Worst room I have ever stayed in! Front door doesn’t seal, you can see in the room from the outside with the door closed. Smell is horrific! Sheets are so old they feel like sand paper. Bed was pretty much springs with fabric over them. Paid $169 for a night it isn’t worth 29.99 a night. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! Ever! Unless your desperate go somewhere else.

Great motel! The rooms are clean and nice and have all the commodities. The owners are extremely gracious and helpful. I always stay here when in town.

Ok place. Dated. Boat parking was. Convenient. Skip their breakfast. Dining area small old and cluttered. Towels are old and torn. Bring your own. Close to the water and boat ramp. Overall a 5 out of 10.

Location is pretty close to London bridge. It was definitely a no frills budget hotel. Even though it was non smoking the room smelled horribly of decades old smoke. Otherwise there was ample parking. Breakfast is pretty small but free, has a waffle maker, juices, coffee, and cereal. We were on the ground floor, so we couldn't see the lake, I'm not sure if the top floor can. The person who greeted us was prompt, attentive, and courteous. The towels were extremely small, thin, and sand paperish. They had a lot of nice pillows though! It suited our needs for the most part, except for the smoke… I probably wouldn't stay here again due to the smell. We were in room 114. So maybe the other rooms don't smell?

I'd give a 5 star rating but it's not a hotel. There was a pretty decent breakfast in the morning with "make your own waffles" and some other stuff too. It was quiet and there was enough parking for the motel being full. I'd stay again. Oh, and the a/c kicked ass!

We stayed for two nights, when we got to our room it smelled very strongly as cigarette smoke, we went to inform them because the rooms are non smoking and the guy at the desk was a huge jerk, telling is it couldn't possibly smell like smoke because they are non smoking rooms and claiming he was just in the room spraying air freshener but refused to come down and smell it, my family was in other rooms and they smelled fine, I told him I wasn't going to stay in a room that smelled like that and wanted my money back and that I would stay in a family members room he refused to allow that so he moved us to a new room, well the shower ceiling of our now nee room was about to cave in, and anytime the people above would shower water would be pouring down from the ceiling. I refuse to go back because of how poorly the customer service was.

We come here twice a yr an have always used this hotel/motel… The man that runs the desk (David) is the reason we come BK. Makes us feel more than welcome Everytime. But this time… I'm not coming back after this visit. The. Owners are rude, unfriendly, and my room was pretty dirty. Other people's hair left in the shower N sink, not clean. The pool has mold around it, I will be looking for another place to stay next yr. Sorry David. Keep up all your good work, YOU should be the owner.

Well, it's definitely not the Hyatt or Hilton. For the price it's good. I've stayed there a couple times now and they are slowly updating. New flat screen TV's and new furniture around the pool. The staff is very friendly and very helpful and the rooms are clean. The motel is conveniently located. I would recommend this motel for families on a budget.

This place was great, old, outdated yes, but it was clean, the pillows we're better than some 5 stars I have stayed at and the ac was so nice and cold. The room was cleaned throughly throughout the stay. I liked it and will say again. A bonus it had a mini fridge and a microwave!

Older generation will love the peace and quiet. Room was comfortable, shower was great, lots of pillows! The pool was clean and inviting. Will stay there again if we go that direction.

The room was clean, the breakfast was nice. The young man who gave us the room was kind and we'll informed. The only glitch was at check out. We were at breakfast with friends and we were worried about about being late for checking out. I called and the person I spoke with wasn't very helpful. We had to return to check out so we wouldn't have to be 30 min. Late he was threatening to charge another days rate for 30 min. Only one bad apple.

OK for the price. 1 tiny piece of soap but I took some with me. Bed was comfortable. People in the next room sounded just like they were in the next room. The door connecting the rooms must have been paper thin, every conversation, sneeze, laugh was heard!

Easy check in and check out… friendly staff. I would give 5 stars, but we found hairs on the night stand and pillow that we're not our own — so I'm uncertain how often the bedding gets changed.

Clean overall. Rooms need remodeling. Would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. Beds slept good.

The room was nice for the price. Nothing fancy. The pillows were as flat as pancakes. But over all I was happy with this place. It was clean and quiet. I would stay here again for sure.

Im a low keyed budget minded person. And this place is perfect. Nice and clean and well maintained. Free breakfast. Owners are very nice.

Great prices, for decent rooms. Nice TV's, a mini fridge, microwave, comfy beds, friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, breakfast and a pool!

The beds were hard as rocks. My daughter's room had blood stains on the safe in the room. She did not see it until we were leaving. She took pictures. The motel is a very bad choice. I wish I could give it less reviews.

It's a budget motel and you get what you pay for, which isn't a bad thing. I payed much more for the same quality. The staff was nice so far and the rooms are good enough for a few days. Wi-Fi is free and works good in most rooms. There's enough parking space (even for boats), a pool with a nice seating area in the shadow and a simple breakfast with coffe, some juice, cereals and waffles. The location is good as well as the lake is only 5 minutes away with car.

I liked it. For 45 bucks I expected it to be not likeable but it was just for 1 night after a great day on the lake and I didnt feel like driving back to vegas. But it was clean, near just about every store and restaurant and walking distance to the lake. Its quiet, Safe atmosphere and my new low price motel for my family and I when we visit Lake Havasu.

This place is terrible. It smells, the shower barely works, the door doesn't open properly. Pool is dirty, fridge is in dire need of a defrosting. Walkway feels unsafe.

This hotel is great to go for families, freinds, and more. I am glad when me, my sister, and mom attended this nice hotel we were greeted by great customer service and a great room. Definetly recommend for a vacation.

Second time here and always a great stay. Gentlemen at front desk is always very kind and helpful. I seen bad reviews but I ignore them because you can't please everyone. When I come to visit family in lake havasu this is where I always will stay.

Very quiet. Water pressure in the shower was good and water was hot. Decor out dated but clean.

Wifi was very fast. Breakfast was decent for an inn (cereal, toast, coffee). Affordable rates. Fridge and microwave in room. Old rooms, could be a bit cleaner. Sheets could be replaced by new ones. AC was SUPER NOISY! Coffee had to be held in styrofoam cups. The waffle maker was on but no batter. In short: decent, affordable place to stay but don't expect too much.

Cute quaint little motel. Very friendly and helpful. Just loved our stay. I was there as a makeup artist si I had a case full of makeup and wanted to enjoy some beach time. Kay at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She let us keep our supplies with her after checkout so we could enjoy the day on the beach. My daughter also left her necklace in the room and they quickly returned it to us when we came back to pickup our cases. Loved it. Awesome customer service!

We attempted To use Triple A card By switching Names But The price Was exactly the same. Why Mike Went through the routine Only God knows truly. The London Lady Did Refund A day For our brother Because he left early This was honorable Thank you.

There rooms smell like ass! Period.

Couldn't get hot water out of the shower because the faucet was old and didn't work right. The toilet backed up in the middle of the night. I emailed the management the next day (we checked out early), got the standard "we are available any time to fix things you should have called us" reply. In my opinion, the shower is broken, it's broken and I don't want to be in a towel while someone comes in to fix it at 9 p. M. A toilet backing up could happen any time but it was something we couldn't even fix (re: wiggle the plunger, etc) and, again, don't want to be calling to fix at two a. M. It was only $50, but I want a hot shower at least.

We were going to stay their one night. The room was small, but the bathroom was like it was in a closet and the air conditioner did not work. My husband is disabled and we need to have at least a working air conditioner. It was 113 degrees in Lake Havasu that day. So we went to dinner to see if the room would cool down. By the time we got back it was still hot. So we checked out of the hotel within a couple of hours of checking and recieved no refund. We were told since we already paid they could not refund the amount. Would not reccommend.

Although the staff was amazing and friendly the hotel itself is old and out dated. Sad to say. My socks were a filthy BLACK from walking around the room! All my kids feet were black when they climbed into the to bath it was disgusting! I made them wear their shoes the whole time. Not especially clean environment. So glad I didn't have a black light. Won't be going there again. I'll save you some time and money. Book somewhere else! Trust me.

I was at the windsor on august 8 2011, and I can say without a dought thta I will return to this small motel, cause I had a ghreat time. The people that run the place are friendly and very help in all aspect. The room was clean, TV work, had a regrigirator and microwave oven in the room which was very helpful after the movie the wife and I bought frozen pizza and wham. The pool was heat, hey it cost me $47.00 and the Windsor is in the middle of all other motel and hotel. The london bridge was minutes away by car easy parking spaces. Best time to go is monday thru wednesday. You can have the whole lake havasu to your self. Well ill c-you all in the funny papers, Chico from 29 Palms California, Marine Corp Base.
