Friendly staff but the building is old and it shows. Room was fine. Pool was nice and clean. Lots of parking.

It was simple and provided a good bed when it was needed. The gentlemen that greeted us was polite and thorough, even explaining how to get past an odd issue with the door. The breakfast was also simple, do it yourself, but slightly lacking. Otherwise, not bad at all.

This is differently by far one of the worst places I've stayed at. The rooms are ok size but toilet runs, missing towel rack, door to hallway has huge cracks, around the a/c window unit were cracks that I can stick my finger through to the outside. Walking to our room on the 3rd floor we smelt the scent of marijuana. Told the manager and didn't even care. To top everything off there were also bugs. I took a picture to have proof. The front of the hotel should have been my first indicator but I didn't want to judge a book by it's cover. The only thing I liked about the hotel was the pool. I've stayed and numerous hotels so I can be a judge of hotels. If your on the fence I would Definitely say NO.

Bad experience and a VERY rude owner/ Manager. I booked the room by phone from the Super 8 website for X amount of dollars, when I got my bill next day I found out they over charged my by $35+ and whats nu7e+ worse was they chargedmy credit card account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and straight lied to me that they will not charge my card until checkout next morning… Watch out for that. I am filing a report with the Bibb and local authuritys for illegally charging my card without my authorization. The rooms were filthy dirty, we didn't even feel comfortable enough to take a shower. Inexperienced employees, complete ripoff, and a horrible experianced. I would not recommend this place at any level at all.

Smells like weed in the hallways. Crumbs of food everywhere. No open electrical outlet in the room. You'll need to unplug something vital if you want to charge your phone. Lake side view is underwhelming. However, if money is an issue, then book here.

Nice staff but the room I was in was not the best… a little paint on the walls (or maybe just washing them) would go far and the main entry area and hall smelled of sewer gas. Beds were clean and I did sleep fairly well… they may have trouble staying in business as there are new hotels going up everywhere.

My room is clean and the bed comfortable, but the overall feel of this Super-8 is not good. The general appearance is that no one cares about the property. This property does not reflect well on the Super-8 brand or on Wyndham Hotels.

Avoid. Avoid. Door lock was damaged. Window had stick to keep closed. Curtains had burn marks. Nothing has been done to update anything. Water damage. Paint peeling. Worse Super 8 ever stayed.

Affordable and quiet when we visited. A little run down, but clean and comfortable.

This is seriously, and I mean seriously, the worst hotel me and my boyfriend have ever stayed in! It’s so disgusting, the bed is really hard, there is blood on the ceiling, TV doesn’t work, sink doesn’t drain, only one ice machine and it’s on the first floor! I seriously hate this place … I wish we didn’t stay here … :/ it is really really bad! Even if it was free I wouldn’t stay here again!

This place is very clean and the building is older but that doesn't really matter because it's been well maintained over the years the staff is on point with helping you with what ever you need and in a timely manner as well. They have a spa and pool area. They are close to the best restaurants in havasu and they have 3 stories to choose from one side of super 8 has a great lake and Mountain View.

This place was a horrible experience. The receptionist was too busy on the phone to help us. We specified for a first story room, but we had to be on the second floor. The room was rancid. There was some sort of furniture stains on the walls and ceiling. Their idea idea of a closet is some metal bars strapped on the wall. The place smelled like weed. Though the worst part for me was when I washed myself with a washcloth only to find some nasty looking brown stain on it (there was also some other nasty looking thing on the toilet paper roll). Not to mention the outlet couldn't hold my phone charger, because it was falling off the wall. The mirror had some smudges on it. The hair dryer didn't work. The ceiling had black stains on it as well as the wall too. This extended to the stairwell too (note there isn't an elevator. ). The hot tub was a different color than the pool. I guess the best way to describe this place is a run down older, can barely call it a, hotel that I genuinely wanted to run away from. I would have rather used an air bnb, because I would assume that people don't like washing themselves with mysteriously stained wash cloths. This was not worth the $100 a night.

Their customer service was friendly and the hotel was nice and we'll kept.

No hot water, (hotel was at full capacity due to a fair) window rattled in a wind storm. Their employees were extremely pleasant and helpful though.

This place is a dump, There's paint falling off the ceiling stains on the ceiling in spider webs in the corners of the ceiling and the and the walls. The floors in the bathroom or dirty. The rug in the Room is Completely filthy. The window is breaking out of the frame. Yeah I would not recommend staying here…

This place is in a good spot. The people are nice. Its a little run down But worth the money.

Was not as clean as it was when we stayed in Aug 2016 gross tub food for breakfast was all over cereal on floor horrible.

It was very nice and clean and they had a great continental breakfast. I really enjoyed the room with my friend. He enjoyed the room. I liked it cause it had a pool and a spa.

Very clean Staff not very sociable. Smelly room. Not in the Super8 standard.

Very pleased with my stay here. It's a short drive from the city center and much cheaper than other hotels in the area. Would definitely stay here.

The pool was super low maintenance and turned my hair green. Room was great though.

Good if basic stop opportunity going across, with good food options in area even coming in late. Hotel rooms are very basic and our room was not very clean. Very friendly staff and breakfast is limited. Good view to the lake from our hotel room.

My boyfriend and I visited Lake Havasu for my 23rd Birthday. I didn't expect much based on past experience stays at similar hotels… but I was completely blown away with how warm and welcoming the staff were and how clean my room was! Check in was a breeze and the gentleman at the front counter was very helpful, giving me a map of the lake, different places to visit as well as a discount card for local food places. We will definitely be staying at this Super 8 location the next time we visit! Thank you for you amazing customer service and for making us feel so welcome!

The rooms were okay. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Clean and they didn't stink, which is a plus. At night time though there were people hanging around outside in the lot which was disturbing because why were they just hanging out in a parking lot all night? And after I had went to the casino across the lake and had a night cap back in town I went to the motel to find people still in the lot and then I could not get past some young lady sprawled out in the stairwell. I literally had to step over her and all her belongings (a purse, food, trinkets, cell phone and other little stuff) which were scattered on the landing with her bent over past out with her phone hanging out of her hand. Other then that it was fine.

The rooms are clean, people are nice, and overall everything is good! I would recommend it!

According to the category, it is a pleasant motel with everything you need. Wi-Fi, breakfast and clean rooms.

Worse super 8 ever lady in front told me as soon as I walk in a/cs might not be working threw cash back at me when I didnt have a card to hold said that I might smoke in the room with my 2 children how insulting wont be going back.

Great place to spend the night and not break the bank. Clean room, hot shower, and free breakfast in the morning. Enjoyed my stay will do it again when in Lake Havasu City. Wonderful night staff, friendly, informed and helpful.

It's very friendly and clean and the view of the lake is absolutely beautiful.
