Very nice hotel. We arrived late. The shuttle came within 5 minutes to pick us up at the airport. They extended our check out time for one hour with absolutely no problem. Very friendly people. Hotel is very clean. Fitness room needs a bit of attention, but I still had a great workout this morning. Breakfast was plenty, but we haven't figured out, why they didn't serve any kind of bread. The King size bed was comfortable and we had a very good night's rest. Pool looked very inviting, but we didn't use it. We can only recommend the Comfort Suites!

Good:
— fast check in and out
— in the room, anything I needed was within and exactly where I reached (charging outlets, towels, luggage rack, etc) ; sometimes the small things matter and this room was designed well
— I appreciated the grab-n-go (COVID) breakfast being made available (some hotels simply eliminated it entirely) Cautions:
— room was mostly clean; there were a few dusty areas that were quite obvious This review based on a single, one-night visit that was, for the most part, a place to crash for the night (late check in, early check out).

We weren't given the room we booked, what they call "staff" was unable or unwilling to fix it, and when I went to go prepare a bath, I get attacked by a leaky shower head.

Used to work for them and they like to skim money off your paycheck tell people you are a driver but then make you do janitorial work laundry and clean hotel rooms then cut your paycheck in half when it's time to get paid this is why they're constantly looking for drivers the owners of the hotel are in a different country so the people that are running it think it's okay to take your money and not pay you what's owed.

We had a red eye flight and wanted to check in early. They were so accommodating getting us a room so we had a place to rest. Very friendly.

Very disappointed in service. Hot tub was advertised and it was covered with a deck. Picture showed a separate bedroom and there is no separate bedroom. They would not allow us to upgrade because we had booked through Expedia. Not a good experience trying to talk to management.

Great staff, I lost my keys and the clerk replaced them with no problems.

Front desk was friendly. Nice breakfast. Transportation driver was helpful. Big problem with over billing. Front desk took copies tried to fix but it just got more mixed up. I'm leaving on cruise for 10 days. After calling back to check on it, I was promised it is all fixed. Never had this happen before.

Big room, nice continental breakfast, close to airport. Nice staff! A little far from town but not too bad.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were neat and free of litter. Rooms were clean. I'd recommend this establishment hands down and would stay again.

My family and I stayed here for a week and just checked out today. Staff was very helpful and caring. Whatever we needed, they had it with a smile. Good rooms Free Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast, which gets really busy. The breakfest girl Elle kept it well stocked up. Very helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and will return.

Convenient location near the airport. Our room was clean, but it did have a strange odor. Pool was a little on the cool side but the kids loved it. Nice variety for the complimentary breakfast.

Same as all the other reviewers, the reservation got screwed up. And this is despite a phone call ahead of time confirming arrival and the reservations. We arrived at 1 in the morning they had the reservation for the following night, so I'm scrambling to get another hotel for one night. Then checking into this place the following day the dumped the reservation by checking us in the night before (even though they turned us away). The worst part was how rude the manager was when we insisted they give us the room we were confirmed in. Horrible stay.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could! We do not need hotels in our city that discriminates against the LOCALS! They will not rent a room to you if you live here! Disgusting!

Great restaurant. Took a very long time to get our food (45 minutes and 3 other tables were served and left by the time we got our food)

0 ZERO This Hotel Discriminates Against Anchorage Residents! We booked 2 rooms with the central reservations dept, in advanced 5 days prior to arrival and even confirmed with the hotel directly, This Hotel CANCELLED Our reservation without any notice and disregard for us, telling us we weren't Welcome there because we live in Anchorage, leaving us to scramble for an alternative hotel on My Daughters BIRTHDAY, we were lucky to get 2 rooms at the embassy suites that welcomed us with a Resident discount on top of it. This Hotel and the hotel chain breached a contract on bad faith,, by taking my credit card and making a reservation and then cancelling it on the spot with no Notice Due to there NO Anchorage Resident Policy posted on there wall in there hotel, We were never advised of this policy in Advance and No where is it posted online on there Website! This is unfair and is Discrimination, just because we live and reside in Anchorage.

Had to stay here an extra night and they made it easy. Rooms were very clean and well maintained and staff on the front desk were very helpful.

A little hidden but centrally located to everywhere you need to go! Staff was friendly and everything was clean. Had troubles with keeping a comfortable temperature in the room but a nice design and clean! Was upset that the picture showed a jacuzzi but it’s been boarded up for a while, my back sure needed it!

We stayed here on our trip to Wasilla, very friendly and helpful staff and the rooms seemed very clean and comfortable, they offer a complimentary breakfast in the morning which was nice. Overall it was a good choice.

The best hotel I have stayed at in the Anchorage location. I would recommend anyone to book here.

Nothing fancy but is convenient to airport. If you stay one night you can leave your car there for free for 7 nights. Additional nights cost extra but less than other park and fly options. Shuttle van to and from airport.

They deal with alot of last minute changes at the drop of a dime. And even though it gets stressful they always try to make you feel at home. Thank you guys.

Really good overall. Very nice room. Good bed. Needs softer tissues (I had a cold! ) and the bathroom fan is loud!

We didn't make our last flight, so at midnight your staff picked us up & delivered us to the comfort of your beautiful motel. The staff was top notch, giving us a late check out & additional quiet time in the lobby before returning to the airport. Thanks so very much.

Breakfast was awesome. They had every breakfast item you could think of. But the hot tub was closed one night and then the entire pool room which was a disappointment. Our shuttle driver was absolutely awesome. He provided is lots of good information on what you see, where to visit, etc. Room was large, I believe they were recently remodeled.

I stayed here both times that I was in Anchorage and I loved it both times. The lobby is cozy and there is a fireplace. They have coffee available all day and the free breakfast is fantastic. There is a large stuffed bear in the lobby along with some artifacts from around Alaska. It is, as the name suggest, quite comfortable and I would recommend it to anyone. It is only a 5 minute drive to the airport so it is great for your first or last night in town when you know that you will be coming or going to the airport because they also have a great airport shuttle service. They also have a nice indoor pool and hot tub.

We've stayed at this hotel before, we love the over all experience we receive each time and the convenience to the airport using the 24 hour shuttle service. The room was very clean and enjoy using the couch in our room. Our room did have a strong musty smell, but once opening the window, it was a little better. My husband said the bed was good, but felt it was a little hard for my liking. (and it could have been the soft beds we were on during our trip that I got used to). Austin, TX.

Stayed here after a northbound cruise, wanted easy access to airport for a 6am flight. Very pleased — — nice people, lovely pool and hot tub, had a nice King/Queen suite for me and parents. My only complaint: the queen Room of the suite has no mirror, no phone, and no trash can. (Small things! ) We would definitely stay here again.

Newer hotel. Nice, clean, comfortable room. Conveniently close to the airport. Friendly staff. The only issue was a lack of sufficient hot water. Seemed to run out of be absent for us. Would still recommend.

Had a bad experience with a desk clerk when the dryer in our room malfunctioned and I went to the desk and ask to borrow a hair dryer. Clerk was rude and did not offer options for this issue. Beautiful facility close to the airport.

Very very nice hotel. Walking distance to quite a number of restaurants and super close to the airport. Shuttle will take you to and from. The rooms are hige fridge and microwave included. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Felt really cozy. The only con is it being next to the train tracks so if you're a light sleeper you wont be sleeping much.

We stayed here for 4 nights after our northbound cruise. Service was great and rooms were nice. TV channel selection is a little bit light here but otherwise great stay.

Im currently here will check out on Monday. I have no complaints. Staff is Great. Very Friendly n Helpful will truly recommend n refer Family n Friends to stay here continously… Thank you for the Hospitality. Keep up the good work…

Great place to stay for the money. The beds were very comfortable, the staff were super pleasant and the location was perfect after flying from the east coast to alaska since it's right beside the airport.

Highway noise but the room was nice and the people are good.

Hotel is within minutes to the airport. It is located by a major highway, which gives you access to any place you might want to go to. Very cozy rooms with comfortable beds and clean showers. Will be staying here again.

Friendly staff, clean room. No complaints 24/7 shuttle is very convenient.

Nice hotel. Going through a remodel, but it was still clean and well kept. Our remodeled room was spacious, shower had great water pressure, and breakfast was abundant. We also appreciated the pool/hot tub and laundry facilities.

The pool was warm and it's indoors and the breakfast was pretty Good not much options though the suites are pretty big and they just need locks on the bathroom doors in the hotel room. I liked the spa too.

Airport shuttle takes forever. Said they would leave the hotel to pick us up at 9:15. Waited over half an hour, got to cold and had to take a taxi. Came to the hotel shuttle is still standing. This isn't the first time this happened.

Bad smoke detector broken.

This is our favorite hotel in Anchorage. We've tried others — now we don't bother! The rooms are spacious and genuinely comfortable. They are clean and the housekeeping services are fantastic. The Wi-Fi is fast, TVs are great. Service at the front deak is always friendly and there is laundry facilities available. There is a pool and hot tub. It could use some repairs to the tile work etc — but there are features to this that I loved: there is a bathroom in the pool area, perfect for changing in. There is a door that leads to a deck with a view, some tables, and a fire pit. People sometimes enjoy hopping in that hot tub then running out into the chilly air, then coming back ;) Just be careful: the door locks on the outside! I have never eaten at the restaurant itself. There is the option of dining outdoors on the porch mentioned above in the Summer months. They offer a continental breakfast that is quite nice. I did find the eggs to be greasy but there were a lot of options and overall, really good. Again, we love it there. It really is a comfortable home away from home.

I checked in here and got a room, the room was fine until I turned on my bathroom sink, the plumbing was broken and the water poured all over the floor — I called the front desk and they said they could not switch rooms for me and could not fix it. So I dealt with it washing my hands etc in the tub instead. The manager promised to give me some choice privilege points for the issue but that never happened. I called in a few times trying to get it resolved to no avail. So it was a combination of a crappy room, incompetent staff, and a lying manager that made my stay very unpleasant.

Great service. There was no soap in our room but they corrected that pretty quickly. The breakfast is decent and the shuttle service works fine. Overall decent and I will probably stay here again.

Stay clear of this place! They put us in a room and there was toilet paper in the bed (a lot of it) and there were no house keepers to change the sheets so they moved us to a different room. The sheets in this room were also dirty with pubic hair and Jerky, yes I said Jerky. They moved us to ANOTHER room and, you guessed it. Dirty sheets. AND a dirty gym sock in the bed that was made up and supposed to be clean by a different housekeeper. At this point my family was very tired and very frustrated (not to mention disgusted) they moved us to "the best suite" they had. We checked the sheets and everything seemed to be okay. We unfolded the couch that makes into a bed and there was blood on the mattress! We closed it back up and looked in the closet for the extra linens and found sheets/blankets on the floor of the closet, rolled up in a ball with BLOOD all over them.

Although I haven't stayed in the hotel, I did go in for an interview today. All the staff are really nice and accommodating. There's a really good vibe about the place. Its brand new so, it looks top notch and is uber clean. The bedding looks fantastic to me. All the rooms are suites, so space is not a problem. The location is great! Its just a few minutes away from the airport and to downtown. Although its situated extremely close to railroad tracks, You don't hear anything once your inside. I would tell all the people I know to stay there.

This comfort suites is simply amazing. I would recommend anyone to stay there. Best bang for your buck for around the airport. I give it 5 stars out of 5.
