Nothing like opening up the pull out couch to dirty pajamas 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ From the sounds of it housekeeping has gotten a few calls tonight about dirty rooms.

This hotel is clean, beautifully appointed, and the staff friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

Phenomenal Hotel! My husband and I stayed for two nights with our 3 boys and our dog. Our one year old had surgery and we needed to be close to all the Docters and Hospitals. The staff was very understanding and kind. Very professional and comforting in this stressful time. Rooms were absolutely beautiful and spacious. Service and Housekeeping was top notch. Breakfast had the perfect variety of delicious food and drinks. We will definitely recommend them to family and friends, and we will being staying again but under less stress next time.

It was a paradise, romantic place to stay, freedom, good room services, Delicious breakfast and the workers were very kind. I actually enjoyed my staying at Hyatt House Anchorage.

This is an awsone hotel nice rooms with everything in the suite with dishes kitchen.

Customer service here, is on a whole nother level! Everyone was helpful, kind, fast, and responsive. Staff is very thoughtful, you can tell through the smiles, these employees are taken care of and I love that in a company.

Pool area is nice, bar is a plud for the early afternoon lol.

Staying an extra night before going back to Fairbanks had 2 rooms left, I got lucky got the room with the kitchenet in it. It has dishes for a family of four and a dishwasher too.

Clean, good staff, middle of town.

I checked out on Nov 22, 2017 and got the invoice for $121.07 all inclusive. The hotel charged my credit card for $20 more and accused me steal one hotel pillow, so they accused me one missed item! That was very unbelievable and ridiculous! Did they counted the pillow directly with me when checked in in front desk or inside the room? If not, how could you charge extra and I waited the front desk over 15 minutes. I didn't check with my credit bills until several months later and found out this.

Pet friendly! Our hotel room was clean and the front desk was accommodating. The hot breakfast was perfect, I loved the fresh fruit, my daughter liked the scrambled eggs, and my hubby enjoyed the different daily omelettes. There's something for everyone.

My family and I stay at this hotel every time we come to Anchorage. It's close to downtown and restaurants. If you get a room with two queen beds, the rooms are bigger then your average room. They have a pool and bar that serves some food. Breakfast in the morning is good and free. This is a nice hotel.

We stayed ar the Hyatt House during some recent meetings in Anchorage. The staff is helpful and courteous especially Nada of the evening crew. The breakfast is a spectacular start to the day. The rooms are modern and kept very tidy. We highly recommend this hotel.

Hyatt House has been great, near some chain restaurants in Anchorage. Good choice for families as there's a pull-out bed in the "living room" area. And the breakfast that's included is really good: omelette of the day or customized.

Always stay here as long as there is vacancy. Love them. Love the rooms. Love the service. Love the beds. There is not one thing I don't love. Classy. Clean. Simple. Fun. Perfect.

The hotel itself is pretty standard, which I have neither complaints nor compliments. The front desk, however, leaves a lot to be desired. I booked two rooms on July 10. 1. We arrived at 2:57pm, 3 minutes ahead of the check-in time. I was told that only one room is available. 2. Our group waited in the first room for about an hour, without hearing anything from the front desk that the other room was ready 3. I called the front desk, she told me:"oh I forgot to call. You can come downstairs now to pick up the card for the 2nd room". So I ran downstairs, and was greeted by a very unhappy face (not sure why). She insisted that I get back to my room, get my credit card and come downstairs again. 4. I suggested using the same credit card for room 1. She unhappily followed that suggestion, and gave me a lecture that I should always bring my ID and credit cards when approaching front desk. Oh really?! nothing serious, but the entire check-in process was very unhappy, in particular the way/tone of the front desk staff talks was unprofessional. I understand people can have mood up and down, but it is undesired if she brings the attitude into work.

Friendly staff at front desk, always ensuring your stay is enjoyable. Rooms are clean, modern and well designed. Black out shades let in no light, and ensure a good night's sleep. HVAC system is quiet and modern with touch control panel. Overall a wonderful stay, and have already looked into same chain for future travels.

The rooms are very nice but every time I come here I end up waiting because the staff dont seem to know what they are doing. Please book online before you show up, to save your sanity expect nothing from the front desk. The breakfast was good nothing to brag about, just fancy containers. 3 stars only because the rooms are very nice.

This place is awesome! The front desk was helpful. The room is really nice. They have complimentary breakfast. Nice facilities. Comfortable beds! Highly recommend!

Checked in around 9pm they gave me a late check out for 1pm and a great Continental hot breakfast. The room I had a kitchen living room and nice size bathroom and room.

I arrived late in the evening, after flying all day, after one in the morning. I was greeted and able to get a good rate. This place is amazing. Looks brand new and is massive with a lot of floors. The lobby has a lot to look at down there. There is a pool, dining area (breakfast included), fitness room with weights, treadmill and elliptical. It is very nice. The room is big. It has a microwave, refrigerator, television, sofa bed. They even include earplugs to sleep well with a card that says, "Good night. Get the most out of your plush bed with out free noise-reducing earplugs. " Who does that?!?! Artwork and atmosphere of the room were nice. Due to the late arrival, the check out was extended, which was nice of them. Breakfast is themed, so daily there is another type of omelets available and other things available. I don't eat them but Sunday is Denver Western, Monday is Caprese, Tuesday Spanish Espanole… you get the point. For the price and what you get with this place, it is totally worth it. This might be the new Anchorage hotel when I stay here.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! They allowed for us to have a late check-out. We rented a one bedroom suite with a kitchen. It had a kitchen, dining room, separate living room, a separate bedroom and bathroom. Very modern decor and fully stocked with everything we needed to include pots pans and silverware. Lots of fluffy pillows on each bed and a super comfortable mattress. Breakfast bar was amazing. So many great selections from Donuts to bread to various ways of cooked eggs. They even had gluten-free options and milk substitutions! We most definitely will be staying here again. I highly recommend would give 10 Stars if I could.

We showed up to check in at 2:39 hoping for an early check in. Stood at the front desk while they attempted to call house keeping finally they physically went to find hem only to find out at 2:56pm they have not even started on my PRE booked room. Mind you in a VERY punctual and scheduled individual. My daughter planned this mother daughter trip and we had plans to go to Wonder Woman movie at 3:40 well we didn't get into our room until 3:30 so we missed the movie and crushed her little heart. So was hoping breakfast would make up for the terrible start to our trip. It was dry, stale, and flavorless. So far I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a friend. Sucks we are stuck here for another night. Rooms are nice and clean at least.
