Breakfast was good, nice room, pool, overall nice hotel and good location.

Check in went well super helpfull and very nice afternoon staff. A plus for sure the guy and girl at night are great. However I wake up go to breakfast I was less then pleased that is the food you find at a best Western no hot meal whatsoever. I go to ask the front desk is that all they will be serving I was met with a rude attitude telling me I am aggressive 5 times wouldn't answer the very simple and calm question. I will be contacting management strictly about here I am now upset and have to go to another place for breakfast. I hold hilton to much higher standards.

Bed was like sleeping on a card board box! Breakfast was a huge disappointment! Cereal, wrapped muffins, wrapped bagels, and yogurt. That’s it! $250/night and this is what we get and not even a lake view?! This will be our last time here.

Couldnt get the Wi-Fi to work at all. Big black cricket jumped out of the bed on to the floor, and the so called breakfast was a muffin, a power bar and a warm bottled water. For a 221 dollar room I expected a little more in my opinion.

It's the best hotel worth the money. They have a delightful morning breakfast, wonderful heated pool & Jacuzzi. Cookies and a drink station all day in the lobby. Maids sleep with the hotel guest I have proof very bad experience will not recommend a place where these girls sleep with any man not caring if they are married or not have a family or not!

As a manager for Hilton's, I believe this facility has staff that needs to be more focused and efficient towards their guests.
The facility is clean and has a great appearance, but the issue here is the front desk night crew.
I ordered some towels and showers items and it never showed up, I called them and re-requested them 3 hours later and it never showed up and for for better or for worst, the pool was also out of order.
I don't think they have the Hilton's standards.

Havasu is a great place for fun and entertainment! The hotel staff Carole provided friendly service remembered us from our last visits to the hotel! Breakfast was perfect beautifully presented and delicious! Pool great and refreshing, good conversation with staff member who was taking care it after the storm the previous night had passed.

It took 2 hours to check-in today. Lauren at the front desk was beyond rude. Then they left only one large towel in our two queen “suite”. I called for more and they said it would take at least an hour and a half for them to be available. They were still being dried. They are understaffed to say the least and this young man doing “cleaning and maintenance” also gave us attitude as we waited for 2 hours for our room in the lobby. The peanut butter cookies were the only good thing.

Great breakfast, good value and the hotel backs up to the boat parking for the lake and a shallow but less crowded boat launch.

Large event and the AC was not working… it got a little warm! Other than that hotel is beautiful …

I was more than happy with the service here. After being delayed for hours I was worried about my room not stop being reserved. It was a sold out weekend and she was ready for me when I got there and was so sweet. I was pleased beyond. Thank you!

Recently remodeled they were still working on it when we were there. The pool is great and the hotel is walking distance from the water. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Great place for families. Room rates are very reasonable in the summer. London bridge is only a short distance.

I travel a great deal. This is the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. The front desk staff is very nice, professional and friendly. Evening reception was great! They served Salad, Pizza and soft drinks. Service was outstanding!

The hotel rooms have been remodeled and are very comfy. I especially liked the bright lighting in the bathroom and the built-in night light was a very nice surprise. Didn't use the pool or eat the complimentary breakfast, but it smelled good! I would recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

This Hampton Inn has undergone some serious upgrades. The place looks amazing. The views from the pool are amazing. The pool is big and spacious. Updated all around with new patio furniture. Rooms are typical of Hampton Inn's. The lady at checkin was very nice. The place doesn't even look like the old photos on Google. This is one of the nicest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. Great deal for this quality hotel.

Was there during massive construction and remodeling project. Was a maze to find the front desk. Parking was taken up by construction crews, had to get new keys after locks were changed. Hopefully my review will be 5 stars after the remodel is done.

Didn't stay at hotel. Went for an event. Hotel is under renovation. Parking with a trailer was horrid. I ended up having to back all the way around the building with my trailer just to get out of the parking lot. Not very fun with a parking lot full of hi dollar hot rods.

Love Lake Havasu! Hampton Inn is great. It's still under construction. Can't wait to go once the pool opens. It's going to be beautiful. Room has refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Good lighting in the room and free standard Wi-Fi, since we are students we are always doing school stuff when we are there. Business center let's you print from your device and gives you a code to print. I really enjoy ever stay here. One thing to watch is the doors don't close good so be sure to double check them before you leave.

We have stayed at this facility several times and loved it BUT we made reservations in July 2017 for our March 2018 stay, and told that pool was being renovated and would be ready for our stay. What a disappointed when we pulled up to see demolition in front and pool area destruction zone. Rooms were "renovated" very inconveniently and only partly done. They installed a "fashionable barn style" door that was for bathroom and closet, so if someone is getting clothes from closet and someone coming out of bathroom there was a problem and possible injury. Parking is a nightmare with not enough parking. Two nights two rooms were forced to park two blocks away and needed to walk back to hotel. Very pricy for staying in a subpar facility would not recommend staying. Rooms also were not cleaned properly. Look into other accommodations.

I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very good. Normally I toss and turn at hotels, get hot/cold and wake up during the night, but not here. The bed was great, bed covers comfortable, ac/heating system worked very well and kept a nice even temp. Breakfast is one of the best I've had and there seemed to be something for everyone, including healthy options which was nice (instead of just cereal and waffles). I'm excited to see what this looks like when their full remodel is complete, but my room was very nice and comfortable.

The service has been excellent, and the rooms well fitted and clean. It's currently late February '18 and the hotel is undergoing some updates. They are constructing a new pool, lobby and service areas, so there have been some minor inconvenience. The hotel will be beautiful when construction is complete.

Building under renovation. Rooms 97% completed. Clean, good location, friendly staff willing to please. Smaller than typical Hampton Inn since Building purchased from Holiday Inn. We stayed in rear Building, so we had a door to parking lot and door back toward office etc. Suggest they do all they can to be sure doors are finished well. Ours slammed loudly and daylight visible through door edges. Nice workout room! Equipment in good shape. Breakfast in two rooms with decent selection. They are clearly doing a good job while improving the hotel.

Was promised that construction would be done. Lake view room was mainly view of a pool with no water and all dirt around it and half of the lake view was a view of the hotel. Heater and a. C. Did not work. Was not comped or given extra rewards for a future stay. Staff was nice and I understand they are not at fault. Hampton ITSELF I'm extremely disappointed with.

Great place, but under construction. We went there to see the balloon festival which was kind of a bust. The breakfast was great, staff was friendly and the driver was very helpful.

The rooms here are being renovated and are mostly quite nice. The room was clean and well furnished. However, some things have not been renovated such as the doors which are difficult to open and close and the ac units (mine did not work at all). Also, the walls are very thin and I was able to hear every detail of my neighbors conversation at 6 AM. I realize this is not the management's fault but it still detracts from the quality of the room. The included breakfast was of mediocre quality but there was a very large selection of food to choose from. Overall, it will be a nice hotel once renovations are complete but I wouldn't highly recommend it.

If I overlook the state of the absolute mess the renovation of this hotel is (I can't even believe they would attempt to continue to operate with a mess of this scale), this stay was decent. The included breakfast was great, and the staff were fantastic. The room I stayed in, looked top notich. I will lower my ratings because the new room which I stayed in had a super squeeky bed frame, (which is weird for something so new), the air conditioner sounded like a freight train, and although it looked nice, there was shotty workmanship everywhere (like drawers that wouldn't open, and doors that couldn't close). Add that to the fact that the iron put stains on my shirt. This resort is reasonably well located though, about 15 minutes walk from the London Bridge, although at night, there is no lighting.

It's know Ritz but I give the Hampton a 5 star because we've had a great service and the rooms are nice. The room we have is overlooking the lake so great views. First time staying in lake Havasu so really wasn't sure what to expect.

Located near the London bridge, easy to find. Free parking. Really comfortable beds we had. Breakfast (included) was great, with enough options to choose from. I believe that after the renovation this hotel will be even more great.

I just wanted to say that the night auditor Tracy is a outstanding employee and she values the clients who are staying The Hampton Inn. My husband, daughter, extra small dog and myself stayed in room 342. When we arrived for check in they also had cookies up front which my daughter and husband enjoyed. When we got to our room we were amazed by the view we had as well as the cleanliness of our room. We had a little trouble with our television but it was a bad storm outside that night but Tracy fixed that issue and made sure we feltwelcomed. Their breakfast is delicousWe will return here in a few weeks for another family get away. Excellent place to stay!

Great place to stay. Quality you come to expect. 1/4 mile walk to the beach. They are remodeling right now so the pool was closed. Breakfast was great, lots of selection, kids approved, two thumbs up.

If it's up to 121 degrees outside and I'm paying $100+ for a hotel, I expect A/C that I can fully control. When "max cold" gets the room down to about 85, I'm displeased. Also, this property is definitely older and due for some serious updating.

Certainly not a 4 star hotel. May be a 2.5 star at best. Took 50 min to check us in even though we are the only guests in line. Rooms were unacceptable until third time. Even so it came with some issues such as closet door does not work, toilet flush does not function properly. They were fixed upon request but only marginally! Breakfast is sub par as per Hampton Inn standard. Only positive is the property's convenient location!

I travel a lot for work. Whenever I'm in this area I stay at this hotel. They never disappoint, the staff are always friendly, their rooms are always clean and they're always accommodating. The hotel has a great location being close to the London Bridge and all the restaurants. Also walking distance to chabones and a Sunday farmers market. I recommend this hotel to all my co-workers when they travel through that area.

Stayed here with family this past weekend. Very friendly staff, also very clean. Nice pool and good breakfast. My son left his shoes in the room when we left. They called us when they found them. Since we live out of town they offered to mail them back to us. Will absolutely be staying here again on our next trip to Havasu!

Traveling with two children and two pets. Double queen suite was clean and comfortable. Carol at the front desk was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was perfect.

Hotel was ok. The Pool is very small. The place doesn't offer much.

My daughter used one of there meeting rooms to get married, she lived in Lake Havasu and had a friend who worked at the hotel. We came in on Saturday night and had no waiting at the front desk. The room was a little small, but the beds where comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and breakfast had enough choices to keep my picky eater full.

The outside of the building is plain, but the inside is clean and comfortable. The room was very clean (seemed like new carpet) and spacious. Everything you expect from a hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Fitness center was a bonus for us. Usually hotels provide the minimum equipment in a tiny room, but this had 4 treadmills, a bike, an elliptical, weight bench, full weight set, medicine balls, two large TVs, etc. And the room was still large enough for some floor work. We brought our dog and so they put us in a room close to the outside so I could walk her easily, that was nice.

$187 for one night that may have been worth $60. Had to wait an hour after check in for our room. It smelled of new paint, the heater nor the a/c worked. Called the front desk and the maintenance man said it must have a short. Nothing else was done. Wallpaper was peeling off the bathroom walls, there was something spilled on the walls and not wiped clean, could have been coffee spilled none the less it was there and looked bad. The breakfast I was told was a "full" breakfast. Really? Oatmeal, terrible tasting cold sausage, bagel "toppers", cereal, toast and make your own waffles. If this is a full breakfast I must have been receiving the best possible elsewhere this summer. I have received a nicer and more filling meal in a motel/hotel of a lower caliber at a much better price. Very over rated and we will never come back. Complained at check out and NOTHING was offered for our unhappy visit. Make sure you don't pay this much at this hotel, no balcony and no view (the parking lot was it). There is no bar or lounge on the premises either. The bed was comfortable, shower adequate. What a waste of nearly $200 bucks.

I've looked at the reviews and it appears that if you are planning on showing up around 9 to 10 PM on Friday night during the boating season, you might have to wait a little while to get booked into a room. Other than that it looks like people seem pretty happy with the place. When I travel with kids, I have found this place (and nearly all Hampton Inns) to be friendly, patient and most of all reasonably priced. It does look like you might be able to get a better rate if you book through one of the travel sites or have AAA.

The hotel was under construction during our stay so its difficult to say what it be like when completed. Overall the facility was average but at a high price of $135 + taxes. During the week was quiet, but then Saturday morning all the California boating families had arrived for the free breakfast. If you like quiet would highly recommend a higher floor. Pool was refreshing and clean. Spa was being remodeled. Work out room and business center were very handy.

This place only does the least as possible to keep the Hilton name. Front desk was so slow then didn't understand how my diamond reward account worked.
