Very nice clean place and very friendly staff honestly the best hotel around town and it’s safe recommend it to anyone looking to lay their head down for the night or a week or two.

Friendly staff, fair rates, convenient kitchen, clean bathrooms and rooms, and one of my favorites — the heated floors!

Great budget friendly option. Very clean and felt safe even though it's not in the best part of town. Staff is very friendly and there's a fully equipped communal kitchen and two showers/bathrooms on each floor. At peak times, you might have to wait a minute to get into the shower but it's not too bad. However the road noise was quite loud all night. Be sure to bring ear plugs if you want to get a good night's sleep.

Good value for money. I loved being able to make breakfast. The manager is super duper nice and absolutely delightful.

A nice cozy little place. Not too extravagant, but comfy. Great security, small rooms but just right for a temporary stay. Great service, and very helpful and friendly staff. Was definitely great staying there for a week.

Great place to stay! Very budget friendly, clean, good security. Three kitchens to cook your own food. Max, Mike and Dee rock! Oh, outdoor grill!

The Ingra House is a simple no frills hotel. Max is a great owner and is very helpful. The place is clean and well kept. Rooms are very small but have a medium size fridge plus closet space and a TV. Restrooms are down the hall and are clean. There are two per floor. We used the kitchen to make breakfast and it is well equipped. Two ovens/stoves, microwave, electric water boller, and coffee maker plus Folgers coffee. Pits and pans are also in the kitchen. I also saw there is a gas grill out front. For the price this is a great place to stay.

This place is great and works well with its style of housing the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Both of the front desk guys Mike and max are super solid guys and helped me out last minute 2 times. I really liked that the first time I walked to my room it had smelled like everything had just been cleaned.

Nothing but good to say about The Ingra House! Friendly staff, very secure, I was able to walk everywhere I needed to and the view of the mountains from my room, omg I loved it! Ingra House will be my place to stay every time I visit anchorage, and I hope that’s many.

The guy who answers the phone there just says hello. Very rude and unprofessional demanding I know what room my son is in. I hope he leaves there.

Lame service. Nothing but lower level of professionalism dealing with the public. Shoddy construction of the building. Bedbugs, cockroaches, lots of drug use & the owners know who it is. They just want there money, Slumlords!

I went back and forth in my mind about whether to give a good review or not. The accommodations were sufficient for the price. The convenience of having a kitchen was very nice. The manager SEEMED quite nice and reasonable. However, there were several reasons not to stay here. First of all, we had reserved for one night at Ingra House. The day before we were to stay there, we called and asked if they might have another night available for the same price that we had paid through Expedia. They said yes. When we arrived home after our trip, I found that my credit card had been overcharged. I immediately called and was told by the manager that he would issue a refund to my card. At least 5 phone calls later, and I still have not seen that refund (almost a month later). Second, Ingra House is located in a very sketchy neighborhood. Third, they did not clean the room while we were there. I don't usually need the room to be cleaned, but the fact that they didn't offer bugged me. Also, the bathroom tiles needed a really good scrubbing. And lastly, when I had dropped something of mine, it rolled under the bed. When I reached under to retrieve it, I found a small, ziploc baggie with brown powder in it. I don't know what it was, but at the very least, they should be cleaning under the beds!

Awesome! Clean rooms, bathrooms and kitchen area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is close to a semi busy road but for the price you can't beat it!
