Motel was in a good location. Room was clean and bed comfortable. A/c worked fine. Good quiet nice slee. Front desk friendly and easy check in/check out.

Considering this is a spring break retreat, this place was exactly what I expected. Other than the convenience of being right by the lake, not much to say. If I ever head back to Lake Havasu, I am going to spend a little extra money to stay somewhere else.

Nice clean room. One of the wall lights was going out and flickering, so it wasn't useful. TV sound very poor. Easy access. Indian lady at the front desk was quite nice and helpful. Much more so than some motels.

Excellent stay again. Friendly staff and walking distance to lake. renovated clean room. This is a totally fake review. I did not post a it. I have stayed there only once about two weeks ago and will not "stay again". How this has has been posted under my name I have no idea… — David Baker.

Uhhh. It's on the water. So that's nice. Did not feel very clean at all. I travel for work and stay at all kinds of motel 6.

The cleaning and service gives much to be desired. Great view. Seedy neighborhood. And NO POOL or hot tub.

Feeling big brother is watching… no coffee in morning #sucks… Rude management. Beds sucks spend the extra money for Travelodge clean rooms good breakfast Pleasant staff.

Never again! Initially placed in room with dirty walls, clogged sink, and right next to the exit door. Heard people (very loudly) coming and going from 2:30am-6:00am. Asked to move rooms and initially looked a lot better. Not the case. Top blanket had a hole and cigarette burn hole, dirty sheet, and toilet that would not flush. Dont stay here. Ever.

The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep … I got a king size bed but only two pillows. Very noisy… Had someone at 4am knock like forty time for that room upstairs to open. Just to much going on. Didn’t get no sleep st all.

Exceptional. Every time I stay at this motel 6 the front desk clerks are very friendly. And always clean room. I work at pharmacy and usually stay here once a a month for 3to 4 days. And the place always clean. Friendly desk clerks.

Rooms were fine. Being right next to London Bridge and solid resturent spot is nice. I'd probably stay again. Check in was easy.

Basic rooms clean and spacious. Like the hardwood flooring. No shampoo hairdryer in room but we ask the desk clerk and they provided us. A great location to London Bridge.

Motel was in a good location for walking to the London Bridge and other sites in downtown. It really was a 'bare bones' hotel. Soap supplied but no shampoo etc; never been to a motel that didn't have that. Beds were comfortable. Floors were fake wood. Plenty of restaurants to walk to. Innkeepers were a friendly family and the motel was clean.

Very upsetting! We went to check in and the room wasn't quite ready which was ok since we were early. We got a key and went to visit family. We returned at 9 pm. Carried all our luggage in and got our dog settled in the room. First off I paid for a non smoking queen bed, microwave, and fridge. There was a double bed with sheets burned from cigarettes. There was a microwave but no fridge. The room was hardwood floors and seemed so cold and uncomfortable. My husband goes to use the bathroom and yells to me not to open any luggage. There were a couple cockroaches running out the bathroom! We took pictures and immediately called the motel down the street to see if they could take us in. I ran down to the front desk to demand my refund. The husband starts my refund as the wife is walking out asking what's going on. She claims they were just remodeled so there's no way they have roaches. She wanted to see them for herself. She came to the room as were rushing to get our luggage out. She couldn't see any and refused to look at the pictures we took. Never stay here! Our stay was to begin dec 30, 2017.

I was very pleased with the stay. Your people were very helpful. The room was nicely furnished, however, there was a chemical odor. Opening the window helped get it better.

Clean and courteous. Can hear the showers running in other rooms through the plumbing, but not the people. 4 stars for a Motel 6.

Worst place ever me and my girl called Thursday night and wanted a room for two nights they told me over the phone that it would be around $160 and that was it when we got there the lady was very rude to us and just because the way we looked like she told us there was a $100 deposit then started going off on us for no reason so we left and went to another motel that only cost $116 for two nights and only charged a $50 deposit we will never ever stay at another motel 6 n r lives if anyone wants a cheaper price or better service go to the travels inn they r a lot nicer than motel 6

Probably one of the worst Motel 6 I've ever stayed in. Desk clerk East Indian) could barely speak understandable English, carpet looked like they did oil changes on a car there, tiny rooms, pillows like sacks of concrete, adjoining rooms showers running water sounded like a jet airplane taking off. A real nightmare motel 6!

I just checked into the Motel 6 and I just checked out what a shitbox the smell was so bad that I almost puked the rooms are so small and dirty no A/c I dont Recommend Drove down the street to the Quality Inn much better for the same price.

Made a reservation the night before and came in and said it won't be ready till a couple hours. Then came back and said had to ready another room cause someone paid for mine but after a few minutes they finally got me a room. Staff were not aware that there's someone inside the room and came back twice for house keeping. Didn't even mentioned that had to check out a certain time so had to leave as soon as I can or will pay for the remaining. Because of that someone just casually opened the door while I'm still in my room changing.

Me and my family were not happy. The AC unit didn't work properly. Also we paid a lot of money and they didn't do anything to fix it.

This Motel 6 in Lake Havasu is very well maintained. It has been newly remodeled, and our room was pristine. The bathroom was unusually comfortable for this chain. The corner tub had a seat and a grab bar. The mini fridge and microwave were appreciated. The desk staff is courteous, and quality is obviously a priority. Lake Havasu is not an inexpensive place to stay, and the price was excellent. Some travelers would notice the absence of a pool, but Havasu is all about the lake, with easy beach access.

This is the cleanest and newest looking motel 6 I have stayed at. I was very happy with the service and my room. Spacious bath. No view but a great location and you can't beat the price.

Lately I have found Motel 6s, including this one, to be good values when I'm passing through an interesting tourist town and need a place to stay for a night. They seem to be trying for a sort of Bauhaus influence in their room decor — — simple almost to the point of institutional — — but everything works, including such now-basics as Wi-Fi and reasonably well located outlets and lighting. My only minor complaint about this particular hotel was that even though I arrived at a typical late-afternoon check-in time, there was no one at the front desk. I pressed a doorbell-like "press for service" chime on the counter — — twice — — and a few minutes after the second press the person tending the desk arrived and seemed totally surprised to find me, an actual customer with a reservation, standing there waiting. After that, everything was OK.

Meth heads wandering the halls and in the parking lot all night smoking up, "Free Wi-Fi" is a complete joke — it's an unsecured old Netgear router that barely delivers 0.1 Mbps (I had to tether my tablet to my cellphone just to check email). The parking lot is infested with fire ants, as is the entire property — which means you always have to watch your feet. Thermostat in the room was either 80 degrees or 70 degrees all night — choose whether to freeze or sweat. The lobby smells lawful and the family that runs the property is rude and unhelpful — do NOT stay here.

Horrible place I will not stay here again. We got two hotels one room at each hotel we had a pregnant girl a child and a old lady so people were helping carrying stuff. They tried to say we had five people in the room we argued with the crazy Indian lady and dude for 20 mins called the cops on us for nothing. Never again.

Room was warm & stuffy, Coffee was cold. Didn't receive a receipt. Staff lacked friendliness.

Unless you want the manager yellin at you and threatening you yeah I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! (Beware of unmentioned fees! ) Just keep it moving, but the place right next door is great!

This property is much better than many other Motel 6 properties. True, it hasn't been updated to the new Motel 6 design, so the rooms are dated. But, my room was clean, comfortable and quiet. On the wall was a new flat-screen TV. It even had a microwave and mini-fridge. (How many other Motel 6's provide that. ) Many thanks to Kay at the front desk for being so nice! There is no pool, but the hotel is right at the lake and only steps away from the public area for a lovely walk or bike ride. The parking lot also accommodates boats. What more might you want from a Motel 6? Very nice, indeed.

The front lady was rude n yelling at us. We called friday to get a room for sunday the guy took our name downn said see u sunday. Then I called dubday to see if our room was done they said yes when we got done with the lake we went over to check in n my hubby went in the lady start to yell at us calling us name so we went next door to stay way better n less price… Never will I stay at motel 6 in lhc.

Budget friendly price and very clean, well maintained rooms.

After being on the road for 13 years I have seen a lot of hotels. This, by far, is the nicest motel 6 I have ever been to. It's not fancy, just a basic room, but it is meticulously cleaned and cared for. Thank you for creating such a relaxing space! Pet friendly, inexpensive, and a very courteous staff.

Wow! Can the front desk clerk be any more inatentive?! Very small room and dirty carpet. I know its a cheep motel but come on! I stayed last night for business, my company payed so for me, it was free. But next time I will not stay here, even for free! I rather pay out of pocket and sleep elsewhere, Ill sleep in my truck if everyone else is booked. Rude employees, stained carpet, odor, small room, not even for free.

We needed a handicap room and I thought they said it was, But my sister couldn't use the shower. I was disappointed when I saw it was Hotel style to enter in a door at the end of the building and walk down a hallway to our room, But after I was there the access to our car wasn't to bad. The room seemed small to my sister but I thought it was OK& the other guests where very friendly. I've stayed at Motel 6 since the 80s because I use a care dog and this was the first Hotel style motel I've stayed in. I would stay here again if need be. Clean room, good ac the TV was a bit out dated but it worked.

We found this to be a very friendly, clean and comfortable place to spend the night. Was close to great eating places and very close to the London Bridge area (very nice! ) The lady at the reception check in was very friendly and helpful. They are also pet friendly at NO EXTRA COST! Awesome for us pet lovers! Fresh coffee in the morning and great internet. Great value for the price. Will definately recommend and return on future trips.
