Seen a roach and thought thats all I was going to see but sure enough it wasn't. I ended up seeing 3 more thats gross.

Over priced, ice machine didn't work, toilet stuck during night, not friendly.

Beautiful property, very clean from entrance to hallways to room. Very polite customer service, explained everything properly had to offer. Beautiful updated rooms.

Returning a phone call would be a nice start. My bumper on New car was ripped off by the concrete parking barrier. Those are put down so you don't run into the curb well the rebar that is used secure it was sticking up and caught back of my bumper. The employees all agreed it was their fault and it's been repaired. But management refuse return my calls. So I'm having to file a law suit. So unnecessary.

The hotel is newer and has good rooms. They have vending machines that only accept credit cards. What happens if you do not want to use your credit card on an easily hacked vending machine. Answer, you go next door to the other motel and use theirs! The beds are advertised as premium.

Horrible experience with housekeeping, poor drainage, morning desk clerk is very unpleasant. Needs to learn customer kindness. Breakfast was good however.

Staff is great. Accommodations are bad. Rooms are not taken care of.

Good breakfast. Relatively standard rooms (bed, bathroom, desk, tv, and chair) are somewhat older and in similar condition. Staff is friendly and helpful. Workout room available. Not easy walking access to surrounds.

Nice rooms and clean but no microwaves in any room as we were told. Not good when you work on the road. Couldn't really say anything good about breakfast but the hot food was nasty.

Wonderful room. Free breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. Special shout out to the manager Connie. Very helpful and pleasant to work with. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Fast internet. Comfy bed and spacious room.

Didn't realize it was the FIFA world cup finals. I visit family every year and this was the hotel I came to. The rooms are neat and tidy and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The Front desk personnel are very polite, courteous, and professional. With breakfast included, this is a great financial deal. That being said, I believe a notice should have been posted stating that the TV in the buffet room will be set to the soccer world cup finals. I understand the buffet hostess has to determine what channel to have the TV on based on the requests of the guests and that is difficult I'm sure. Although I requested that the TV be set to GMA, the buffet hostess obliged every other non guest, (maids in tan uniforms and others who were very familiar with the hostess), who walked in to watch the soccer finals. I also noticed one of the maid's children eating at the table as well, which that I didn't mind. Although the buffet hostess would always state that it was the request of the "other" guest every morning when I came in at 8:00 am, I speak enough Spanish to know otherwise.

Great convenient location, friendly staff, clean rooms/facilities. Prices good too for what you need and get.

Nice clean room. Overall facility is done well. Looks newly remodeled. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Plenty to eat. Would stay here again.

The staff was very kind. The room was in great shape. We really enjoyed our stay. One of the better hotels we have stayed in. There was food left accidentally in the refrigerator from another guest from the day before, but that was just an oversight I'm sure because the hotel was VERY clean and tidy. The popcorn and lemon water was refreshing after a long day of walking and shopping. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we had ever had in a hotel. It was better than my mattress at home! However, take your own pillow. I had my own pillow in the car and at 2:00 am, I almost got dressed just to go get my pillow — I knew better! (Hotel pillows are never crowd pleasures because of people preferences. ) Breakfast in the morning was a full breakfast and was hot and delicious! If we are in that area again, we will be booking this hotel again for sure and we will be referring friends to this hotel as well!

Check in was great. Kids loved the pool but it had leaves through out. Room was clean, however the down on my bed was dirty. I'm talking food or boggers on it. DISGUSTING! The bed was comfortable. The shower has mold around the edge on the caulking. We were excited for breakfast only to be disappointed. Sausage was cut up hotdogs, fried eggs piled on top of each other almost sunny side up. Waffles nasty, pastries dry. Not much to choose from. The halls were quiet, haven't heard other guests.

Definitely would recommend this location for longer-than-usual stays in the area. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds.

Stayed 3 nights. Free breakfast was very good. The kitchen staff are very friendly and serve different hot options each day. The staff are accommodating, attentive, and amiable. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. There was an incident in which we smelled something burning in the room, no smoke or fire visible. There was nothing obvious and it could have been something we had plugged in that initiated it, but we were attended to immediately and moved to a different room so they could investigate. We would stay there again next time we visit.

Easy park, absolutely exceptional customer care, above friendly staff. Kudos to the management for creating in each employee a sense of pride for a job done well, regardless of what it is.

The stay was nice the breakfast I gave it a 3 because I've never had eggs they look like they were microwaves before extinguish to be Friday the biscuits and gravy was runny and the sausage had to be microwaved also I think cuz it was real melee overall for the breakfast I would have gave this place at 5 the Fairfield across the way is a much better breakfast then the Comfort Inn.

I had an issue with my AC unit on the first night. Made this horrible metal on metal sound for like 30 seconds and woke me up. I asked if maintenance could look at it during the day and was promptly greeted with a brand new unit when I got back! Never had great customer service like that before. This place is great! Good beds with a good selection of channels for tv. Bathrooms are great and recently updated. All in all, a pretty great place to stay. Highly recommend.

The rooms were very clean, The persons you dealt with it very well. The bathroom was very clean and The beds super comfortable.

Connie her staff are great. You are not going to find a better hotel in the PhoneiX metro area than the comfort inn of Chandler. Property is always clean on the inside and outside.

I booked through Expedia. They were a little snippy with me when I checked in. (Mentioning that I was "prepaid" with plenty of eye rolling. ) Then when I left they charged a "surcharge" (which they didn't inform me about before) for every day I stayed there. The stay was comfortable for an inexpensive place, it was reasonably clean (although the elevator was a little smelly so I usually took the stairs. ) The free breakfast was passable (like what you would get at a convenience store. ) I don't think my expectations were too high; it's a discount hotel, but they probably don't rank 4+/5, more like average. However, I was upset that they charged me a "surcharge" without telling me in advance. I understand that they probably don't make as much profit on prepaid reservations, then they shouldn't list with Expedia.

Put me in the worst location next to the parking lot door. Heard door closing all night long. Slept maybe 2 hours. Also young people outside talking next to the rooms all night. Expensive crappy room. Breakfast area super cramped and hard to sit down. Terrible visit. Will try another hotel next time.

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable. I love that the breakfast is alwyas fresh.

The rooms are good but theere a little small but after all its good, there breakfast is good and after all it's a decent hotel.

Nice hotel with great business rates. Comfortable beds, nice rooms, convienient access. Definitely a place I will stay at again when in Chandler.

The rooms have doors that lead to the room next to you, but because of this, it is extremely loud. The room next to me had people yelling and screaming at each other and at their kids from 4am until 9 am… I went to ask the front desk if there was any way I could switch rooms because of how loud it was, and I was simply told no. So I checked out early, went to the Hampton inn right down the street, and actually got some rest in a quiet room. Your service should not want your guests to find another place to stay, but unfortunately, that was the case.

Nice hotel. The only part of the room that felt small was the restroom, I like the fact that the sink was separate from the actual shower and toilet area, but the room with the shower and toilet was pretty small. Definitely not a deal breaker just something to note. Would recommend and stay again when passing through.

Comfort Inn Chandler — — Phoenix South is comfortable, quiet, clean and remodeled. The lobby is modern and contemporary and the guest rooms are remodeled with new carpeting, tile floors in the bathroom, ice cold a. C. And a comfortable hybrid gel mattress. I slept better than I have in a long time. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of cereals, oatmeal, juices, eggs, ham, toast, bagels, muffins, coffee and milk.

The staff was nice, and the rooms were very comfortable. The pool was nice, and the continental breakfast was delicious!

Check in took too long and had to wait for someone to show up to do it. Room was hot and no towels. AC unit did not work very well or maybe it just took a long time to cool the room. Water temp in the shower was so hot and would never cool off even when on totally cold. Room was grubby and the bed was not comfortable. We have stayed here a few times and this was the worst. We have had a room that was nice, clean and comfortable so we probably try again.

Very pet friendly staff clean facilities, a bit tax-y if you have multiple furr-babies. In room coffee maker with the good stuff. Gym, laundry room, pool needed attention but it's was just rocks at the bottom and it looked like a dust storm blew through the area so it was that bad. Overall will return to sleep another night if possible.

Good for over night stay. 2 max in a standard king room… very small to include the bathroom. No microwave to our surprise, so we needed to go downstairs. Friendly staff though!

Booked for a five night stay in advance, the room is clean, modern, and nicely sized. The staff are very friendly and helpful, soda and ice machines are located right by the elevator on every floor and the guest washer and dryer are 24 hours. The hotel is located by the freeway and near several shopping centers. Would stay at again and recommend to others!

Clean and nice. Rooms are a bit smaller than other hotels. Only complaint is that we asked for extra pillows and were told they don't have any. Other than that, good stay and worth the money. :)

The TV controls are locked out, which means you can't change the input source and use a Chrome cast to watch Netflix. It's completely unacceptable to intentionally limit a paying customers choice like this. I'll never stay at a Comfort Inn again.

Great hotel good prices and clean up to date rooms.

It was a decent room. When reserving the room on line it didn't say the pool was out of order. My kids were so excites to go swimming and having a good time. We checked in left and came back early to swim but when I asked front desk what time it closed we were just then notified that it was going to be out till Monday. This should have been on your website, if I would have known that from the beginning I would have never stay here. My kids were so sad it hurt to see the look on there sweet faces. Even when checking in we were not notified that it was not in service. I will never come back. L to this hotel in the future. You should always notify your guest of such thing if not its bad customer service on your part.

A regular customer staying at hotel because of work. Baseball spring training in town and there goes the gouging rooms double in price. I am now boycotting. Hope the off season doesn't bite them for gouging their regulars!

5-Star experience. The hotel accommodated my late arrival and was courteous and efficient when I arrived to check in. The room was clean and comfortable, has free Wi-Fi and plenty of electrical outlets. The free breakfast had plenty of variety and was more than adequate. My only negative comment is that the room had a strong smell of deodorizer/air freshener when we arrived… which I've endured before in hotels that were trying to mask the smell of cigarette smoke — but there was no evidence of an underlying odor here. For a roadside hotel, this Comfort Inn is very nice. I'd definitely stay here again.

It was great! The location is somewhat distant from actual shopping or grocery places, but it's right next to the freeway which is very convenient! The rooms are clean, cozy, and nice. The service is, as usual, pretty great as well! The only down side would probably be that my bathroom door does not close and on one spot of the wall, it has a little patch of dried paint that was dripping down. But other than that, everything else is great! And for the ladies, it has a big, spacious, and nice bathroom.

First room had a wet spot from the AC unit but they quickly switched us to a different room. The rooms are nice and the location feels really safe. Overall enjoyed this hotel and would go back.

We stayed there in July with my husband, I had a broken leg. The little Asian girl in the front desk was very nice when we were checking in but she put us in to a dirty room. We waited in the hallway while they cleaned it but the little Asian girl that checked us in started being rude and confrontational. We were understanding that we were accidently checked into a dirty room and she was unprofessional with her replies to my questions. She even told us we were welcome to leave if we weren't happy. We weren't allowed to stay another night because she said it was already booked, but I know it wasn't true because the parking lot was empty. We stayed at the hotel next door for the rest of the week and noticed the hotel was never busy like she said. The way we were treated is unacceptable. We won't be back, and we will make sure we tell our friends.
