I believe where the second shift girl is super nice knowledgeable about where the restaurants off are around here I just thought she had the personality plus and maybe you should give her a raise.

There is huge roaches passing through the hall ways at night. It really was disgusting because the roach was sewer like and not afraid of humans. There is kids screaming and crying all mornings. Guest seem to live here long term.

Ok place standard issue but some strange reason they are really stingy with their towels. Funny but they are. Floor was very slippery. Had spray cover clean smell in rooms. Rooms numbered weird too. And so is the entrance to the place. Whole place is miss leading. From the start. Got what they charge and you Duke it out with them. Better ask for towels because there were none in our room. But it was clean quiet and descent place.

WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE PLEASE! My family and I were staying here for a night as our other hotel was overbooked and we seriously regret it. As soon as we get to the place the door outsides lock is broken meaning it's open to the public. As we're walking down the hall this disgusting overpowering smell of almonds is there making us nauseous. Once we enter the room we can already tell what this place is going to be hell. I went online and saw reviews talking about how there are druggies and hookers who hang out in the parking lot at night. There was BLOOD on the wall in the bathroom, hairs all over, dirty floors with foot prints, walls falling apart, etc. The desk was falling apart, there were STAINS on the cover sheet and the beds and night stand were falling apart. There were people out there at night though I didn't see any prostitution or robbing. do not stay here!

We made reservations 2 queen beds and a pet. We got there and no pet rooms were available. Went to motel 6 got a great room. Super 8 still charged the card even though we didn't stay there!

As soon as we pulled in, we noticed a lot of garbage in the parking lot, which says a lot about most of the people that stay here. Very seedy low life people hang out in the parking lots late at night into the early am hours and try to go through vehicles. Husband caught some people with flash lights after he got out of work at midnight looking through vehicles. Please if you have a pickup do not leave valuables in the back. Music was loud in the lobby area until just after 10pm which I could hear in my room right near the lobby and did not appreciate. Now the pros: No smoking signs posted, which is nice. I didn't have to smell any type of smoke at all on the first floor. I paid in cash and DID receive my $100 cash deposit back, (I am not a smoker at all. ) Stayed for one night. A lot of TV channels which was great. GM upon check-in was pleasant.

First off the location is awesome. It is right next door to a circle k gas station, we had three places to eat straight across the street and we were right next to I10 which made it very easy to get on our way. The rooms were wonderful! We had 2 dogs with us and the staff had no problem helping us set up a reservation. The service was 5 star service. We had one of our rooms air conditioners not working right and they gave us another room right away. All in all I will continue staying at this location anytime I'm in Chandler, AZ.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. This place has bed bugs. We were in the room for under 2 hours and decided to check to matresses and found tons of them. We went to let them know we wanted to leave because of how disgusted we were. The manager told us he wouldn't reimburse us it wasn't bed bugs and to brush ourselves off after laying on the beds. So unprofessional would rather lose the money than stay and get bitten up!

Horrible service while passing through Phoenix. They get a 1 because the AC blew cold and it was a room. Had to ask for towels for a 2nd person because there was only 1 set of face & hand towels but 2 body towels. Roaches in the laundry & ice machine room. Front desk is constantly unattended. Smoke detector was missing and they charged me $100 for evidence of smoke smell. The manager has very limited customer service skills. So I ask for a corporate number and she gives me this 800 number that's nothing but a bunch of advertising sales one after another. This place is a scam for what they charge. $35 a room for this specific Super 8 is suitable for the quality of stay & service. Sad thing is, they knew I was military. Lesson learned.

My visit was great! Comfortable bed and a nice free breakfast made the stay even better.

Great rooms, the bed was awesome… but the area, well "super getto" came outside and found someone asleep in the parking lot… What can you expect thats Arizona for ya.

Staff was super friendly. Hotel was relatively clean. Some towels were stained, but there were enough clean ones for me. Bed was comfy and the room was quiet. The breakfast was as promised — continental plus waffles. Sadly they had no milk for the cereal. I can't complain very much for my $54 for the night.

Great place to stay! Much better than the other cheap hotels — Super 8 has free Wi-Fi and breakfast.

Really one of the most trashy hotels I've ever stayed in. Got handed towels with dirt streaks, smoke detector and the fire sprinkler were detached from the wall, and a half broken remote g or the TV that was stuck on Nickelodeon at high volume. This could definitely be improved with better staff and renovations.

MUST READDDDD! This was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. To give you an idea, I never write reviews — good or bad. I checked into my room late at night after a long day of work. I collapsed on the bed and was laying there for a while. I got up to use the bathroom and realized that there were no towels, washrags, soap, lotion, nothing. Only toilet paper. I was too tired to call the front desk. I did the next morning and was assured that room service would clean and place all that was needed in the room by the time I got back that evening. Another long day at work and I get back to the room around 8PM hoping to see a clean room and everything I need to take a hot shower. The room hadn't even been touched. I called the front desk immediately. The woman told me that she had just seen the note that I WANTED room service 30min before I called the front desk. Shouldn't I get it by default? Anyway, she brought up two towels, one of which was dirty (black spots all over it) and 5 hotel travel bottles of shampoo. She informed me that there was no soap in the hotel. I said, "Seriously? ". She told me with no hesitation that she brought the bottles of shampoo for me to use like body wash. Are you kidding me? After I simmered in the room for a while, I called the front desk and asked to speak to a manager. He, of course was away and she (same woman) took a message. No doubt that the manager would ever receive it.

I want to start by saying thr staff is incredibly nice. You get what you pay fo though. Toilet is not secured down so it makes loud noises when sitting on it and getting up. Fridge makes constant high pitch noise. AC either runs or not. It is not automatic. The breakfast is not good. The Apple and orange juice are horrible. The pillows are nasty and our sheets have several holes in them. Including some cigarette burns. Lastly, the lighting in the room is awful and every place in the hotel smells stale. Anyways, we have survived but I don't expect to stay here again.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! This place is horrible! We had to switch rooms 3x! It's infested with bed bugs. My little sister 5yrs woke up covered in them. We weren't sure at first what they were but days later we realized it was bed bugs once we took her to a doctor. Next my mom was covered in them and now so am I! I feel so disgusted. My face, arms, neck and back are just covered in them that I want to cry. The manger, manny is no help at all. He didn't even want to show his face. Said he would talk to us, we waited 2 hours & he never showed up. He still refuses to talk to us. He refuses to shut down and do cleaning because he doesn't want to lose money so he'd rather have people get chewed up buy these bugs! We have pictures and videos of the bites, of the rooms. The towels were super dirty. If you look at the mattress it's covered in red stains and yellow! Which means bed bugs infestation! We had to use our own money to wash clothes 2x! Had been put into 3 rooms but the problem is in the whole hotel! We are currently trying to take this to the city! This is not acceptable. People's health are at risks. Please do not stay here! He refuses to work with us in anyway. These bites are so painful, goes from itching to hurting and burning. Imagine a little 5yr old trying to deal with this. I reapeat please do not book. My family and I are trying our best to take this case to the city!

For the price you cannot go wrong and great location.

The hotel was about what I expected for the cheap price, the service was helpful, but the rooms weren't great.

Bed was super comfy, very clean and nice staff, would definitely recommend it.

Grateful for this place. It has been a cozy home away from home for myself, my doggie daughter and two kitty kids. Hardly any hotels allow cats but this place does. As I had been dealing with a slumlord situation, it was imperative I get my babies and I out of there asap. I called Super 8 and spoke with Shari who upon hearing my situation, waived my pet fees. Wow. A caring staff, now that's something wonderful. I don't need fancy surroundings but I love being surrounded by humane and compassionate employees. As my fur babies were also cozy and comfortable in our Super 8 room, it made for an environment of peace, calm and endless cuddles. Amazing bonding time with my babies. It has been our home away from home during this pause in our lives as we begin our next chapter. So when my family needs a place to stay, a temporary place for our heads to lay and to call our home during the day… I'll know my worries and fears can wait because life and sleep can really be great when you choose stay at this Super 8. :-)

Had to. Wake up early (5:30AM) for a important event. Set the alarm before bed, when I awoke it was7:30am an.

Good ol Super 8. What can I say? It delivers what it promises to. Happy overall, aside from the occasional (dead) cockroach in the stairwell and green swamp-style pool but I think they're getting it fixed… I hope.

Horrible they kept my 100$ deposit for smoking in a room that nobody smoked in. The owner is a thief.

My sister made a reservation for two rooms for herself and my husband and I for the night. They only had two smoking rooms available with two beds in each room. We took the rooms due to family in town and they were staying at our place. They charged my sister twice 178.00 they said that the extra charge was for a dog. SHE DID NOT HAVE A DOG! The rooms were very dirty when we checked in the towels and shower and toilet were also dirty. I recommend that you DO NOT STAY HERE! There are several other hotels in the area that we could have stayed at Motel 6 was full otherwise we would have stayed there instead for the price we paid. The front office was dirty and you had to wait for someone to come to the front of the office. We are going to dispute this charge and contact the BBB about our experience with this hotel, they are sneaky and will add extra charges and lie to add extra charges. DO NOT STAY HERE! The place is dirty you can see if you go there and try to get a room check your beds and bathroom there was hair in the shower and bed. Gross.

I dont really recommend this play. The front desk is always vacant. Have to use lobby phone to page the receptionist. If they have room available b4 check in time why not give the customers room without early check in price ($30 really! ). This isnt Hilton Hotel, far from it. Check in time for Phoenix, Arizona area should be 9am. We know this place you can cook eggs on asfault by 10am. The Wi-Fi connection isnt that great either. Im inside the lobby using my own data to rate this. Enough said about Wi-Fi connection here. I never had this problem with other Super 8 Motel.

This motel exceeds expectations for a budget motel. The rooms are up to date and clean. There is a continental breakfast that includes waffles, and it includes free Wi-Fi. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I deliver heavy haul oversized loads and after the 3am to noon allowed running time they let me into my room at 930 am. I went through 6 hotels before this hotel took my Corporate Lodging Card. So the are awesome in my book. No complaints either about parking my heavy hauler on the lot. Lovely just lovely.
